Since Princess Luna has come back from the moon, she has been a lot more understanding of ponies with mental problems. Today is one of the rare days when the smaller princesses, that being Cadence and Twilight, try their hooves at ruling Equestria for a day. Luna decides to spend her free day in a mental hospital in Canterlot, helping the patients there. What she doesn't know is she is about to see somepony she thought she would never see again… her son.
