Ch 1 - Arrival in a new world.

“What happened?” he said to himself.
All he could see right now was black.
He was dizzy to say the lest. One minuet he was playing video games, the next a big black hole came out and swallowed him up. After being flung around in a big empty space for a few seconds he now settled down.
His vision started to clear up. It appeared that he was out side. There were white fluffy clouds in the sky and he could here the rushing of a small river next to him as well as a forest.
How did I get here? He wondered.
He was laying on his belly and he lifted his head up. He saw a short way from where he laid what looked like a small town.
Looking on he could make out a four legged creature trotting up to him.
At first he could not see exactly what type of animal was approaching him. Soon however he could make out a purple horse with a horn.
A unicorn? He thought. I must be dreaming. Then he saw the horse spread out a pair of wings.
Wait a unicorn horn and pegasus wings he pondered. What do you call those things? A unisus, a pegacorn.
Soon the horse thing got close to him. “Oh my are you okay?” It said in a kind female voice.
“It talks!” he yelled and jumped up to his feet. “Of course I can talk.” the purple horse said.
“I fell weird.” he said. When he got his footing he looked down at his hands only to see a pair of hooves.
“Ahhhhh” he shouted looking all over his body, seeing that his body had been turned into that of a dark blue horse with a red shaggy mane and tale.
“I'm a horse!” he shouted to the sky.
“Actually we are ponies.” the purple horse said.
“I'm a pony!” he shouted to the sky.
“Okay calm down.” the purple pony tried to say, but he was panicking so much. Her unicorn horn light up bright and he stopped moving glowing purple.
“Hey I cant move.” Billy exclaimed.
“I've got you in a magic lock.” Twilight explained. Now take deep breaths and calm down.”
Billy took in a deep lung full of air, held it for a few seconds, and exhaled. Then he then did it again a few more times.
“You okay now?” she asked.
“Yeah I think so. He said.
She broke her hold of him and he settled.
“Sorry about that.” He apologized.
“That's fine. I should introduce myself. I am Twilight Sparkle.” the purple pony said.
“My name is Billy Krumroy.” he replied.
“That's an odd name. Twilight said. “Are you from out of town?”
“You could say that.” Billy answered. “Where am I?”
Twilight responded. “Why your in Ponyville!”
“Ponyville?” Billy repeated.
“Yep. Greatest town in all of Equestria.”
So that's where I am Billy realized. Never herd of the place, but it could be worse.
Twilight spoke, “That was quite the fall you took. Come with me. I'll take you to the library and we'll try to find out where you came from.”
“That sounds fine.” Billy said.
As they walked into town Twilight noticed something about Billy. “So I see you are a unicorn.” She observed.
Billy reached up to his head and of course felt a horn upon his cranium. “How much magic do you know?” She asked.
“Not much.” Billy answered. I can do magic he thought.
It seamed to Billy that this world he was sent to might hold many adventures. His life in his home world was dull, no it was the pits. He was always being hassled by his land lord for the rent to his apartment, he couldn’t keep a steady job, And he could barely keep himself fed. The only escape he could find from his misery was video games.
But now that the shock of entering this Equestira had subsided, he was felling much better.
Billy looked in aww of the town of Ponyville. There were ponies walking around merely carrying on with their business. As well as ponies tending to fruit and vegetable stands and others selling their wares.
But their was one thing he was wondering.
“Hey Twilight, can I ask you something?” Billy asked.
“Of course?” she responded.
“I see around me regular ponies, unicorns, and pegasi. But why do you have both a horn and wings?”
Twilight explained. “Well I wasn’t always like this. I started off as just a unicorn. But when I became skilled enough in magic I became an alicorn.”
So that’s what there called Billy realized.
As the two approached the library a pink earth pony jumped up to them.
“Hi Twilight!”She greeted her friend.
“Hey Pinkie Pie.”Twilight responded.
“Oh who's your new friend?” Pinkie exclaimed seeing Billy
“This is Billy. He sort of fell out of the sky on the edge of town. We were on our way to the library to see if we could find out where he came from.”
“Oh oh oh I'd like to come to!” Pinkie said with excitement.
“That's fine with me.” Said Twilight.
This Pinkie Pie Billy thought. She seams to be quite the excitable one. She's hyper and her puffy mane and tail appears to confirm that.
The three made it to the library which to Billy's surprise was built into a tree. He thought it was most impressive.
As they went through the front door the three were greeted by a small purple reptilian creature with green scales going along it's back.
“Twilight did you find our mystery pony?” the reptile asked joyfully.
Before Twilight could answer Billy blurted out “What is that?”
“That is Spike my assistant. He's a baby dragon.” Twilight responded
This blew Billy's mind. This world is getting better and better
“Dragons!” he shouted. I love dragons. They are so awesome.”
“Clearly this pony has good tastes.” Spike said proudly scratching his chest with his claw.
Twilight and Pinkie Pie walked into the library and settled down.
When Billy steeped in he was dazzled by the enormous space inside. Shelves full of books lined the walls.
Then Pinkie Pie walked up to Billy and stared him in the eye.
“Do I know you from somewhere?” She asked him
“Uh I don't think so.” Billy answered nervously. What's going on? He wondered.
“ Hooray a new friend!” Pinkie shouted then proceeded to sing a song about how great it is to make new friends. Once the song was over Pinkie introduced herself to Billy.
“I”m Pinkie Pie and I'm glad to meet you. Do you know what this calls fore? A PARTY!. I need to go plan.” And with that Pinkie bolted out of the door.
“Is she always like that?” Billy asked Twilight.
“You have no idea” The purple alicorn answered.
Twilight then turned to Spike. “Could you make us some tea?” she asked the baby dragon.
“Of course.” he replied making his way to the kitchen.
“So Billy lets see where you came from. What do you remember?”
“Ahh well...” Billy started, but then he thought. Should he tell this pony where he really came from. He thought hard. Then he decided maybe he should reveal it bit by bit to ease her into it.
“I'm from Tennessee.” he said.
“Tennessee” Twilight repeated. “I've never heard of that place.”
“We'll It's really far away.” Billy stated.
“Maybe I should go visit there someday.” Twilight said. “Exactly how far away is it?”
This made Billy freeze. What should he say to her now. She's asking to many questions.
But then Spike came out of the kitchen saying “Tea's ready.” He held in his claws a small dish with two cups of piping hot tea on it as well as a small sugar bowl. Spike placed the dish in front of Billy and Twilight.
“Ah good” Twilight said then took a sip from her cup.
Saved by the bell Billy thought.
“Do you take sugar with your tea?” Twilight asked Billy. “Yes” he replied. Twilight then used her magic to levitate the sugar bowl and poured a steady stream of the sweet stuff into Billy's cup. “Say when.” she said.
Billy let a good portion of the sugar pour into his cup until he finally said “When”
“Boy you sure like your tea sweet.” Twilight noticed putting the sugar bowl back down onto the dish. “That's just the kind of pony that I am.” Billy replied.
Billy then started to drink. It was pretty good. “What kind of tea is this?” he asked Twilight.
“Oh it's a special blend I got from my friend Zecora.” Twilight answered.
Then she started asking questions again. “Okay,” Twilight started. “How did you end up falling out of the sky?”
“Well I guess I've got no choice now.” Billy figured.
“Yes” Twilight said leaning close Spike standing next to her.
“I appear to be from another world.” Billy began “I was in my room when a black hole appeared and sucked me into it.”
“That explains what I saw earlier.” Twilight said “So what world are you from?”
This is it Billy thought.
“I am from a place called Earth.” He started as Twilight took another sip of tea.
“There I'm what's called a human.”
Twilight spit out her tea into Spikes face then called out “HUMAN!”
