*Alpha team? Alpha team do you read!? DAMN IT! All units fall back to check point 3 and await for reinforcements
[ECHO TEAM JACOBS POV]
"Move, move, move!" I yelled firing my M4A1. 'Jesus, how many of these fuckers are there?' I asked myself while dogging bullets and pulling an injured marine to cover. "MEDIC!!" I screamed over the chaos. We finally made it back to check point 3, but lost 2 squads in the process. The medic finally made his way over to me and the injured marine. "Alright buddy, your gonna be fine!" I shouted and looked over to the medic. "Take care of him!"
I got up and rushed to the rest of my squad on the front lines. "How we doin!?" I asked reloading my M4A1.
"What the fuck do you think asshole!?" Zack yelled and threw a frag.
"Oh fuck! Enemy armor!" yelled Tom pointing towards the approaching VT-1A's.
"SHIT! This is Echo squad, we need armor support at check point 3! Enemy VT-1A's are closing in on our location fast! How copy!?" I shouted through the radio."
*Negative Echo squad all of our armor has been torn apart. You must hold your ground until the reinforcements arrive.*
"FUCK! Bad news sir, all friendly armor are KIA! Command wants us to hold this check point until reinforcements arrive!" I shouted to the sarg.
"Shit! Who's left!?" Sarg shouted over the radio.
*This is Charlie team, we're still up!*
*Bravo teams still fuckin shit up!*
*Delta teams good!*
"Alright boys, I got some bad news! We're on our own till reinforcements arrive!"
*Are you fucking kidding me! There were 80 of us, and now there are only 20! How are we supposed to hold this off!?*
"Do what you were trained to do marine! FIGHT!"
After a half hour pasted the fighting die downed a bit. "Sir, I think their pulling back." I said watching the rocky hills for any more hostiles.
"Why?" the sarg asked
"Sir?"
"Why wouldn't they just take us out with their armor?"
"Hell if I know. Maybe they thought we had some anti armor."
"Damn it. I don't like this. Everyone keep an eye open!" the Sarg yelled
*All- evacuate th- I repeat eva- nuke inbound.*
*Did he just say... nuke inbound?*
"Oh fuck me."
Soon there was a loud explosion and then a large mushroom cloud formed. Then soon, there was only darkness.
[EQUESTRIA PONYVILLE]
Twilight awoke to a loud explosion that shook the earth. She shot out of her bed and ran towards the nearest window and saw a huge bright light coming from the Everfree forest. "What in Equestria." Twilight said in complete shock. "Spike, send a letter to...Spike? Spike!"
"WAAAH!" Spike yelled and jumped out of his bed. "What is it Twilight." he said a little annoyed.
"Did that explosion really not wake you up? You know what, forget it. Just send a letter to everypony and to the princess." Twilight said and looked back to the forest. For some reason she had a bad feeling about this. A really bad feeling.
[JACOBS POV]
I woke up with pounding headache and trouble breathing. I snapped opened my eyes and saw only to see...Trees? "W-what the fuck." I manage to say and tried to get up but failed and fell back down. My body felt like it was torn apart a thousand times over and over again. "ARGH! I-is any o-one there?" I said in a quiet voice.
"Hey, you hear that? I think it's Jacob."
Soon I saw lights and then I saw my squad and Delta team following. "Jacob!" Josh shouted and rushed to my side. "Yo man, you alright? Can you move?"
"N-no, I cant move. It hurts to much." I groaned. "Water, I need some w-water." I said weakly.
"Yeah, no problem." he said and gave me s swig of water from his canteen. "And don't worry, you should be able to move without any pain later."
"Great. What the fuck happened? Where are we?" I said regaining my strength.
"Not sure, we all just woke up here like you." the sargent said walking up to me and helping me up.
I got on to my feet still shaking a bit but finally regaining my balance. "Fucking hell I feel like bambee in this shit." I chuckled.
"Now that we got all of Echo and Delta team lets start looking for the rest." Alex said.
"Have we had any contact with Bravo and Charlie team?" I asked picking up my M4A1.
"Fortunately, yes. They said they set up at some abandoned castle. We got two MRAP's near by so lets get going."
"Sounds good to me." I shrugged and slowly followed everyone to the MRAP's
Soon we made it to the MRAP's and mounted up. "Alright people, Bravo team said follow the smoke, so keep your eyes open." the sargent said. Once someone spotted the smoke we began to move towards it. It was a quiet ride like always. Everyone had no clue what the fuck was going on, but we were all just grateful to still be alive. When we arrived at our new outpost we were greeted by a huge castle.
"Dismount people, move, move, move." the sargent said and jumped out of the MRAP. I followed closed and entered the castle.
"So, what's the sitrep Johnson?" asked the sargent.
"Not good, we lost contact with command, we're in a area that isn't on the map, we're low on food, and we have no idea were we are. The good news is that we survived a fucking nuke somehow. So I guess that's good." Bravo teams leader said.
"Fuck. Well, any ideas on what to do next?" Sarg asked.
"I say we hold up here till we figure something out." said Charlie teams leader. Soon everyone agreed started on building their defenses.
"Alright, I want 2 people from each squad to watch the south, east, west, and north. Vick, I want you to set up in the highest place you can find and watch the bridge and make sure no one crosses it. everyone else, I want you all to set up the outpost. Lets move it ladies!"
We all nodded and bolted to complete our jobs. 'I have a bad feeling about this.'
[OUT SIDE OF THE EVERFREE FOREST]
Twilight and her friends all met at the edge of the forest and awaited for Twilights brother Shining Armor. Everyone was calm and patient, except for Rainbow Dash who was walking back and forth. "Urgh! Why are waiting on your brother and his guards?" she asked.
"Because the princess requested us to wait until my brother and a platoon of his guards arrive." Twilight said.
"But why?" asked Fluttershy.
"I'm not sure, but whatever it is it must be-"
*CRACK*
*CRACK*
*CRACK*
There were loud rapid noises echoing through the air, and soon followed by a loud roar. "I-I think that was a manticore." Fluttershy said.
"Twily!" Twilight spun around and saw her brother and a platoon of guards.
"BBBF!" Twilight shouted and hugged Shining Armor. "Did you hear that?" she asked.
"Yes and I don't like it. I want you and your friends to stay here." he said and broke away from the hug.
"What, why!?" Twilight asked
"Because it may not be safe. Don't worry, I'll be back before sunrise." he said and motioned the platoon of guards towards the forest.
Twilight was going to say something, but decided that her brother could handle whatever was going on. So she nodded and watched her brother and the rest of the guards enter the forest. "Be careful big brother." she whispered and walked back to ponyville.
[JACOBS POV]
"Jacob, I want you Hank, Bob, and Tim to go and hunt for any food. And if you can, find out who made those gunshots." the Sarg said. I saluted and met up with the rest of the hunting party.
"Alright boys, lets find some dinner."
We crossed the bridge and entered the forest once again. "Man, why cant we just take one of the MRAP's?" Bob asked.
"Aww shut up. You always cry about the smallest thing. I mean how the hell did you even get into the marines?" Hank asked
"Why don't ya ask your mama." Bob said and flipped Hank off.
"Ha!" I laughed and looked back to the two. "Alright, alright you two cut it out. We have no clue what's out here. So lets switch to our night vision and get into formation."
"Got it."
"Roger that."
"Will do."
We all switched to our night vision and got into formation and moved quietly and carefully through the woods. We walked for about 10 minutes and found nothing but a couple of rabbits. "Damn it, this isn't enough to feed the entire outpost." I said disappointed. After another 5 minutes we heard metal clanking and then soon voices. We decided to check it out. We finally found the who or should I say what was making all of the noises. There marching in roman looking armor were several mini horses or ponies if you want get technical. Somehow they all carried spears, swords, and crossbows. "Uh, you guys seeing what I'm seeing?" I whispered.
"Yep."
"Unfortunately yes."
"Hm-mm."
We stayed out of sight and watch the ponies march. "So...anyone have any ideas." I asked looking behind me.
"Yeah, I say we kill one and take em back and try some weird pony meat." Rob said aiming for what looked like the leader of these ponies.
"Negative, lets just pull back and tell everyone about this." I said and slowly walking backwards.
We all agreed and headed back for the outpost. It was quiet and peaceful. That is until there was a crack that came from our left. I quickly raised my fist and scanned the area. I saw 2 shadows run by into cover. I looked back and singled them what I saw. After I was done there was a *CLICK* "GET DOWN!!" I screamed and dived into cover. As I was diving into cover multiple guns fired and a few bullets nearly hit me. I poped out of cover and fired a couple of shots in the direction of our ambushers and heard 2 screams of pain.
"SARGENT! WE HAVE BEEN ENGAGED BY UNKNOWN HOSTILES! WE ARE PINNED DOWN! REQUESTING REINFORCMENTS! HOW COPY!" I screamed over the radio and fired a couple more shots.
*Roger that, fire a flare and we'll send backup to your position.*
"TIM! FIRE A FLARE!" I shouted and threw a frag. The frag exploded and was followed by screams.
Tim fired his flare and fired his M16. I looked to my left and saw 4 shadows rush by me. "SHIT! ROB WATCH THE LEFT! THEIR TRYING TO FLANK US!" I shouted.
Rob aimed to the left and fired a storm of lead from his M249. After he let loose in the enemy's position there were even more screams.
*Bravo team is on root to your position.*
We stayed in cover and fired our weapons for about 4 minutes. Soon the gunfire died down and a chinese soldier fell out of the bushes dead. "LIGHTNING, LIGHTNING!" I yelled.
"THUNDER, THUNDER!"
I gave a sigh of relief and motioned everyone to get up. We came out of our cover and quickly moved to Bravo teams position. "thanks for the assist." I said.
"No problem. Lets get back to the outpost and watch out for any other of these pricks." Alex said and kicked one of the dead chinese soldiers. We quickly made our way to the MRAP and headed back to the outpost.
[SHINING ARMORS PROV]
*CRACK*
*CRACK*
*CRACK*
*BOOM*
"Sir, it's coming from the north. Permission to scout the area." one of the sargents said. I nodded and he gathered his scouting party and flew towards the sound.
"Everypony keep an eye open. Something's going on here and I don't like it." I said and continued to lead my guards to the location of all of the noises. After a few minutes we arrived and was greeted with a horrific scene. About 9 strange creatures were laying on the ground dead. I motioned the guards to spread out and secure the area. I then approached one of the creatures and inspected the corps. It was totally alien to me. I had no idea what this thing was. I soon noticed multiple holes in it's chest and one huge hole in it's head. "What in equestria is going on here?" I asked myself.
"Sir! Come look at this!" one of the guards shouted.
I got up and trotted to the guard. "What did you find?" I asked approaching him.
He pointed to the ground where strange markings in the ground made a trail. "There may be others. Should we inform the princess?" he asked.
I thought for a moment. "No, we will find the trail until it ends. Then we will inform her." I said. "Everypony back in formation and follow me."
All of the guards bolted to their positions and followed me. We followed the trail until they were replaced with a even more strange trail. They looked like tracks from a wagon but were larger. I decided to continue following the trail and find these creatures.
[JACOBS POV]
We got back to the outpost and crossed the bridge. We entered the castle and went to the fire. I put 3 dead rabbits on a table and grabbed a cup of coffee and went to find the sargent. I found him near the fire warming his hands. He looked over to me and gave a small smile. 'Damn that's rare.' I thought and sat next him. "Coffee?" he nodded and took the cup.
"So, mind telling me what happened out there?" he asked and took a sip of coffee.
"The chinese ambushed us when we were on our way back to the outpost. Oh, but wait till you here about what we found." I said with a wide grin. He raised an eye brow. "Me and the boys heard some sounds and we went to check it out. What we found was totally strange. We found a bunch of cartoonish ponies wearing roman armor and carrying spears, swords, and crossbows marching." the sargent looked as if he was about to lose it but kept a straight face. "Look, if you don't believe me than ask the others." I said and took a sip of my coffee.
"Look, Jacob, I think you need some rest. What about you go and hit the-"
*Uhhh, sir, we got something really weird across the bridge. You may want to check it out, but I would stay out of site if I were you.*
"Roger that." he said. The sargent got up and jogged to the to the main door. I got up and followed. We arrived at the main doors and peeked outside. I slowly looked over to the sargent and gave a cocky smile. There, across the bridge were the group of ponies I was talking about.
"Believe me now?" I asked and chuckled.
*Sir, a couple of em are crossing the bridge now. Permission to fire a warning shot.*
"Permission granted."
Soon Vick fired a shot and nearly hitting the lead pony. They pulled back and returned to the other side of the bridge. "Sir, they are just a bunch animals in armor. I don't think their much of a threat." I said.
"I know, but I just don't want to take any chances." he said and pulled out his binoculars. "Wait, a couple of them are fucking flying."
"Say what now?" I asked and took out my binoculars to see 4 or 5 of the ponies flying our way. "Well I be damned."
*Sir, do you want me to take them out of the sky? I have a clear shot.*
"Don't kill them just injure them."
*Roger that.*
Soon Vick fired again and one of the ponies let out a scream of pain and fell out of the sky. The rest of the ponies flew after their fallen friend and carried him of to safety. "Nice shot." I said with a smile.
*Sir, the rest of the ponies are crossing the bridge and they don't look happy.*
"Geez, cant these guys get a clue? Lock and load boys we're having freaky pony meat." The sargent said.
We all grabbed our weapons and aimed for our advancing dinner, but soon there was a sound all to familiar. "INCOMING MORTARS!"
*BOOM*
*BOOM*
*BOOM*
Three mortar shells made contact with the earth and exploded. I looked over and saw the ponies moving back across the bridge and entered the forest.
*HOSTILES APPROACHING FROM THE WEST!*
*THEIR COMING FROM THE SOUTH TO!*
*SHIT THEIR COMING FROM ALL SIDES!*
"ALRIGHT BOYS! CONSERVE YOUR AMMO AND KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN! I HAVE A FEELING THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE HERE FOR AWHILE!" the sargent shouted over the radio.
I took a deep breath and did what I do best.
Reinforcements and first contact
The intense firefight lead on for hours and we were slowly running out of ammo. So far we were able to hold the north, and west, but the Chinese were slowly pushing through the south, and east with armored transports. We were able to take out a few, but we soon ran out of rockets. They were slowly making it closer to the outpost. There was no end to these bastards! Luckily we hade no dead, but we did have some injured. It was nothing serious, but if this firefight didn't end soon we would have to dig some graves. That is if we make it out alive. I was on my last 2 magazines and my cover was getting torn apart.
*HOLYSHIT! LOOKS LIKE THE VT-1A'S ARE BACK AND THEIR COMING FROM THE EAST!*
I peeked out of my cover and saw a VT-1A approaching fast. 'Well, shit.' The VT-1A was to close for comfort and I was down to my last clip. I popped out of cover to fire my weapon, but was met with the VT-A1 aiming in my direction. I froze and saw my life flash before my eyes. I closed my eyes and awaited my fate.
*BOOM*
I heard a massive explosion and opened my eyes to see the VT-A1 up in flames. I was shocked and relieved. I looked to the edge of the forest and saw 3 M1A1 Abrams in formation charging out of the woods. A huge smile came to my face as I laughed. "WOOOOOOO!! YEAH BABY! LOOK WHO'S HERE!" I screamed over the radio and pointing towards the Abrams. After the Abrams made it to the field 2 M3A2 Bradley's rolled out of the forest and they were followed by 2 squads of marines.
*THANK GOD YOU GUYS GOT HERE! WE COULD USE SOME HELP IN THE EAST!*
*Roger that, moving to assist.*
One of the Abrams moved to the east side of the outpost and help push back the Chinese forces into the forest. Once the east side of the outpost was secured, both of the Bradley's went to the north and west sides, and the other 2 Abrams moved to the south to push back the Chinese. The 2 squads pushed up and entered the outpost. "Thanks for the assist Tango company."
"Anytime sargent." Omega teams leader said. "Our armor should be able to push back the Chinese and help us make an actual perimeter around the outpost, but for now lets take care of anyone who's injured."
The sargent nodded and looked back to his men. "Alright, if anyone got hit in the fight let Omega teams medic look at ya. Those who aren't hit help secure this place, and when your done loot the enemy bodies for their ammo and weapons. Oorah?"
"OORAH!" we all shouted and bolted to our objective's. I vaulted out of the destroyed window and moved behind the Bradley. "What's the situation here? Have we cleared this area yet?" I asked a marine crouching behind the Bradley.
"Not sure yet, I do know we have it all under control here, but I think there's a couple of stragglers left. I'm going to check it out with Chuck, you in?" he said. I nodded and followed him, and Chuck through the field. It was covered with dead Chinese soldiers and 2 destroyed armor transports. We continued through the field till we came across an injured soldier trying to drag him self away, and missing his left leg.
"Damn, he got fucked up." Chuck said cringing at the site of the missing leg.
"No kidding." I said walking towards the soldier. "Should we... kill him?" I asked aiming at him.
"Hold on, let me ask the sargent." Chuck said. "Sargent, we have a injured Chinese soldier here. Should we bring him back for questioning?"
*What's his condition?*
"Poor bastards missing a leg, and is bleeding out heavily."
*Then negative. We're not going to waste the medical supplies on him. Just get whatever you can from him and end his pain.*
"Roger that." Chuck nodded and turned to the soldier. "Anyone know Chinese?"
"Does 'me love you long time' count?" the marine asked sounding like an idiot.
"I wish." I mumbled and flipping over the soldier. "Hey, you speak English?" he didn't say anything. He only spit on my boots. I sighed and shrugged and put the barrel of my gun to his head and pulled the trigger. "I liked these boots asshole." I said and looted his body. I gathered his ammo and walked around the field gathering more ammo and a couple of QBZ-97's and returned to the outpost. "This is all I got." I said laying down the rifles with the rest and walking to a table and placing all of the ammo on it. I gave a heavy sigh and rubbed my eyes. "I need a break." I grabbed a cup of coffee and joined some marines around the fire. We all sat there quiet for some time without looking at each other once, and staring into the fire. 'I really need a break.'
[SHINING ARMOR POV]
It's been at least two hours since Shining Armor and his guards retreated from the strange creatures battle. The very loud noises finally ended and were replaced with the quiet sounds of the Everfree forest. I gave a heavy sigh and walked over to the injured guard. "How's he doing?" I asked.
"He's hurt bad. Whatever those...things did to him really bucked him up. We need to get him back to Ponyville hospital, or he's loosing this wing."
"WHAT!?"
"Calm down, we're sending you there now." I said and motioned a few guards to take him back. They nodded and trotted to the injured guard and carried him back. "Alright, here's what we're going to do. We're going to inform Celestia about the creatures and how their fighting each other, and then we'll make camp near their position and make sure they don't do anything funny." I said.
"YES SIR!"
I smiled and gave a nod of approval. "Then get to it." they saluted and jumped to their jobs.
[TWILIGHT AND FRIENDS]
"Twilight, dear you must calm down. I'm sure your brother is just fine." Rarity said trying to calm down Twilight.
"But what if something happened! What if he needed our help and we weren't there! He said he would be back before sunset! OOHHHH!" Twilight shouted walking in circles.
"Twilight, chill, your brother can fight an entire army of changelings. I'm sure he can handle whatever's out there." Rainbow Dash said.
"Well yeah, but look at all of that smoke, and you heard all of those explosions. Ohhh, I don't know." Twilight said and finally sat down.
Applejack walked over and put a hoof on Twilights shoulder. "Twi, I'm sure he's fine. He's your brother, I'm sure him and his guards can handle any thing that's a threat to Equestria. Have faith in him Twi."
Twilight looked up and smiled. "Thanks Applejack, that really helped." she said but then soon frowned. "But I still have this bad feeling that something big is going to happen."
"Like what?" asked Fluttershy.
"I don't know, but I fell like it will change Equestria forever."
"Don't worry Twilight, as long as we're together nothing can stop us." Rainbow Dash said.
Twilight smiled and nodded then looked out the window. 'Shining Armor, please be safe.'
[JACOBS POV]
For an hour I just stared into the fire before I finally snapped out of it. I got up from my seat and walked outside. I took in a deep breath and looked up into the sky and looked back down. When I looked back down, I saw one of those ponies in golden armor looking at my direction. "Alright, that's it." I said to myself and walked back into the outpost and jogged to find the Sargent. I found him next to a large table smoking a cigar. "Sir, I spotted one of those ponies on the edge of the forest. I think their planning something. Permission to go and check it out."
"Jacob, they're just ponies, but if you think something's up, then I want you to check it out." he said taking another puff of his cigar.
"Thank you sir." I saluted and walked into the court yard to find Hank, Bob, and Tim. "Hey guys, get your gear, sargent wants us to check out those ponies." I said.
They stared at me for a few seconds and then they burst out into laughter. "Holy shit man, are you for real?" Tom asked laughing his ass off.
"Yeah." I said annoyed. "Now get your shit and meet me at the main entrance."
I headed for the entrance and waited for the 3 stooges to meet me there. After a couple of minutes they finally showed up. "It's about time. God, what were you doing, jacking each other off?"
"No, your mom did." Tom said flipping me off.
"Whatever, lets just get moving." I said and motioned them forward. We got in formation and walked out the front door. Sure enough, that same pony was still watching the outpost, but when he saw me look at him he bolted back into the bushes. "Alright, once we enter the forest we spread out and check for anything strange. But I want coms up, so if anything goes down I want you to contact me. Oorah?"
"Oorah."
I nodded and crossed the bridge and entered the forest. I scanned my surroundings and continued through the forest. That is until all of those ponies jumped out of no where and surrounded me pointing their weapons at me. "Uh, guys, I have contact with them. Move to my position. Now." I whispered into the radio. Soon one of the ponies walked past the others. This one seemed different though. He had white fur and a blue main. He also wore purple armor and looked like he was the one in charge.
"Creature, I am Shining Armor, captain of the royal guards, and ruler of the Crystal empire. Can you understand me?" he asked. I replied with a nod. "Good, then you are to come with us for questioning. Please come peacefully. I do not wish to force you."
I snickered a bit. He thinks he can force me to come with him. HA! I slowly shook my head and raised my hand. "Alright pony, here's how it's gonna go down. Your going to stay about... 5 clicks away from our outpost, or I will be forced to engage you and your little friends here." I said and paused to let him soak in what I just said and continued. "I highly advise you to leave now."
"Hey, freak! There's only one of you and 13 of us!" one of the little shits yelled. His leader looked back and glared at him.
He then looked back to me. "Creature, I'm not asking again. Now surrender, and come peacefully." he ordered.
I sighed and shook my head and made a fist. "You fucked." I said and smiled under my mask. He was about to say something until he was interrupted by a sound from the bushes.

Soon Hank, and the others fired their weapons and killed 3 guards to my left. I now saw my exit and bolted for it. Soon a bolt of energy flew past my head and striking a near by tree and blowing it to pieces. "Holy shit." I mumbled to myself. I popped out of my cover, and fired a couple of shots at the leader of the group, but then something appeared in front of him and shielding him from my shots. "SHIT!" I shouted and pulled out a grenade. "TRY AND BLOCK THIS ASSHOLE!" I yelled tossing the grenade. As soon as it made contact with the shield, it exploded and sent that prick flying into a tree. I was about to finish the job, but an arrow nearly hit me. I looked up and saw 2 flying ponies aiming they're crossbows at me. I quickly rolled behind a tree and fired a burst of bullets, killing 1, and injuring the other.
I got back behind the tree and pulled out a fresh magazine, but as I was doing that, a pony with a spear came running out of some near by bushes screaming. Before he could get the chance to gut me like a fish, a bullet flew straight through his brain. He fell dead to the ground, twitching a bit. I looked to my right and saw Bob giving a thumbs up. I chuckled and reloaded my weapon. I popped out of my cover and saw the remaining ponies dragging they're leader away while yelling "FALL BACK!" I fired one more shot and raised my fist.
"HOLD YOUR FIRE! HOLD YOUR FIRE!" I yelled. The gunfire ceased and we stepped out of our cover watching for any more hostiles. "Clear. Alright, regroup!" I lowered my weapon and met up with the rest. "Well, that sure was interesting."
"No kidding. I mean, did you see that one fire a bolt of fucking lighting." Hank said poking a dead pony.
"Yeah man, how did he even do that?" Rick asked.
"Magic?" Tim said.
We all looked at each other and burst out laughing. "Magic? Really? HAHAHAHAHA!" I laughed shaking my head. I calmed down and lifted up my hand. "Alright, alright. calm down boys, lets head back to the outpost and tell the Sargent about this." I said pointing in the direction of the outpost. We headed back to the outpost, but I could feel like someone was watching us. I shrugged and continued. 'Today is going to be an interesting day.'
[PONYVILLE]
Twilight and her friends rushed to the hospital when Twilight was told that her brother was injured. As soon as Twilight entered, she rushed to the front desk. "Where is Shining Armor!? Is he ok!?" Twilight asked with fear
"Your brothers room is B-17. He is resting now." the nurse said.
"Can I see him?" Twilight asked. The nurse nodded and Twilight bolted to B-17 with her friends following. They finally reached B-17 and entered. Once they entered, they saw princess Celestia, and princess Luna talking with Shining armor. "Brother!" Twilight shouted and rushed to the side of the bed. "Are you okay?"
"Yes Twily, I'm fine." Shining Armor said with a weak smile.
"What happen to you?" Fluttershy asked.
"We were about to ask the same question." Celestia said and turned to Shining Armor. "What happened." she asked in a soft calm tone.
"I thought one of the guards informed you about what we found." Shining Armor said. Celestia shook her head. "Well, that's unfortunate. Anyways, we found these strange biped alien like creatures. Our first discovery was when we found 9 dead ones in the forest. After we discovered the bodies, we found some tracks that I never have saw in my life. We followed the tracks and ended up at the castle of the two sisters. I sent 3 scouts to check it, but then one of them was shot down by the creatures strange device. We were about to cross the bridge and capture the creatures, but then 3 giant explosion erupted and all I could hear was yelling and the strange loud noises. I decided to pull back an watch what was going on. Once we were in cover, I saw a strange metal beast charge out of the forest and was followed by more of the creatures. Soon they all started killing each other, and the explosions were getting closer to me and my guards. So we pulled back even deeper into the woods and regrouped. After I gave my orders, I sent a spy to watch the creatures movements. He returned telling me that 4 of the creatures are entering the forest and splitting up. I decided to capture one of the creatures and return here. So once we surrounded one of the creatures, I asked it if it could understand me. It nodded and I ordered him to surrender and come peacefully. It refused, and I gave one last order. He only raised his right claw, and soon the loud noises erupted from the forest and saw 3 of my guards fall dead to the ground." Shining Armor said and looking down at his bed. "I was fighting one of the creatures until it threw a rock at me. The rock exploded and destroyed my shield. That's all I can remember."
Celestia, Luna, and the main six only stared at Shining Armor. "I'm sorry Shining Armor. It is my fault for sending you and your guards into the forest." Celestia said looking at the ground. Shining Armor was about to say something, but was interrupted by a massive explosion from outside. Everyone turned to the sky and saw a large black object with lights and blades, fly through the air and land in a wide open field. Celestia, Luna, and the main six got up, said they're goodbyes to Shining Armor, and left to inspect the object.

[JACOBS POV]
When we got back to the outpost, I told the Sargent about our encounter with the ponies. Right after I was done telling him about the encounter, a loud explosion erupted from the air and we heard the sound of spinning blades in the air. "Is that what I think it is?" asked the Sargent.
*Sargent, I have eyes on a Blackhawk. It seems to be landing in the south.*
"Roger that. Well Jacob, looks like you'll be checking this out. I want you and Jasper to grab a couple of ghillie suits and M24 snipers and find that Blackhawk, and it's crew. Understood?" I nodded, and ran to meet Jasper at a MRAP already in a ghillie suit.
"What's up, here's your shit." Jasper said and tossed me a ghillie suit, and a M24. I put on the ghillie suit, and checked my weapon.
"Alright, lets get a move on." I said and jogged behind Jasper to find the Blackhawk. We moved through the forest smoothly and past a couple of dead Chinese soldiers. We stopped to investigate the bodies. It wasn't pretty. We found half a soldier on the ground, and the rest in a near by tree. The rest of the soldiers were gutted, and torn apart. I gagged to the smell of the rotten corpses. We radioed the outpost and told the Sargent what we came across, and continued through the forest to our objective.
[ALPHA 2 AND THE BLACKHAWK]
"Hey Rico, what the hell happen?" Travis asked rubbing his head.
"Bitch,, how the hell am I suppose to know." Rico said hopping off the Blackhawk. He looked over and saw the rest of his squad and the pilots talking. "Hey, anyone have a clue on what's going on here?"
"Not. A. Clue." Ben said and looked back to the two pilots. "Apparently we just popped up in this green field with a smoking tail rotor."
"look guys, we're as confused as you here." Tom said showing his map. "We're no where on this map. My only best guess is that we died and went to... whatever this place is."
"Great, anyone got any ideas on what to do next?" Kevin asked.
"We could try and make contact with command." Travis said walking over to the group.
"Already tried, all we got was static." Gorge said rubbing his eyes.
"Uhh, guys, what's that?" Rico asked pointing to a far away hill. Coming over the hill were multiple ponies carrying swords, spears, crossbows, and flags.
"What the fu-" Kevin was interrupted by an arrow nearly hitting his foot. "JESUS!" everyone scattered and dodged arrows and bolts of energy. Gorge and Tom ran towards the woods firing they're M9, and Colt 1911, but were stopped when a group of flying ponies with a giant net carried them off. Alpha team tried to shoot down the ponies, but failed when more arrows, and bolts of energy shot pasted they're heads. Soon Alpha team ran out of ammo and were over runned. After Alpha team was captured, a tall white horse and a blue horse half it's size walked up to them.
"You have some explaining to do."
[JACOBS POV]
It took us the rest of the day to reach the outside of the forest. It was pitch black and we couldn't see a thing, but lucky for us I brought two spare night vision goggles. Jasper put on the goggles and looked at me. "You know, why didn't we just use the MRAP?" he asked. I was about to answer his question, but stopped and face palmed.
"How the hell did we get into the marines?" I asked and shrugged. "I think we're nearing the Blackhawks position. So lets move." We continued to move on the edge of the forest and spotted the Blackhawk. Unfortunately, it was surrounded by more damn ponies. It looked like they set up a camp around the area. I pulled out my binoculars and scanned the camp. As I was scanning, I noticed a marine being pushed into a large tent. I tapped onto Jaspers shoulder and pointed to the large tent. "Alright, I'll stay here and you find another good scoping position. We'll contact each other when we come up with a plan." I whispered. He nodded and moved to another position. I took a deep breath and thought up a plan. 'How the fuck can I get those soldiers out and make sure these ponies don't fuck with that Blackhawk?' For a couple of minutes I continue to think, until a idea finally popped up in my head. "Jasper, do you have a flare?" I asked over the radio.
*A couple, why?*
"We can use your flares as a distraction for me to sneak in, get our boys, and destroy the Blackhawk."
*Well, it's better than just running in there like a dumbass. Lets do it.*
"Alright, I'll tell ya when to light it."
*Roger.*
I waited for the right moment. "Okay, in 3...2...1...light up the sky."
Captured and a last stand
Celestia, Luna, and the main six awaited for the creatures to arrive. Celestia looked over to see Twilight who looked very nervous. Celestia placed her hoof on Twilight. Twilight looked up, and smiled. She was about to say something, but six of the creatures were pushed into the tent in front of them. The creatures were covered in dirt, sweat, and cuts. They wore hardly any armor, and had metallic objects strapped to they're chest. Celestia cleared her throat and was about to say something, but was interrupted by one of the creatures. "What the fuck is going on here!?" the creature on the far left yelled.
"Silence you pathetic monster!" one of the guards yelled, and punched the creature to the ground.
"General! That is enough!" Celestia shouted. The guard lowed his head, and returned to his post. Celestia looked back at the creatures, and cleared her throat again. "I am princess Celestia, co-ruler of Equestria. This is my sister, and the elements of harmony. You are here because you have attacked the royal guards, and ha-" Celestia was interrupted by a guard running into the tent.
"Your highness, there is a huge bright light in the sky. We think it's more of the creatures." Celestia raised from her seat and looked to the girls.
"Girls, I want you stay here and wait till I return."
"What!? But princess, we can he-"
"Twilight, please, I can not bare to see you and your friends injured, or worse. Please." Celestia said. Twilight was about to say something, but lowered her head in defeat. Celestia, Luna, and a few guards exited the tent, and readied themselfs for whatever awaited them.
[JACOBS POV]
Jasper fired the flare, and I sprinted to the camp as quickly, and as quietly as possible. I reached the edge of the camp, and swiftly made my way to the tent where the men were being held at. Once I made it to the tent, I pulled out my knife, and cut a small hole in the tent. I saw 8 ponies, and 6 soldiers. I pulled out a flash bang, and through it into the hole. Soon the flash bang went off and I rushed in, and pulled all 6 of the blinded solders out of the tent. "Lets move it!" I yelled. I directed them to safe area, and cut them free. "Evryone alright?" I asked. They all nodded. "Good, alright I want you all to run to the forest and meet up with Jasper." I said pointing to the woods. "Got it?"
"Yeah, but what about you?" the pilot asked.
"I'm not just gonna let them get they're little hoofs on that Blackhawk, now am I? Now get a move on." they did as I told them, and ran for the forest. I looked back to the camp, and saw several ponies around the tent. "Jasper, I sent the crew to your position. If I'm not back in 5 minutes, then fall back to the outpost. Understand?"
*Roger that. Good luck.*
"I don't need luck." I said, and swiftly moved back to the camp, and made my way to the Blackhawk. Once I reached the Blackhawk, I pulled out a grenade, and jumped into the Blackhawk. "Alright, where to start, where to start. Ah, a bag of C4, that'll do." I said, pulling the pin, and placing the grenade with the bag C4. I jumped out of the Blackhawk, and ran like the devil was about to fuck me. I knew all of the ponies saw me because 1, I heard them yelling at me to stop, and 2, I was in the open running like a idiot. Soon the grenade went off, and the entire Blackhawk went up in flames. The blast knocked me off of my feet, and I hit the ground hard. Really hard. My vision was blurry, and all I could hear was ringing, and muffled voices. Soon my vision was clear, and I regained my hearing. I felt a sharp object on my chest, and decided to stay still, and listen to what they were talking about.
"What in Equestria happened here!?" a voice said.
"This creature freed those monsters, and destroyed they're machine." another voice said.
"Where are the Elements of Harmony? Were they harmed?" the first voice said worried.
"I don't think so." another voice said.
Soon all I could hear was the shouting of others. Then the first voice said something. "Creature, I know your awake. NOW RISE!!" the voice boomed, making me jump a little. I opened my eyes, and saw a tall white horse, who stared at me with anger. I slowly raised to my feet, and chuckled a bit. "Is there something amusing?" she asked.
"Yeah, you and your little guards." I said and looked over to a group of guards, who were trying to look tough. I couldn't help myself, and burst out into laughter. "I'm sorry but your not that I-" I was interrupted by a hoof to the face. I fell to my knee, and slowly raised back up. "Damn, you may be cute, but ya can really pack a punch."
"ENOUGH!! CREATURE, WE DEMAND THOU TO SURRENDER, OR WE SHALL FORCE THOU!" a dark blue pony boomed. I covered my ears.
"MOTHER OF GOD BITCH! LOWER IT DOWN A BIT WOULD YA!" I yelled. Before I could say something else, I felt a hard blow to the side of my face, and fell back onto the ground. 'Maybe some of that luck would have been useful.' then everything went black.
[JASPERS POV]
"Damn it Jacob." I whispered. I watched as the ponies put Jacob in chains, and drag him off. I gave a heavy sigh, and looked back to the group. "Ok, lets get moving before they find us." I whispered. We were about to get a move on, but soon I felt a sharp pain in my leg. "AAARRGH!!" I yelled and fell to the ground clutching my leg. I looked down and saw a golden arrow stuck through my knee. "FUUUCK!" Soon I heard war cry's, and saw several arrows fly through the air. I dragged myself to a fallen log. Soon the rest of the group made they're way to me.
"Shit! W-what the fuck do we do!? We have no weapons, and no medical supplies!" a young soldier yelled.
I gave a heavy sigh, pulled off my M24, and handed it to one of the pilots. He looked at the rifle, and then to me. "You cant be serious, we're not going to leave you. We can car-"
"GOD DAMN IT! Just go before they surround us! I'll only slow you all down. just keep moving north, and you'll find a old castle. When you get there, tell them what happened." I yelled and pushed him away. He looked at me, and lowered his head in defeat. Him and the rest of the group said they're goodbyes, and ran north. I looked up into the sky and chuckled. "Death by ponies, what a way to go." I pulled out my M9, popped out of cover, and fired 3 shots. 2 guards fell dead, while the other dived into cover. I changed targets, and fired a couple more shots into a few flying ponies. I heard the bushes behind me rustle, and turned to see a pony with a spear charging at me. I pulled out my knife, and plunged it into his eye. Before I could pull out the knife, another pony jumped over the log, and aimed a crossbow at my head. I quickly dodged the arrow, and fired the rest of my magazine into the pony.
"DIE BEAST!!" a voice behind me yelled. Before I could look back, a spear stabbed through my shoulder.
"AAHHHHHHHH!!!" I screamed and elbowed the fucker. I reloaded my M9, and fired my entire magazine into the pony. I soon heard more voices, and sighed. "Damn it." I mumbled, and pulled out the spear in my shoulder. I felt weak, and dizzy. I knew I couldn't fight them forever, so I rested on the log, and pulled out a couple of grenades I snagged from the MRAP. Soon more ponies arrived and surrounded me. They were all yelling at me, but I drowned out they're voices, and remembered my friends and family, and pulled the pin. "Goodbye." I whispered. Soon the grenade exploded, and everything went dark.
I awoke with a pounding headache, and slowly opened my eyes to see a dimly lit room, and a large table. I tried to move, but soon noticed that I was bounded to a chair and still wearing my ghillie suit.. My eyes snapped opened when I realized the situation, and tried to free myself. "Fucking ponies!" I yelled. Soon a door opened, and both of the ponies from the camp walked in. I sighed and smiled under my mask. 'What's the worst that can happen?'
The white tall pony sat down, and cleared her throat. "Creature, who are you, and why did you and your allies come to Equestria?" She asked. I only stared at her, and didn't say a word. She just sat there waiting for a awnser that never came. Soon she asked again. "Why. Are. You. Here?" I smiled under my mask, and shrugged.
"Brochure looked nice." I siad and chuckled. The dark blue one seemed to get angery at my comment, and slammed her hoofs onto the table.
"Does thou think this a joke!?" she shouted. I only shrugged, and chuckled. This only made her angrier. "Several brave guards have lost their lives because of you MONSTERS!" Soon the white one calmed her friend down, and returned her focus to me.
"Creature, you will tell me everything I want, and you will do it now." She glared. I just sat there, unfazed by her. She sighed in frustration. Her horn started to glow and the hoodie part of my ghillie suit quickly flipped off. " I love all creatures, I treat them as my own. But you, you and your allies have slaughtered a great number of my guards that all had families, and now those families will never be able to say goodbye to them, or say that they love them." She said with a little hate in her eyes. "How are you able to sleep at night knowing that." I felt sad for a second, but that soon pasted over, and I gave a wicked smile.
"Lady, I haven't got a good nights sleep in years. I've killed so many people I lost fucking count. I learned to get over all of the death, and began to accept it. All I get is one or two hours of sleep a week. Death no longer has an affect on me, because I am death." I said. She just stared at me with a blank look, and sighed.
"If you do not wish to speak... then I will have to resort to extreme measures." She said. She looked to her friend, and nodded. They both got up, and walked out of the front door. I was confused for a few seconds until another, familiar pony walked in. Soon I noticed this pony. It was the pony from the firefight in the woods.
'Awww shit.' The pony walked up to the table, and sat down. He stared at me with eyes of pure hate. I just shrugged this off, and stared back at the pony. "What's up dock?" I said. The pony continued to stare at me, and slammed his hoofs onto the table.
"Silence you monster!" He shouted. "I want answers, and I want them NOW!" He growled, and walked around to me. "Why are you, and your kin here?" I didn't say a word. I saw the anger increase in his eyes, and his horn starting to glow. Soon, a wicked smile appeared onto his face. "Fine, don't talk, it'll be more fun for me." I raised an eyebrow, and soon a intense bolt of pain surged through my body. I shook violently in my seat, and tried to scream, but I couldn't. Soon it stopped, and I stopped shaking. I could hardly breath as I gasped for air. Once I regained my breath, I smiled, and looked up.
"Like it kinky huh?" I chuckled. I saw the anger in his eyes increase even more. He raised his hoof, and slammed it into my face. I felt a tooth crack, and blood fly out of my mouth. He continued to batter me for a full minute, and soon stopped. We were both panting, and sweating.
"Do you think this is a game!? Many good lives have been taken away because of you, and your disgusting kin!" He screamed in my face. I just stared into his eyes, and spat my blood onto his face. He kept his pissed off face, and his horn started to glow. Soon a small, bloody rag raised into the air, and slammed onto the table in front of me.
"What is that?" I asked. He smiled, and started to unwrap the rag. Once he unwrapped the rag, my eyes went wide with shock. It was Jaspers dog tags. They were covered in blood, and mud. I stared at the tags for a few seconds, and snapped my head towards the pony, and glared at him with extreme anger. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO TO HIM!?" I screamed. His smile seemed to grow a bit.
"I killed him." He said like it was nothing. I could feel my anger rise to it's peek, and explode. I head butted him, and he stumbled, and fell to the ground. Blood ran down his face, and he looked up at me with anger. He shot up and tackled me, making me fall onto my back. He looked me in the eyes, and smiled. "Your 'friend' was weak, pathetic, and a coward. He was a waste of a life. He paid for his sins. And I'll make sure you do too!" He said, and began to slam his hoof into my face. Every blow felt as if a giant iron fist was bashing my face into a pulp. Soon I heard multiple voices, and saw other ponies start to pull back the enraged pony out of the room. I began to laugh with blood flowing out of my mouth.
"That all ya got you son of a bitch!?" I yelled. Soon the door slammed closed, and all of the chaos was replaced with silence. I closed my eyes, and everything went black.
[Shining Armors pov]
"Let go of me!" I yelled, and pushed the guards off of me. I was about to say something, but I heard the sound of someone clearing their throat. I turned around, and saw Celestia with a unhappy look planted on her face. I lowered my head in shame. "Princess, I-I'm sorry. I have no idea what happened to me, I just..." I felt a tear run down my face as I choked up. I couldn't see Celestias face, but I could feel her eyes looking down at me. Soon I felt a hoof on my shoulder, and looked up to see Celestia with a small tear in her eye.
"You just couldn't control your self?" She asked. I nodded. She sighed, and I felt the hoof come off my shoulder. "Shining Armor, you have been through a lot for the past two days, I want you to retire for the night, and be with your friends, and loved ones." I looked up to protest, but stopped myself.
"Thank you princess." I said, and walked out of the room. Soon I made my way out of the building, and walked out into Ponyville. I stopped, and looked up to see half the town gathered around the building with cameras. The crowed of ponies started to quiet down as they saw me. Their eyes went wide with shock. At first I was confused, but soon I felt something run down my face. I raised my hoof to my face, and wiped whatever was on my face. I looked at my hoof, and saw blood. My blood. I looked back at the crowed, and sighed. I just ignored their eyes, and continued to walk through the crowd. They made a path for me, and started to mutter something to each other. I ignored it, and walked away. I started to make my way to Twilights house, but stopped once I heard a familiar voice.
"BBBF!" I slowly spun around, and saw Twilight and her friends running towards me with smiles, but soon those smiles faded as they got closer. "Shinning, what happened to you, I thought you were still in the Hospital. And is that, blood?" She asked with worry. I just stood there, staring at her with a blank look. "Shinning?" I snapped out of it, and replied.
"S-sorry, I'm fine Twily, just got a little hurt." I said with a smile. "Come on, I got the rest of the day off, lets go spend sometime together." I said. She soon made a small smile, and nodded. We walked off to Twilights house, and spent the night with Twilights friends. But for some reason, I had this bad feeling that something was going to happen, but I ignored it, and tried to enjoy the time I had with my little sister.
[Jacobs pov]
I woke up with a wicked headache, and moaned. "Fuuuuucking ponies." I looked around, and noticed that I wasn't tied to a chair anymore. I was in a dark room with one dim light. The room was entirely concrete. I raised myself up right, and sat against the wall. "Goddamn, my jaw is on fire," I said, and rubbed my jaw. My throat felt dry, and I felt really hungry. I sighed, and slowly rose to my feet. I walked over to a large metal door, and banged on it. There was a long silence, and finally a voice from the other side.
"Quite monster, don't make me come in there!" The voice said.
"Fuck you asshole, I need water, and food!" I yelled the best I could. I heard a long moan, and a moment of silence. Soon a small hole opened in the middle of the door, and small tray with water was pushed through. I snatched the water, and chugged it down. I sighed in relief, and took the tray. The hole closed, and I looked down at my, dinner. It was hay, and oats. "What the hell is this you little fuckers!?" I said, and threw the tray against the door. As soon as the tray made contact, the entire room shook violently. I stumbled a bit, and fell to my knee. "What the hell." Soon I heard multiple gun shots, and several explosions from outside. I made a evil smile, and begun to laugh. "About damn time."
[Sargent's pov]
"And fire!" I roared over the radio. Soon multiple guns began to fire, and the mortars began to fire with both the M1A1 Abram, and the M3A2 Bradley. I watched as half of my company fired onto the town. I could see the glow of the fire from some houses rise, and grow, and the bullets fly through the night. I could hear the screams from the town echo through the air with the roar of the gunfire. "Alpha team, I want your squad to move through the town, and locate Jacob. Once you do so, get your asses back here! Understand!? I yelled into the radio, and over the chaos.
*Roger that, moving in now!*
I looked turned on my night vision, and spotted Alpha team moving quickly towards the town. "Okay people, show them what the Devil dog's are made of!" I said, and stuck in a fresh magazine.
[Alpha team]
"ON YOUR RIGHT!" Ron yelled. Rick quickly changed targets, and fired a few shots into two horse soldiers. They yelled in pain, and fell dead onto the ground.
"Nick, Hank, move up into that alleyway on my mark!" Rick shouted. He waited until a few of the well covered horses duct back into their cover. "MOVE, MOVE!" Rick yelled. Hank, and Nick sprinted to the alley, but as they did so they began to come under even more heavy fire. I spotted two horses in the window of a destroyed house firing down on Hank, and Ron. Rick quickly pulled out his M320 Grenade Launcher, and fired a round into the window. The horses disappeared in the explosion, and the Hank, and Ron quickly made it to cover. Rick loaded another grenade into his weapon, and pulled out his M4. Soon more soldiers came to the aid of the few horses in cover, and began to fire onto their position. Rick looked to Mike.
"Mike, pop smoke!" Rick shouted. Mike nodded, and quickly threw smoke. They waited, and soon smoke began to cover their position. "Move up!" Rick shouted, and darted out of his cover. Mike, and Ron were close behind Rick, and met up with Hank and Nick. Alpha team quickly moved through the alley, and started to move down the empty street. They jogged through the streets with they're weapons drawn, and guard up. Soon they came across a injured pony, and saw that it was a soldier. Alpha team made a position around the pony, and Rick knelt down to the scared soldier. "Listen up buddy, I'm going to ask you this one time, and one time only. Where is the human you captured?" Rick asked. For a moment he just stared in horror, and finally spoke.
"T-the monster?" He said in a weak tone. Rick rolled his eyes, and nodded. "He's in that building." He said, and pointed down the street towards a large building with large banners hanging from it. Rick face palmed.
"Of course he is." Rick said, and rose to his feet.
"P-please don't kill me, I have a wife, and a filly." He said."
"We're not fucking monsters asshole." Rick said, and walked away. "Alright ladies, form up, and lets get moving. Jacobs in that big motherfucker down the street, so lets get him out of here!" Rick shouted. Alpha team quickly formed up, and they began to move down the street.
"We're coming Jacob."
"COME AND GET ME BOYS!!" I roared, and began kicking the doors. The room began to shake even more violently, and the sound of hooves came from the other side of the room. Before I could give the door one last good kick, it flew open, and I fell hard onto my back. I looked up, and saw the large white horse in golden armor. "And of course you come in. Great." I sighed. "So, how's the party out there?" She just stared at me with anger filled eyes, and pointed a golden sword at me.
"Creature, rise." She ordered. I rolled my eyes, rose to my feet, and grinned.
"How's your night going?" I chuckled. She glared at me, and her horn began to glow. I began to lift into the sky, and I was brought closer to into her face.
"Call off your kin." She growled. I stared into her eyes, and smiled.
"Why, the funs just getting started." I said. As soon as I said that, I was flung into the wall on the other side of the room. I could feel my back create an imprint into the wall as I slammed into it with extreme force. I landed onto the ground, and began to cough violently. I soon grinned, and cracked my back. "Even if I could call my boys off, what makes you think I would?" I chuckled. Her horn began to glow again, and I was pulled up to my feet, and she began to walk towards me with her sword pointing at my chest.
"I will do anything to protect my subjects, even if I have to end another creatures life." She said, and pressed the blade against my chest. I shrugged, and lifted up my arms.
"Then do it, end this creatures life." I said, and stared into her eyes. Instantly she looked shocked, and gave me a curious look. "What's wrong? Do it, end me! I've seen enough shit in this life, and I'm not afraid to go! So come on, DO IT!" I yelled with rage. I glared at her for a few seconds, but I soon began to chuckle. All that could be heard in the room was the battle above us, and my dark chuckling. Soon a gaur came running into the room.
"Princess, a group of creatures have made their way in the town, and are-" Before the guard could finish his sentence, the sound of a gun firing filled the air, and the guard fell dead onto the floor. She instantly dropped me, and turned her sword towards the door. Time seemed to slow down as two marines came running into the room with their weapons drawn. I Gave a evil grin, and jump towards the white horse. Before I could react she kicked me in the gut, and sent me flying back. I slammed into the wall, and cringed to the pain. I looked up, and saw more marines come through the door. On of the marines fired a shot, and it made contact with the white horses left leg. She yelled in pain, and stumbled back. But before she could do a thing to protect herself, one of the marines slammed the butt of their gun into her face, and she was instantly knocked out. The marines then quickly helped me to my feet, and handed me a M9.
"You alright brother?" Rick asked. I chuckled, and nodded.
"Now that Alpha team is here." I said. He smiled, and gave me a couple of magazines.
"Come on, we have to move now. These freak will be all over us soon." He said. I nodded, and we all sprinted out of the room. We began to quickly run down the hallway, but soon there was a loud sound, and it was quickly followed by a roar of pain. I duct and spun around to see a group of golden horses shooting at us, and a marine laying on the ground with smoke coming from his shoulder.
"Nick is hit, Nick is hit!" One of the marines yelled, and ran to Nicks side. Soon several bolts of energy started to fly through the hallway, and the marines began to open fire. Nick was now being dragged away from the action, and I started to fire as well. I think I winged a few, but most of our shots were being blocked my some kind of shield.
"Jacob, Hank help Ron get Nick out of here. We'll hold these assholes off!" Rick yelled, and fired a couple rounds. I nodded, and slowly backed up with Hank while firing a few shots. We caught up with Ron, and Nick, and Hank quickly helped drag Nick away. I watched behind us, and saw Rick, and another marine slowly pulling back. Soon we reached the exit of the hallway, and I kicked open the doors only to see pure chaos. Fire engulfed the buildings, horse were were running away in pure terror, multiple gunshots filled the air, and dead bodies were scattered across the road. Soon Rick and the marine caught up with us, and we begun to quickly sprint away from the building. But before we could get far we were ambushed by several ponies that were shooting golden arrows, and bolts of energy at us. We took cover in a building, and began to return fire. "This is Alpha team, we are pinned down, requesting mortar fire! How copy!" Rick yelled into his radio.
*Roger that Alpha team, pop red smoke on enemies position*
"Ron, throw red smoke on the enemies location now!" Rick yelled, and fired a few more rounds. Ron quickly ran up to a window, and chucked the smoke towards the enemy. "Enemy is marked, rain hell on them sir!" Rick yelled. Soon the sound of mortars were getting closer, and a smile grew on my face. Soon the enemies location was hit with mortars, and smoke flowed through the air.
"Take that you little fuckers!" I yelled. I looked to Rick. "Lets get moving." I said. He nodded, but looked to Nick.
"How he doing?" He asked.
"Not good, we need to get him out of here fast." Hank said.
"Nick, do you think you can walk?" Rick asked.
"N-no sir, my hole bodies on fire. I-its pure s-shit." Nick said, and grunted. Rick cursed under his breathe, and sighed.
"This is Alpha team, we need an emergency evac. One of my men are injured, and we need to get him out now. Requesting armored transportation. How copy?" Rick said. There was a short pause, and the Sargent soon replied.
*Roger that Alpha team, hold your position until help arrives. How copy?*
"Good copy sir, but you may want to hurry it up, he losing a lot of blood. Alpha team out." Rick said, and looked to us. "Alright ladies, check your weapons, and keep an eye out. More of them may be coming so be ready. Hank, keep an eye on Nick." Hank nodded, and continued to treat Nick. "Jacob, take Nicks M16." Rick said, and handed me Nicks M16, and about five magazines of ammo. I sighed, and went up to the second floor, and set up next to one of the windows.
"How long till evac!?" I shouted.
"About three minutes I think, hopefully shorter!" Rick shouted back. I rolled my eyes, and watched the streets. The sound of gunfire, and explosions were all I could hear, and the fire glowing from the distance caught my attention. I shook my head, and sighed.
"Never changes." I said, and set my view back onto the streets. A few moments passed, and I heard the sound of gunfire getting closer.
"Almost here boys, get ready to move!" Rick shouted. I was about to head down the stairs, but I soon spotted something. Before I could get a good look at it, a golden arrow flew right over my head.
"CONTACT!" I roared, and fired a couple of shots. Soon several bolts of energy, and arrows were flying through the room, and I quickly went prone. "FUCK!" I yelled, and crawled towards the stairs. Once I was at the stairs I quickly ran down, and joined the rest of the squad. "Where's our evac!?" I shouted, and fired several shots at the enemy.
"Their almost here, just keep firing!" Rick shouted. I reloaded another magazine into my weapon, and aimed out the window. I fired a few shots, and saw blood fly into the air as one of the ponies fell dead. Soon the enemies position was entirely engulfed in several explosions, and smoke, and the golden arrows, and bolts of energy stopped. I looked over, and smiled at the site of a M3A2 Bradley quickly stopping in front of the house. "MOVE, MOVE!" Rick roared. I ran to Nick, and helped Hank carry him out of the building, and into the M3A2 Bradley. Soon everyone was in, and the Bradley began to move. I laid back in relief, and sighed.
"Goddamn." I said.
"Come on, we need to get him out of here now!" Rick said.
"You wanna drive buddy?" One of the drivers said. Rick rolled his eyes.
"Just get us out of here."
[Sargent's pov]
Smoke lingered over the town as the battle continued, and I have just gotten word that Alpha team is now on route back to our position. "All units, prepare to pull back on my-"
*BOOM*
I was cut off my a massive explosion that nearly hit me, and my men. "What the fuck was that!?" I yelled. Soon the sound of a horn filled the air, and several battle crys were heard. I looked to the edge of the town, and saw an army of those ponies charging out. "Here they come, open fire!" I roared over the radio. In no time the war crys were replaced by the sound of gunfire, and multiple charging ponies were cut down. They responded by returning fire with hundreds of arrows, and bolts of energy. I was nearly hit by one of the arrows, and dived into foxhole. I rose from my cover and fired several shots into the on coming horde. Soon massive balls of energy were flying in the sky, and falling down towards us.
*Incoming!*
The balls of energy exploded on impact, and sent two marines flying backwards. I quickly crawled out of my foxhole, and dragged the closes marine to cover. His left shoulder was burnt, and his uniform was burnt through. Smoke was coming off of his skin, and blood was oozing out of a few cuts in the wound. "MEDIC!" I roared. Soon a medic arrived, and pulled him back into the tree lines. "Alpha team, what is your E.T.A!? The ponies are coming in hard!" I yelled over the radio.
*E.T.A is about two minutes sir.*
"Roger that, we're pulling back to HQ, we'll meet you there! How copy!?"
*Good copy sir, we're now exiting the town. I think we'll be fine from here on out. Alpha team out.*
I switched channels, and exited my foxhole. "All unites pull back to rally point, I repeat pull back to rally point! Our jobs done here!" I shouted into the radio. I watched as all of the marines on the front line began to quickly pull back from their positions, and retreat into the forest. The Abram covered the retreat of the marines, and began to pull back as well. I moved with the Abram, and shortly we reached the rally point. There were two MRAP's waiting for us, and I quickly climbed aboard. "Alright boys, lets head back to HQ." I said, and laid back in my seat. I chuckled, and said one more thing into the radio.
"Good job Devil dogs."
