I was walking along as ponies whispered behind my back as I was going to get a book at the library Fluttershy told me about it. I haven’t touched a book since I was a filly in school so shouldn't waste anytime! I was now on my way to it when I saw the sign on the door; ‘Out for a while won’t be back till 4’ Great I think After all that walking and dirty looks… I went to Sugarcube Corner the Cake’s were a nice family I love playing with their foals sometimes I think they are my friends, and also the party pony herself. Fluttershy told me about Pinky Pie a nice fun and somepony to be around when you’re sad. I hope she’s there today She’s never there maybe she’s busy having parties or baking. DINGLING the bell sounded in the front door when I enter “Morning Bloodshed” Mrs. Cake greeted “And good morning to you too” I say “So what’ll it be?” I scan the display cases of desserts and cakes “Ah this one please” I point to a blue cupcake. “Pinky made that one she’s here today” My ears perk up “Really?” My luck may actually be going up! Mrs. Cake nods “She’s upstairs with Fluttershy” She leads me to the stairs “Thanks” She gives me a smile then I made my way up.
When I got to the hallway upstairs I Head to the only door. I knock “One minute!” A high pitch pony said. Wow if that was Pinky who can stand her? The door opens and a pink pony greets me “YoumustbeBloodsheadI’vebeenwantingtoseeyoueversinceFluttershytoldmeaboutyou!” Pinky said in one gasp “Sorry?” Fluttershy walks next to Pinky “She says hi” I nod She could of just of said it I think.
After I meet Pinky (Who you’ll have to get used to.) I go back to the library the sign now says; Open. I walk in and Instantly is heard by mummers. “Oh where is that book? Oh where oh where?” A purple unicorn was hastily looking around. “Excuse me?” She stops and look at me. “Oh sorry I didn't expect anyone tis late.” She walks over to me “Well what do you need?” She says with a smile “A book Fluttershy told me I should read more often” the unicorn nodded “Ok how about this?” She levitated a book by the name of ‘Daring Do’ I nod and hold it in my mouth “Oh I’m Twilight” I nod then leave. I guess I wasn't paying attention because I then ran into somepony “HEY WATCH IT!” she hissed “Sorry…” I saw then I saw she had my book “That's mine” She gives it back “Sorry I’m just a bit cranky” I saw she was in a hood and had dark rainbow mane “Are you Rainbow Dash?” I ask. She Shakes her head “No no I’m Rainbow Death” I shiver at the name. “I’m…” I pause thinking how’ll she would react “Bloodshed I know ponies around here talk about you” I wasn't surprised it’s not long for rumors to spread. I see her shiver “You wanna come to my house you seem cold” “Thanks” We make our way to my home near the Everfree Forest. She takes off her hood she had short hair and a strange cutie mark of a cross and did her gold necklace. She gave me a glance “Rumors say you can do something…” She pauses and thinks for a minute “...special” I wince “Yes...I-I can” “I need to see” She begs. I sigh and hold out my hoof at a cup. The I concentrated “Wow” I hear her say. I open my eyes to see the cup floating and I wasn't a unicorn!
Prolog
“She’s a disgrace to our family!” Dad was yelling “ She’s your daughter!” Mom had been crying I was crying as well “Get rid of it!” Dad screamed to the top of his lungs. “NO!” Mom also screamed I started balling my eyes out. “Flinn where are you go-” Mom was stopped by the slam of the front door. She went in her room after thirty minutes or so I came in she was still crying. I came up to her and kissed her. “At least I still have you…” She said with a smile on her face her smiles were contagious.
The next year following was the worst. School. “ What’s your name sweetie?” asked the teacher. I was silent. “Come on sweetie… your name?” She asked again “Bloo- Blood Shed” I answer. Most of the fillies there gasped some of them laughed at me. It was the worst day and it continued for the rest of the year. Then the most tragic thing happened to me. My mom died and I was alone in a world filled with hate. When that happened I stopped going to school. I bought a house near a forest though every pony is afraid of this place. But I didn’t mind. Luckily my mom was a farmer so I don’t have to go to the market. It was rough making friends because of my name I only have two friends Derpy Hooves and Fluttershy. They visit occasionally but most of the time I’m alone.
I HATE MY NAME! I scream at myself with only tears coming afterwards. Why did I get named this? My mom didn’t name me In my family tradition a grandparent has to name the baby. Stupid traditions I talk, yell, and blame myself when I’m alone. and I think I’m crazy.
For some reason I walked into Ponyville as I suspected ponies whispered something to each other when I pass. Then I meet her.
