Chapters As they were heading off to Blackgate Twilight just site there looking through the carriage window that was being pulled by two royal guards as Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were following the carriage flying next to it. As Twilight site there she could only think of how can somepony be as dangerous as princess Celestia described. Could this Black mask be as worse as nightmare moon or could she be as twisted as discord if that was even possible. While she thought about it she couldn't help but look at flash sentry. To her he was good looking and his fur glowed like it was glowing to her eyes. The thought of her with him made her blush like crazy but her thoughts of him were interrupted when she snapped out of it and looked and Flash sentry was looking right at her with a smile.
"Twilight are you OK." "Of course I'm fine... I'm just fine thank you for asking, nooo problem hehe." Twilight chuckled nervously as drawing the attention of the rest of the mane six.
"ummm ok I just want to let you know that we are almost there." Flash Sentry said to Twilight. "O good....ummm Flash can I ask you a question."
"Sure thing go ahead." "Is it true that Black mask is really that dangerous as princess Celestia said."
"Yea its true, she is dangerous, ruthless and she has her own little empire in Manehattan, Tartarus someponys say that she owns Manehattan" Flash Sentry said.
I don't understand if that ruffian is as dangerous as Celestia and you are saying then why isn't she in jail already." Rairty said butting into the conversation.
"Because she is still a citizen of Equestria and the law dictates that anypony must first be proven guilty of there crimes and police forces and Celestia have not gotten any good evidence to use against her and the only eye witness that we find out about are ether to scared to speak, disappear or whined up at a bottom of a river and since Sionis is rich she could afford good lawyers, Even MHPD (Manehattan police department) can't even touch her so basically she is untouchable."
"She won't be anymore when we kick her butt and stop her." Rainbow Dash said as she and Fluttershy were flying next to the carriage.
"Dash is right we can't let that no good vermin get away with her causing trouble on Christmas Eve" Applejack said.
"Your right Applejack but there is something not right about all this."twilight said.
"What do you mean Twilight." Rarity asked with a curious look.
"Flash did you say that princess Celestia couldn't put Sionis in jail because there was no good evidence proofing that she was responsible of the crimes that were happening in Manehattan." twilight asked Flash.
"Yeaaa what are you getting at here." Flash sentry asked also curious as did the rest of the mane six who listened to Twilight.
"Why would she be leading a breakout attempt like this if she knows that Celestia would find out that it was her, if Celestia knows that it is her then there is no way she can get out of this one, then why is she doing something this big if she is going to get caught it doesn't make any sense." twilight said to the group.
"Your right Twilight she never did anything this big before, even if she does go to court there is no way she will be able to talk her way out of it and even if she does hire the best lawyers there is nothing she can do to stop us from putting her into jail for more then a day."
As they were discussing about Sionis they hear Rainbow Dash calling out "Guys look I can see the prison!" As twilight and the rest of the gang looked from the carriage they couldn't believe their eyes, it was just like Flash Sentry said the prison is thrown into full chaos that was covered by the chill air of the early night and twilight knew that somewhere in the prison they will find Black mask.
As they flew closer towards the prison they can see more of the damage that was caused by Black mask as an army of swats teams were entering the there is another main gate to the prison. As the group scanned more of the prison Flash Sentry saw another entrance to the prison and pointed at it and called out.
"Hey there is another way into the prison." Flash then poked his head out of the carriage and called out to the two guards "take us down there now!"
"Sir yes sir!" they both called out in unison as they lead the carriage down to the side entrance of the prison.
The carriage landed at the side entrance as did Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy as the rest of the crew got out of the carriage. Slash Sentry walked up to the entrance and examined it until he turned back to face the mane six. "It looks like Black mask entered the prison here."
"So what is the plan" Twilight asked Flash.
"Well I'll take these two guards with me go to the front entrance and see if we can find Loeb and know what is the saturation in there, the six of you entire through there, and it looks like you can all fit through that hole in the wreckage. Once your in go and stop Black mask and see if you can find the warden."
"You can count on us, come on girls lets put a stop to this and head on home" Twilight said to her friends as they ran towards the entrance and started crawling through but before Twilight went through she turned to face Flash Sentry "Flash .... be careful okay?" She asked him but Flash looked at her in the eyes with a smile. "You to Twilight." And with that he and the other two guards made their way to the front entrance as Twilight stood there still looking at him until she heard a voice calling to her from behind.
"Come on Twi’ we need to go" Applejack said to her as Twilight turned to face her and crawled her way through the wrecked entrance. As twilight made it through and the whole group continued their way through the prison they can see more of the distraction caused by Sionis.
The group made their way down the hallway until they started to hear voices coming from around the corner, one of the voices which sounded like an older colt who was begging for his life and the other one who sounded like a younger colt but had a scruffy voice. The mane six went to go check it out until they see through a sizable gap in another wreckage. They see Warden Law getting beaten with a baseball bat by a colt unicorn who was wearing a black suit and wearing a black mask.
"She said she'd leave my family alone if I did what she asked." Law said to the goon but the goon was unfazed and he sounded like he was enjoying the fear coming from the old colt.
"O I hope that she keeps her word. Thing is, you ain't gonna live long enough to find out. Sorry Warden, Black mask can't leave any loose ends lyin around."
The mane six continued to watch the thug beat up the warden until Rainbow Dash had enough and started to make her way behind him but stopped when Pinkie's hoof touched her shoulder.
"Dashie what are you doing?" The party pony asked her friend.
"Putting a stop to this now." Rainbow replied and with that she made her way behind the thug. As the thug hit Law again he spoke "Oh I'll kill ya all right. But by the time I do, that eye won't be the only thing your missin." As Warden Law prepared for another blow he sees Rainbow Dash creeping up to the thug and points towards and looked up at the thug .
"Wait, look behind you!"
“O come on do you think I'm stupid, do you really believe that I am going to fall for that old trick, I mean come on Warden try something original." As the thug raised the baseball bat with his magic to strike the critical blow to the warden Rainbow Dash hit the back of the guys head with her hoof as the goon collapsed to the floor unconscious.
Law looked at Dash as he got up.
"Thank you, you saved my life."
“No problem, come on guys it's safe." As the rest of the mane six crawled through the wreckage they went up to Dash and Law.
"You guys are the elements of Harmony right, O thank Celestia you guys came, the saturation here is getting out of control." Law said to the mane six.
"Warden Law do you know where we can find Black mask." Twilight asked the Warden. Law just merely shook his head in response.
"I don't know where she is, maybe one of her goons knows where you can find her." As they finished talking with the Warden they hear loud and deep roar coming from a door behind them and Fluttershy started to shake in fear and asked "what was that."
"I don't know what it is- but whatever it was it’s huge." Law answered.
"Ok will go and stop Black mask, you stay here where it will be safe, come on guys lets go." As the group left Law alone they made their way to the door and opened it revealing even more of the prison, they scanned around to see ponies from colts to mares in orange jumpsuits yelling death threats to the mane six but they were not scared because they knew that there locked up and can’t breakout because of a magical barrier surrounding the cell bars but they were all a little bit frightened because most of these thugs were in here because on them. But they knew that they had to move on in order to find Black mask. In the room that they were in they a busted down metal gate with stars behind it leading down.
"I think Black mask went this way, come on" As the mane six went down the stars they see two of Black mask's goons talking to each other. "Those are Black mask's thugs, I bet we can make them tell us where we can find her." Twilight said. As they rest of the group nodded in agreement they walked up to the thugs, as one of them spots the mane six and his eyes widen behind his mask.
"O shit it’s them, why are they here?!"
"Who cares kill them!" The other thug as he charged towards raising up his pipe and ready to strike but stopped when Rarity used her magic to take control of the pipe and struck it down on the thug knocking him unconscious. As the other thug saw this he dropped his weapon and said "Look I don't wont any trouble ok just let me go alright."
Rainbow Dash stepped towards the thug and grabbed him by the collar with her hoof and said in a demanding voice "Where can we find Black mask."
"How in the name of Tartarus should I know." The thug responded. Rainbow was not amused “well then I hope you enjoyed having your stallionhood because unless you talk you’re not going to have any kids pretty soon." "Screw you." said the thug.
"I don't have time for this." Rainbow Dash said losing her patience with the thug as she then bucked him in said stallionhood.
The thug gave in "Ok. Ok. She's heading to the execution chamber- with Loeb." Upon hearing this the rainbow maned mare smiled.
"Smart move. Now you get to take a nap." and with that she punched him square in the face knocking him out.
"Did ya hear that? Sounds like that Black Mask fella has Loeb." Applejack said.
"Then we better hurry come on." As the girls made it down another hallway they stopped to see a flying looking creature thing hovering around the hall.
"What is that thing, would you know what that weird creature is darling?" Rarity asked her friend Fluttershy who just shook her head and replied.
"I’ve never seen a creature like that one before. It’s so…. metallic."
"It's not a creature but a robot drone but it doesn't belong here I wonder who is controlling it." Twilight said to the group as she looked at the drone looking bug.
"Don't worry guys I can catch it." Rainbow Dash said with a smirk as she was getting ready to chase the drone. However she was stopped by Twilight “We can't waste our time with that thing, we need to save Commissioner Loeb and stop Black mask."
"Oh come on you silly Twilight! Maybe that drone thingy can lead us to Black Mask and Loeb!" Pinkie said. Twilight paused for a moment before she realized that…. Pinkie Pie was right.
"Alright then lets follow it before we lose sight of the thing." twilight said as her and her friends tried to catch up with it until it flew straight up in the air, crashing through the glass above.
"Darn it we lost the drone. It’s fine we can't be too far behind from Black mask." As they continued on through the prison encountering minimal resistance from a few inmates that were out from their cells they reach another door hoping it lead to Sionis but when they opened it they couldn't believe what they saw. It was another of Black masks' goons beating on a police officer but with him they saw a huge crocodile shaped pony who had green scales, red eyes and was standing on his hind hoofs making him bigger than even Macintosh and instead of front hoofs he had big sharp claws and had pointy teeth inside his muzzle.
As soon as the crocodile pony was down beating down on another officer he left, leaving behind the thug alone with the cop. As the Twilight, Rainbow Dash and Applejack dealt with the thug and saw if the guard was okay as well as the other guard, who Fluttershy, Rarity and Pinkie Pie went to see if he was okay also. After both guards were fine the group regrouped at the door where the crocodile pony went through, upon regrouping Twilight said "I never seen anything like that, do you think he could have been that way because of a spell gone wrong or something."
"The poor thing I can’t imagine what its like living like that." Fluttershy said feeling bad about him even though he brutally beaten a police officer.
"Maybe that crocodile creep could be working for Black mask we should fallow him." Rainbow Dash said. Rarity looked at Rainbow Dash with a risen eyebrow and Dash seeing it "What!"
"No offense darling but it's rude to call someone a creep when they look different, even if they do look scary and beat up a cop but still its rude." Before Rainbow Dash could object to Rarity she was cut off by Twilight "Look lets have this conversation later but right now Dash could be right, let's follow him and see were he goes he could lead us to Sionis."
As the group were about to open the door they hear multiple voices behind the door, they opened the door slowly to see four of Black mask's goons hanging around an open elevator shaft that descends down and it looked like the crocodile pony went through it because the elevator doors were ripped right open. As they got closer to the thugs they can start to hear their conversation as they can tell even if they cant see their faces because of the Black masks that their wearing but it was two colts and two mares.
"Hey did you guys hear what happened to Billy?" Colt #1 asked his friends.
"No, actually I haven't seen him in weeks where is he." said colt #2.
"Well a couple of weeks ago he went to Sionis's office and walked up to her while she was doing some paperwork and she had her mask off, so anyway he walked up to her and said...." colt #1 was about to finish until he was interrupted by colt #2 thug.
"Wait a minute I have two questions, one how do you know this and two what does she look like, I mean I always see her but she has that mask on."
"I know this because I was in the room when it happened and she is beautiful. She has white fur, long black mane and red crimson eyes. Man you take a look at her and she will leave you breathless." answered colt #1.
"Easy their Fido continue on with your story before you drool all over inside your mask." said mare #1 chuckling at the colt.
"Right. Right. Sorry anyway I was in their, guarding her for the night, when Billy entered the office, so he walks up to her looks at her and says, ‘Hey Sionis do you think you maybe you can go out with me?’ Upon hearing this, colt #2 and the two other mares as well as the mane six eyes widened as they are listened in, even the mane six still keeping their distance away from the thugs.
"No way, then what happened?" asked mare #2 wanting to know more. Colt #1 continues on "So yea he asks her out she stops what she was doing looks at Billy straight in the eyes which felt like a good 5 minutes until she smiled and said ‘Sorry I can’t there is one problem’ and after she said that she used her magic to turn Billy into a rat and said she doesn't date rats."
After hearing that, the rest of the thugs were in shock as well as the mane six feeling bad for this Billy guy. "Damn I guess he wasn't her type." said colt #2.
"Its not because he wasn't her type but she doesn't date colts she has a marefriend, she is a lesbian."
"Really I guess Billy didn't know, but he was an idiot." said mare #2.
After hearing enough the mane six went up to the four thugs, after dealing with them they made their way to the elevator shaft and looked down to see a very short on top of the elevator to the bottom floor. After they all dropped down safely they looked around and see a huge window. They all walked up to the window to see a group of inmates around and the same crocodile pony they saw earlier slamming a prison guard to the floor, they also see two of Black masks goons holding commissioner Loeb and in the middle of it all they see Black mask, she was wearing a white suit, black shirt and a white tie which was covering her whole body and her mane and most of all she wore a Black mask resembling a pony skull and it was covering her whole head.
"They say crime doesn't pay-” The masked pony said as the crocodile pony tore open another guard. “-but somepony ought to check the good police commissioner's pockets because they are LINED with My money. And what have I got to show for it. My own henchponies in the slammer. Not no more, No. Tonight- we're making some changes, some big changes." Black mask said as she was walking away, being followed by the crocodile pony who now was pushing Loeb with his claw as they walked through the door leaving one of Black mask's thugs and four inmates.
"Come on girls lets go and save Loeb and stop Black mask." Twilight said as they all crawled through the vent that was to the left of them, they see the opening and looked down to see the four inmates and the black mask wearing thug. They all jumped down from the vent and dealt with the prison inmates but Twilight saw the goon rushing for the door and pulling down a lever raising up the magical barrier bars. He stood there looking at them very cock sure on himself and crossing his forearms
"You six aren't getting past me so why don't you all turn around and walk back home and not get into Sionis's business." The thug boasted to them.
As the mane six backed away from the bars and decided to huddle together and come up with a plane of getting through.
"I would teleport behind him but those magical bars prevent me of doing that and brute force is not going to take down those bars." Twilight said still thinking of a plan, so did the rest of the mane six. Rarity was looking around until she spotted a cell with an open vent. She though about it until she made up a plan and ran towards the group.
"I came up with a plane but I need Rainbow Dash to come with me, as for the rest of you I need you all to district that thug ok?" Rarity asked them. As the group agreed to help, Rainbow Dash followed Rarity into the cell as Rarity told Dash to give her a boost up to the open vent. Upon doing saw Rarity and Dash crawled through the vent and made it to the side of the goon who was behind a weak wall, as Rarity was about to blast the weak wall she and Dash hear the thug talking to the Mane six.
"See I scared two of your friends off, so how about the rest of you follow them." said the thug. Before he could start to laugh at them he felt a shock wave hit his side as he fell over knocked out under a bunch of rubble caused by Rarity who blasted the weak wall. After that she pushes up the lever taking down the magical barrier they all had a group hug and thanked Rarity for them getting past the bars. But they all knew that it wasn't over yet they still need to save Loeb and stop Black mask so celebrating would have to wait.
They continued onwards until they see a metal door labelled the execution chamber but it was locked so they looked for another way in until they found another way in through a vent in another room. They are crawled through, as the continued to crawl they start to hear a voice that belonged to Sionis. they crawled through until they dropped down from an opening of the vent which they all landed into that observing room. They looked through the one sided looking glass to see Sionis walking back and forth in front of the execution chamber that had a colt inside as her men were trying to get it open.
"Oooo a part of me just wants to flip that switch. But it is Hearth’s Warming Eve.... and he is the calendar colt hehehe and that is just too perfect to ignore. Your going to owe me for this one, Mr. Day. And that could be useful. Sionis said to herself.
"Umm boss what do we do about Loeb?" one on the thugs.
"Bring him in. Bring him in." ordered Black mask. And with that the metal doors to the right opened revealing the crocodile pony holding Loeb by the shoulder as he brought him in front of Sionis as well as the execution chamber door open, as Mr. Day walked out and walked away leaving. Loeb looked at Black mask and said "What is this all about Sionis, haven't I always come through for you?"
Sionis looked at Loeb and started to walk towards the cowardly stallion and said to him in a seductive voice "You may have, Loeb. But things have- changed. We are starting with a clean slate- and your not on it."
Shocked, Loeb asked as the thugs were pushing him in "What are you talking about, I'm not on it, after all I 've done for you." The thugs pushed him in and closed the door and turned on the deadly gas. As the mane six saw this they tried to break down the glass but of no success as they saw Loeb turn around and banged on the chamber glass and cried out "You can’t do this to me, I am the police commissioner dammit!" But it was too late as the gas started to kill him. As he slumped to the ground choking Sionis seemed satisfied and turned to her goons "Shows over boys lets go."

'Shows over boys, lets go."Sionis said leaving behind the dying commissioner as her thugs an the crocodile pony fallowed her. Upon leaving one of the masked wearing thugs got into the crocodiles pony's way and in frustration the crocodile hits the thug causing him to hit the one way seeing through glass cracking it. As the mane six stepped back from the glass they can see it is now weak enough to break through. As Applejack raised her hind legs and bucked the weaken glass, it shattered allowing them to hop over and rescuer Loeb. But when they got to the front of the execution chamber and looked through the glass they see that they were already to late and that Loeb was dead.
As the mane six stood their as each one of them had different reaction, Rainbow Dash was cursing at herself for not being fast enough to save him, Fluttershy was crying as Applejack and Rarity were trying to comfort her and Pinkie Pie stood there with her mane down and waterier eyes. But twilight stood there, looking at the deceased body of Loeb feeling hatred towards Sionis for killing him like this and wanting nothing but to stop Black mask. As Twilight was done looking at Loeb she turns towards her friends and said with a stern voice "Come on girls we cant let Black mask get away, lets go after her."
As the group got there act together and agreed with twilight they rushed out of the execution room and made there way down the security corridor. As they turn around a corner they see another at the far end of the hallway, thinking that Black mask went through they all rushed towards the door but upon nearing the door they hear a big crash beyond the door. Upon opening the door they see the same small drone they saw earlier smashed up, and as they got closer to the damaged drone they hear voices coming from above, two of them belonging to Black mask and the crocodile pony. "I told you to grab the memory core!" Sionis said sounding frustrated with the crocodile pony.
"You wanted it smashed, so I smashed it!" responded the crocodile pony.
"It better be or the next thing that gets smashed will be your face!" yelled Sionis as the crocodile pony growled at her but they continued on up which looked like the roof to the building. As Twilight wanted to stay and examine the drone she knows that it can wait, as for right now they need to stop Sionis.
As they all climbed up the stairs to the roof they see a door leading outside but as they opened it and stepping outside, they see that they were too late as Sionis and her thugs climb onto a wyvern that had a banner of a black pony skull on its side. Twilight cursed under her breath as the see the wyvern that had Black mask on flew off into the sky, as for the crocodile pony he was about to get on the other wyvern but stopped and sniffed the air. After he was down sniffing he motioned the wyvern rider to take off with out him, after the wyvern left the crocodile pony turned around and faced the mane six as the where all walking towards him.
The crocodile pony looked at them, growling and said "Thought I caught your scent."
'Well no offense darling, but I know we caught yours."Rarity said offending the crocodile even though she gave a little lecture to Dah earlier.
Angered the crocodile pony grabbed a nearby metal container and threw it right at them and roared into a battle stance. As the mane six dodged the hurling container they all got up and into a ready stance preparing to fight the beast. In a quick moment the crocodile pony charged at them, swing his arms in a ripping motion. As they got out of his way Rainbow Dash came from behind and bucked him at the back of his head, but it only seemed to piss him off as he roared and swing his claw hitting Rainbow Dash knocking her back shaking her head and starring daggers to the beast.
Upon seeing the crocodile pony hitting Dash, Fluttershy decided that enough was enough as she walked up to the beast and flew up towards eye level and says "Now you listen here mister, just because your bigger then us doesn't give you the right to go around hurting us or other pony's you big bully." Fluttershy scolded the crocodile pony as she gave him THE STAR .
As she stared him down, it would have seemed that it would work but a few seconds later the crocodile pony took a deep breath and roared really loud in front of Fluttershy's face as it caused her mane to be fully pulled back from the force. Fluttershy then fainted and fell to the ground landing on the soft snow. Looking down at her the crocodile pony smiled and licked his lips and opened his muzzle revelling his sharp teeth. As the rest of the mane six were about to go and save Fluttershy they hear a loud boom noise, as the crocodile pony looked up to only be blown back by a great force and it was reveled to be Pinkie Pie with her party cannon, some how managed to bring it but the rest of the mane six knew it was Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie.
As for the crocodile pony, he blew back and crashed and landed on his back all woozy. As he was getting ready to get back up, he was hold down by they combined magic of Twilight and Rarity as Rainbow Dash jumped on top the him with an angry look on her face.
"Your boss. Where is she going." Rainbow Dash said interrogating the crocodile pony.
"Only boss of me, is me." Respond the crocodile pony as he was punched in the face by Dash.
"You want teeth. I want answers." Dash said punching him in the face again as the crocodile pony snarled and looked at Rainbow Dash in the eyes and said "Wait till Black mask's assassins get through with you six-"
"What assassins." Dash questioned as she punched him in the face again but the crocodile pony laughed and raised his voice the others could hear him as he says "Whoever wins is going to be famous AND rich." As Dash heard enough she punched him again one more time, knocking him out and looking at him and says "At least we know he wont be ugly."
Rainbow Dash climbed down from the knockout crocodile pony as Twilight and Rarity dropped down there magic seeing they don't need it anymore for the monster. As Rainbow Dash walked up to the group with Fluttershy who woke back up from her faint as they all hear noises coming from behind them as they see Flash sentry with some guards who took the crocodile pony into custody.
"Aw thank Celestia that you guys are all right, did you guys stop Black mask." Flash Sentry asked.
As twilight stepped forward in front of Flash, shook her head and said "No, and I have a feeling that this is going to be a long night."
"The true meaning of evil boss." The thug said, repeating on what Sionis said.
"Yes. That is what I said, do I need to repeat myself to you." Sionis asked in a venomous tone and giving him a deadly glare, showing impatience with the colt.
"Of course not boss."
"Good. Now if there anything else you would like to talk to me about or things that I should know about."
"Umm yea I'm still a little bit worried about the elements of Harmony coming after us."
"As I already said before, I want them to come after us, so when they do my whole plan for them can start."
"But what about the cops, wont they be helping them."
Upon hearing this, Sionis chuckled then answered the thug. "O please the cops wont do anything about it and besides have you forgotten that I have the whole Manehattan police force on my payroll."
"O right. But what about princess Celestia, wont she come after you herself."
Upon hearing Celestia Sionis became sadden and her ears flopped down as a single tear ran down her face.
The thug noticed the tear running down her face as he wondered on what had he said to her to make her cry. "I'm sorry boss, did I say something wrong because if I did I'm sorry."
Sionis took a few breaths and wiped away the tear and adjusted her tie and fixed her mane as she looked at the worried thug. "Its okay I'm fine, its just I remembered something. If you wouldn't mind I would like to be alone now." as she gestured to the door.
The thug decided it was the best thing to do for the young and might he add beautiful mare. But before he headed to the door, Sionis called to him.
"O before you leave, to answer your question from before: No she will not come after me."
Thinking that it was a bad idea to ask her sadden boss but he asked her "Why not."
Sionis sighed and looked at a photo that was on her desk, as a sadden look formed on her face with more tears going down her cheeks as she answered the thug with a low but noticeable whisper " Because she still loves me no matter what, she still loves me."
"What. "
"N-Nothing. Now go, I have work to do." The thug nodded and made his way to the door thinking on what Sionis had said until his thoughts were interrupted again by her.
"O before you go, could you please do me two favours."
"Sure what are they."
"First I want you to keep this conversation between us, alright."
"Of course."
"And I need you to bring me somepony that I need to talk to."
" Sure, who."
"Deathstroke."
"You got it." and with that the thug left her office to do the task that was given to him, leaving Sionis alone in her office again as she picked up the photo that was on her desk. As she looked at the Photo she began to shed more tears until she started to cry.
"I am so sorry that it had to be like this but this is the only way that I can get you to remember about everything and I hope that can leave this life and we can be together like we both wanted to, Twilight Sparkle."
As she continued to cry her tears fell down onto the photo reveling Sionis as a filly blushing as she was being kissed on the cheeks by another filly that was Twilight Sparkle.

"I'll Make him Talk." Rainbow Said as She Punched her hooves and getting ready for that Penguin.
"But are you sure this is wise Twilight?" Princess Celestia Said to Twilight.
"We know what we're doing." Twilight told to the Princess
"Don't worry about us." Rarity Said.
"Well, in case you change your mind and want to spend the evening with us, let us know, There'll be a train waiting for you to take you to Jezebel Plaza, girls." Said Flash Sentry to the Mane Six.

"Well Let Me Take a Look at it, If I can Read this SIM Card, We May be able to Locate Penguin." Twilight Said as She uses her magic to read the SIM Card but there's some static on her radar.

At Sionis's Still mill, Sionis was sitting at her desk waiting for tonight's event to unfold. But while she was sitting there she still couldn't help to think about her marefriend Twilight.
"I hope you survive my love, so when you do I will be able to help you see the truth about everything and we can both make that bitch pay for what she did to us.” As she cursed under her breath her anger grew, even at the mere thought of HER made her anger grew. But she was interrupted by a knock on her office door. She quickly adjusted her suit and tie as she put on her mask.
"Come in." As the door opened a mare stepped inside. She was wearing black and yellow armor as she was carrying two swords on her back and a gun stripped to the side of her hind leg. She was wearing a mask of a pony skull, almost resembling Sionis's mask but with one side of the mask yellow while the other half is black. "There you are Lightning Dust." Sionis said in a happy tone.
"That's Deathstroke to you Sionis." Deathstroke said in a cold voice.
"Of course how have I forgotten, please Deathstroke have a seat." At first Deathstroke wanted to leave since she doesn't like her time wasted. But she thought it would not be a good idea to piss off Black mask, so she did what she was told and she took a seat in front of Sionis's desk. The two then stared at each other which felt like a good 5 minutes until Deathstroke decided to break the ice.
"why have you gotten one of your goons to bring me here?"
"The reason why is because I thought it would be nice for us to have a little social talk."
"You got to be kidding me."
"I am not kidding you Deathstroke, I just wanted to have a talk with you."
"Look with all do respect Black mask, but I have to go and complete a bounty that you put out remember?"
"Oh I do remember and don't worry, you will have time to go after the elements of Harmony trust me. I just want to talk to you about something important."
"Alright and what would be sooo important that it needs to waste my time." Deathstroke said as she rolled her eyes.
"I want to talk to you about your past Dust." After hearing Sionis say that, she was thrown off be she didn't show it due to her wearing her mask.
"You already know about my past Sionis, you read my file."
"I did but I feel like the whole story was not written on it. So tell me Dust why did you become an assassin."
"You know why. Its because of that rainbow maned bitch Dash." Just of the thought of Dash came into her mind, Deathstroke was wanting to leave Sionis's office and find Dash so she can shoot her in the head.
"Right, right but that can’t be all, I mean if that was the case you could of done it weeks ago. So tell me Dust why did you really become an assassin humph."
"What is it to you."
"I am just curious on what made you turn from Lightning Dust of the Wonderbolts to Deathstroke the cold hearted assassin in only a month." Deathstroke then looked at the ground as she began to form a tear in her eye.
"Because of my sister."
"What."
Deathstroke then looked up to Sionis as she took off her mask as Sionis was heart broken to see a saddened look on Dust's face as tears roll down her cheeks.
"The main reason why I became as assassin is because of my sister."
"Why." Sionis asked in a concern tone.
"When I was a filly my mother gave birth to my baby sister. I remember when she was born my parents were so happy that my mother was shedding tears. I remember when she was born I was offered the chance to hold her and when I did I knew that I would do anything for her." At that point Sionis took off her mask as Dust continued on. "Things were great until both of my parents died in an accident." Lightning shaded more tears as she remembered on what happened to her parents put she went on. "At that point there was no one left to take care of us so it was up to me to take care of her and by the name of Tartarus I did. I did the best I could put there was one problem."
"And what would that be?"
"She couldn't fly."
Upon hearing Sionis was shocked to hear as she felt sorry for her. "Why couldn't she fly?"
"When she was born her wings were broken. The doctors said that it wasn’t normal but my parents didn't care because through their eyes she was perfect. I tried my best to teach her but it wouldn't work and I cursed myself but she said that it was okay and she knew that I was trying my best because I love her. But I couldn't accept it, I couldn't accept her living the rest of her life enable to fly, so for a few years I tried to work at a couple of jobs so I can get enough money for the surgery on her wings to make her fly. At first I tried to work in Ponyville and to be a weather pony but it was boring and it didn't pay well. I felt like I was failing her, that is until I saw a poster aid to join the Wonderbolts. I knew that this was the perfect opportunity for me to make some money for her. So I left her in Ponyville, seeing on how she made some friends there. So while I was in the Wonderbolts making good money she was in ponyville with her friends and learning at school, I thought it would work best. I still come home to ponyville to see her but most of the time I don't get the chance since I come home late and she is already in bed."
After hearing this Sionis looked at lightning Dust who fetched a photo from her pocket as she gave it to Sionis. "This is a picture of her. Her name is Scootaloo."
"She’s very pretty, how old is she?"
"She ten now and she is already starting to act like me. She told me that her and friends are sooo determined to get their cutie marks they acutely call themselves cutie mark crusaders."

Lightning Dust screamed as she wanted to kill Dash. Upon calmed down Sionis had heard enough and decided it was best not to push her anymore.
"I think were are done here. Thank you for telling me. You are not the only one to be changed because of a certain bitch in your life."

Upon hearing this she got up from her seat as Sionis handed her back the picture of Scootaloo as she headed towards the door.
"Oh and before you leave I want to tell you something.

"You mean that old rusty piece of crap ship. Yea I know it and I also know that is where the penguin is."
"Yea well I thought you might want to know that Rainbow Dash and her friends are heading there right now as we speak." After hearing this Lightning dust smiled evilly as she put on her mask and headed out the door, taking up on Sionis's words. After Deathstroke left Sionis chuckled evilly as she turned towards the window and looked out while she put back her mask on. "Hehehehe.......have fun.....Deathstroke."
Twilight groaned as she tried to read the SIM card but kept receiving static in place of an actual reading.
“Um you got anything yet Twi’?” Rainbow asked her friend in concern. Twilight merely turned around and glared at the cyan Pegasus who backed off shortly afterwards. As Twilight turned her attention towards the SIM card a sudden spark came from the card and a mini projection came out of the card.
“Listen I cant keep doing this, you know that.” Twilight was suddenly surprised on hearing a voice coming from the projector and it sounded a lot like Loose Lips. She looked closer and saw two figures in the video that she recognized instantly. Black Mask and Loose Lips but then another voice was heard and was coming from the mare.
“I’m sorry I don’t seem to remember giving you a day off or whatever the Tartarus other bosses give their workers. I’m giving you a simple task, you spy on The Penguin and I won’t let my guys break your legs. Does that seem fair?”
“Look do you have any idea what will happen if my boss finds out that I am doing this?”
“Does it look like I care Loose lips.”
“Umm… I don't know? I mean you always wear that mask on so….” Before Loose Lips could finish Black mask used her magic to throw him to the brick wall.
“Are you trying to be a smartass with me?” Black Mask asked the coughing stallion.
“N-no ma’am. I-I’ll stick to my job okay?”
“Good boy.” The mare snorted as she gave one last kick to his ribs before trotting off.
“Wait!” Black mask turned around to the coughing stallion.
“What is it?” She asked.
“I’m curious…. just how old are you?” Sionis eyes widened at the stupid stallion.
“Eighteen, why.”
“What would you say if I asked you out for a date out on the town? We would go dancing, drinking and having the most wonderful…..” Before he could finish the statement he felt a hoof connect with his face and was sent flying.
“Just get back to The Final Offer idiot. I don’t need anymore of my time wasted.” Black Mask growled at the groaning stallion.
“Sure boss lady, but wait is that a no.” Loose Lips said and the video finally cut out without hearing Black mask saying “Idiot.”
“Well that solved one problem.” Twilight said as she tossed the card off to the side.
“Indeed darling now all we have to do is find this…. Final Offer and get aboard.” Rarity said as though it was as simple as getting an apple from Sweet Apple Acres.
“But who would know about where the Final Offer is though?” Twilight asked as the rest of the group thought about until Rainbow Dash thought of the perfect stallion that would know it.
“I know who would know.” She said as she have a grin.
“Who?” the whole group asked. Her gaze turned back to the stallion she just dropped down from her little perch as he was still trotting away.
“Be right back.” Was Rainbow Dash’s only response as she flew down. Loose Lips barely walked no more than a few feet from the tree he fell on when he felt familiar hooves pick him up.
“OH NO NOT AGAIN!” He yelled as Rainbow turned him around with a smile on her own face.
“Miss me big guy?”
“I told you. I don’t know anything.” Loose lips said as he was tired of being dropped.
“Hey lug head. Did you know that the one thing that makes me angry the most is when somepony is lying to me?”
“Um…..no.” as he said that he was punched in the face and Rainbow Dash dragged him back the group as they, especially Twilight, were wondering on what Rainbow Dash was doing.
“Dash what are you doing!” Twilight exclaimed
“I’m getting us information, besides we don't even need to go to Penguin now.” Rainbow said as she punched the stallion again.
“What are you talking about?”
“Oh come on Twilight we saw this guy and he was talking with Sionis, he could tell us where she is.”
“But still, you can't keep punching him like that, it is not right.” Twilight said as Rainbow rolled her eyes. She dropped the stallion who was covered in bruises and cuts from the punches and the earlier drop.
“Okay then egghead let's see what you can do.” Rainbow said as she walked by her, snorting frustrated as Twilight looked at the beat up thug.
“Look I’m sorry for what my ‘friend’ did to you but I need your help.” Twilight said as Loose Lips looked up coughing.
“For what I already told that crazy bitch over there that I don't know anything.”
“I need you to tell me where is Black mask.” Twilight demanded.
“Y-you think I’m ratting her out? You’re crazier than the gay pride parade over there.” Loose Lips said. Rainbow knew who he was talking about and flew over and gave him a hard right hook and knocked him onto a nearby wall.
“CALL ME THAT AGAIN BUCKER I DARE YOU!” She roared as Applejack and Rarity pulled her back.
“RAINBOW DASH WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!” Twilight asked demanded.
“Are you serious with me here? Why are you defending him? He’s a no good criminal.” Rainbow fumed at Twilight.
“Well you know what Dash, you’re starting to act like one yourself.” Twilight retorted which caused Rainbow’s eyes to widen at this revelation.
“I-I’m sorry girls. I just don’t know what got into me.” Twilight merely shook her head as she looked back to the thug who was now coughing up blood as Fluttershy was tending to him
“How is he Fluttershy?”
“Not good Twilight, if you want to ask him something do it now.” And with that Twilight went over and looked down to him.
“Please Loose lips I need to know, where is black mask?” Twilight asked, not in a demanding voice but a voice filled with sympathy. Loose lips looked at her with flickering eyes.
“Look ...even if I wanted to tell you I can't…. I don't know where she is. B-but I do know where Penguin is. He can tell you where Black Mask is at.” Loose Lips said. “H-he’s at The Final Offer. It’s a ship off the harbor but it’s really uptight with security and armed thugs. Sorry sweet cheeks but you ain’t getting on that old tin can.” He said with a small smile on his face.
“Oh and one more thing f-for the rainbow mane one…. You act just like her." he said as he went unconscious. Rainbow cocked an eyebrow at these words. Who did he mean by when he said You act just like her ? Surely he didn’t mean Black Mask… or maybe he was referring to Lightning Dust. The thought didn’t exactly make her more cheerful but she pushed it aside for the moment.
“Well now we know where The Final Offer is, let’s go girls.” Twilight said as the group started to head for the harbor but Rainbow Dash stayed behind to look at the unconscious thug. Twilight noticed this and turned around. “Rainbow are you coming?” She asked her friend. This seemed to snap her out of what seemed to be a trance.
“Huh? Oh yeah. Just… thinking about something.” Rainbow said as she caught up with the rest of the group.
The group headed towards the north harbour, encountering minimal resistance but during the time Rainbow still kept on thinking on what Loose Lips said about her. Who was he referring to and…. why am I thinking about this so much? Rainbow Dash thought to herself as one certain name kept coming up in her mind. Deathstroke. No matter what happened it was always that one name that came up in her mind. It wasn’t that she hated Lightning Dust but instead it was the fact that she felt responsible for her becoming an assassin and if any of her friends got hurt it would be on her.
“How far is this stinking ship.” Rarity whined as the rest ignored her until Pinkie saw something off to the distance.
“That far Dashie!” Pinkie said as she started hopping towards the ship. The others just stood baffled by what they saw but just assumed it was just Pinkie being Pinkie. They soon arrived at a huge ship that was almost as long as the harbor itself it seemed.
“Okay so now we just fly up to it and… Twilight what the bu-” Rainbow started as Twilight pulled her back with her magic and then placed a hoof in her mouth. She used her free hoof to point out the snipers on top of the boat.
“Yea good luck getting past those snipers Dash.” Twilight said as she removed her hoof from Dash’s mouth.
“Alright Egghead what do you think we should do about it, huh.” Rainbow Dash asked as she thought she won the argument. Twilight put her hoof to mouth and thought about it. While she was thinking one sniper suddenly vanished. All of the Mane 6 stared up as each sniper vanished one by one. When the last one vanished a familiar yellow Pegasus flew down softly in front of them.
“Um… I took care of the snipers. I only knocked them out because I know where their nerve points are. Oh please don’t hate me!” Fluttershy squeaked as she covered her head with her hooves. The rest of the mane six just stared at her wide eyed until Rainbow Dash came forward.
“Are you kidding me, we don't hate you but you could have done that the whole time.” She said a little angry but understanding at the same time. She came up and hugged the scared Pegasus. “Its okay Fluttershy you did the right thing, those were bad ponies that would have hurted us if it wasn't for you.” Dash said as she gave a reassuring smile to Fluttershy which she smiled back.
“Umm I hate to ruin the moment here but we still need to get on that ship.” Rarity said. Both mares nodded and grabbed two of their friends and flew up to it. They soon landed in front of a set of metal double doors.
They walked through the doors to see two thugs carrying knives and they were both guarding a metal gate which was leading down the ship. One thug was a Pegasus Stallion and the other was a unicorn mare.
“Hey can I ask you a question.” the Stallion asked the mare who looked annoyed with him.
“For the last time no, Santa doesn't exist ”
“Yes he does! You’re just mad that he left you coal for Christmas.”
“Please that coal warmed my house for…. crap we got company.” The mare said as she used her magic to wield her knife. The stallion did the same but he placed the knife in his mouth. Rainbow just rolled her eyes as she moved towards the stallion, punching him square in the face while Rarity and Twilight dealt with the thug mare. As soon as both thugs were knocked out, Applejack used her lasso to tie up both of them while the stallion was still conscious he looked at the thug mare and said “This is what happens when you don't believe in Santa.”
“Oh do shut up.” The mare grumbled. The mane 6 continued through the boat and ran across a familiar metal friend.
“So I was right! It was from Penguin!” Twilight exclaimed.
“Gee like that’s a shock.” Rainbow said sarcastically. Twilight glared at her but smiled though. They soon came to a halt when they heard a coltney like voice over the speakers.
“Listen up you wankers, all of you better get below to the boiler deck fights. Come on down to place your bets and remember I don’t want to see you lots placing bets on yourselves because if I catch you. Hehehe well lets say it won’t be pleasant for you.” The voice said. Twilight narrowed her eyes.
“I think I know who Penguin is now girls.” She said. They proceeded down towards the decks and soon found a giant room with a whole bunch of other thugs. They watched as two thugs that were in a big open arena looking room as they were fighting each other as the rest of the thugs were leaning on towards the railings above screaming and cheering to see blood spilled. And as Twilight looked she narrowed her eyes to see a figure standing above.
“Oy boys! We got some naughty mares here today! Proper naughty they are! And look if it isn't the elements of harmony! I think they deserve a proper welcome, don't you lads! ” A mare shouted to the crowd. They all cheered and soon the sound of electric hoofsteps were heard.
“You saved me a lot of time by coming here Elements.” A thick stallion’s voice called out to them. A big stallion with a big chest piece and gloves that sparked a little. “I’MA KILL YOU! Then I’ma jumpstart your hearts…. AND KILL YOU AGAIN!” The stallion jumped down to the arena which caused an electrical shock wave through the floor. The stallion then looked up to the crowd and yelled “ARE YOU READYYYY!!!!!!” the crowd of thugs cheered as the stallion looked at the mane six with a smug look as the mane six backed up into fighting position.
“Tell me, where is Black Mask?” Twilight demanded from the assassin but the stallion only laughed.
“HA I DIDN'T COME HERE TO TALK! I COME HERE TO KILL YOU HAHAHA!” he said as he pound his hooves together which cause sparks to fly out. Fluttershy then walked forward and tried to talk.
“Please, um, Mr. Electrocutioner could you-”
“Shut up you dumb mare!” He shouted as he zapped the floor in front of her.
“But maybe you could-”
“I said shut up or are you to stupid to understand-” He started before he was kicked square in the jaw by Fluttershy who had a ,mad glint in her eyes. The stallion then hit the floor KOed as the crowd went dead silent as well as the rest of the mane six as they looked at Fluttershy who had full on anger in her eyes as she looked up towards the crowd and yelled
“WHICH ONE OF YOU SONS OF BITCHES WANT TO SHOW ME WHERE THE PENGUIN IS!” All the thugs just looked at one another and pointed towards two doors. The Mane 6 just trotted forward, Fluttershy staring down each of the thugs as they did so, and pushed open the door. Almost instantly a huge enforcer busted through the doors and knocked out Fluttershy instantly.
“‘Ello girls. We don’t take kindly to intruders ‘ere. Let’s show you what happens to them.” The enforcer was about to make a move when Rainbow grabbed his beard and threw him across the room with an angry glint in her own eyes.
“YOU MOTHER BUCKER!” She roared at the enforcer. The enforcer looked at her with a wide eyed but angry look.
“Well.....well, look what we got here lads. A gay pride parade wannabe.” The enforcer chuckled then turned to laugh. But that was before he felt a hoof connect with his face and sent him off to dream land. Rainbow snorted as she busted down the doors. The rest of them followed as Applejack carried Fluttershy on her back. until that point the group was dead silent as Twilight looked at Rainbow Dash who was staring forward. Twilight decided to talk to her.
“Hey Dash, are you….okay?” Rainbow then stopped to look at Twilight with a stern look.
“When we find her, I am going to make her pay.” Was all Rainbow said.
“Who?”
“Sionis, Because of her we now have hired killers trying to collect our heads and now we have to be in this Celestia forsaken place just to try and stop her!” Rainbow Dash roared at Twilight who backed off from her at this.
“This…. isn’t just about Sionis isn’t it? Rainbow what’s going on?”
“I-it’s Scootaloo. I-I don’t know what made her hate me but she’s been really distant with me a lot lately. I mean I promised to take her under my wing and now…. look I don’t wanna talk about it okay Twilight?” Rainbow said.
Twilight understood and nodded at her which made Rainbow smile. But as the continued to walk Twilights head starting hurting upon thinking of the name Sionis as flashes of her as a filly came to her head but the flash showed her with another filly and a faint voice could be heard in her mind “I….Love….You.” She shook her head and continued to meet with the group. They soon found Penguin in his office using what seemed to be a cattleprod on a stallion.
They also saw that Penguin was surrounded by his goons and another mare who was wearing a business suit.
“Oy Candy where were we love?” Penguin asked as he blew smokes into the sacred young stallions face.
“We were talking about little Albertio over here, hey baby, trying to convince his father of early retirement, he disagreed and called you a, lets see……. psychotic little bastard.” the mare finished as the penguin came up the stallion and punched him in the stomach.
“Now you best listen here Falcone, cause I am going to only going to say this once, what are you going to tell your father.” Penguin asked as he drew the cattleprod towards his face.
“W-We will get out of the weapon business, I promise I will make him do it.” The scared stallion said as the Penguin laughed.
“See, I hear your flippers flapping birdie but they ain’t making the sounds that I want to hear.” He said. He then poked the prod onto the scared stallion. He did this several times before he finally noticed the group of five mares in front of him.
“What! How the bloody Tartures did they get in her! Oy take care of them you bloody wankers or I will take care of you, permanently!” The penguin ordered his thugs. Who charged them. Each of the Mane 6 that was conscious took on thug and made very short work of them as they broke bones and caused minor bruises. As Rainbow finished her thug she turned towards Penguin. The Penguin then looked at the angry mare as he raised his hooves up.
“Wait...Wait, hold on a bloody min….” before he could finish Rainbow grabbed and threw him violently towards the mirror causing it to shatter. As the penguin was coughing he tried to get up but he was pinned to the floor by Dash who was snorting full hatred towards Penguin.
“Black Mask put a bounty on our heads. WHERE IS SHE?!” Rainbow roared.
“I don't keep tabs of everypony with a grudge. No offense but you element bearers are not very popular in this town.” Penguin answered as Rainbow flipped him facing upwards and she started punching him in the face.”
“Don't lie to me bucker, we know you have been following Black Mask. So I am going to ask you again. Where...is...she!” Rainbow yelled as she punched him in the face over and over.
“Alright Alright ill tell you. Look I know where her safehouse is. It is at lacy towers but good luck trying to get in there its swarming with swat teams.” Upon hearing this Rainbow Dash chuckled.
“Are you stupid or something? Why would that be a problem?” Penguin looked at her and grinned.
“So you don't know do you then.” Was all he said before Rainbow heard the sound of flapping wings.
“Girls who missed a thu-” Rainbow started but felt something latch onto her hind leg and drag outside the room. The rest of the group was about to run out to help her when a Pegasus mare wearing a half orange and half black mask flew into them. Each mare tried to hit her but found their hooves twist at an odd angle before being knocked out. The Pegasus smirked underneath her mask as she trotted towards Rainbow who knew instantly who this was. The mare flicked her hoof and a blade appeared in it.
Before she could stab Rainbow with it the cyan blue mare punched her and managed to detach the blade and put on her instead. She sliced the rope and flew down into the small arena below. The masked mare followed suit but when she landed she also did a small roll as well. Rainbow, instead of tossing the blade aside, just walked around the mare as she replaced the missing hoof blade with another one.
“It appears our little game is over before it even begins.” The masked mare told her.
“I’m not playing games…. Lightning.” Rainbow said as she and Deathstroke took a stance..
“Why Dust? Why did you become an assassin? Is it because of what happened at the Wonderbolt Academy?”
“You wouldn't understand Dash.”
“Understand what! You're trying to kill me and my friends for just bits!”
“50 million bits Dash and no I am not doing this just for the money I’m doing this because I’m sick of letting my sister down. This time… I’m making her proud.”
“Wait… sister?” Before Rainbow could continue her question Deathstroke leapt forward with her hoof blade extended to it’s full length and aimed at Rainbow Dash’s heart.
The blade that was aimed at Rainbow’s heart missed by a mere centimeter before it struck the side of the arena walls. Lightning then turned her attention to where Rainbow landed and started to circle her even as the other pegasus did the same thing.
“Listen Dust I’m warning you, walk away or I will put you down.” Rainbow warned her former friend who smirked.
“You put me down? I don’t know if you’ve been keeping up with current events but I’m not the same mare who was turned down by The Wonderbolts. I’m stronger and I’m faster than any of them.” Lightning said as she leapt at Rainbow who held up her own blade and blocked the strike she almost received. Lightning then flapped back to her end of the arena as she stared down her prey.
“When I’m done killing you and your friends, I‘m going to collect my bounty prize and make her proud.” Lightning repeated with determination. Rainbow didn’t know who she was talking about but she couldn’t let her win. Her friends’ lives and her own were on the line and losing was not an option and Rainbow Dash didn’t lose.
“I’m sorry for whoever you’re trying to help Lightning but I won’t let you kill my friends.”
“Hehehe…..You won't let me Dashie. Are you going to do to me what you did that thug that I saw you beating on? Boy Dash you let him have it.” Lightning retorted which threw Rainbow Dash off.
“H-How do you know that? More importantly how did you know we were going to be here?” Rainbow demanded from her old friend.
“Oh like I’m telling you that. Please that’ll spoil the fun.” Lightning told her as she lunged at Rainbow only to lock blades with her. They dislodged as they struck one another. Each time they tried to over-power the other it ended with a draw but Rainbow got one lucky hit in over the metal mask’s right eye, narrowly avoiding Lightning’s own.
“Look Dust, I understand why you are angry with me here and I know you only took this bounty from Black Mask just so you can kill me but leave my friends out of this, they have nothing to do with this.” Rainbow demanded.
“Are you bucking kidding me here. This isn't just about you Dash, lets just say I need this money but killing you will make it more enjoyable, and once I’m done here. I’ll make sure to pay that bitch Spitfire a visit.” Lightning told her but at that moment something in Rainbow snapped. She engaged Lightning again but with a more feral attitude towards her. The slashes were more wild and out of control and down right crazy.
“YOU! BUCKING! BITCH!” Rainbow yelled at each slash.
“What's wrong Dash, Did I hit a nerve in your over inflated ego or is it the thought of failing the wonderbolts... again. But hey if it makes you feel better you won't see what i have in store for them…..hehehehe.” Lightning taunted the cyan pegasus. She was soon caught off guard by Rainbow sweeping under her hooves and holding a blade to her throat.
“I’m going to kill you Lightning! I DON’T CARE WHO YOU’RE BU-” Rainbow stopped mid-sentence when she saw a necklace hanging from the masked mare’s neck.
“Whats the matter, are you going to do it, are you going to fa-”
“SHUT UP! ANSWER ME, WHERE DID YOU GET THIS NECKLACE!”
“Why do you care?” Lightning bucked Rainbow right in her gut making her stagger a bit.
“You wanna know why i am faster than you Dash?” Lightning asked as she got back up. “During the month of me training to be better then all of you, I learned one ingredient of perfection…...Vengeance, I will let you live for now Dash but know this, the night is young and before it ends. I am going to make sure you-” Lightning stopped mid-sentence as she saw something from Rainbow’s neck as well. It was the same shape necklace she had on right then. “How…. dare you. This settles it then Dash. Next time I see you don’t expect me to be holding back.” Lightning said angrily as she flared her wings and flew off through a window.
As Rainbow Dash was getting up she noticed that she still had the necklace from Lightning and as she looked at it she saw it had an button on the top of it. Rainbow put it away for now and tossed the blade from her hoof as she flew back up to her friends to check up on them. When she got back to the room she saw them alive although with bruises and minor broken bones but nothing Twilight’s magic couldn’t fix. When Twilight looked at Dash she was filled with worry as she was covered in bruises and minor cuts.
“Dash are you alright, where’s Deathstroke?”
“She got away but I know she’ll be back.”
“Is everything okay?”
“Lets just get out of this ship and head to Lacey Towers so i can personally get to know Sionis better.” Rainbow told her with a sneer as the others soon followed her out of the boat soon after.
As Lightning Dust flew out of the ship, she landed near a rooftop as anger filled her veins.
“What the Buck how does she have the same necklace with a picture of Scootaloo, did she steal it from her, that bitch.” As Lightning cursed as she heard clapping from behind her as she looked and groaned as who it was.
“That was a hell of a show to watch Dust.”
“huh…..What do you want Trixie.”
“I just came here to ask you how it went.”
“Its not your business, so just stay out of my way.”
“Hehehe...You had your chance Deathstroke but if you have forgotten, your not the only assassin in town. Besides its my turn to take a shot” The other mare said as she stepped out into the light to reveal a mare wearing a red outfit with a ski mask and a red scope over her left eye. To her side were also two specially made guns that fit perfectly over her hooves. “For I am the Great and Deadly Deadshot!”
“You know, I’m starting to miss hearing you say ‘The Great and Powerful Trixie’.”
“Shut up.”
Truth is stranger then fiction
“Rainbow what happened back at the ship?” Twilight asked concerned for her friend after a fight with one of the assassins, Deathstroke or formerly known as Lightning Dust, which left her, for lack of a better word, scarred.
“Like I said before, I don't want to talk about it alright? All I want to do now is find Sionis so i can personally ask her why she did all this and on Hearth’s Warming Eve.” Rainbow told Twilight angrily. Deciding she should take her chance now Twilight decided to ask her a question that’s been bugging her.
“Ummm Dash can I ask you something? Its going to sound weird.”
“What.”
“For a while now I keep getting these flashbacks in my head and they make no sense. Do you know what that’s about?”
“I don't know, what do these flashes show you?” As Rainbow asked as Twilight thought hard as she tried to remember.
“They show me as a filly and I hear someone say I love you and that's it.”
“Maybe its a flashback with you and your mom or something.”
“No, no it showed me with another filly I-in a garden. I don’t know Dash but for some reason I keep getting them when I hear Sionis’s name.” Twilight said as she scrunched her face as she tried to find out where these memories are coming from but to no avail.
“Why would you get flashes when you hear her name? Do you know her or something?”
“W-WHAT?! NO! I never heard of her until tonight, why would you think that?!”
“Easy egghead I didn't mean anything about it, I just thought it was weird that you would get flashes when you hear her name. You know….now thinking about it, it is kinda odd.”
“What?”
“If Sionis is as dangerous as she is. Why didn’t Princess Celestia tell us about her before?” Rainbow asked Twilight.
“Um…. she has to have had a reason not to tell us. I mean she didn’t tell us about Discord but we still pulled through there.”
“Yeah after he flipped our personalities around! I mean come on Twilight this is a little bit more personal than that.”
“I still can’t believe she’s the same age as us and she is the head of the mob. How is that even possible?”
“Who knows all I know is that I cant wait to meet her face to face without that stupid mask on her, what's the deal with that anyway?”
“I think we can ask her that when we get her.” Twilight told her before turning her attention to a pair of towers. “You know penguin mentioned something about Lacey Towers before…. you don’t think-”
“That Sionis lives there? I had a feeling.” Twilight was about to say more when she was interrupted by Pinkie.
“Look girls the Penguin wasn't kidding, her place is full of swat teams.”
“Great, lets get in there and say hello to Soins-”
“Oatmeal are you crazy?! Those meanie pants could kill you!”
“Pinkie what are you talking about, their on our side.”
“No they’re not! I read the script and they’re really big meanie mick meanie pants!” Pinkie told her causing Rainbow to just stare at her.
“Um…. Pinkie you worry me at times.”
“Everypony says that but do they listen to what I’m saying?” Pinkie grumbled to herself as she walked off down the street a little ways.
“Anyways…. who wants to go up first?” Rainbow asked sarcastically.
“Ah guess Ah can have a go first.” Applejack said as she walked to the entrance as it was guarded by two swat team members who had both of their faces covered but one as a colt and the other was a mare.
“Um… Excuse me officers but me and mah friends are here for Sioins.” Applejack said
“Go away.” the colt said in a scruffy deep voice
“Pardon me?”
“He said go away, what part of that do you not understand?” The mare officer said. Now Applejack was a patient mare normally so she tried again.
“Now look here, me and mah friends are here for Sionis, so can we go in.”
“Miss I’m going to tell you again, the six of you need to get out of here right now, we have everything under control. Besides little girls like you six shouldn't be out here anyway.” the colt said. Applejack was shocked on what he said as she went back to the group with a sad look on her face.
“AJ what happened.” Twilight asked
“They told meh to go away.”
“Why did they tell you to go away? Did you say something?”
“Ah don’t know what happened. Ah just tried tah be polite but he just told me to go.”
“Its alright darling you just stay here while I will ask them politely like a proper lady.” Rarity said as she walked up the the two officers.
“Look here, i already told your friend before to go away.” the colt swat officer said who sounded annoyed.
“Oh please officer can you please let us in like the nice and gentle colt that you are.” Rarity said as she gave him puppy eyes.
“No.”
“No! Why not?”
“Look nice try but first off I have a marefriend and two you're not that hot sweet cheeks, i give you a six maybe seven-” The stallion never finished his sentence as he was swiftly bucked in his nuts by Rarity and sent flying into a wall. While he slid down Rarity just stood where she was, shocked that she acted so angrily at the stallion when he was just doing his job.
“WHAT THE BUCK MISS! You just assaulted an officer of the law!" The angry mare said as she went to go check on her partner.
“I am so sorry, I-I don't know what came over me.” Rarity said as she was still shocked on how she acted.
“Frank are you okay?” the mare asked as she sounded worried.
“Oh sweet Celestia I don't think I can feel them, damn it.” The colt cursed as he tried to get up. The mare turned around to try and arrest Rarity but was met with a white hoof connecting with her jaw and she was knocked out. After she knocked out the mare officer she gazed at her hooves as she tried to bear hold of the situation.
“I cant believe I just did that.” Rarity said to herself as she heard loud coughing coming from the stallion who was still trying to get up. She knew that it would be a likely chance that she would be arrested for her actions but she thought to at least do the right thing as she went over to the coughing officer.
“I am so...so sorry that I hit you and your partner. I don't know what came over me.” Rarity said as the face covered officer looks up at her.
“You know, usually i'll tell you to buck off and slap the cuffs on you….. but after I was being rude to you and your friend, I say were even.” The swat officer said as he gave a smile underneath his mask.
“Thank you officer.” Rarity said in a kind voice as she looked towards the unconscious mare.
“Don’t worry about her, she will be fine. When she wakes up I’ll tell her it was all a misunderstanding and please call me Frank.”
“Okay then…... Frank, can you get up.”
“Yea, I think so.” Frank said as he got back on hooves with the assistants of Rarity. As Frank got up he looks behind Rarity to see the rest of her friends still waiting for her to return. Rarity saw where Frank was looking as she said that she will bring the rest of them over. As she did that, officer Frank turned and picked up his unconscious partner and brought her inside the building, in the main lobby where he lied her down on a the lobby coach. After he did that he went back outside to see Rarity brought the rest of her friends.
“Rarity what was taking so-” Twilight stopped mid way when she saw a police officer walking behind her.
“Oh it was just a minor misunderstanding is all Twilight.” Rarity said as the two ponies walked up to beside her.
“Yeah sorry about the confusion ma’am. Is there anything we can do to make-up for it?” Frank asked as he rubbed the back of his head with his hoof. Twilight smiled a little at this.
“Actually officer… there is. How many more of those outfits do you have?”
“Ummm….Why are you asking.”
“Well we need to see what Sioins is up to and you said to my friend that only officers are allowed. So I was thinking that you would let us borrow some outfits so we can go in.”
“Look do you want me to be honest here…...You six are in danger and my best advice is that you all leave the city and go somewhere safe.”
“What? If this is about the assassins we can handle them.”
“It’s not. Look I’m lucky if I keep my job after this but the police force is corrupt and they’re also trying to kill you six along with the assassins. I know that you’re trying to stop Sionis, I respect it, but maybe you could try later?”
“We would be but Sionis made this personal when she ordered a hit on us.” Rainbow said as she walked to the SWAT truck.
“Look you're just going to get yourselves killed. This isn’t like the time you six faced Discord or the changelings, Sionis is different. There are things about her that you don't know.”
“Like what.”
“She wasn't always like that.”
“What….What do you mean.”
“I don’t fully know but I do know one thing while I was going through her files at Canterlot while I was a royal guard there I discovered that she lived in Canterlot 7 years ago when she was a filly, same age as you all were. It said she ran away for unknown reason but that’s where the file ended. I don’t know much else.”
It’s fine officer but we need to get in and this isn’t going to stop us so you are either going to help us or we’re going to go in the hard way.” Twilight said. Frank sighed as he saw the determined look in her eyes.
“Ok…..Ok you win I’ll help but be warned. If one of them find out who you six are…..you're as good as dead.”
“Thanks for the warning Frank.”
“Don't mention it but before we go. Could you promise me something.”
“Sure what.”
“When you do find Sionis. Be careful okay, she is unpredictable.”
“You got it Frank.” Twilight said as she pulled the mask over her head and hopped into the vehicle.
“How much longer til we get there?” Rainbow asked as she scratched the edges of her mask in the moving van. The group had decided to play it smart and blend in with the officers rather than bust in through the Police Station like mad mares and so took to wearing disguises and using a van with the help of two non corrupt officers.
“Not to much longer and try to avoid talking. Leave that to us.” The mare officer, who they learned was called Flare, said as they went over a small bump in the road.
“And no matter what happens in there. Keep calm, because like I said they find out who you six are…..You’re dead.” Frank added as he drove them to the police station.
“Yeah and believe me you don’t want Blue Shield to catch he…. likes mares.” Flare said with contempt making Fluttershy make a tiny gulping sound.
“What do you mean?” Rainbow asked
“Lets just say you don't want him getting his hooves on you alright. I don't know how much you want me to simplify it for you.”
“Wait Flare, how could the SWAT team be in on the bounty? I thought it was just for criminals?”
“The SWAT team are criminals. They’re corrupt and frightened cops. Blue Shield was appointed by Loeb, rotten son of a bitch, and is every bit as crooked as the dead commissioner. Personally I don’t care that Black Mask killed him but it’s still not right.” Flare said as the van stopped. “We’re here. Get on out and head on in you six. Anypony gives you any trouble leave it to us.”
“Thank you.” Fluttershy whispered as all the Mane Six headed inside the police station.
Before they could open the door to the station Frank put his hooves up and stood in front of the mane six.
“Remember when we go in fellow us and do not make eye contact, even though you six are wearing those masks the thing that you have to know is that they don't like to be stared at…..alright?” Frank asked as the six nodded their heads. “Alright lets go.” With that Frank opened the doors to the police station and soon saw the hundreds upon hundreds of SWAT ponies in the place.
“Geez. Who brought in the clown cars?” Rainbow asked quietly as they walked by several ponies who smirked at them.
“HOLD UP!” Frank, Flare and the mane six see a SWAT officer walking up to them. Fluttershy was shaking like mad until she felt a hoof on her shoulder to see Applejack, which calmed her down.
“Hey Frank, Flare what the buck are you doing here.”
“oh you know, we were tired of the cold.”
“No kidding-” The officer then noticed the six masked SWAT officers behind the two.
“Who the buck are them.”
“Their part of our squad.”
“Squad? I didn't know that you two got a squad let alone six.”
“Well surprise surprise we do.”
‘Alright then-”the SWAT officer said as he walked past Frank and Flare and he stood in front of the mane six “What are your names?”
“C’mon Brave Heart back off the rookies.” Frank said as he pushed the big stallion back a little. The stallion, Brave Heart, immediately backed off from the mane 6 and went back to his station. “Dumb ass.” Frank muttered under his breathe.
“Come on lets go.”
“Where are we going.” Twilight asked in a hush ton’ hoping that no one would hear her.
“We're going to Blue Shields office. If there’s anything that we need to know about Sioins it will be there.” Frank answered as a voice came thru the intercom.
“Attention all SWAT members, come down to the briefing room immediately….. Thank you.”
“Damn it. Look you six get going to the office. Me and Flare have to go to the stupid meeting. Make sure nopony sees you or hears your voice okay?”
“Got it.”
“Good luck.” Frank said as him and Flare walked away with the other SWAT members to the briefing room.”
“Alright girls lets go.” Twilight said as the rest nodded as they walked through the now empty hallways.
“Where in the name of Tartarus is his office.” Dash asked as she was already losing her patience.
“It has to be somewhere……lets just kee-”
“Hold it right there you six.” The mane six froze in fear expecting that they have been caught. As they turned around to face the voice they see a big white stallion with blue mane and a scar over his right eye.
“Where are you six going…..Don't you know there is a meeting.”
“Really? Whoops we just got lost okay? New on the job and all that.” Rainbow said trying to make her voice sound less conspicuous.
“Yeah well get moving. It’s this way.” The stallion said as he pushed them towards the meeting.
“Oh crap… Ah gotta go.” Applejack said causing the group to stop.
“AJ are you bucking kidding…… now?” Rainbow asked with a hush whisper.
“Look we been out here for hours and I didn't get the chance to go alright…..But now I really need to go.” Applejack as she tried to hold it in.
“You have to hold it alright.”
“Damn it.”
“If there’s nothing else you six we’re right at the meeting.” The big stallion said as he pushed open the doors to the meeting. As they walked inside they saw a whole bunch of SWAT officers. And in front of them there was a big stallion who had a blue fur and a black mane.
“ALRIGHT LADIES LISTEN UP! While you all were cleaning up the mess at Blackgate, I was making us some money. I was able to cut a deal with our good friend Black mask. She says that if we take out the mane six before the assassins do…..Then we get the fifty million bit prize. And if some of you are not that good with the math, that means early retirement for all of us.” Blue Shield announced the other SWAT officers were nodding their heads and cheering until they were shushed by Blue Shield.
“ENOUGH! We only get one night to do this. So whatever they put you on tonight- I want you to blow it off. Finding and killing the Elements of Harmony is your number one priority. That clear.” All the SWAT officers nodded their heads.
“Good, any questions.” He asked as one officer raised his hoof.
“How are we gonna keep this from Princess Celestia and the rest of the force.”
“Well for starters, You're going to keep that trap of yours shut. Anyone else.” Another officer raised his hoof.
“Sir, what about the assassins. Will they see us as competition.” The officer asked as the rest nodded their heads with worry. “Yeah I didn't sign up to be on those guy’s hit list.”
“Look. Y’all put your lives at risk when you signed up for SWAT. Now you want to make the big money, you're going to have to accept bigger risks. That's how it works okay. Anyone else.” He asked as nopony raised there hooves.
“Good now if you all would excuse me I have to make a call…….You six-” as he pointed towards Twilight and her friends “Come with me.”
“Ummm...Yes sir.” Fluttershy said as she and her friends followed Blue Shield to his office.
“Okay is that door closed?” Blue Shield asked to nopony in particular.
“Yes sir.” Rainbow said as she locked it.
“Good because I have to make a call and its a good thing that i have the phones with projections. Better than holding a bucking phone in your hooves…… am I right rookies.”
“Yes sir.” they all said in unison. The phone began to rang as the projector came on. At first at was static until a clear image of a pony was visible and they were shocked to see the pony was none other than Sioins herself as she was still wearing her black skull looking mask. She was sitting in what it looked like to be her office and she was guarded by two mask wearing colts.
“Ahhh…..Blue Shield how is my favourite scumbag doing.”
“Cut the bull crap. What do you want Sionis?”
“Can’t a girl just call and say hi.” She said in a seductive voice.
“Look Sioins this is serious.”
“Is it now…...Oh do go on.”
“Princess Celestia is after you. Do you even realize that if you get caught there is nothing that to stop her from putting you in jail for good. I mean you're just 18 and it would suck to spend the rest of your life behind bars.”
“Awwww…. Are you worried about me that's cute…..I think I shed a tear.”
“Look all I’m saying here is that the Elements of Harmony are after you. They stopped Discord and the Changelings for Celestia sakes. Aren't you worried.”
“Hehehehehehe……..Worried about what. They cant stop me, how can they when they are already starting to lose it.” She said as Dash looked towards the projection with anger boiling up.
“What.”
“You don't need to worry about that. All you need to worry about is killing the Elements of Harmony.”
“Sooo…..We're still good on that deal then right.”
“Of course we are Shieldie. You kill them-you get the prize money.”
“Are you sure about that.”
“Are you calling me a liar.” Sioins said in a venomous tone as Blue Shield shattered a little but kept his formal pose.
“No, of course not. I’m just worried is all.”
“About what.”
“I mean you killed Loeb and he did so much for you. How do I know that you won't do the same to me.”
“Hehehehehe…….”
“Can you quit with the foolish like laughing now? It’s sounding stupid now.”
“Watch your tone.”
“No, Loeb did everything for you. He erased all the evidence from your cases and he was able to keep the cops off your back. Why did you kill him.” Blue Shield said with anger
“........You want me to be honest with you……. I didn't need him in the first place.”
“W-What. What do you mean.”
“Don't get me wrong, he did help out a lot but-”
“So wait you didn’t need him in the first place?! THEN WHY DID YOU NEED HIM AT ALL?!” Rainbow growled at the projection of Sionis.
“Blue Shield who are they?”
“Oh them, there just the rookies….don't worry they won't say a word.”
“Oh I know they won't. I think it would be the best for their health if they keep this quiet.”
“I understand.” Blue Shield then turned towards the mane six “You six got that.” They all nodded their heads as Dash was about to lose it.
“Well that's good…..Look I would love to stay and chat but I need to go to Manehattan merchants bank and make a……..deposit.”
“Understood, I’ll try and hold off the police force for you.”
“Wonderful….Oh and Blue shield, if you don't want to end up like Loeb…..Don't piss me off.”
“Yes mam.”
“Oh and one more thing...for your rookies-” Sioins said as she stared at the mane six “How’s Scootaloo…..Dashie.” At these words the six masked ponies suddenly began panicking. Sionis knew.
“Wait you’re the-” before Blue Shield could even finish his sentence Rainbow flew up and bucked him right in the chest.
“Oooo. Temper temper Dash.”
“I WILL BUCKING KICK YOUR SORRY FLANK AND THEN USE YOUR INTESTINES AS A CONDOM WHILE I FORNICATE WITH YOUR SKULL!”
“Do what?”
“I’M GONNA SKULL BUCK YOUR CORPSE!”
“Are these the friends that you made Twilight?”
“How in the-”
“I had to know your names when I put the hit on you duh… but you and I know each other very well though. You know me.” Black Mask said as though she was begging to her. Twilight’s head started to hurt before Rainbow smashed the communicator.
“I know where she is.” Twilight said as she made the others follow her. They soon got to the front of the station and were about out of the door when.
“ATTENTION, ATTENTION ALL SWAT OFFICERS. THE MANE SIX ARE IN THE STATION. KILL THEM NOWWWW!!!!!” Blue Shield yelled over the intercom.
“Well I guess this means we can ditch these then.” Twilight said as she took off her mask and her armor. The others did the same and ran out the station but not before Applejack beat the crap out of one officer and broke his leg.
“So Twi’ where is Sionis?” Applejack asked as they all galloped after her.
“She’s at the central bank. The only reason I know is that she mentioned a withdrawal.” Twilight said as she traveled along the snowy side walk. A few minutes passed but they soon made it to the bank. Rainbow and Fluttershy carried two at a time up to the roof and placed them gently near an entrance.
They then entered the bank to see a horrifying sight as they saw dead guards everywhere as noises where coming from the vault of the bank.
“W-what kind of pony does this?” Fluttershy whimpered as she saw the corpses all around. They looked around and soon found a vent that could fit each of them one at a time. They crawled through and soon we’re on a weak floor.
“Now remember what Frank said, She is unpredictable.”
“I cant wait to meet her face to face.” Rainbow said with anger.
“Alright then at the count of three we break the wall, take out any guards that she has, arrest her and go home, understood.” They all nodded.
“Alright then…..One…...Two…..Three!” Twilight yelled as they all used their force to break the weak ceiling and land on the floor below. The falling stones knocked down two thugs but the rest of them still had their guns trained on all six ponies, with extra attention being put on Rainbow.
“Well well if it isn’t the guests of honor.” A familiar voice rang out as Twilight and the others looked up to see none other than Black Mask herself.
“SIOINS!!!!” Rainbow Dash roared as she was about to charge Sioins, only to be stopped by guns aiming down at her.
“Hello Dashie, still got that temper. I thought you got over it when you knocked out Blue Shield.” Dash just growled as she knew there was no way she can get to her without her guards filling her with bullet holes.
“Dash don’t rush into this like it’s an action movie. This is real and you could get hurt.” Twilight whispered which caused Rainbow to snort and back off for the time being. “Now what do you want Sionis? Killing us isn’t going to prove anything.”
“You're right it isn't….. but there's more to this then you know.”
“What is it about then Sioins?”
“......Its about you and me.”
“What?”
“Like I said back at the station. I know you Twilight. I know you better than your so called friends do. Besides-” Sionis said as she took off her mask as her black mane flowed and her red crimson eyes met Twilights as she had a warm smile on her face. “How could you forget this face.”
At the sight of her face, Twilight then began to get more flashes in her head.
“TWILIGHT!” Rainbow yelled but before she could rush to her friend she was pushed back by a thug.
“Don’t… this is between me and her.” Sionis snarled as she walked towards Twilight.
“W-what’s happening? What d-did you do… Sionis?!”
“What did I do…...I think you should be asking that to your ruler.”
“What are you talking about.”
“Let me ask you…..What has Celestia say about me humph…...That i was heartless, dangerous or ruthless. I bet she did…... but at any point before she sent you six off to find me….Did she ever tell you why I’m like this or why your head hurts every time you hear my name?”
“S-shut up! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!” Twilight roared as more images flooded her mind. Sionis snorted as she saw Twilight still rubbing her hooves against her head.
“Perhaps another time then. Oh and just so you know I’ve borrowed your little assistant for a short while. Hope you don’t mind.” Sionis said as she smiled and put her mask back on.
“S-Spike….but how? He was in Canterlot.”
“hehehehe…..You think that corruption is only here. You have to learn Twilight that I have eyes and ears everywhere, even in Canterlot.”
“You hurt him…”
“Oh please I have no attention of hurting him. If you want him back come by my office. And I promise that I’ll have more answers for you.” Sioins said.
“Why? Why are you doing this?”
“All I’m doing is trying to help you Twilight Sparkle. You’ll thank me later.” Sionis said as she hopped on to the van and it drove off.
As they were driving off, Sioins gaze back to the bank that they were driving away.
“I’m so sorry Twilight.” Sioins whispered as she sheds a tear.
Silence. That's all there was as Twilight just stared at the escaping van with Sionis but instead of going after her she just sat there and watched the van getting away. Her head pounded but she didn't even care as she tried to comprehend everything that just happened. Not only was she and her friends trapped with Black Mask’s thugs in the bank but now it sounded as though she had captured Spike and planned to use him for something sinister. She continued to stare until she felt a tap on her shoulder to see her friends look at her with worried looks.
“Its okay Twilight well get him back.” Applejack said as the rest nodded their heads, except for Dash who looked at Twilight with anger.
“So Twilight, care to explain to us what she was talking about?”
“What?”
“Don't play dumb with me. You know exactly what I’m talking about. Sionis is talking like she knows you and from what we’ve seen you seem to know her to.”
“Dash back off her.” Applejack said as she stepped in front of Twilight.
“No I’m not backing off. How in the name of Tartarus does she know her huh? Tell me Twilight and be honest with me here and don't bucking lie to me like before.”
“I don't-”
“YES YOU DO! You obviously do but you just don't want to tell us! Tell me-” Before Rainbow could continue she felt a gun nudge the back side of her head.
“Easy there sweet heart. Did anypony ever tell you that you're too loud.” A sniveling voice came from behind her as the rest of the gang backed off.
“Black mask has a good bounty on your heads and just my luck, here you all are with no assassins hehehe.”
“Buddy, you picked the wrong time to buck with me.” Rainbow said as quick as lightning she turned around and bucked him in the snout. She then took the gun and broke it down to nothing more than useless spare parts.
“Please don't hurt me.” The thug cowardly said as he tried to crawl away but was pulled back by the tail as Dash ripped of his mask and starting punching him in the face.
“Like I said, wrong time to buck with me.”
“That's enough Dash.”
“Don't even get me started Twilight.” Rainbow said as the others suddenly noticed how stunned their captors were by Rainbow’s sudden outburst. The mask wearing thugs get their bearing and raised their rifles at the mane six.
Dash got off the downed thug and head-butted one of them which sent him flying through the wall which attracted the other thugs to them but Dash didn't care as she took down each one of them while the rest of the mane six cleaned up the thugs that Dash missed. All the thugs were knocked out except for one which was trying to run away but was tackled to the ground by Dash.
“Please let me go.”
“Oh I’ll let you go if you answer me one question. ”
“What?”
“Where is Sionis going?”
“I-I can't tell you that, She’ll kill me.”
“And what makes you think I won’t?”
“B-because you’re n-not like that?”
“Do you want to push me that far?” Rainbow said as she moved a hoof over a joint.
“N-NO! I’LL TALK! I SWEAR I’LL TALK!” The thug screamed at the top of his lungs in a panicked voice.
“Good. Now start talking.”
“She’s taking the drake to her still mill.”
“Why?”
“How in the name of Tartarus should I know?” The thug asked before Rainbow slammed his head to the wall and knocked him out.
You heard him, she's heading to her still mill. Lets go get Spike.” Rainbow Dash said as she stared daggers to Twilight. “As for you, don't get in my way, I don't know what's going here but if I find out that you are involve with this……..I’m not afraid to take you down.”
Darkness. That was all that Spike saw as he was being carried by somepony. He didn't know where he was or how he got into this situation in the first place. He tried to move but found that his limbs were pinned to his side by ropes and he was upside down. He even tried moving his tail but the thugs were smart enough to even tie that to whatever he was tied to.
“Don’t struggle little dragon. It won’t get you fear any faster.”
“W-what? Who’s there, TWILIGHT!!!!” Spike screamed but he only hears chuckles.
“Hehehe….She ain't here little drake, No one is coming for you.” The voice said which sounded a scruffy.
“Yea so how about shutting up or well make you.” the second voice threaten as both voices laughed until he heard a sound of a door opening and at that moment the laughter went silent.
“H-hey boss. How you doing?”
“What are you two doing.” Spike was surprised to hear that the third voice was from a young female, probably around Twilight’s age 17 or 18 and by the ton of her voice, she was mad.
“We was just jokin’ boss that’s all we swear.” One of the thugs said in a panicked tone.
“That had better be all you two idiots were doing. Now scram. I want this to between me and the drake got it?” The third voice told them in an almost growling tone. Spike still had no idea on what was going on until he heard the door close and he hoof steps coming closer until he felt hooves on his back, which he panicked.
“Its okay, its okay I’m not going to hurt you, just stay still while I get these binds off you.” The voice said as he felt the binds on him loosen. A few moments passed then he nearly fell to the floor before feeling a pair of hooves grab him. He was turned over.
“There you go, now lets just get that blindfold off.” The voice said as Spike felt her hooves loosening his blindfold. As soon as his blindfold came off the first thing he sees is a black skeleton mask staring at him.
“AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!” Spike screamed until the mask wearer put a hoof over his mouth.
“Its okay, its just a mask….. okay.” the mare said as she slowly moved her hoof away from his mouth
“Y-You’re Black mask, the dangerous mob boss Twilight’s hunting.” Spike said with terror in his voice. Sionis rolled her eyes as she slowly lifted up her right hoof towards her mask and removed it thus revealing her true face. Once Spike saw her face all his terror and fear were gone as he felt his heart pounding as his eyes saw a mare with gorgeous white fur, long black beautiful mane, black eyelids and her red crimson eyes as she stared at the drake as she smiled. “Better?”
Spike hated to admit it but she was so beautiful that to him she could give Rarity a run for her money.
“You're so beautiful.”
“W-what?”
“Y-you look beautiful.” Spike said. Sionis smiled as she realized what Spike was getting at.
“Sorry little guy but I only date mares.”
“Oh I-I’m sorry I didn't know.” Spike then cursed himself under his breath but was stopped when he heard giggling.
“Its okay, you're cute when you stutter.” Spike still blushed but respected Sionis for her honesty. They both looked at each other for a few moments until Sionis broke the silence.
“You hungry.”
“Ummm a bit.” The drake answered, Sionis smiled as she reached for her pocket and pulled out a bag.
“Here.” Spike grabbed the bag from Sionis and opened it to be surprised that it was…...gems. Spike didn’t even bother wondering why she would give him this as he just munched away on the gems at a very fast rate. Sionis was impressed with how he was eating and even smiled a little at it.
“Thank you.” Spike muttered as his mouth was full of gems.
“No problem, I’m glad you like them.”
Spike swallowed the rest of the gems and looked at Sionis and wondered, why was she being so nice to him. He heard so many bad things about her and he was told that she was cruel but here she is acting so kind, she even gave him gems.
“You’re different from what I’ve heard.”
“Hm? What have you heard about me?”
“Well I’ve heard you were a vicious gang leader and really vicious with your own members. Also you seem to have a slight grudge with Celestia.” Upon hearing Spike question Sionis ears flopped down, knowing he was going to ask this.
“Your half right Spike…...I am a vicious gang leader and I do have a hatred for Celestia…...But for other reasons.”
“Why.”
“Spike…..Do you know why I attacked Blackgate prison or why I hurt ponies.”
“No.”
“Celestia probably told you that I hurt innocent ponies but she's wrong…...Not all of them are so innocent.”
“What do you mean.”
“Spike you think that Equestria is full of nice ponies who do nice things and everyone has good hearts.”
“ummm I do-”
“No…...Spike there are bad ponies out there, and its worse in this city. In this city there are liars, thieves betrayers and scum. While Celestia is worrying about the Changelings and Discord she never gave a thought about the evil in this city.”
“What about you?”
No sooner Spike said this when his heart dropped as he saw tears in Sionis’ eyes. “I never wanted this.” Spike sighed at this.
“Sorry. It’s just.. have you ever considered trying to be nice a little? I mean you keep acting like this then your goons might turn on you and let some psycho run your operation.”
“Do you think that is not what I want….I never asked to be a mob boss, I never asked to be feared, and I never asked TO BE A MONSTER!!” Sionis screamed and she then began to cry.
Sionis cried until she felt Spike…... hugging her, she cried on his shoulder as she felt his hands stroking her mane. “It’s okay Sionis, your not monster.” Spike whispered to her ear as she continued to cry.
“Thank you.”
“No problem.” Spike said to her. And they continued to hug for what seemed for awhile as a few times Spike loosened the hug but was hugged tighter by Sionis as she sniffed and sobbed on his shoulder. Spike didn't mind as he wanted to comfort her. He even forgot about her kidnapping him.
“Hey Sionis.”
“Sniff…..Yeah.”
Can I ask you something.”
“Sniff….Sure…. sniff….What is it.”
“You said that you never wanted to be a mob boss, then what did you want.”
“To be loved again.” Before he could question this further Spike saw a Changeling seemingly slither down from the rafters and land behind Sionis.
“Oh? What’s this now? The big bad Black Mask is confessing her feelings to a baby dragon? My this is surprising.” The Changeling said in a ponish accent
“What do you want Copperhead?” Sionis growled to the new arrival.
“Oh I just came to tell you your marefriend and her friends are coming.”
“Thanks, now go.”
“Oh of course boss. Before I go do you need a tissue to wipe your eyes?” Copperhead asked as Sionis growled. “I said go.”
“Alright, alright poni.” Copper said as she went back up to the ceiling.
Sionis was full of anger until she looked as Spike who had a worried look on his face.
“I’m sorry.”
“Are you going to kill Twilight.” Spike asked as Sionis was thrown back at his question.
“No Spike I’m not. Look I have to go but you can stay here and don't worry I won't let my goons or copperhead hurt you.”
“What about Twilight.”
.If I know her…..She’ll save you no doubt about it.” Sionis said with a smile as Spike smiled as well. As Sionis was about to leave she remembered something.
“Oh I almost forgot, I have a gift for you.” Sionis said as she reached inside of her suit.
“What.” Spike asked as his question was answered by Sionis giving him a comic book.
“I thought that you might like it.”
The Mane Six have finally arrived to The Steel Mill and see all of Sionis's goons guarding the place, they then hear Sionis's thugs having a Conversation at the front entrance.
"What you think they're doing in there?" one of sionis’s men asked
“Why do you want to know?”
“Hey I’m just curious.”
“Oh really and what makes YOU so curious about it?”
“You don’t think she’ll kill him do you.”
“Buddy it’s Sionis...What do you think?”
"Well whatever she’s doin', that dragon deserves it." One of sionis’s men Told Them.
“Damn man thats cold, its just a kid.”
“I know, thats what makes it even more funny.”
"Heh. Yeah. I wouldn't mind taking a few whacks at that little drake myself." One of Sionis Men chuckled.
"Me neither." One of sionis Men told them.
"Ain't that the story of our lives?" One of sionis men Asked them.
After Hearing This, Rainbow Dash has had enough of this, She and the mane six took down the Guards.
“Well if this is her main base of operations I’m guessing that this place will be heavily guarded”
Twilight said to the girls as they then they went inside to The Steel Mill, where they see some of sionis’ men are having a conversation…
“Guys, why are we still doing here? it's still midnight.” Sionis’s men asked to the guys.
“She said she wants us to guard this place against the mane six when they get here, that's what i've heard."
“Great… sounds like we’ll be here all night.”
“O come on guys think about...If we kill them we get the prize money.”
“Hey your right. Alright then we’ll wait and when they do come…. we’ll knock them out, break their horns and rip their wings off!”
“........”
“What?”
“Dude are you drunk?”
“......Yeah.”
“I knew it.”
The mane six shudder to what they said, and they just went to sneak attack on the unaccepting thugs, they then head off to sionis's Office, while more of sionis's men are talking.
"Listen up morons! Sionis ordered us to guard this hallway to her office so we got the turrets up and running so there is now way they are getting passed us!”
"That's what they think..." whispered rainbow dash
"How do you know it works?"
"Trust me, it works."
“You sure about that because I don't want these things turning on us.”
“Believe me the only thing they will be shooting at are those six brats.”
Twilight then uses her magic to remove the screws of the vent and removed it out of the way, so they can crawl inside to sionis's office. While they reached sionis's office, they see five of sionis's men inside guarding.
"I dont like this.” One of the thugs said as he sounded worried.
“Oh come on man its just six little girls. Why are you so scared of them?”
“It’s not them I’m scared of. It’s that Copperhead that I’m worried about.”
“Yea she gives me the bucking creeps. I hate changelings.”
“Me too.”
“At least she isn’t with us.”
“Guess that’s true..”
Then unknowingly to them, The Mane Six came and did a Surprise attack on the Guards with Rainbow Dash dive attacking the first guard.
"There they are!" one of sionis's men shouted
“Get them!”
The Mane Six then attack them with Applejack using her hind legs to kick the guard, Rarity and Twilight, Using Their Magic to Blind the Guards and Give Pinkie a Chance to Punch the Guard, and While The Guard is about to attack Fluttershy, She covered in her hoofs and mane, but that's when the guard tripped on her and got knocked unconscious.
"Girls, I need to hack the computer, so i can find some information about Sionis.” Twilight asked to the girls.
“Pfft! yeah, as if you would need to know”
Then Twilight ignored Rainbow Dash as she just started hacking the computer as it projected a big screen to them as they took a look at sionis’s profile:

“Twilight, are you okay?” Dash asked as the rest of them got closer to her only to hear her sniffling.
“Twilight, what is it?” Rarity asked in a worried tone as Twilight turned back towards with tears in her eyes as she revealed to them the photo she was holding, they only needed to take one look for all of them to gasp…
“Twi.. what is this?” Applejack asked to Twilight.
“It’s...it’s... it’s a picture of me and Sionis as fillies.” Twilight sniffled as if she was about to cry… “But I remember this….. Is this what she wants me to remember?”
“So this is just about you then, we are in this mess because of you.” Dash said
“No hold on th-”
“NO Applejack! Not this time….We have all of our lives threaten just because she knows Sionis but doesn't want to admit it, So tell us Twilight…and don’t you lie about this...WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON!”
“I...I don’t-” and at that moment, Twilight was hit by a wave of memories as she collapsed to the floor and started to remember.
Eight years earlier
It was an average day in Canterlot for Twilight as she always got up in the morning and went to her school for her special teaching with Celestia. Her parents would walk her to the castle, she would then give her parents a big hug and a kiss and go inside. As she was walking in the hallways for her teaching with the princess she happened to notice a white filly was sitting by herself in front of Celestia’s chambers, she went over there to greet her.
“Hi there are you here to see Princess Celestia.”
“Ummm...Yes.”
“Oh well hey there, my name is Twilight, what's yours?" Twilight asked the filly.
"M-m-my name is Sionis" she replied quietly to twilight.
"What was that?” twilight asked her.
"M-m-my name is Sionis" she replied again quietly to twilight.
“I didn’t catch that.” twilight told to Sionis.
“My name is Sionis“ Sionis replied with a squeak and is about to cry...
“Hey, don’t cry I just wanted to know your name?” twilight said as she is trying not to let Sionis cry... then princess celestia came calmed Sionis down...
“I see that you met one of my new students, Sionis, she’s gonna be studying with you” Princess Celestia told her student twilight...
“So that's your name, Sionis...That's a pretty name."
“R-Really?”
"Yup I wish my name was as cool as yours."
"Thanks." sionis said as she formed a small smile.
“Twilight would you mind giving Sionis a bit of a tour around the castle so she can get to know the place.” Celestia asked.
“Sure!” Twilight then gives Sionis a tour around the castle of Canterlot…
“Um….Twilight.” Sionis peeped out.
“Yea.”
“I’m sorry.”
“For what.”
“For crying like a baby.”
“Oh don't worry about it...I cry when my brother takes my doll. So don't worry about it alright.”
“Okay…...Thanks”
“You’re welcome”
After that they went through the castle and from that moment a friendship was made that would one day become more…..Well almost.
Present
Then After The Flashback was finished, she got up to her hoofs and rubbed her head.
“Twilight are you alright.” Pinkie asked as AJ helped her up.
“Yea I think so.” Twilight said as Dash was not staring daggers but more of a worried look.
“Listen….I’m sorry for yelling at you and saying that this is your fault.”
“Its okay…..I just need to find Spike and Sionis.”
“Twilight, are you sure that’s a good idea?”
“Yes, I'm sure…We need to get to the bottom of this.”
“Alright then, let’s get going then.”
Then they went back down and attempts to try to find them as they went to the loading bay depot, but there was a shadow that came and went as a flash…
"What was that?" Rainbow Dash asked
"I don't know but something tells me that we should be on guard." Then they went inside the warehouse to see Sionis's men working with the crane trying to shut it down...
"We need to find a way inside that room" Rainbow Dash Told to her friends.
"But we need a plan, Rainbow" Applejack Said
While they're talking, Sionis's men are talking while one is messing with the crane controls and the other is angry at him.
"C'mon, Why are you messing with the crane, She said we're suppose to be locking this place down"
"Okay, okay, let me shut it down." and then he shut the crane down.
"Why do we gotta lock this place down anyway? Black Mask expecting the cops or the royal guards?" One of Black Mask's Thugs questioning the whole thing.
"I heard it ain't the cops nor the royal guards she's worrying about, it's Twilight Sparkle."
Rainbow Dash Glared Angrily at Twilight, while She Nervously Stepped back.
"Twilight Sparkle, This Mare for real?" He asked as if that guy's serious.
"Well the boss seems to think so." then one of Sionis's men shrugged and replied.
"Yah, well the boss also thinks red and purple are an acceptable color combo."
"What are you trying to say?"
"I’m saying that red is the new black."
“What.”
“Never mind..Just get back to work!”
The mane six decided to just attack Sionis's Men, and then they went to have a multi-pony rumble of The Mane Six against Sionis's Men, with Rainbow Dash taking one of the men down, applejack kicked that man in the head, rarity did a lady-like kick at two of Sionis's Men, twilight used her magic to break Sionis's Men's legs, and Fluttershy used the stare at the big guy to distract him... and then pinkie pie knocked him out cold.
"Alright, ya'll, let's break this there wall." Applejack replied.
"Twilight, care to do the honors darling?" Rarity asked Twilight to turn on the crane so they can break the wall.
Twilight then turn on the crane and they see that the crane came to the wall and it crashed but not a whole lot.
"Well, that was lame..." Pinkie Pie Bluntly Replied to that Crane hitting the wall weakly.
"BOO! Come on, give it a little more effort Twilight, I'll show you how it's really done..." Rainbow Dash then flied to the Crane and is about to smash the wall…
"WAIT, RAINBOW, DON'T DO IT, NO, NO, NO!!" Rainbow's Friends tried to reason with her, but her ignorance must be working as she ignored her protests and she pushed the crane and smashed the wall.
"Well... that worked" Rarity said as she brushed off the dust from the wall…
"Now that's more like it" Rainbow smugly replied to the way of her work... until
they hear chuckling as the same shadow flies off, as they went for the elevator, they heard a voice...
"GET THEM OUT OF ME! HELP! NO! OH, CELESTIA! PLEASE NO! GET OUT! GET OUT! GET AH!" one of sionis's men Screams as the Elevator door opens while they hear the same sick laugh.
"Who did this to you?" Twilight asked as the Mane Six sees the body of one of sionis's Men in horrific and scarred looks, then while the Elevator starts moving down, Twilight then used her magic to see what happened to him.
"No signs of assault... hmm... His systems have been shut down from acute toxicity, He's been poisoned." Twilight told the girls about his diagnostics.
"Poisoned? B-B-But who poison one of Sionis's Men?" Fluttershy asked Sacredly Twilight about this.
"I don't know, but we're gonna find out." Twilight said to Fluttershy as she attempts to calm her down as the elevator came to a complete stop.
"He just lost it. Started clawing' at his own skin and then he just ran into the elevator." As one of Sionis's men talked about one of them who got poisoned.
"Maybe we should call for backup" one of Sionis's men suggested.
"What, so we can get laughed at because we can't handle our jobs? HELL, NO!" As one of Sionis's men talked that it would be a bad idea to do that.
The mane six quietly came inside the facility maintenance.
"I swear it was some kind of magic or somethin'." one of Sionis's men asked them.
"We ain't gonna make it out of here. None of us are." one of Sionis's men said worriedly and sacredly.
Rainbow Dash attempts to sneak up to one of Sionis's men.
"Hey, something doesn't feel right here. It's like we're being watched or something."
“You got that right!” then Rainbow Dash Took one of Sionis's men down in a instant, while The Mane Six Attacked Sionis's Men and tooked them down, they then continued on with their rescue mission, when they see a locked door, but twilight used her magic to unlocked the door and they went inside the lab to see some guards waiting for the mane six to come out, the mane six then hide.
"They're holding spike in here somewhere" Twilight told to the girls.
"Let's hope Spike is here or else I'll Give Copperhead & Sionis a piece of my mind" Rainbow Dash Cracked her hoofs and neck.
"Easy there, rainbow, we'll find him." Applejack told to her hoping that she doesn't want rainbow dash to get fed up.
"Now we just need to find where he is." Twilight suggested to the girls.
"Relax, I can fly remember?" Rainbow Smugly asked them as if they forgot about rainbow dash's wings.
"But they got laser sights, and they can see you with them" Twilight Argued Back to her.
"Oh Fine! We'll Use Your Magic!" Rainbow Dash Deadpanned argued to twilight and and attempts to accept twilight's suggestion.
"Thank you." Twilight then used her magic to see where Spike is and shockingly, She Found him.
"I Think I Just found Spike." Twilight Told the girls.
"Where?" Fluttershy asked her.
"There." Twilight then pointed her hoof to where spike is.
"Now we just gotta get rid of these guards" Applejack Said to the girls.
"I got this." Rainbow Dash said as she then silently attacks the guards without the guards noticing.
They then head inside the place where they're holding him...only to realize that Spike isn't even being held hostage is he was reading a comic book.
Deathstroke vs Rainbow Dash round two
“SPIKE!!!’ The girls cried out in unison as they all tackled Spike to the ground in a huge group hug.
“Spike are you okay?” Twilight asked with tears of joy going down her face.
“Um…. yeah Twilight I’m okay. Nothing too harsh done and the worst I got was a badly written comic. Why would there be two Zapps? Seems kinda weird.” Spike said as he tried to move but found that he couldn’t.
“So you're not hurt?” Rarity asked as they all got off him.
“Nah, just my back hurts from being hung upside down. But at least I got gems.” Spike said as he reached down to the bag beside him and grabbed a handful of gems, while doing this he noticed the odd look coming from his friends “What?”
“Uh Spike, where did you get those gems?” Twilight asked in a worried tone.
“Sionis gave them to me. She’s actually not as evil like I thought she was-”Spike said but was stopped as Dash got right up close to his face.
“She what?!?!?!”
“Yeah she gave some gems to eat.” Spike said as Dash snagged the gems from his hands “Hey I’m eating those!”
“They might be poisoned or something.” Dash said as she checked thoroughly of the gems.
“And why would she do that?”
“Why...Because she is EVIL Spike! She is Black Mask, the head of a deadly mob who put a hit on us and captured you!” Rainbow roared at the baby dragon. Twilight then tried to defuse the situation.
“Dash try to calm-”
“AND YOU! I don’t even want to START with you Twilight Sparkle! You lied to your friends about who you are and if you knew her! YOU BETRAYED ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!” Rainbow yelled at her with tears in her eyes. “I…. can’t deal with this right now.”
“Dash I’m sorry but you have to believe me, I don't remember about this.”
“YES YOU DO!!!! So dont you even say that you don’t because you do. H-How could you have lied to us...How….”
“Dash..”
“I just…. I need some air.” Rainbow said as she flared her wings and flew away from them. She flew hard and made it into the elevator and pressed the up button and waited a few moments before she finally made it to the surface. Flaring her wings again she flew upwards and busted through the skylight windows. However in her moment of sorrow and anger she failed to notice a shadow show it’s own wings and follow her.
“One way or another… I will get my answers from you Rainbow.” The shadow thought to itself as it kept a good distance.
Tears leaked from Rainbow’s eyes as she flew in the cold night air and far away from the warehouse she exited from. Twilight’s secrets, what she LIED about and who she was with, were just… too much for her at the moment and she just wanted some space from it all. She gazed her surrounding as she knew she couldn't go on ground or some thugs will target her, She saw a clearing on a rooftop and decided to land there.
Once her hooves touched the rooftop she walked her way towards the edge as she leaned over at the city “Why couldn't she have told us..I thought we were friends.”
“Lovely view, isn't it?” A voice come from behind her as she quickly jumped into her battle stance but only saw a figure of a shadow from the other side of the rooftop. “Oh don’t mind me Dashie do go on admiring the view.”
“What do you want?” Rainbow venomously causing the figure to chuckle slightly.
“Well… at first I wanted your head lobbed off by my sword. Now… I want some answers from you… then I’m going to lob off your head.” The figure said as it stepped from the shadows to reveal a pony in black armor with a orange and black mask and a hoofsword in her right hoof. Deathstroke had found her and was looking for a rematch.
“What is this Dust...Round two?”
“In a matter of speaking yes. We didn't get to finish due to you flipping out when I called Spitfire a bitch which is still true might I add.” Deathstroke chuckled as she twirled her swords around playfully “So Dash where are the rest of your friends, they ditch you as well?”
“I left them. I wanted some space to work out some issues I had… still have actually.” Rainbow said in a dead serious tone.
“Really, that's a shame. So what happened?”
“None of your damn business Dust.” Dash said in a threatening tone.
“Woah Dash I’m only asking, it must have been something to make you cry. I mean look at you, crying your tears out like a little filly. So who’s is the one causing this little… issue? Was it Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy or how about that Twilight-”
“DON’T YOU TALK ABOUT TWILIGHT TO ME!” Rainbow roared as she charged Deathstroke and pinned her down.
“Hehehe...Well I now know what is the issue is.” Deathstroke chuckled as she kicked Dash in the stomach which caused her to get back up. “I thought you two were the best of friends.” Deathstroke taunted as she tried to slash Rainbow but the cyan pegasus dodged each strike.
“Yeah. Well. Not. Any. More!” Rainbow roared the last one as she caught Deathstroke’s arm and dislodged the hoof sword from her and placed it in her right hoof.
“Humph...That's a damn shame to hear.” Deathstroke said as she pulled out another hoof sword and placed it in her own right hoof. “Well I hope it makes you feel any better knowing that after I’m done with you, she’s next on my list.” Deathstroke said as she and Dash clashed swords together. The two slashed and tried to stab one another but the speed from one was matched by the other’s own speed and skill. “Let me ask you Dash, what did she do to get you really mad?”
“She… it’s not your business! Now how about you take that damn mask off your face!”
“And what, get your blood all over my face and mane? No thanks.” Deathstroke retorted as she clashed blades with Rainbow again. Dash was about to get the upper hand, but she didn't notice Deathstroke's tail reaching in from behind and tugged her right leg which caused her to fall onto her back. Before she could get up, she was stopped by a tip of a sword resting on her chest.
“I wouldn't move if I were you.”
“You cheated.”
“Not really. I just know more about my own gadgets then you do. Now then… before I kill you… Where did you get that necklace?” Deathstroke asked as she pointed at the necklace around Dash’s neck with the tip of her sword.
“What does it matter to you?”
“That necklace… belongs to my sister. It’s a sign that no matter what we’re always close.”
“Sister…..Hehehe, I don't know what you are talking about because I got th-” Dash was interrupted as Deathstroke poked her in the stomach.
“Don’t play with me Dash or I will cut your head off. Now I will ask you again….Where did you get that necklace.” Deathstroke threatened as she drew the sword closer to Dash’s neck.
“MY little sister. A-a filly named-”
“S-Scootaloo…. no… no she… she wouldn’t just…. she wouldn’t leave me like this-” Deathstroke said as her eyes, though Rainbow couldn’t see them, started tearing up.
“What are you-” Dash tried to ask but was stopped as the sword cot a few inches closer to her.
“No matter, after I kill you I will go and figure this out myself.” Deathstroke said as she raised her blade down and Dash closed her eyes for her end….
BANG BANG
….Dash opened her eyes to see Deathstroke sword shatter into pieces before her. Before she could say anything she heard a groan from Deathstroke “Oh son of a bitch.” Deathstroke then gazed to her right as she lifted her broken sword.
From across the rooftop a figure was laying down with a sniper rifle as her body was shrouded in darkness and the only thing that could be seen was the barrel of her Sniper rifle and the red glare from her red optic.
“Heheh…. Nice try Deathstroke but she and Twilight are Deadshot’s kills. Like Deadshot told you before...Its time for the great and deadly Deadshot to take a shot…..Deadshot needs to word that out better.” The figure said as she put a new round in her rifle.
“Humph… seems like your lucky day Dash.” Deathstroke said as she backed away from Dash. “We’ll continue this later.”
“No you… are not walking away from this. We are finishing this now Lightning Dust.” Rainbow said determinedly as she took a stance. Deathstroke was actually… surprised by how incredibly stubborn and battle hungry Rainbow Dash was.
“Look I don’t have time for this alright? Another assassin just tried to kill both of us… I would stay down if I were you.” Deathstroke said as she dodged another bullet fired easily. She listened hard and heard the sound of a mare frustrated and trying to load another round. “Heheh. Anyways Dash I don't care what happened between you and Twilight but being alone is going to get you killed. I would recommend getting back to your friends, if they are still your friends.”
“Yeah and why’s that? Figured you’d want to try and finish me now.” Rainbow retorted.
“Reason one right now is because I’m bored. Reason two… I need to go check something which is why I am deciding to let you live.”
“Fine. Next time though I won’t go so easy on you.”
“This was you going easy? Man that’s embarrassing and besides thats my line.” Deathstroke joked “Listen if you want to go again at this there is a meeting taking place in about an hour from now at the royal hotel.”
“What meeting?”
“Sioins has called a meeting, all the assassins will be there including me of course.”
“Why tell me that? Scared that I’ll kick your flank and no one will be able to record it?” Rainbow asked with a ghost of a smile.
“Cute. No but it’s like I said, I have to check on something. See,ya around.” Deathstroke said as she leapt off the building and into the night air.
“Ahhhh...Stupid gun! I can't believe the great and deadly Deadshot missed!”
“Neither can I.” A voice said behind her. Irritated Deadshot turned around and aimed two guns but lowered them when she saw who it was.
“You know… doing something like that might get you killed.” She said to the figure.
“As if you’d have the guts to kill me.” The figure said as it’s form was exposed by the moon’s light as the figures orange fur was shown but barely as she was wearing a leather jacket with black hoofless gloves while wearing grey pants. Her face was covered by a black mouth less ski mask with a strange design that almost seemed like a bat painted into it. “Now then I do suggest you get a move on. The meeting is about to start and we both know how the SWAT would react to seeing us exposed.”
“You mean besides actually ARRESTING us to keep Deadshot and you away from our prize?”
“Exactly… and word of warning.” The figure said as she pinned Deadshot to the ground with one hoof easily. “You will NOT kill Twilight Sparkle. Not until I’ve had my fun with her. Is that clear?”
“As… crystal.”
“Good.” The figure said as she released Deadshot from the ground.
“What's your beef with Twilight..If Deadshot can ask? I mean why not let me kill her now and she won't be a problem anymore. Besides she has to pay for what she did to Trix- ...I mean Deadshot.” Deadshot said angrily.
“Oh this isn’t about Twilight. Like the one who hired us… this is more… to send a message to Celestia.”
“And what message might that be?” Deadshot asked being actually confused and somewhat concerned. The figure turns around and looks out at the city.
“That despite everything even a Goddess can be harmed. In this sense… I’m taking her student from her.”
“Really. In that case Deadshot asks again, why not now? If that's the message wouldn't it be the same if Deadshot blows her head off.”
“No because for one reason. Anypony can just KILL her… but my plan isn’t JUST to kill her. I want to break her. I want her brought down to my level when Celestia abandoned me… and then I want her to admit that I am the better student. Me… Sunset Shimmer, the failure, the outcast, Celestia’s own BANE.”
Deathstroke dashed through the shy as fast as she could as her mind with filling up with thoughts and doubts “This can't be right. Scoots and I are sisters…. family. S-she wouldn’t just… abandon me would she? I-I’ve tried l-looking out for her. Pay for her and try to get enough to bucking fix her wings…. w-was it something I did?” She asked herself before she accidentally ran into a tree and fell down. She rubbed her head but shrugged off the hit as nothing more. “Okay Dust just calm down, there must be a reason for this...Maybe she did steal it from Scootaloo and she is tricking me into thinking otherwise...Yeah that has to be it but I have to be sure.” She thought as she took off into the sky again and headed directly to Ponyville.
Dash watched as Deathstroke took off into the night sky, leaving her alone on the rooftop. As she stood there, her mind was filled with questions and doubts. On one hoof she knew what Deathstroke said was true and that she should stick with her friends… but why should she go back knowing that Twilight, the one who betrayed her, would probably get more sympathy than she would. “She knows Black mask, I know she does…. but what good would it do to worry about it now? I probably just left them to somepony that was just as bad as Deathstroke and… Faust above I’m an idiot. Wasn’t one of the assassins called Copperhead?!” Rainbow’s mind then went into overdrive. As her instinct kicked in she checked if the assassin who was trying to snipe her was still around before flying off.
As she flew as fast as she could back to the steel mill, she could notice a lot of Black Mask’s goons exiting the factory in terror “That can't be a good thing.” Rainbow thought to herself as she flew down into the same opening landing on all four hooves in the place. She looked around as she noticed the factory was a lot emptier than before “Well at least I don't have to fight a whole bunch of goons again.” Dash thought as she flew towards the same room that Spike was being held in. Upon arriving to the interrogation room she noticed that her friends were gone and the only thing that was left was a drop of blood.
“Oh no..” Rainbow said as she fell to her knees and slowly started to cry. “I should’ve… I should’ve been back here sooner. Faust above… I’m so s-sorry.”
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!”
“Fluttershy?!” Rainbow turned as she followed the screaming back to the crane room as she gazed upon a sight that almost crippled her. Her friends were all lying down breathing hard, as Fluttershy was backing away from a orange colored Changeling.
“Don't fret ponie...It won’t hurt as much.” The changeling said as it creped closer to Fluttershy. Fluttershy noticed Dash watching from behind “Dash get out of here!!!!!”
The changeling turned around as it grew a devilish grin “Ahh you're just in time. I was wondering when you were going to turn up ponie. Now the fun really-”
“GET AWAY FROM! MY! FRIENDS!” A rather angry pink pony said as she tackled the changeling.
“P-Pinkie?” Rainbow asked as said pony started to beat down on the changeling. The changeling threw Pinkie off as the both get back into their hooves.
“You're still alive?! That’s impossible, I injected enough venom into you to kill ten ponies!” The Changeling roared but stopped as she and Dash noticed the pink pony giggling which turned into maniacal laughing.
“You thought you could kill me...ME!!! You cant kill me...You cant kill Pinkamena.” The pony said still giggling. “Now then… let's have some fun shall we?”
"What do you mean Twilight." Flash sentry asked. "Look I'll explain everything later but we need to head back to Canterlot right away, also at the bottom floor there this a damaged drone. I want to bring it with us because I think it could shed some light on the whereabouts of Sionis." Twilight said responding to Flash.
"Alright then my men will bring the drone for us now we should hurry. the charity is waiting for us." Flash said as they all headed to the front of the prison where they got into the charity and flew off to Canterlot with Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy following behind, leaving behind the ruined prison.
15 minutes later
The mane six arrived to Canterlot as they all headed to the capital and upon entering they see princess Celestia sitting on her throne. Upon seeing Celestia Twilight ran up and hugged her as Celestia returned the hug, thankful that her faithful student was okay. "Twilight, it's good to see you and your friends back her all safe and sound, so does that mean that you stopped Sionis." Celestia said then asked Twilight as she frowned and looked up to her teacher and responded "No she got away, and it appears that we wont be able to celebrate Christmas just yet." Spike then asked Twilight why after he welcomed back the mane six.
"When we where at the prison trying to stop Black mask we found out that she took commissioner Loeb hostage and we tried to save him but we were to late, she killed him." Twilight said sorrowfully as she still remembered the chocking breath of the commissioner. As Twilight looked back to her friends her were all still remembering, especially Rainbow Dash who was still cursing herself. Then Twilight looked back up to princess Celestia who had a sorry look on her face as Twilight decided to continue "We ran into a pony-shaped crocodile- who told us that Black mask hired assassins to kill us."
Upon hearing this, Celestia was shocked and outraged "What! How could she do this, first leading a prison breakout, killing the commissioner and now she has hired assassins on you, she has gone to far this time!"
"Wait princess Celestia don't you know where she leaves." Applejack asked.
Celestia, after calming down said "No she is hard to pinpoint down, even if I know that she owns the down town still mill she won't reside there and I don't know where her safe house is." Upon that moment they hear the front doors open to see Flash Sentry as his guards were carrying the damaged drone that Twilight requested to be brought with.
Upon seeing the damaged drone, Celestia asked her student what is exactly is that thing and why did she have Flash bring it, as Twilight answered "That is robotic drone, I had it brought here because I think I can get it to show us the whereabouts of Black mask and get it to show us what she is planning." Amazed upon hearing this Celestia asked Twilight how as Flash and the rest of the mane six want to know also." Twilight cleared her throat and explained "Well if I can use my magic to access the drone's memory core, I can get it to show us all the recorded data that it might have on Sionis."
"That's awesome egghead but one question, how exactly are you going to use your magic on the core, I mean is there a magical switch on it or something." Rainbow Dash asked, still confused as Twilight let out a sigh as she showed them how.
She walked up to the drone and pressed a button that opened a hatch, reveling the memory core, then her horn glowed and a purple aura surrounded the drone. At first nothing happened until the one eye that was on the drone flickered on as it projected a big screen in front of everypony, as they all ohhh and aaahhhh at the projection as Twilight smiled and said "Now lets see what on the drone's memory core and to shed some light on these assassins."
"Wait a minute Twilight, did you say Assassin's, like you mean there's more then one." asked Spike as he was still worried about his bestfriend/sister. "That's right Spike." Twilight said. "And you heard this from the muzzle of a crocodile pony." Spike asked as the projection changed and it showed images of the same crocodile pony smashing through the prison gates. "It says hear, his name is Killer Croc and he is already behind bars."
"Whoah.....I pity his cellmate." Rarity said as she remembered the horrible smell that surrounded Killer Croc but Rainbow Dash looked at the image and said "I don't, come on lets see what else is on the memory core." As twilight shifted the image they now see Sionis, in her office at her still mill with her mask on as she was surrounded by her goons as she was ordering them "Each one of them gets one of these envelopes, I need them delivered-Tonight!" As Sionis handed out the 7 envelopes to seven of her goons the image changed again showing a picture of the bounty poster, as all of there jaws dropped to see the poster say one night deadline and a picture of the mane six. But what shocked the mane six as well as Celestia, Spike and Flash Sentry was the prize money as it was rewarded at 50, 000, 000 bits for the bounty. As they all got there act together and reassured themselves Twilight shifted the image and said "It says here they're all hired killers-the best in the business. Black mask isn't messing around, here is a list of the 6 assassins that she hired."

Rainbow Dash asked Twilight as she was shocked to know that her former friend was now one of the assassins that were hired to kill them. Twilight answered Rainbow Dash by saying "It says here, a few weeks after she was dismissed from the Wonderbolt academy she used her skills and areal combat and became an assassin, she is fast and dangerous and she is now know as Deathstroke." The image shows Lightning dust AKA Deathstroke take out 20 henchponies on her own with a long metal bowstaff as she dealt with the thugs easily. Once she took care of them, one of Black masks goons, who was watching handed her an envelope and walked away, leaving as she opened it up and smiled seeing the picture of the mane six epically Rainbow Dash with the bounty prize of 50, 000, 000 bits.
Assassin #2- Sparks AKA Firefly

As Twilight shifted the image to the second assassin they see a Pegasus pony who had his whole body covered in a brown flame-retardant suit and a helmet that covers his face with a yellow visor as he carry's a costume flamethrower as he proceeds to burn down a building and claim the envelope, that was sent from Black mask. "His name is Sparks AKA Firefly, it says here that he was a pyromaniac. He eventually burned on 90 percent of his body and he know wears that suit as he was driven into madness and plans to burn everything, we defiantly need to watch out for him." Twilight said after reading the bio of Firefly, as she couldn't believe but almost feel bad for the sick minded pony. "I feel bad for him, But that is no excise for him to wear the horrible outfit." Rarity said as she was giving her fashion critic on Firefly as everypony ignored her as Twilight Shifted the image to the third assassin.
Assassin #3- Copperhead

As the image shifted to the third assassin they see three of Black masks goons walking down an alleyway as one of them had the envelope. they continued walking, as the goon with the envelope walked ahead, until he heard noises coming from behind him as he looked to see to of his buds were on the floor dead. The goon started to panic as he looked back to the front only to see a changeling in front of him who had yellow eyes, yellow mane, long-snake like fangs and a reptilian forked tongue . The goon shuddered at the sight of the changeling but knew that this was Copperhead and handed her the envelope that was sent from Black mask. As Copperhead presided to open it up and accepted the bounty, the goon ran away for his life as it all was cut off by the shifting of the image by Twilight as she seen enough and was shocked as well as everypony else to see one of the assassins was a changeling. The image changed to give a picture and a bio on Copperhead as Twilight read for the group "It says here that she likes working alone and that is why she abandoned Queen Chrysalis and left the hive, it also says here that she mixed her own blood with rattlesnakes to make herself poisoners. She kills all of her victims with a powerful and deadly poison called neurotoxin." "Neurotoxin, I know that poison I used to treat poor animals that got bite buy poisonous rattlesnakes, I think I can make an antidote for it......if you want." Fluttershy said the shy fully asked as Twilight said that could be great. She knew that they need to be careful around Copperhead.
Assassin #4- Trixie AKA Deadshot

As the image shifted to the fourth assassin, the mane six especially Twilight gasped to see Trixie as she was wearing a dark cloak and wearing the same Alicorn Amulet that she used to beat Twilight in a duel a month ago. Upon seeing Trixie, Twilight exclaimed "Trixie! She is one of the assassins but why, I mean I know I stopped her from taking over ponyville a month ago and she is angry at me for that but still I had no idea she would go this far for her revenge against me." As Flash Sentry, Celestia, Spike and the rest of the mane six were trying to calm her down, Rainbow Dash got Twilights attention as she pointed to the image now showing a picture of Trixie and a bio of her as she says to Twilight and the rest of the group "Well it says here on her bio that after you stopped her in ponyville a month ago, she tried to go back to doing stand-up magic shows but no one would watch her and she was sick and tired of using magic tricks, until she discovered that she was a really good shoot with sniper rifles. She decided to use the Alicorn Amulet and her new found talent of sharpshooting and became an assassin, she is dangerous but reckless." After Rainbow Dash read the bio the image changed again to show Trixie shooting her rifle and killing 7 attackers by hitting the first four attackers and the and letting the bullet ricochet of the wall and hitting the rest of the attackers, killing them. Upon standing over her defeated opponents one of Black masks goons walks up to her and hands her an envelope that was sent by Black masks, as she opened it she had an evil smile on her face as she was reading the 50, 000, 000 bit bounty that Black mask placed on Twilight and her friends. The image then changed to show the fifth assassin but Twilight was still worried because she knows that Trixie would stop at nothing to hunt down Twilight and claim her prize and to have her revenge.
Assassin #5- Volt AKA Electrocutioner

As the image shifted to the fifth assassin who was an earth pony who had a light brown coat and no mane as it appears to be burned off. Then the picture showed one of Black masks goons handed him one of the envelopes but Volt just turned around and electrocuted the goon with what appeared to be custom-made weaponized gloves that pack a powerful electrical discharge. As the bio came up it said the Volt was more brawns than brains and was just a big loud mouth. Twilight wasn't as worried about this assassin as the other ones, knowing she can handle an idiot like Volt.
Assassin #6- Sunset Shimmer

Current occupation: Professional Criminal
As the image shifted to the final assassin that was hired by Black mask, they see a group of Black masks toughest thugs get taken down by one unicorn mare who's coat was a light amber with the colour of her mane being Vivid crimson with brilliant yellow stripes. Twilight did not know who she was as well as the rest of the mane six, but as Twilight looked back to Princess Celestia Twilight the utter shock that was on her face. "What is wrong princess Celestia, do you know her." Twilight asked her teacher. Celestia looked at Twilight and noticed the whole was now looking at her with worried expressions. Celestia sighed then answered " Her name is Sunset Shimmer and she was a former student of mine, she began her studies the same time you did. However, when she didn't get what she desired quickly enough, she turned cruel and dishonest, eventually abandoning her studies and left to pursue her own path."
"Wait a minute, if you say that she studied with me then why don't I remember her." Twilight asked, confused by all this. "Probably because the last time your saw her was 7 years ago when both of you were filly's around the age of ten. So if you don't remember then do not worry about it, anyway can I see her bio, I want to know what she's been up to for the past seven years." Celestia said as Twilight as she shifted the image to her bio, still unsure about her not remembering Sunset Shimmer. As the bio of Sunset Shimmer came in the image, Twilight began to read it to Celestia and the rest of the group. "It says her that after she left Canterlot she wanted to be a leader, so she started her own group of dangerous mercerises as she is now leader to them. She has also discovered a new form of magic spell called venom, not a lot of details about it but is does say if makes the hosts magic even stronger then before." As Twilight was done reading she looks back to Celestia who still a worried and sadden look, the same look that she had when she heard hat Sionis was leading the prison breakout at Blackgate, Twilight thought that it was a little bit convent.
As it appears to be the last thing that was in the memory core they finally see one more image. This image taking place back in Sionis's office at the still mill as they see two of Black masks goons entering the office holding to the Warden of Blackgate Law. Upon seeing law Pinkie asked "Hey isn't that Warden Law." As they continue to watch they see the goons bring Law down to his hind hoofs in front of the one and only: Black Mask. As Warden Law looked up to see her, she looked down as one of her goons lighted up a match and handed it to her as she holed it with her magic, surrounding it in a crimson red aura as she looked down and faced Law eye to eye as her goons holed him as she brought the match and close up to his eye. What happened next shocked and horrified the whole group as the witness Sionis pressing the match into Law's eye scorching it as they the Warden scream, Even though Sionis was wearing her mask they can tell that she was enjoying herself by the look in her red crimson eyes. After that the image was cut off, showing that it was all the drone had. After knowing that the drone had nothing else to show she removed her magic around the memory core, shutting down the drone once more, still couldn't believe what she had witness from seeing Sionis torture Law and enjoying it but Flash Sentry then spoke up "Well I guess that's how she got into Blackgate prison. She uses torture for intimidation- and for entertainment." Spike then asked Twilight with a scared look "Six assassins are after you guys. What are you going to do." Before Twilight could answer, Rainbow Dash answered for her with a stern voice and a angry look on her face "We are going to find Black Mask- and put a stop to her."
Meanwhile
Downtown of Manehattan was the still mill, owned by Sionis as it was guarded by hundreds of her goons and in her office Sionis was standing in front of her office window, looking out into the cold night sky with her mask off as her face was reflecting from the glass showing off her long beautiful black mane and her whit fur. She decided that she was getting to hot and took off the bottom part of her suit reviling her tail and cutie mark which was a Black pony skull and the money sign right next to it. She also decided to leave the top part of her white suit on also leaving on her black shirt under the white dress jacket and white tie, so she would look formal in front of her goons. She then returned back to the window and continued to look through it until she heard the door open and a voice behind her saying "Ummm boss can I talk to you about something." Groaning she turned around sate at her desk and faced the masked thug "Yeah what is it." Sionis asked.
"well some of the guys were talking and they want to know what's going on." Upon hearing this, Sionis's eyebrow raised and said "O really now, please go on." "Well the guys want to know what's going on, I mean aren't you worried about Princess Celestia or the Elements of Harmony coming after you for putting up that Bounty on the Elements of Harmony heads." asked the goon who was now nerves to ask her but he was surprised to see her chuckle then laugh as was standing there, still nerves on what she might do. After coming down Sionis looked at the goon and said with an evil grin "Me worried no. I am acutely counting on them coming after me because I know for a fact that they wont let the assassins cause havoc in Manehattan to attract there attention and to let me walk away from what I did back at Blackgate . So they will come and when they do, Before this night is over- they will realize that this will be to big for them to handle and then Twilight Sparkle will then learn of what true evil means."
