After the events of Keep Calm and Flutter On.
The Mane Six, Discord, and Princess Celestia stood in the town square of Ponyville.
"Yes Princess I am ready to use my magic for good instead of evil" said Discord bowing, then he mumbled "most of the time."
"Congratulations on your success ponies, I am definitely sensing a change in Discord" said Princess Celestia,"I'll leave the elements with you Twilight, just in case" she said, so Twilight nodded.
The ponies and Discord continued talking, but never noticed the two different colored eyes watching them from the bushes. "How could he leave chaos and join harmonic?!" Said a raspy voice. "I will get those ponies back, and my own father will have to choose his side, Chaos or Harmonic!"

The Cutiemark Crusaders were sitting in their clubhouse trying to figure out what they could do to get their cutiemarks.

"UUGH! We're getting nowhere with this!" Said Scootaloo throwing down her paper and pencil.

"What do we already have on the list?" asked Sweetie Belle.

"Honestly? Nothing."

"Well you two keep thinking of ideas, I need some fresh air." Said Apple Bloom, and she walked out of the clubhouse onto their small balcony. She started breathing in the fresh air but it started drizzling. She stuck out her tongue trying to catch the water. "Thats odd, it tastes like….chocolate milk." Apple bloom rushed inside, "girls we have a major problem." then she led them to Twilights library.

It was just a normal day of book reorganizing with Twilight. That was until the Crusaders barged in.

"Twilight we have an emergency!" Yelled Apple Bloom. "What is it?" said Twilight clearly not having any concern. For you see the things that Twilight might think are emergencies, might not be the same as three fillies.

"Ya know how it is raining?" said Aple Bloom.

"Yes" Said Twilight.

"Well Uh-"

"Get on with it!" Yelled Scootaloo.

"IT'S RAINING CHOCOLATE MILK!" Yelled Sweetie Belle.

"WHAT!" Said Twilight, obviously in a state of horror, confusion, and complete shock.

"We can go" said Apple Bloom.

"Yes that would be good" said twilight her voice distant.

After the Crusaders left, Twilight started pacing in circles. "Twilight, quit it with the pacing" said Spike.

"Spike, perfect. Take a note please, to the Princess."

"Uh? Ok" said Spike, but started scribbling away once Twilight started speaking.

Dear Princess Celestia,

Today in Ponyville it is raining, and three fillies just told me that chocolate milk is raining down from cotton candy clouds. I thought they were just playing with me, after all Discord was reformed two weeks ago. But when I checked, unfortunately they were correct. I thought that only Discord was able to conjure up chaos like this, so i am clueless on who to blame. i await your good response.

But the Princess did not get to Twilights peter until late in the evening. "Oh dear, my faithful student will have to wait for morning to come to get my response. The moon is up and my ponies need their sleep".
