A New Life

I peeked through my hooves at the large boys standing over me. I thought, Fluttershy, you can do this. You can stand up to these bullies. Say something! We were at recess and these three boys were making fun of me in the corner, far away from anyone else. "P-please, don't-d-don't hurt me..." I mumbled in a cowardly voice. One of the boys said, "Why shouldn't we? Who's gonna stop us?"

"I-I..." The bell rang. I was saved! I rushed back into the building and sat in my respective classroom. Fourth grade at this new school was going to be a lot harder than I had initially thought. My old school was just for pegasi, and it wasn't really that popular. But this school has over 4 times as many ponies in it, plus any type of pony was allowed in. I didn't have any friends, and I hated my teacher. She didn't teach us anything, she just gave out homework and weekly tests. Out of the 20 fourth grade teachers I could've gotten, why did I have to have her? The rest of the year didn't go well for me at all. I was endlessly tormented and bullied by nearly everyone I made contact with. Committing suicide was constantly on my mind. It was horrible.
