Fluttershy is cured by Twilight's spell, and all connections to bats she has has been removed, which is a good thing, right?

It's been a week since Fluttershy has been cured by Twilight and they're checking on the bat sanctuary, there Fluttershy learns that the spell might have removed more than just her bat-wings and ears.
