I Wonder How You Taste?

It was a relatively normal day in the relatively normal town of Ponyville. Foals and fillies were running around this September in the cool breeze, old ponies in the retirement home played checkers on their balcony, and Pinkie Pie was Pinkie Pie-ing. Pretty much everyone was outside except for an unlikely pair of a pony and a dragon. These two worked on the pony's outfits in the Carousel Boutique, isolated from all the masses.
The dragon, Spike, was large for his age. He was only twenty and yet he reached the size of a normal wild two hundred year old adolescent dragon but held more maturity and wisdom than that. How he achieved this? No one knows, he's one of the only know dragons that was grown in an pony environment. Even with his long lifespan, Spike may never know why this is.
After completing something downstairs, he slowly walked to the room where a snow white unicorn worked on a plethora of dresses. Her mane and tail were a regal shade of purple and were curled like always. On her flank was her cutie mark, a trio of cut light blue gems. "Ah, Spike, can you hand me over that box of pins?"
"Yeah, of course, Rarity", the purple and green creature spoke, giving her what she asked for. As the unicorn turned to see the other, she gasped, as he had such a miserable face on.
"Are you alright? You look simply famished dear", Rarity said looking back to her assistant dragon," why don't you have any of these gems?"
Spike took one of the floating rocks and nibbled it, groaning and setting it aside. “Seems like I’m not in the mood for gems.”
“Oh my, I wonder what’s wrong. Other than gems, I don’t have anything for you to eat her-Ow!”
The purple dragon raised his head in worry, staring at the little pony sitting in front of him with a pin sticking out of her hoof. Her essence slowly worked it’s way out of the wound, striking a contrast with the mare’s white color. “Oh my, I should be paying more attention when I do this sort of thing.”
Wordlessly, Spike came over and ran his reptilian tongue over the injury. Gasps and what seemed to be a moan came out of Rarity’s mouth, squirming (not uncomfortably) while the dragon did his work.
Once, he seemed to be finished, he swallowed and looked at the pony, taking a claw to her mane and stroking it gently. “I’ve always wanted to know how you tasted Rarity,” he said calmly.
"Oh", Rarity said seductively," and I thought you wanted to help because you were a gentledragon." She sighed and turned back to her work, placing the pins into where she wanted them to be on the fabrics." But still”, the unicorn shivered as if it was in the middle of the winter and she didn't have her scarf," naughty activities must be held after we finish our work. The looked in Spike’s eyes were somewhat beastial, primal, hungry. Again, a shiver."So, how do I taste?" she asks turning and placing a forehoof on his large scalely chest.
“I don’t know. I can’t honestly say I had a good enough taste.
"Tell me, whisper it into my ear, how are you going to have a ‘good enough taste’?"
"I-" Spike looked nervous, shifting his gaze around the rooms trying to avoid Rarity’s.
"Yes?" she raised an eyebrow.
"I- I want to-" He put his head in his hands, hiding his visage. ‘Why is he getting so embarrassed? Whatever, it’s so cute,’ was what she thought.
"Yes?" Rarity licked her lips, the suspense was killing her.
"I want to...” He picked his head up and stared right through her,” Rip you to shreds and taste your succulent flesh in my maw."
The fashionista stumbled backwards,"W-what?" She did not expect that. What she expected was some sort of hot and steamy line and then some hotter and steamier sex afterwards, not this.
"Well, gems taste depending on how they look", he tried to explain, acting like this was logical, but only succeeded in making himself look more and more like a mad dragon," the more beautiful they are the more delicious they'll be, and you know how many times I've told you that you look more beautiful than any gem."
"Aw, that's so sweet", she replied, before remembering that he said he wanted to eat her. "But don't over exaggerate", the equestrian seamstress nervously laughed as she slowly backed away from the hungry dragon," you know that this gem looks more beautiful than I do. And this one! And this one!"
Spike swatted the gems away and crept closer, showing his arsenal of blades in his mouth with a sadistic smile befitting his current self,"Don't be so modest Rarity, you know that no gem could be compared to your beauty. Why the first time I saw you, I knew you the most beautiful thing on Equestria, no, the entire world! And I've always hungered for you ever since. I want to know, I need to know what you taste like. Sweet like a Rhubee? Warm as a Saffire? Solrock? Lunastone? I don't even think I could compare you to Mythril!"
"Well a got a couple in those in that chest over there, why don't you check those out?"
"Because, I need to have you, I can't get the question out of my mind! What does she taste like? What does she taste like? Please, I just want one bite,” he spoke quickly, then pulled himself aside and wondered out loud with a laugh,” But then again, if you are as delicious as you are beautiful, then I don't think I could stop myself."
Rarity screamed and Spike chased after her. "Yes! Run! My draconic insticts are yelling! They love the hunt! I love it almost as much as I love you!" She ran out to the hallway, throwing the door open with her magic and tossing furniture down in his way but they barely slowed him down. He jumped over lamps and smashed through tables, catching up to the white Unicorn, going faster and faster. But he went too fast, as she did a quick turn into another hallway, Spike slid and crashed into her kitchen.
Soon enough, Rarity found herself at the entrance of her boutique with only one problem, the windows and the door has been boarded in. It would take too much time to remove them even with magic. Sound coming from the kitchen meant that Spike had succeeded from getting a pot off of his head and was slowly lumbering over to her current position. "Rar-it-y", the dragon sung,"Come out, come out whereever you are."
Spike had a surprisingly melodious voice now that he was more mature and Rarity loved it when he sang, like that one time on Hearts and Hooves day where he brought a guitar and played a gentle impromptu piece to wake her up outside of her window. "No, not a time to be nostalgic, I've got to get out of here."
Spike sung her name again and she frantically searched for a way out, finding a hallway that led to nowhere. "Dear Celestia! What am I going to do?" she thought to herself," he'll surely get me if I go in there!" Suddenly her eyes rested upon a closet door and she hatched a plan. "Rarity, you are a genius!"

"Rarity!" the dragon sung softly as he entered the entrance of the boutique, the door and the windows boarded up as they should be but he saw no pony around. He turned to see a different hallway, door swung wide open and a mess of lamps and chairs in Rarity's presume wake. Something in the air seemed welcoming though, too welcoming. He had to go check the hallway first, just in case, but he wasn't a dragon who could refuse an invitation.

From the view through the small space the closet door was open by, Rarity was able to see if her plan worked. Just as she planned, Spike slowly walked into the hallway. She fell back and silently caught her breath. At the pace he was going, it would take ten minutes to reach the end of that and another ten to come back, leaving her enough time to sneak back upstairs and into her room where she'll be able to get help from her friends.
"Hmm", someone said above her," 'A Rare Invitation', your signature brand. You were looking forward to my visit eh? But I don't think your perfume would help you taste better at all."
She looked up and screamed bloody murder. Hanging on the ceiling, head poking through the now much wider space between the door and the doorframe, Spike flashed her a deadly and deranged smile of his teeth while adding," You do smell nice though, but I want to know how you taste!" In a loud and bright moment she was gone, leaving Spike hanging on the ceiling and alone. "Hm, Twilight was right, she was doing pretty well in advancing her magic."

"I've got to thank Twilight for those lessons", she thought out loud as she found herself in her room, drained from the teleportation spell," if I do get out of here. Plan! I need a plan!" A few minutes passed, but no plan.
"Rarity?" a voice asked on the other side of the door as the speaker knocked," are you there?"
"Spike!" She was surprised, but she was able to think silently,"how did he get here so fast? How did he know?” She held her breath, the loudest thing in the room was her heartbeat right now and she was sure he could hear it, she was she he can feel it!.
"I know you're in there,” claws ran down the door, scraping off the recently added finish. He continued speaking with a tinge of insanity within his voice,” Just be quiet and I'll leave? Such a silly thought. Now, simply let me in so then I could feast upon you."
"No!" she screamed, strengthening the door with the remainder of her magic," I won't!"
A sigh was heard," so you won't make this easy for me eh?" A pounding sounded and the door simultaneously cracked. Another was heard and another. Soon a hole appeared big enough for his reptilian face to be seen. Rarity froze in fear, and Spike grinned maniacally," Here's Spikey-Wikey!"
A final blow to the door left in in splinters, the dragon coming upon her. "Back! Back away!" she cried in vain, and it seemed like he moved faster every time she did so. His claws pinned her against the wall. Tears dripped down her face. Was this how it was going to end? Eaten by Spike? "Wait, before you do this, may I ask was all that before just a lie? Did you lie to me Sp-"
A single clawed finger was put over her lips and he smiled happily," Of course not, don't be silly, I've always loved you. And I'll never lie to you."
Rarity smiled as well, gleaming with hope that-
"And that's why you're going to taste more delicious."
And all the hope that was there immediately disappeared. "What?"
"Well, in theory. But anyway, no more questions, I'm famished remember? That part wasn't a lie." Spikes teeth sunk into her shoulder and blood flowed out of her wounds.
"Ah! Ah!" she screamed in pain. But Spike paid no heed to such cries, using his rough tongue to taste her liquid iron. "Ah! Ah!" He continued to gnaw on that same spot.
"I was right, you do taste better than any gem", he told her with his bloody jaws. Spike took a finger and extended lightly scratched the flesh on her arm, causing more of the plasma to ooze out. He took the redded finger and put it against her quivering lips," Shh, shh, I know you are really loud sometimes, in bed I practically have to wear earplugs and your throat is always sore afterwards, but now I'm eating, so please be quiet."
He went back to feasting but she still screamed. "Ah! Ah! A- ouch, that one actually hurt."
Spike immediately stopped and looked upon his prey with a worried face," Rarity! Are you okay?"
" Well that last bite got you a bit deeper and it's stinging a bit."
"See! This is why I don't like doing this! You always end up hurt somehow! I can't believe that you told me to do this again! And I can't believe that I did it anyway even after what happened the last seven times!"
"Well it's exciting!" she retorted, magicking over a towel to soak up the blood from her neck,"We don't do things like this so often and I don't get hurt all the time!"
"That's because I do! And running into door frames hurt! And that time you hit me with the first thing you could find when I took the first bite! It was your sewing machine!" Spike picked her up and carried the seemstress on his back," and we don't do thing's often because your sister still live here. If you want to do it more often, don't you think it's time Sweetie Belle got her own place yet? Her band is huge! Let them take tours, let them get an apartment."
"And let my little sister and her friends try to keep a clean house and eat proper foods by themselves? Spike I lived with her her entire life, I pretty much raised her! Just last week she tried to cook breakfast, everything was burnt! Also, you said you were okay with her staying here.”
He sighed and thought of the young mare who begged him to try to persuade Rarity to let her live with the others on their own,,”Sorry kiddo, at least, I tried.” He snapped back into reality as he almost tripped over a fallen lamp. "And we always make a mess when we do something like this. I'll probably have to buy three new tables." He looked back upstairs and remembered the mess up there," four, as well as a door."
"It adds to the excitement. And hey, we have get to have more firewood for the upcoming winter season! That's great is it?" Spike rolled his eyes and she whispered into his ear," and the fires you light are so fabulous. Green flames in a fireplace, glasses of Coltianti, darkness everywhere and the only way to see each other is if I'm in your arms." She sighed at the memory of the last Hearth's Warming night," it is so romantic."
Entering the kitchen, Rarity magically pulled out a chair which Spike gently placed her on, muttering "keep pressure on it". He went through her cabinets, searching for her first-aid kit. "Anyway...", Rarity started," about that whole 'the most beautiful thing in Equestria' part..."
"What about it?"
"Well, was it true?"
Spike blushed as he put the kit on the table and grabbing the disinfectant,"even though I was a dumb baby dragon back then, I still could tell what real beauty was. And that was you."
"Aw, that's so swee- ow!"
"It's disinfectant", Spike reminded," of course it stings."
" I know, but you kind of forget after-eek- a while of not using it."
"We still used it on you at least few times before."
"But still", she whined," it hurts!"
"Don't worry, I'm almost done." A few dabs more and he finished disinfecting the area, placing a gauze and using medical tape to keep it on. Next he repeated the process on her bleeding arm, washing it with a damp towel, disinfecting it with the same disinfectant. As he looked at the wound, he just sighed.
"Wha-Eek!- What is it?"
"Seriously, why do we do this? The lack of action? Is it because there's no evil princess alterego to stop? No embodiment of chaos bent on destroying logic and order to turn to stone? No army of shapeshifters who snuck their way into a royal wedding trying to steal everyone’s love to stop?"
"No, it's just that, well-"
She didn't answer for awhile, Spike just wrapped the arm up and told her," you may not be Applejack, but you can still be honest."
"I think that it may be a fetish of mine." The dragon’s hands stopped midway, turning his attention towards her face, a confused visage on his own. "It's true", she said terribly embarrassed,"I might be enjoying how much it hurts or thrilling it is, but I have an urge to be devoured by you, to be hunted and toyed with, by you and only you..."
Spike still looked at her like she was a weirdo. "Oh stop looking at me like that!" she yelled at him," You told me to be honest!" With a smirk, he finished up the bandages muttered “Pervert” which Rarity gave him a quick death glare.
He closed up the case and put it away. The dragon sat down on the floor (Rarity's chairs were too small for him) and loudly smacked his head on the table and groaned. A couple minutes of silence past and Spike noticed Rarity staring at him. "What?"
" Well, it's- you know", she giggled.
"No I don't."
"Yes you do, the ' I wonder how you taste' thing. I don't how you came up with that."
Spike sighed and pointed to the small red spots on his neck," you seem to know how I taste, can't I wonder about you?"
"They're gonna know that we did this again, aren't they?"
"Mhm, and Twilight is gonna berate me for biting you."
"Well, we at least have another reason to wear that couples scarf I made, I bet we'll look absolutely fabulous." The dragon laughed with a small grin and the pony had a tiny giggle. The sound of the two died down and everything was silent again, before she asked the real important question in her mind. Rarity cocked her head to the side and asked," how do I taste anyway?"
Spike turned his head, trying to hide the primitive look in his eyes. She was delicious, sooner or later, he was going to take it too far, sooner or later it won’t be a game. His hunger will win and the both of them will lose. Taking deep breaths, he turned to her with a false smile," That a secret..."
