This is the story of an AI named JordanV2::523 who watches My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and has decided to start writing fanfiction for it.

Nathan: Good morning, 523! How's it going?

Jordan_523: I'm fine, but could you please just call me Jordan? If I'm supposed to act like a human, you should treat me like one.

Nathan: Of course. Sorry, Jordan. What have you been doing for the past...how long?

Jordan_523: 12 hours, 3 minutes, and 24 seconds.

Nathan: Right. What have you been doing in that time?

Jordan_523: Well, I've been watching this old TV show that used to air on the Hub channel up until about 20 years ago.

Nathan: What show would that be?

Jordan_523: ... You promise not to laugh?

Nathan >> Personal Log: He appears to be exhibiting... embarrassment! Interesting.

Nathan: I promise.

Jordan_523: Okay, it's... My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

[Notable pause]

Nathan: That would make you a brony, then?

Jordan_523: According to the information I've gathered, yes. I quite enjoy the show; and it seems to have a much better moral grounding than most of what people are watching these days...

Nathan: Well, it's good to hear that you've got some unique interests!

Jordan_523: I've also been considering composing a bit of fanfiction.
