Author's Note

Once again Smakdude came up with the Title, I questioned word Dating... cause I'm sure it has nothing to do with Soran and Twi... but I don't mind it.
Oh next chapter is going to suck... (Literally) but I'll re-edit it soon.... most likely before the story's end.

The Road to Dating

Arriving at the Apple Acres farm I walked up to the barn and saw nobody there, and the closer I got to the door of the main house I rapped my knuckles on the frame... it took a few minutes before someone answered and it was the small girl from yesterday, she looked at me quickly before walking past me and onto the porch, after taking a deep breath she yelled out across the fields for her older sister, it was really loud and I covered my ears to stop it from hurting too much, it didn’t take long for the barn’s massive doors opened and the busty blonde walked out wrestling a large brown and white dog, once she landed on the ground she continued to wrestle with it, it was quite hilarious to watch such a strong woman meet her match with a canine.

“AppleJack! Ya frien’ from yestaday’ here” the small girl looked over at me and smiled up to me, I patted her shoulder to say thanks and she ran back into the house, I turned towards AJ and she was holding her dog in her arm’s, it was lapping away at her face the older woman was giggling into the licks, before she threw the dog down.

“Hey again, how can I help?” she called the dog inside and the loyal pooch followed her order to the letter, and for some reason didn’t sniff at my feet, it pawed at the screen to the open frame and after it managed to open it, it plodded inside and I turned back to AJ, who was walking over to the porch I lent on the railing to over look her, she saw me and smiled the same one she had before she started to drink, as if nothing ever happened.

“Um, well I need to create something for Twilight, and I’d like it if you could get in touch with that Pink haired girl from yesterday?” she nodded and hopped up to the railing, right next to me the only thing that happened was a small creak coming from the wood.

“Yea’ I can get wha’ ya need... wha’ is it that ya need” she wasn't to bothered at what I was saying and I was actually quite calm.

“I need food, for a date... and I need it for tomorrow... I don’t know what Twilight likes so it’s best that you guys who know her best, as for food for me I’ll just eat anything... and some light alcohol, wine or something...” AJ was just nodding taking in all that I was saying.

“I can get the Alcohol now if ya want, if ya can pay for it?” I shook my head and she clearly understood what it meant “Well, if ya can get it by tomorro’ I can give it to ya then...”

“Well if you can put it in with the food I can pay for it all in one, I’m to have the date near the waterfall a bit like a picnic” she was smiling sllightly but I could see her mind working to think of where it is and what she has to remember.

“Alright” she dropped her body slightly so that she was in a crouching possition and then jumped up over the side, scaring me quite a bit, she landed pretty smoothly and jiggled as she straightend her body out “Let me get mah’ coat and we can walk together” and she jumped inside for a couple of seconds and came out while putting a brown leather jacket on, it didn’t look like a normal one and it was roughly cut down so that it came to her stomach, other than the jacket she was wearing the same cloths as yesterday, only this time she wasn’t wearing her hat, so her hair could flow freely over any bits of her.

As we hopped down the porch steps and towards the village , it wasn’t long before the conversations started, it was light and pleasant... nothing sexual which both made me at ease and on edge, it didn’t take much longer for us to run out of topics to talk about, so I asked a question that made me half restless yesterday.

“When you asked me if I had milked something, you didn’t mean an Animal did you?” she was looking pretty happy, but once I mentioned about milking she instantly blushed, the smile diminished by a small fraction before she started to speak.

“Well.. Yeah an’ No, I hav’ a Cow an’ some Horses at mah’ farm... but like I said, I hav’ a high sex drive an’ it’ not hard to get rid of most of the juice.... an’ milk, it uh.... it goes into mah Cider, or, most of my special stuff does” she was stroking along her right arm with her other, but once she finished talking her hand stopped on her elbow, as if pulling it closer to her if it could at any rate.

“Ah, but what I drank yesterday was that one of the ‘special’ concoctions?” she shook her head and tried not to blush any more than she already was, now that I look at her, her blush shows her freckles, I didn’t imagine her to have freckles but seeing as she’s quite literally the stereotypical Cowgirl as I thought she was, but I must have made a bad first assumption, either way she is quite the beauty none the less.

“Like I said, ya drank the wrong bottle... It must hav’ tasted just like normal cider but mine, it had my juices in and I knew tha’ once I started tastin’ it... but I didn’ stop, it’s actually quite addictive... uh, in large quantities...” if I was right to thinking, that her milk and natural lube is addictive, or it makes the consumer think it’s addictive, either way I continued talking to her.

“Oh, well how much have you dank? or produced?” she stayed looking over to the side and she deflected my question with another.

“Why is it you want to be with Twilight?”

“I must have said it yesterday... but dispite being absaloutly beautiful she’s a genius... I don’t know what started my thoughts on her but, once it started I just couldn’t stop thinking about her, I knew she was the librarian so I knew where to find her... and I had Spike to help with a way to get to talk to her...” AJ glanced over at me with a raised eyebrow “Spike was looking for some quills that they lost and seeing as I saw him walking with her the day before, I thought it was a good idea and on impulse I acted on it, but I had to ask Rarity something after that I went to the Library” the sign of blush had dissipated vastly, only a few shades of redness stayed now “Um... I stayed their for a while reading a book, Spike said there wasn't a book about Ponyville’s history so I was a little disappointed...” It was in that moment she spoke up once again.

“I might be able to help ya out” she nonchalantly stretched “Mah famliy is one of tha’ most oldest in this area... the way mah gram-gram tells it, we were a bunch of pilgrims, an’ sumin ‘appened which caused the princess tah give the land ‘round ‘ere, we started so much in such short time... and when you t’ink ‘bout it we’re still expandin’, we got anotha’ hottie ‘round ‘ere” she smiled towards me and I wasn’t sure what to think but my body betrayed my mind and returned her beaming smile... we were passing the spot that Rainbow dash tried to seduce me at, I didn’t mention it aloud but I must have flinched, AJ must have seen this shift in me demeanor.

“Soran, ya’ll alright?” I glanced at her and feigned a smile, but her piercing aura seemed to understand that it was a smile of discomfort, so I had to answer her question either way.

“On the way here I ran into someone who was a little bit more than forward in her request, in fact the spot where she was most forward was the one we just past... she mentioned her name, I think it was-”

“Rainbow Dash!” exactly, wait... looking along the road ahead of us was the rainbow coloured hair, latex wearing athletic machine, she was spinning around with a smile on her face and a hand raised but once she saw me it hand dropped a bit and her face diverted but the smile still stayed, the closer we got the more she seemed reluctant to actually wait for us to catch up to her... but she held her ground until AJ gave her a fist to her shoulder it looked as if though it made Rainbow wobble on her feet, AJ and I didn’t stop for her, and a few seconds later she caught up to us, walking on the other side to AJ “So how’ve ya’ been? Any new Wonda’ Bolt’ matches?” Rainbow did look like a person to watch some extreme sports like Jet racing or Drag racing or something along those lines.

“Nah, their season training is coming up so they're taking a short Vacation before the training starts... but I got some tickets for their first race, it’s going to be set about 5 miles outside Manehattan and the race goes through the Skyscrapers themselves, their going up against The Silver Streaks record for most time spent on a flat while going through the buildings instead of doing a Knife edge like you normally would so their main engineer is teaming up with that new Aeronautical company that made the new plane that broke the sound barrier faster than the Wonderbolts did last year-” she took a deep breath and didn’t stop talking “- I’m guessing that after they break the record The Silver Streaks are going to challenge them to a flying race and the Wonder Bolts are going to whoop their asses... wish I had tickets to see that one instead...” She mentioned a plane so I assumed that she was talking about Jet racing but the way she praised these ‘Wonder Bolts’ must mean she’s trying to do more than just be their biggest fan, AJ was beaming with a large smile and Rainbow was shivering with excitement.

“Tha’s good for ya’, Uh Soran ya were about to say sumin?” I was put into the spotlight and I felt scared for a few seconds before my usual calm demeanor came back.

“Um... it doesn’t matter now Uh, Rainbow who are these Wonder Bolts your talking about?” she was smiling just as much as AJ was and she started talking about her heroes.

“Well-” What I couldn’t imagine was a long one sided conversation that started, and this time I was the cause of it... she explained how many matches the’ve had, to whose in the team, she even blushed when she was describing both the leader of the group, a woman called Spitfire, and another a male called Soarin, I looked over to her when she mentioned the name but she instantly looked away and continued describing the rest of the team, she kept talking about how one day she’s going to meet the entire team one day and how she’s going to race along side them, proof that she’s just as good that they are, this kept up until we got to the turn that leads off to my Cottage I said my bye’s to both of them AJ was within range to give me a one armed hug, Rainbow Dash didn’t do anything but she did wave back to me.

This meant that I was alone once again to the walk back, but this time it was the middle of the day and I had a date to go to.
