Chapter 1: I'm the doctor
This was becoming the worst day of my life.
My ten lives, to be exact.
It started off when the TARDIS got a distress signal from Sontar. I got over there and what do I find? A Dalek fleet, waiting for me! They attacked and I was forced to flee! As I fled, the trans-dimensional transportation switch must have flipped, and it seemed as if I got transported somewhere. Then, when all seemed pointless, the trans-dimensional transportation switch blew! It literally flew off the TARDIS console!
“Blast! That needs to be fixed later. “ I said out loud, as the TARDIS spun out of control.
As I attempted to walk over to the switch and pick it up, the TARDIS shook violently to the left, then the right. Then I got thrown up into the air and fell right on my head.
“Ouch, that hurt.” I stated.
The TARDIS spun and I kept falling about. I managed to grab hold of a bar and inched my way forward towards the console. When I got there, I grabbed the Directional Pointer and pulled it towards me, bringing it to a slow, steady pace.
“Well, that was eventful.” I said, walking towards the spectroscope. I looked in it and saw Earth.
“Ah! Good! I must have hit a wormhole, leading back to earth, or maybe it was just a vortex. No matter, now all I need to do is get back to London.”
I typed the coordinates for London into the spatial location input.
“Now, Earth seems far away so I’ll just put in the coordinates, and Presto!”
I powered up the atom accelerator, pulled the dematerialize lever, activated the inertial dampeners and pulled the space/time throttle to the full position. I like the noise the TARDIS makes with the brakes on, so I didn’t bother doing anything else.
Almost 5 seconds later, I appeared in London. I still wanted to know how the daleks knew I was heading to Sontar.
“If the distress signal was a decoy to hide the daleks, then I would have figured that out by then! But how was I fooled?”
Then I noticed the sun.
“How peculiar. It’s too sunny for English weather. I wonder if I messed up the coordi-“
“Hi there!” somebody said. i jumped. I could have sworn there was no one around for miles!
"um… your box here came out of nowhere really… it was kinda weird." said a grey… pegasus?
"wait. you're a pegasus! and you're a pony! and you're talking!" I said.
"um… yeah. you are too! i think you hit your head on your box…" she said. at least, i think she was a she… she sounded like a she.
"i am? naw, that could not be possible! i was at least homo sapiens in appearance last i saw." i said.
"homo who-what-now?" the grey pegasus said.
"um… it's hard to explain…" i said sheepishly. "and, if you're a pegasus, then there must be unicorns here!"
"um.. yeah. there are. that is true…" she said. i think she muttered a "your'e kinda weird…" but i couldn't tell.
"now… what's your name?" i asked
"ditzy doo! and you are…" she replied.
"I'm the doctor!" i said.
"well doctor… you're kinda weird." she said.
"no offence taken!" i said. just then my stomach growled.
"do you have any food per chance?" i asked.

chapter 2: the settlement
As we walked along towards… wherever we were going, I was still wondering how I got here.
“If the TARDIS malfunctioned, then I would’ve been flung straight into the void. But actually, this is way better, very different from London! I wonder how being a pony will affect my diet? I’m overthinking this. Just a fix of the TARDIS and I’ll be off!” I said. Then I inhaled. I decided to ask where we were headed.
“Where are we headed, Ditzy?”
“We’re heading to Ponyville.” She said.
It was night, and we were wandering around. It seemed as if Ditzy was lost.
“Ditzy, are we lost?” I asked her.
“No, I just have some navigational difficulties. It would be easier if you could fly like me.” She stated.
“Well firstly, I can’t fly and secondly yes! We are completely lost! I hope somebody finds us soon. What I would do for some fish fingers and custard now!” I said. I was getting really hungry.
“Fish what and what?” Ditzy said.
“Never mind. Well, are we almost there?” I said.
“Well, yes, here we are! Welcome to Ponyville! I’ll go by my house and get the muffins for you!” Ditzy said as she flew away to her house.
I sat down and observed the other inhabitants of the village. It was like that market by the docks in London. At least, it reminded me of that event.
“Get your delicious nutritious apples here!” I heard a voice say.
“Delicious and nutritious, and so many uses! You can eat 'em. Play with 'em. Create fine art for your home with 'em. You have to be crazy not to get a bushel of your very own!” I heard another voice say. It seemed as if somebody was selling apples.
“Heh... she's so creative, heh.” The first voice said as I walked by the apple stand a little pony up to me.
“You, sir, care t' buy some apples?” she asked me.
“No thanks.” I said.
“Why not?” she asked. She was on to me! I needed to say something and fast!
“I have plenty at home.” I finally said.
“Are you sure?” she asked.
“Yes, I'm pretty sure I...” I said.
“You're pretty sure, but you're not absolutely positively completely super-duper sure, are you?” she asked. I needed to be left alone. I couldn’t bear it anymore!
“Y...ah... If I buy some apples, will you please leave me alone?” I said.
“Aaal-right!” she said as I gave her 5£ and she left.
I ran away with the apple in my mouth, bit into the apple and instantly spit it out.
"this is one of the WORST apples i've ever eaten!" i said to myself.
suddenly as if it were magic, Ditzy appeared in front of me.
"how's the apple?" she asked me.
"Horrible. these apples are rubbish, from now on, I hate apples." i declared.
we stood there with no progression of conversation whatsoever.
"I’m going to go home, so see you later!” dizzy finally said.
“See you soon, Ditzy. Oh! If you see the TARDIS in your attic, don’t panic. I sent it there.” I told her.
“Okie dokie! See you later!” Ditzy said.
I turned, found a bench and sat on it the way humans would. benches are for sitting on, not for laying on.
as i sat there, ponies kept staring at me, as if i was a madpony or something.
heh, madpony.
“Having these hooves are quite disabling. I had to hold my sonic screwdriver with my mouth.” I sighed.
“I miss the humans.”
Suddenly, a seafoam green pony ran up beside me.
“Did you say… HUMANS?” she said to me.
“Who are you?” I asked, completely confused.
“I’m Lyra. Lyra Heartstrings. And you are?” she replied.
“I’m the doctor.” I answered.
“Doctor Who?” she asked raising an eyebrow.
“Just the doctor.” I said.
“Well, doctor, you know about humans right? RIGHT?” she said.
“Uh.. No.” I replied.
“But you said something about humans! So you must know something!" she backed away enough to give me some space to breathe.
"see you around, Doctor." she said as she walked away slowly.
Uh… what just happened? My brain was still rattled from that awkward conversation. I decided to pass by Ditzy’s house.
“Who is it?” I heard a voice say from the other side.
“The doctor. It’s the doctor.” I said.
“Doctor! There you are! Come in, come in.” she said.
“Would you like for me to take your tie?”
“No thanks. I’ll be ok with it.” I said.
“so, what’ya think? Oh and I checked for your tardis, but all I saw was a blue police box. Is that it?” she said.
“Yes, that’s the TARDIS. Would you like to see the inside?” I offered.
“Would I!” she said energetically.
We went upstairs and I opened the TARDIS.
“Wow… it’s smaller on the outside.” She remarked.
“Y’know, most people say it’s bigger on the inside.” I said.
“And this is your home? She said.
“A home of sorts.” I answered.
just then the doorbell rang.
"I'll go get that." Ditzy said.
i couldn't hear the exact conversation, but i heard something that vaguely sounded like this:
"life! i wasn't expecting yellowcake! come on in!"
"hello dizzy, i was white feathering if you k'ung futzu about the dabbling duck?"
yeah, he's ulcerable!" then i heard ditzy call me down.
i went down and, most unexpectedly, there was no life, or yellowcake!
instead i find Lyra!
"H-How did you find me?" i asked, extremely confused.
"well, i had assumed you'd be here!" she said. "that and i barged into every house in ponyville…"
we all sat at ditzy's kitchen table.
“So… who are you anyways doctor?” Lyra asked.
“Well, what would be a better question. You see I’m not usually a pony. Usually I’m…” I began
“A human! Right?” Lyra said.
“I was at least homo sapiens in appearance last time. I’m actually a timelord from planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous. I travel through time and space. I’ve lived almost a millennium. I’ve been running my whole life, through time and space, every second of every minute of every day for over 900 years. and now i'm standing in a room with a unicorn and a pegasus!” I said.
“And you know all this?” Lyra said to Ditzy. Ditzy simply nodded.
“Well, I accidentally arrived here. I was attacked by an alien species called the Daleks, they look like robots and say…” I said
“EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!” I heard a familiar metallic voice say outside.
Not good.

“RUN!!!” I yelled as I ran upstairs.
“Doctor, what are those things?” Lyra said.
“The Daleks. They’ve come to finish me off, i presume.” I said. How did the Daleks get here?
“We’ll hide in the TARDIS. Hopefully they won’t find us.” I said.
Ditzy and Lyra both followed me.
I opened the TARDIS and ushered them in.
"It's bigger... On the... Inside..." Lyra said, obviously amazed.
"Yup, this is the TARDIS. Time And Relative Dimensions In Space! Nobody will find is here!" I said.
"I think you mean nopony, Doctor." Ditzy said.
"Never mind that now! If the Daleks are here, then it means that they've found a way to travel through dimensions. If that's true, then it means that the walls of the universe are breaking down, and eventually all of reality will- no. wait a minute, it would mean that the Daleks aren't present in my universe, meaning the events to come that require the Daleks never occurred." I said.
"Woah..." Lyra and Ditzy said.
Just then, I heard a familiar cry outside.
"EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!"
"Oh no. The Daleks are here. We could risk going out and hopping out the window, or stay here and die." I said.
"I'll go with choice 1. dying sounds bad, whatever that is." Lyra said.
"Excellent! Allons-y!" I said.
We exited the TARDIS and went up to the window.
I jumped out the window. "come along, it's not far!
Ditzy simply flew down and Lyra jumped into the hay cart beside me.
"Now that we're out, we need to leave without being seen... Or we could just board and hijack a Dalek ship and blast the rest out of the sky!" I said.
"I like the second one." Ditzy said, rubbing her hooves together maliciously.
“Alright, let’s go find a Dalek ship.” I said.
We went around town, searching for any signs of a Dalek ship. After 2 minutes of searching, we found one.
“Now, when we board, we’ll need to be extra quiet.” I said.
Lyra and Ditzy both nodded. We all snuck in, one by one, first Ditzy, then Lyra and me last. We needed to find the control room, and fast! Daleks would know we were here if we lingered too long.
“We need to find the control room. If anypony sees it, let me know.” I said softly.
We walked along the hallways, stopping whenever to avoid Dalek patrols. We continued walking whenever they passed us. After about 24 minutes of searching, we found the armory.
“I think the Daleks must have all pooled at the engine room to protect it.” I said.
But I was wrong. The Daleks had all pooled in the ARMOURY, not the engine room.
“RUN!!!” I yelled.
The Daleks heard me and they followed us, shooting at us.
“EXTERMINATE THE LIFE FORMS!” they cried.
“Not today, Daleks!” I shouted back.
I turned to face them. They stopped.
“Daleks of Skaro, under the regulations of the Shadow Proclamation, I forbid you to colonize this dimension for all time. When you return to our universe, you will not return to this dimension. Is that clear?” I said.
The Daleks looked at one another, then they turned to face me.
“You will be EXTERMINATED!” they all shouted.
They all shot at me, but only 1 hit me, and it was in the side.
Ditzy flew over to me, and helped me up, while Lyra fought them off, along with a bunch of prisoners that she had met during my speech.
“EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN!” I heard the Daleks say, as they were forced into the armoury.
“Doctor, are you ok?” Ditzy said sadly.
“I’ll be fine. Why are you sad?” I asked her.
“Because you might die. You’re a good friend Doctor.” She replied.
“i'll be fine. the lazer only hit me in the shoulder.” i said
“thank Celestia!" she said
She grabbed my hoof and helped me up.
“We should get going.” I said.
We found the control room not soon after.
“Here we are! Lyra, man the left cannons. Ditzy, you get the right. Blast all the ships you see OUT OF THE SKY!” I said.
“ALRIGHT! Let’s get this party started!” Lyra said.
I went up to the controls.
‘Not that different from the TARDIS’ I thought.
“Doctor?” Ditzy said.
“Yes Ditzy?” I said.
“Thank you. For everything you’ve done.” She said.
I smiled, and she smiled back.
“Thank you, ditzy. You’re a good friend. Now, go blast some Dalek ships!” I said.
I piloted the Dalek ship around, as Lyra and Ditzy shot at incoming ones. But it was inevitable as I realized that getting forced into their armoury was part of their plan. The Daleks had the ship on autopilot, and the final destination was their space station.
“Oh no. LYRA! DITZY! We’ve got a problem!!!” I said as I left the controls and went over to the door.
“Come on! The ship will crash soon!” I said.
They both got it and ran out of their seats.
“Gogogogogogogo!!!” I yelled.
The ship was about to crash into the Dalek space station.

In the last moments I remember, I was running to the hangar, to get in a small ship, when the ship collided with the space station. I was told I was out for about 5 hours.
When I woke up, Ditzy told me that I saved Equestria.
“Ditzy, you helped me, give yourself about 45% of the credit.” I said.
“Oh you.” She said. Suddenly, there was a bright flash and somepony appeared. Ditzy appeared shocked and bowed to this figure.
“Doctor, as I heard you are called, I would like to thank you for your help in protecting Equestria from it’s invaders.” She said.
“All in a day’s work, fighting off Daleks.” I said.
“Your act of bravery and courage will forever be remembered as the Day of the Doctor.” She said.
“That sounds nice, princess!” Ditzy said.
Wait. Princess?
“And you are?” I said.
“Forgive me for not introducing myself earlier. I am Princess Celestia, sovereign ruler of Equestria.” She said.
“Doctor, you get a day named after you! Aren’t you excited?” Ditzy said.
I lowered my head.
“Ditzy, I’m leaving.” I said.
“What? Why?” she said. She seemed confused.
“i shouldn't be here, this isn't my universe Ditzy.” I said.
“But can’t you bypass the laws of time or something?” Ditzy reasoned.
“No. Doing so would tear all of reality apart. I can’t be here.” I said. I hated to say it, but I had to.
“Can’t you stay?” Ditzy said.
“If the TARDIS isn’t working, I’ll stay.” I said.
“By the powers vested in me, I hereby declare the Doctor, last timelord of Gallifrey, an official citizen of Equestria!” the princess said.
waitaminute…. how did the princess know i'm the last timelord? the only person i told was Ditzy and lyra, but they didn't know i was the last timelord.
strange...
A few minutes later, Ditzy knocked on the TARDIS door.
“Come in!” I said.
“Is it working?” she said.
“Well,” I said. “The harmonic generator’s toast, the Heisenberg focusing device is crippled, the trans-dimensional transportation switch is busted, the cooling tanks are cracked and the spatial location input is completely destroyed.”
“Ehh… what?” Ditzy said.
“It means I can’t leave for around about 15 months.” I stated.
“OH BOY! You get to stay! Yay! I’m so happy!” Ditzy said. Obviously she was planning on this.
“But… the space time throttle was taken clean off. So… I can’t leave for… 45 months.” I said.
“Omigoshmoigoshomigoshomigoshomigoshomigosh!” Ditzy said, then she fainted. She was obviously shocked. I picked her up, left the TARDIS and put her on her bed, in her room.
“Goodnight, Ditzy.” I said.
I regretted what i said: the repairs only would take about a month, but this world had something important about it, i could put my hoof on it.
Well, I’m stuck here. Might as well make the most of it. More adventures, more companions, more fun. Allons-y. let's hope there's no pears on these adventures. the doctor's adventures.
