The Beast of the Overworld
Those Days
Previous ChapterNext ChapterThey were fine at first, the ponies, the society, and the law, it was all good. But then most of the things that were acceptable then aren't acceptable know. Around my third day there I was less invisible and more noticed. Apparently you were seen as a demon or some mutant if your talents aren't found by a certain age.
I was taught and raised by rebelious elders claiming "You shouldn't let a mark hold you down, live wild and free". They didn't name me either. They wanted me to be free, as free as the laws would allow me to be.
They had noticed that as practically an adult, had no talents. "A witch!" They claimed. "Hell's Spirit"! "This is the sign that Hell's frozen over!" I couldn't beleive what I was hearing.. This was all really insane! I know know they didn't know any better, but the whole idea.. Witches? When Hell's frozen over? Its all madness.
But I couldn't react I just let out...an emotion. I believe that's what they're called. I just kept silent. I kept the emotion inside but felt as if I let it out on them. Before I knew it the multicoloredponies grabbed stones. Again may I remind you this is before the Princess' rule. I remember a pair of mares that sat in shock to what they were doing to me. They looked as if they wanted to do something but just couldn't bring themselves. They were both alicorns. One with a mane of pink and fur of a much lighter shade. The other with a mane of blue and fur close to the sky. I haven't seen the princess' for myself but if I have any idea I'd guess they look like those two. I could see the pure shock in their eyes.
Just for a second though, for then the stones flew. They flew from the hooves to my fur. They crash landed into my fur, revealing my skin. Occasionally I would get hit in the same place more than once causing the red water to come out of hiding and staining my white fur. I fell to the ground. Dirt ran into my eyes then I got there, well here you could say.
