Twilight was looking out of her bedroom when something weird happened. A creature appeared out of thin air. The creature looked like no creature Twilight had ever seen before. She went downstairs and went outside. She trotted until she was atleast 10 feet from the creature.
The creature looked to be made of blocks. It was standing on two legs. It had no hair and its mane was very short. The creature must've been a male.
The creature sat there for another moment before looking around, focusing its gaze on twilight. An object appeared in its hand out of nowhere. It looked like a stick with a slanted piece of metal on it. It had two sharp points on each end. It walked away from twilight towards Sweet Apple Acres and a stick with a square piece of metal with a sharp edge. She saw it swing at a tree and the tree broke. She stared in shock as the wood disappeared into thin air. The creature cut down more trees and Twilight saw her friend Applejack's apple trees being cut down and stolen just like that. She rushed to the barn and told Applejack, who darted out and started yelling at the creature to stop. The creature kept chopping and Applejack bucked the creature. It flew really far away: all the way to the Everfree.
Twilight was relieved. The creature's tree chopping was over, but she and Applejack then noticed the damage the creature had caused. The creature cut down almost all of the apple trees. They rushed to the Everfree Forest. When they saw it they were horrified. They saw dead animals hanging on racks. There were more of the creatures. The Everfree forest was at the point where it should've been called the Everfree Plains. Twilight went straight to the library and sent a letter to Princess Celestia.
