Twilight has woken up, some years later, in a ruined and destroyed Ponyville, where many of her old townsmates are long dead and gone. Spike, the only sane person around now, is helping Twilight once more but she learns a terrible truth from him early on that shakes her mind to the core. Will she be able to toughen herself up and confront each one of her friends, who have fallen into deep statuses of Psychoactive trauma?
