The Equestrian Chronicles

It was the Eve of the Summer Sun celebration when she appeared- NightMare Moon.

"Now you shall face Nighttime Eternal! Mwahahahahahaha!!!" she cackled. That's when something strange happened. An orb of light, the size of a basketball, started tro glow in front of a certain group of Ponies. These ponies were Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Piknie Pie, and Fluttershy.

"What the--" Twilight Sparkle said, astonished, as the orb of light appeared in front of her. Then an explosion of light immersed in the gathering hall of the town office. There was a Human lying there, unconcious on the floor.

"Well well well, what is this?" NightMare Moon asked, strolling over to where the boy was laying.

The boy looked tall, he had bright, moderately long golden hair, and had glowing white skin. He also possesed a golden, jewel encrested scabbard on the ground beside him, and he had bright, big gold wings. He was aearing a bleached- white T-Shirt with black jeans, and was wearing a necklace around his neck.

"Well, this is uexpected... Oh well. Enjoy your night!! Bwahahahahahahahahahahhaa!!!" NightMare Moon said, disappearing in a puff of smoke. All of the ponies gathered around the boy. Rarity looked at him with awe.

"I can tell his fashion style is magnificent!" she exclaimed happily. Then the boy began to moan.

"Hush! Everyone! He's waking up!!!" The mayor of Ponyville, the place where they were, told everyone. The boy's eyes fluttered open. They were as blue as the sea. He put a hand throigh his bright golden hair.

"Wha-- Where am I?" The boy asked in an exhausted tone. The deep bags under his eyes said that he was tired as well.

"Hello, and welcome to Ponyville!! My name is Twilight Sparkle." Twilight told him with a nice, kind, welcoming smile on her face.

"Oh. My name's Arnold. As obvious as it is, I come from a totally different dimension, and I'm a Celestial, guardian of happiness." Arnold replied. Then he looked around at all the curious faces that were watching him. 'Thats a lot of ponies, ' he thought. Then he laid eyes on Rarity. She was the most beautiful creature he had ever seen in his long life. He got up to his feet and jogged over to her.

"Whoa, you're the most beautiful creature I have ever seen in my life!" He complimented. Rarity blushed slightly.

"Thanks, I'm Rarity, by the way," Rarity replied.

"Arnold," Arnold replied, kneeling down and kissing her hoof. Rarity blushed some more.

"Can we get down to BUSINESS here?!?! NightMare Moon is loose, and we need to stop her!!" Rainbow Dash yelled impatiently.

"Cool yer jets, Dashie, " AppleJack told her. Arnold materialized beside Rainbow Dash.

"Did you say NightMare Moon?" Arnold asked her.

"Yeah, what about it?" Rainbow Dash replied.

"I was sent here to capture her soul." Arnold told them grimly. Both girls went wide-eyed.

"Well then, I guess we should get moving, because I know how to stop her!!" Twilight said, nudging Arnold towards the door.

"No. I don't need any help. I can do this on my own, even without the Elements Of Harmony. And if you're wondering how I know that, its because I'm a Celestial, a keeper of Happiness. I can see inside your own souls." Arnold replied.

"Okay, but wheather you like it or not, me and my friends are tagging along," Twilight told him, gesturing to AppleJack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity.

"Fine. But stay out of my way."
