My Little Pony: To Be Feared
Chrysalis groans as she trots into her throne room at the Chrysalis Kingdom. Her Changelings has suffered another defeat at the end of the Mane Six and their allies in Equestria, the whole incident of strange ponies in Ponyville didn't do things well.
Chrysalis sat in her throne with a groan. She just want to rest, forgetting the recent failures...until the doors open up. Her consort Seto came in, speaking, "Your majesty..."
"Oh Seto..." Chrysalis said with a groan as she sat in her throne, doing business per usual. "What is it?"
"I see we have once again failed."
"Don't remind me. I should've killed those ponies before but ugh! The last failure gave me a headache."
"I'm sorry to hear that...because he heard and is very displeased." Seto said to Chrysalis. The Changeling Queen looks worried upon hearing, knowing whom he's talking about. "He demands your presence in the Chamber of Darkness."
Chrysalis gulps a bit. The Changelings were working for a monster of centuries past whose has helped them get into Canterlot for the wedding thing...in exchange for him becoming ruler of Equestria. She knew that her master wouldn't tolerate the recent failure at all.
"Right, rightm" Chrysalis said, trembling as she got off her throne. "I...I will get down there...accept the responsibility for the failings. Just keeps the kingdom going..."
Seto nods as Chrysalis leaves the throne room. His queen is in for quite a bad time for the master...
Chrysalis trots into a chamber filled with darkness...and devices of centuries past. The evil queen felt uneasy every time she comes into this room but must to whenever her master summons her. Chrysalis fears that he would not be pleased by the recent failure.
As Chrysalis trots up to a cauldron, she yelps as it begins to light up...a cloud of black appears in front of her, red eyes came out, glaring at the Changeling as if trying to pierce into her soul. Chrysalis gulps in fear as she bows down to him, which is shocking for a queen to do...except this villain is a legendary terror whose hasn't been seen in Equestria for a long time.
"Master Tirek..." Chrysalis said in fear to the black smoke.
"So...you failed again." Tirek's voice came out of the smoke. "I am displeased by this. I am beginning to doubt your performance and your role in my future kingdom..."
"It wasn't my fault! It was the fault of that Twilight Sparkle and her pony friends! They got in the way again and..."
"Ponies, ponies, PONIES! It's always ponies! Centuries ago, when I was the terror of what was once Ponyland, I was plotting Eternal Night and domination...I came close with my Rainbow of Darkness and thought that the ponies would be of no problem, especially when I turned a few into evil dragons. But then they found her...this human girl who you all known as the Mag'ne...she uses the Rainbow of Light...now known as the Elements of Harmony...to destroy me! If only I haven't underestimated her, but my overconfidence became my undoing!!!"
Chrysalis gulps as Tirek's cloud create lightning, some of which almost hit the Changeling. The villain is very furious over his defeat centuries ago, enough to punish anyone who gets the miscomfort of being in the way when he released his power (not his full one as Tirek can't do so in his current form).
Chrysalis waits until Tirek has calmed down. Once he did, the Changeling Queen said, "Yes, yes, I understand...we were overconfident twice and..."
"Chrysalis, I'm starting to question your worth to my cause. When I recruited you all, I promised you all the love to feed on in exchange for my rule...but this second failing made me think that I made a mistake." Tirek said darkly to the trembling Chrysalis. "I want this world to know and fear me once more and so far, it isn't happening..."
"Yes, again, I understand...but I believe I know of a new way of doing so. You need a body..."
"OF COURSE I NEED A BODY, YOU STARVING FREAK! WHY ELSE AM I NOT AT FULL POWER?!"
Chrysalis yelps as a bolt of lightning almost hits her. Tirek is getting more furious, she must appease him. The Changeling explains, "Perhaps if you possess the body of a younger...creature that may help you until we finally make you your real body."
Tirek pauses a bit then spoke up, "Continue..."
"The younger version of the monster known as Nightmare Moon is currently in living in Ponyville. She may be young with her powers taken, reports show that the one known as Nyx could access them again without a choice sometimes. That could work to your advantage. Imagine the look on the ponies' face when they see that their worst nightmare has returned...and imagine the hurt look on the student of Celestia's face when her daughter is gone. And when the one known as the Mag'ne does returned like she did before Discord's…the young human shall be struck down by my vengeful fury!"
"Yes...perfect. It's true that I will be a filly...but I will be in control nevertheless. And with Nightmare Night coming up, what perfect way to make my return by doing just that."
Chrysalis sighs, looking pleased. Tirek is accepting the idea. The Changeling spoke up, "Shall I make the arrangements?"
"Do so...but no slip ups and we must keep this plan quiet as so to avoid another more failures." Tirek booms to Chrysalis seriously. "I made some mistakes with my own minions, especially the one called Scorpan who became his real self again and the one called Spike is now king of the dragons. While the prince is gone now, his little ward will be one of those to feel my wrath once I take the young one's body...with the village of Ponyville the first to fall for your twice failures."
"What of the Princesses?"
"Kill them. And their guest; Grimmore's arrogance blinds his former puppets' survival. We shall do that if they either try to interfere and if we decide to take Canterlot again. Dismiss...and no messed ups!"
Chrysalis nods as she bows to Tirek while saying, "Yes, of course, Master Tirek. It shall be done." The Changeling leaves to make the preparations for Nightmare Night. She has all the time to do so. Chrysalis heard that Celestia has extended Nightmare Night to more than 1 night for her sister Luna so they got a lot of days to make this invasion just right.
Unknown to the villains, someone was watching in the shadows, listening in an observing the conversion.
"Well first Grimmore, now him," The mysterious being sighs, "I better get going right now."
With that she can no longer be seen...
