It was a quiet, snowy day at Canterlot High. School was just let out, and everyone rushed out to enjoy their holiday season.

Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy walked out excitedly, with Rainbow Dash trudging slowly behind. Everyone looked back to see the saddened expression on her face. Applejack slowed back to talk to her.

"What's wrong kid?" She began. "You're never this blue."

Rainbow Dash looked up at Applejack. "Another year's gone, and I'm gonna probably spend it alone."

"What do you mean?" Applejack asked, a distressed look on her face.

"I don't wanna talk about it." Rainbow Dash said, turning her head from Applejack. Applejack sighed, and caught up with her other friends.

"So?" Pinkie Pie asked.

Applejack looked to her friends. "She don't wanna talk 'bout it." Fluttershy looked at everyone.

"Hey, maybe we can cheer her up."

"That's an absolutely amazing idea! Now how do you suppose we do that?" Rarity asked.

Later on that day...

Rainbow Dash walked into her house, and set her stuff down. She huffed, before turning on the lights, and walking to the kitchen to make herself some dinner.

"Looks like I really am spending Christmas home alone again." Rainbow Dash said, before silently crying. She pulled out her food, and went to sit down and eat. She turned on the television, and a Christmas show came on.

"I love you too, mom."

Rainbow Dash watched the rest of the movie, before collapsing in a fit of tears. Applejack and the rest of Rainbow Dash's friends watched from her window.

"C'mon y'all. Let's put our plan into action." Applejack stated. "Okay, Pinkie, know what to do?"

"Yeah!" Pinkie Pie yelled, before she ran to the door and knocked.

"I'm coming!" Rainbow Dash wiped away her tears before going to open her door.

She was startled to see Pinkie Pie standing at the door. "Pinkie Pie?"

"Yup!" Pinkie Pie assured.

Rainbow Dash let Pinkie Pie in and closed the door. They both walked to the couch and sat down. Some time passed with some silence before Pinkie Pie finally spoke up.

"So why have you been so sad?" She asked.

Rainbow Dash became shocked at Pinkie Pie's question. Pinkie Pie sat there, a plain happy expression on her face, reluctantly waiting for Rainbow Dash's answer.

Rainbow Dash huffed, and got ready to speak. "When I was little, I had an older brother, and a mom, who I'd spend Christmas with every year. Every night, my brother would tuck me in bed, and we'd sing "Silent Night" together." By this time, Pinkie Pie was crying at Rainbow's story. "A few years ago, my brother and mom went missing, and I haven't seen them since. So now, I spend every Christmas alone every year."

Rainbow Dash finished her story, and then began crying. Pinkie Pie walked away to open the door for the rest of her friends. Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy quietly walked in, just as Rainbow Dash stopped crying.

"How'd you guys get in here?" Rainbow Dash asked. She then looked to Pinkie Pie, who innocently shrugged her shoulders.

"Sugar, we were worried about you, so we decided to come and cheer you up! Come on in gang!"

"What?" Rainbow Dash asked curiously. She watched as all of her friends families walked in.

"What is everyone doing here?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"We saw how sad you were, so we brought our families to spend Christmas with you." Flutters by said.

"Thanks guys, this is the best Christmas ever!" Rainbow Dash said, while hugging her friends.

A few moments later, the door opened to reveal a young woman, who looked similar to Rainbow Dash. She stepped in before speaking. "I'm looking for my daughter."

"Mom! You came home!" Rainbow Dash ran, tears in her eyes, to hug her mom.

"Don't worry, I'm not the only one here for Christmas." She said. Suddenly, the door opened, and a middle-aged looking man walked in.

"Big bro! You're here!" Rainbow Dash let go of her mom to hug her brother. Everyone sat back and watched the scene unfold.

"So, how 'bout now I tuck you in?"

Everyone snickered, but recieved a look from Rainbow Dash, before she said "Sure."

Everyone watched as Rainbow Dash's brother walked Rainbow Dash into her room, and tucked her in.

"Why don't we continue our tradition where it left off, huh?" He asked. Rainbow Dash nodded, and they began singing.

"Silent Night...

Holy Night...

All is calm...

All is bright..."

Everyone started singing along, and eventually everyone was singing all across town...
