Cadance is the Princess of Love. In her mind, love is the ultimate emotion and should be expressed all the time. To this end, she has developed a plan for Shining Armor to spread love to everypony in Equestria. Once a week, a pony, or ponies, are asked to come to Shining's office in Canterlot. Once there, they partake in an exercise designed to spread Love around Equestria, whether they want to or not.
