Coming off the heels of the formation of the Super Friends of Equestria, the Green Lantern of Sector 2812 Twilight Sparkle has a new challenge when her foe the Yellow Lantern Sunset Shimmer creates a military group called the Sunset Corps who all like her wield a ring powered by the Yellow Energy of Fear!

Sunset plans to show that her Corps is more effective than the Royal Guard and should be their replacements, so Twilight has to fight Sunset while trying to convince the public that the Sunset Corps should not be trusted.
