Something's always wrong.

"She'll be alright?" Rarity asked Dash, shaking. Breathing was even hard.
Maybe not. Its a 50/50 chance," replied Nurse Redheart, putting her mane back in a bun.
"and only time will tell."
Dash was clearly sobbing earlier, her eyes a tint of pink if you looked closely.
The pony in the bed lay so peacefully.
Her mane was still a little messy from the storm.
The color of her body faded a slight bit, but the nurse said that she can recover.. Soon enough.
The nurse soon went outside. She came back in, with a shot, and a few cotten balls.
"Iz sa lst n fr tdy." She tried to say.
She probably meant, "It's the last one for today." but she couldnt say, holding so many things.
Rarity only nodded, Dash not her regular self, and had to look away.
Blood stained her legs, and partly her neck. The pony didnt even look like she was in pain.
"Nurse, can we stay?"
"Sure, hon'. Just no interuppting, the injection is going soon. This will most likely help."
Dash and Rarity faced the wall, clearly trying not to cry.
"Oh, g-d."
"W-w-w-what?! PLEASE TELL ME IS SHE ALRIGHT?!" Yelled Rarity.
The Nurse leaned her head to the pony's head and neck, and put her hoof on the table.
"Well, darlings.. I have some.. Bad, bad news."
"What?"
Even the nurse tried not to cry.
"Miss Twilight Sparkle... Is not breathing. She is now, pronounced dead."
"NOOOO! HOW DARE YOU! YOU DID NOTHING TO SAVE HER! YOU ANNOYING NURSE!"
But then, Dash's voice trailed away as Rarity dragged her out of the hospital.
"Oh, Miss Sparkle. You were so young, and beautiful! Why must you die at this such, young age?"
