Relic Scrap sat quietly, waiting for the train to stop. She opened her book on stones and fossils quietly. Her sliver coat glistened in the sunshine, while her dark blue, wavy mane flowed. The unicorn looked out the windows. A small, but still large town, loomed in front of her. SLAM! Relic Scrap jerked in her seat. Here? Already? Can't be, She thought. She collected her saddle bags, and walked to her cousins boutique. A ringing sound jingled as she opened the door. "Welcome to Carousel Boutique, where all-" The white unicorn standing there stopped. "Relic Scrap? Is that really you?" The mare's purple curly mane bounced as she spoke. "Rarity," Relic Scrap greeted her cousin. "I've already prepared your room dear, so don't worry any little bit!" Rarity smiled happily at her cousin. Relic Scrap looked into the large room that was now her's. A loft bed stood in the middle, stained glass shining behind it. Books, fossils, rocks, pencils, quills, ink, and jewels scattered across the floor. "It's already a mess! Just the way I like it!" Rarity was glad to see her cousin so happy. She and Twilight would be the best of friends. "Oh and the quills clerk said there was a discount, so I got a free sofa!" Rarity looked at the jewel adorned sofa. "Of course you can have it," Said Relic Scrap not even looking. "My goodness Relic that telekinesis is quite impressive. And of course I'll take it!" Rarity was now excited too. The white unicorn levitated a small box into the air. Relic Scrap turned, and opened the box. Jewels, rocks, minerals, Though Relic. She carefully lifted a book out. EQUESTRIAN HISTORY, was splayed across the front. A beautiful jewel adorned dress lay behind it. "It's breathtaking Rarity, thank you." Relic Scrap walked over to the crystallized bed. She lay down, sleepy as a dragon who's just had a feast of gems. Rarity left her cousin alone, and closed the door. "Oh Opal it's great to see Relic again. I'll bring her to Twilight tomorrow. She'll have so much fun!" Rarity clicked her hooves joyfully. Rarity opened her eyes slowly. "No messes, or Sweetie Belle, no books on the floor..." The unicorn was used to her messy cousin. Relic opened her eyes. Rarity bounced over her. "Alright dear, wake up and say hello to Ponyville!" In seconds, Relic was dressed up in a small, blue dress, given cereal, and rushed outside. She backed up at the sight of the large town. Relic Scrap didn't quite enjoy large, loud, towns. She was a shy pony who enjoyed reading and writing. And when a group of ponies jumped out saying surprise, it didn't really help. The unicorn disappeared with a spark of her horn.
