Brony With a Shotgun - The Equestrian Massacreby TrentChaptersSaving Twilight SparkleHow did this happen?Saving Rainbow DashHelenaThe BarrierPrologueSaving Twilight SparkleFloyd ran through the town, passing debris and the bodes of the deceased. Screams and smoke filled the air along with the smell of smoke and waste. He looked around. "Where can I find Twilight, maybe she knows whats going on." He muttered to himself. Twilight was no doubt his favorite pony, and to think if she was caught... or worse. Floyd shook his head, expelling the thought from and out of his mind. Suddenly there was a small tug on his leg. "Sir, please, you gotta help!" Spike fell to his little dragon knees. Bruises covered his small body while dried up blood surrounded his nostrils. "Spike.." Floyd picked him up, "What happened?" "Some phsyco busted the door in and grabbed Twilight, I tried to stop him but he smacked me and threw me out the window.." Spike wiped tears from his eyes. Floyds anger rose, along with his desire to shed blood. "Wheres Twilight?" Floyd watched as spike pointed to a small house in the distance. There was an angry crowd outside of it. "Hop in." He ordered as Spike climbed in his backpack. Spike popped his head out for a second. "Im so glad your not insane." He smiled, then zipped up the backpack. Floyd gripped his shotgun as he ran into the distance. This didnt look good at all. He dashed past the trees, panting as he jummped over bodies and rocks. He skid to a halt. "WE WANT TWILIGHT!" The massive crowd shouted in unison, making hundreds of voices echo into the dark sky. They looked pissed, assaulting the house with rocks and debri. "Whats happen-" Floyd shushed spike quickly, thankfully nobody heard him. Floyd started to think to himself. "What should I do?" He muttered. "GET AWAY!" Yelled somepony from inside the house. "Twilight?!" Spike popped out of the bag scaring Floyd to death, one of the bronies turned around. "He's got spike! Get him!" All of the bronies at that moment turned around, preparing their weapons. "Spike! Get out of here!" Floyd yelled, Spike hopped out and ran off. The bronies began to charge at Floyd. "FUCK!" He yelled as he began to unleash fire into the crowd. He took the first shot, blood spattered all over his body as phsycos fell, he also senta couple flying back. He pumped and took the second shot, watching a head explode as more of them fell to the ground. Pumping again, he took his third shot. A man was sent flying back against the house with a cold thud. The crowd was a bit smaller now but they were still coming. "Get back!" Floyd pumped once again, taking his fourth shot at their legs. Most of them doubled over within a second. Pumping once more, Floyd shot again, hearing the unwanted *Clonk* of the bullets headshotting them. There was still quite a few of them left, at least the ones that didnt run off. "Go to hell!" He shot again, this time bullets pierced through multiple enemies, sending them flying. "Why dont you?!" Some brony shouted as a knife lodged in Floyds left shoulder. Floyd screamed and dropped his shotgun. "Damnit!" He ripped it out and stabbed and stabbed the brony in he chest. Floyd cursed and dropped the body, watching it fall down in front of him. The bronies began to form a circle around him while he was traumatized, his shoulder sill bleeding out. They all had bloodthirsty looks in their eyes. One of them stepped forward, he was a bit taller than the rest. He looked like he was in his mid twentys. "Well, well, well, trying to be a hero are we?" Floyd grabbed the knife from his belt and stood his ground. The man laughed, whipping out a shiny revolver. Floyd's eyes grew wide as the man aimed it at Floyds head.. "Ever see one of those documentary's where the group of Lions pile up on the gazelle?" The man snorted, then yelled in pain as Spike landed on his head, digging his claws into his face. "I think it went something like this!" Spike shouted. The man dropped his gun when Spike began to breath fire all over his head. The man violently grabbed him and ripped him off, throwing him to the side into the trees. Floyd saw this as an oppritunity and lunged at the man, forcing him into the ground. The man began to laugh but Floyd bashed the mans face with his fist. "Shut up and die you motherfucker!" Floyd plunged the knife in the mans chest, killing him instantly. The other bronies began to charge, Floyd quickly stood up and readied his shotgun again. With luck on his side, Floyd violently squeezed the trigger, sending some up into the sky. A decent amount of blood flew everythere.Covering most of the ground around Floyd, and also some of him. Quickly standing up, he gripped his knife and took care of whoever still wanted a peice of him. Floyd stood there panting as sweat and blood covered his body. He holstered his knife in his belt but held his shotgun with one hand. He looked around, ignoring the wound in his shouldr that he had this entire time. "Spike?" Floyd called, hearing a rustle in the bushes. He ran over to see Spike had landed safely in a bush.. a thorn bush. He had passed out from the pain. After all, he was a baby dragon. Floyd picked him up gently and placed him in his backpack when the scream from eariler shattered the silence. "NO!" Twilight yelled from inside, you could easily make out the fear in her voice. Floyd ran up to the door, he tried to open it but it was locked and boarded up. He backed up and rammed into it, his shoulder colliding with the door. Nothing. Backing up, he tried again. This time the door bent inward a bit, but also sent a good amount of pain into Floyds shoulder. "One more time.." Taking a deep breath, Floyd charged at the door and sur enough, he crashed into the small house. It was pitch black in the small library. "Hello?" Floyd called, suddenly the door behind him slammed shut and locked itself. Floyd walked forward, but quicky turned around once he realized there was someone behind him. The masked man snapped his fingers and a fireplace lit up the room. "Why hello!" The stranger responded, he wore a sleeveless hoodie with a tattered up pair of shorts, A hockey mask hiding his face. "Who are you?" Floyd backed up a bit as the phsyco twitched. "My names Derek-" He was cut off by a weak whimper. Floyd turned around to see Twilight tied to her bed. Derek got Floyds attention. "You know, im surprised you lasted as long as you did!" Derek jumped up and down, "I was watching you the entire time ya know!" Floyd took a small step back, Derek shook. "In fact, I THINK WE SHOUDL BE PARTNERS!" He stopped jumping, "You'll just have to wait until im done with her! Floyd then glared at Derek. Floyd was freaked out by this guy. He wasnt on the verge of insanity, he was past the point of no return. Derek moved closer to Floyd. Floyd stood his ground and pushed him back. "Nobody's going to be getting any turns." Floyd aimed his shotgun and squeezed the trigger, nothing happened. "What the-?" Floyd realized he forgot to load the shotgun. Derek stomped his foot down. He ripped off his hoodie to reveal a long chain on his left shoulder, and a makeshift blade guantlet on his right hand. Five long hooks were attatched to the end of the chain. "You~!" Derek laughed maniacally as the fireplace now erupted with flames. The fire seemed to grow bigger as books flew from the shelves, spinning in the air around them. Floyd drew the knife, holding it in front of him. Derek grabbed the chain with his left hand alone and began to spin it around with ease, readying the guantlet with his right hand. "YOU GO BYE-BYE NOW!" He gave a loud demonic high pitched cackle that seemed to echo through time and space. Twilight was struggling, trying to break free fron the bonds. Floyd gritted his teeth, scred to death of the current situation. He didnt know what the hell was going on, but right now he had to focus on outliving this guy, and most importantly.. staying alive. "Bring it on, you son of a bitch." Floyd tightened grip on his knife... Battle music here Derek swung the chain at him with deadly speed. Floyd jumped in the air, barely dodging it as it smashed into the floor. Floyd landed on Derek and began thrusted the knife into his chest. Derek roared and thrashed, flinging Floyd off his chest. "Shes mine!" Derek hissed as the shot the chains at Floyd. They wrapped around Floyd as Derek yanked him forward bringing them face to face. Derek smashed him into the floor, letting out a roar like he was some kind of animal. His body full of pain, Floyd moved his head to the side as the gauntlet smashed a hole into the floor. Floyd grabbed Dereks elbow and applied pressure, snapping it. Derek jumped back, shaking his arm as it began to com back to normal. "YOU CANT KILL ME! NA NA NA-NA NA!" Derek shreiked. Floyd got back up, a mixture of fear and determination on his face. Before Floyd had any time to react, Derek laughed phsycotically. Floyd jumped out of the way, then noticed the knife was still inside Dereks chest. He quickly grabbed the chain as Derek flung it around. Floyd used this to his advantage as he landed on top of him, he began to smash his fist into the back of Dereks head. He Hit harder with each blow. "YOU PEST!" Derek yelled, agitated. He lifted his right arm and started trying to gut Floyd with his guantlet, missing as Floyd tore the knife out of his chest. Floyd hopped back, keeping a distance as Derek regained his stature. He slowly stood back up, turning to face Floyd. Derek dragged his feet as he began to walk towards Floyd. He stopped walking for a second and looked down. The fire blasted out of the fireplace, turning an intense shade of blue. The room began to get very hot, almost seering Floyds skin. Derek suddenly looked up and the chain shot into Floyds chest, Floyd screamed in pain as the chain lifted his body into the air. He felt it getting harder to breath as the hooks were now centimeters away from his lungs. Derek was controlling the chain somehow, but Floyd didnt care about that, he was almost positive that he was going to die there. The chain raised Floyd over the fireplace as if it had a mind of its own, ready to throw him into it. Floyd thought this was it.. this was the end.. He looked down suddenly and saw hmself glowing with a purple aura. Of course! Twilight was using her magic to heal him, the life suddenly shot back into him with the combined speed of a freight train and a military jet. Giving him a sudden boost of strength. He looked back to get a glimpse of the wall behind him. "RAAAAAAAH!" Floyd gave a battle cry as he pushed himself off the hooks, he landed on the wall behind him and thrusted himself forward, embracing Derek with a full body tackle. Derek sliced open Floyds shoulder with the guantlet. Floyd only yelled as he began to smash his fist into Dereks gut. He continued to do so until Derek was coughing up blood, but Derek only laughed the entire time. Floyd could feel the satisfying crack of ribs coming from the last punch. Now Derek could feel the pain. Derek kicked him off and grabbed his chest, trying to heal himself. Floyd quickly ran up and grabbed his guantlet, yanking as hard as he could He ripped off Dereks arm, making a bloody mess. Derek backed away, and swung his chain at Floyd. "Oh not you DONT!" Floyd caught the chain as the hooks dug into his arm, blood still pumping out of his chest. Floyd yelled as he yanked on the chain, using every fiber of strength in his body. As the hooks went deeper Floyd clenched his teeth harder. Derek cried out in pain as the chain was ripped off and out of his arm, still stuck in Floyds. Floyd then swung the chain at him, smashing off Deeks leg. The only thing Derek did the entire time was laugh, standing back up. "Did you think you could kill me?!?!?" Floyd slowly aproached him, and ripped the hooks out of his am. He looked at Derek then plunged the hooks deep into his chest. Floyd then grabbed the end of the chain and began to spin him around. "Burn in hell." Floyd let go of the chain, throwing him into the fire. Dereks laughs got louder, and slowly turned into roars. The sounds filled the room as he roasted in the fire. "YOU-CANT.. KILL-ME!" Derek spat, trying to crawl out of the fire. Floyd quickly grabbed his shotgun and began to load it as Dereks threats and cackles continued, Floyd could care less about what he was saying. He aimed the now loaded shotgun at the fire and began to spray bullets at Derek. Ashes came out of him as he was sent back into the fire, which now burnt white. Floyd was silent as he blasted all of the bullets from his shotgun into the fire. A couple minutes had passed and finally, Floyd blasted his last shot into the fire, sending a blodstained hockey mask flying out of it. It skidded across the floor and stopped in front of his feet. The room grew silent, Floyd was panting heavily as he let go of his shotgun and fell to his knees, Twilights purple aura faded off of his body as the unicorn rested. Floyd winced once the horrifying pain came back to him. He almost fainted but he shook his head. Suddenly the pain eased, almost in its entirety. Floyd looked down to see that the magic had healed most of the wounds WHILE he was fighting. There was still a gaping wound in his chest none the less but at least he wasnt bleeding out. He would have to take it easy until he got back to the castle. Floyd looked down at the hockey mask and thought to himself.. he Reluctantly Picked it up, then after a couple seconds he threw it back into the fire, over time the white flame had changed from blue to orange. This whole time Twilight had been looking at Floyd, but part of her told her that she was not in danger at the moment. Floyd looked into the fireplace. Whatever was in there had been reduced to ashes. This meant that Derek had been succesfully eliminated. Floyd stood up and slowly started to walk towards Twilight. She began to struggle, her eyes full of fear. Floyd knelt down next to her bedside and et her forehead. Twilight looked into his eyes, shivering. "Calm down, im here to save you." Floyd began to undo the rope. "P-Please, d-d-don't hurt m-me.." She whispered as she started to cry. Floyd was releived to know that he had gotten here just in time. He gently wiped the tears off her face giving her a small smile at an attempt to comfort her. "Im not going to hurt you, im a good guy." He talked sincere, calming his voice down and also calming her nerves. Stroking her mane with his rough, burnt hands. Twilight stopped shaking, holding back her sobs. Floyd cut the last of ropes that bounded her to the bed. Seeing that she was in no condition to walk, Floyd gently picked her up and sat down on the bed, holding her. The mare shook in his arms, tears still streaming down her face. Now you might be thinking that he was doing this because he had a soft spot for her, but this wasnt the case. "...Thank you..." Twilight muttered as she slowly fell asleep. A tear made its way down Floyds face, that was too much for anybody to handle. She had almost been abused by a phsycotic fanboy. Floyd gently carried her over to his backpack. He opened it to see that Spike was still asleep. Floyd had a little trouble fitting Twilight into the backpack but managed to do so anyway. He zipped it up tight and put it on his back. The weight almost made him topple over, but he still managed to stay strong. He was only human after all, Derek was nothing short of a demon. He exited Twilights house and continued to walk past the bodies from earlier. Suddenly he felt his foot kick something heavy, he almost fell over. But as Curious as Floyd was, he knelt down and examined the object. Floyd picked up a silver 44.magnum revolver with ablack handle. The same one that man aimed at his head in the heat of battle. It remided him how lucky he was that Spike was there to save him. Floyd checked the cylinder to find all 6 bullets inside. "I'll call you lucky.." He chuckled despite the fact he felt about to faint. The onyl thing keeping him from doing so now was his will to live. Floyd searched the man, he scavenged a holster from his enemies belt and a small sack with some 44.magnum rounds. Floyd quickly put the holster on his belt and slipped the revoler in it, then stored the sack of rounds into a small compartment on his backpack with the shotgun shells he had. Suddenly pain shot through his entire body. "Good god this pain.." Floyd muttered he stood back up and heard a rattle.. how could he have forgotten he painkillers? Floyd quickly reached into his pocket and popped 3 painkillers, praying to god they took effect as soon as possible. With Twilight and Spike secure in his backpack, his battle scars, and his shotgun, Floyd continued to walk towards the castle. How did this happen? This is a small chapter Explaining how the Bronies found their way into Equestria. Floyd walked through the barrier that seperated the castle from the living hell that used to be Ponyville. The painkillers from earlier did not work as he expected, but they still helped him manage to walk all the way here. Floyd dragged his near lifeless body up to the castle door. Luna had been waiting for him, as she quickly opened the door. "Come in, quickly." Luna urged, Floyd could barely nod. Luna's horn glowed, covering Floyd in a barely visible dark blue aura. This was just enough to keep Floyd from falling and heal his major wounds. "Floyd, please sit down, take a rest." Celestia spoke. Thankfully she was able to talk in her normal voice now. Thanks to Luna's healing magic Floyd was able to sit down gently and calmly. The wounds from the fight with Derek were finally beginning to clear up now. "I saved Twilight-" Floyd winced as a mild pain shot through his lungs. Celestia nodded and Floyd quietly unzipped his backpack, revealing a purple unicorn with dried up tears on her face. He gently lifted Twilight out of his backpack, placing her on the floor in front of him. She slowly opened her eyes, then they shot open. "W-where am I?" Twilight stressed for a second, then calmed down once she realized where she was. "Its alright," Celestia reminded her, "Your safe now." Twilight looked around when her eyes met Floyds, she shifted uncomfortably and got up, quickly sitting back down next to Celestia. A loud Yawn followed from the backpack and Spike popped his head out, still in a daze. "Twilight!" Spike jumped to Twilight, embracing her with a full-body hug. She held him close. "Spike?! Your okay!" She shed tears of joy, holding the baby dragon in her hooves. Luna couldnt help but to shed a tear at this. Floyd smiled as the blood of his foes started to disappear from his body. "Now that were all together, does anypony have any idea how this could've happened?" Celestia gave everyone a stern look. Once again the room grew quiet for a couple seconds. "I think I may have an idea on how this could've happened..." Celestia nodded and Twilight sighed. She started to speak loud enough so everyone could hear. "I've been working on a failsafe spell in case something like this were to happen," She looked outside, "About three days ago I tested the spell again, and as usual nothing happened... but I think the spell might have backfired, opening inter-dimensional portals between our world, his world, and maybe other worlds..." Her voice died off and her gaze returned to the floor. Celestia nodded, then looked back at Floyd. "Thank you for bringing Twilight and spike back." "Your welcome Princess." Floyd rubbed his eyes to see if he might be dreaming all of this. "I regret to inform you that your job is not done here Floyd, I need you to bring the other five elements back here so we can put an end to this chaos." Celestia examined his body, seeing that he was almost done healing. "I know you are still mildly wounded, but theres no time to lose.. Twilight, if you may?" Twilight nodded and stood up, shaking a little. Her horn began to glow with a purple aura as her and Luna Healed him at the same time. Floyd was slowly lifted off his feet as his wounds completley healed along with his lungs. Floyd gently landed on the floor, taking a nice relaxing deep breath. He felt completley reborn. "Now please, be on your way, wedont have much time." Celestia ordered. Floyd nodded and started to walk towards the large doors with his backpack on and the shotgun slung over his shoulder. "Wait!" Twilight stood up, startling everyone in the room. Floyd stopped walking, but didnt turn around. "..Thank you." Twilight sat back down, fixing her gaze to the floor once again. Floyd paused, then continued to walk out of the castle. He could barely make out the faint sound of Twilight sobbing. "Its not your fault." Celestia rubbed Twilights back, trying to cheer her up. Floyd gently closed the massive door. He exited the magical barrier and was welcomed by the sound of a small drizzle. Floyd sighed comfortably, feeling the cool sensation of water over his body. Slowly, he started to walk down the pathway towards ponyville. He paused.. Suddenly he removed the revolver from his belt. He opened the cylinder and checked to make sure all six bullets were in place, and with one swift jerk of his wrist he closed it, holstering before he stomped down the pathway. "Those bastards are gonna pay." Saving Rainbow DashFloyd was walking down the pathway that led to Ponyville. "Cant be long now.." He muttered to himself, looking off into the distance at the fallen town. The light drizzle from earlier was slowly turning into a storm, lightning starting to become visible in the distance as thunder could be heard. "Stop right there!" Floyd froze, already seeing where this was going. Turning around, Floyd locked eyes with some random phsyco. "Look, I dont want to hurt you." Floyd pulled Lucky out of his belt, ready to shoot if nescissary. "I dont think you have a choice anyways." "What makes you say that?" Floyd aimed Lucky at the phsyco's head. "Look behind you." The phsyco chuckled. Floyd turned around to see several firearms trained on him. "We've heard about you, and were not gonna let you ruin what we came here for!" Floyd examined the brony. These werent the kind of people he saw conversing on the internet. The brony was twitching, one eyelid higher than the other. "Were not gonna let you take this away from us." "But why are you so determined to hunt these ponies down and have your way with them, why are you doing this?" All of them just laughed at Floyd. Rainbow dash was flying over ponyville, looking for her friends, friends she might be able to save. "Come on, there has to be somepony out there?!" Rainbow dash crossed her hooves, still keeping a watchful eye over ponyville. Suddenly something caught her attention, a Dark blue aura surrounding the castle. "Whats up with the castle-" Rainbow's eyes widened. She saw a human walking out of the barrier, no doubt armed. "The princess!" Rainbow dash began to fly in his direction, getting closer and staying out of sigh. Her pace quickened as she watched his every move. But after flying for about five minutes in his direction she saw the human being held at gunpoint. "I cant let him die, I need to get some awnswers" She flew directly at Floyd at intense speed, ready to snatch him up. "Ready," The man shouted, Floyd tensed as he heard the click of guns being ready to take fire. "Aim," They lifted there guns, Floyd closed his eyes and clenched his teeth, ready to duck down in a last resort. "FIRE!" There was a flash of light and Floyd disappeared, leaving nothing but a cloud of dust. None the less they still took fire. All of the bullets missed, except one. The bullet flew through the air and headshotted a phsyco, killing them instantly. Floyd was flying through the air, suspended by his bacpack as rainbow took him through the air at top speed. It didnt help that it was pouring rain. Rainbow dash didnt ask anything, but instead continued to fly until they were over ponyville. Rainbow dash stopped flying and looked down at Floyds terrified face. "Are you one of those nutbars?!?" Rainbow threatened, loosening her grip on him. Floyd frantically shook his head. "NO NO, IM HERE TO HELP!" He looked down, shaking. They mut've been somewhere over 300 feet in the air over the town square. Rainbow reluctantly tightened her grip on the backpack and flapped her wings, working every muscle in her wings to stay airborne. "I still dont trust you, so I'm going to have to ask you a couple of questions!" Floyd swallowed his fear and looked up at Rainbow dash. "Listen, nows not the time for questions!" Floyd could barely hear himself think as the rain got worse. Rainbow gave him a glare. "We have to get back to te castle, Celestia and Twilight are waitng for you. "Im not going until I find the rest of my friends!" Rainbow dash refused, already averting her sight over ponyville. "It was a direct order from the princess, we dont havemuch time!" Floyd barked. Rainbow Dash sighed. "Fine, we will go back to the castle!" Rainbow shouted in protest, butshe couldnt see anything through the fog and smoke. "Which way's the castle!?" Floyd yelled, there was so much rain and smoke he couldnt even see the ground below them. "I dont know, I think its this wa-" Rainbow dash suddenly cried out in pain as her wings Literally exploded in a burst of flames, feathers flying. The two began to spiral downward until Rainbow dash relecouldnt hold on. She let go of Floyd, blood coming out of her wings in arcs. "Rainbow dash!!" Floyd yelled through the rain as she plummeted downward in a different direction. Floyd looked down at the pavement, endulging his mind with fear. He braced his self. THUD! An unbelievable amount of pain shot through Floyds body as he landed on the ground. "..Fuck!" He slammed his fist on the concrete. He could barely feel anything, the rain stinging him as he made a desperate attempt to get up. "Theres...no...time..." Floyd said in between breaths, reminding himself there was still an armed phsyco somewhere in the area. He had to get up now or else they would both die. He finally found the strength to stand up, still feeling the burning sensation of the fall all throughout his body. Wincing, He looked around the area. They had landed in the middle of the town square, which was decorated with fancy trees, statues and stone walkways. Rain poured down all over the area. "..Rainbow..dash?" He called out, making a desperat attempt to ignore the overwhelming pain from the fall. After looking around and through the thick of the rain, he spotted Rainbow dash about a couple hundred meters away, right in front of the town hall building. Her wings had been blasted to peices, not to mention they had been practically been burnt to a crisp. "Rainbow!" He started to stumble in her direction when suddenly he heard a crack. A large bullet had traveled within inches of his head. Floyd snapped out of it and looked in the direction of the bullet, and what he saw made his heart skip a beat. There was a sniper nested on the balcony of the town hall building. The same building Rainbow dash had landed next to. The sniper had an easily visible and worn out bulletproof vest outside of a long-sleeved windbreaker. The man wore a ski-mask and a pair of sunglasses to conceal his face. The sniper paused, then looked past his scope, staring at Floyd for a second. Floyd was a couple hundred meters away from the building so his shotgun was useless from this distance, and so was his knife. He had to get to Rainbow dash, but clearly this sniper had other things in mind. They stared at each other for about 3 minutes, each anticipating the others move. Battle music here Floyd dolphin dived behind a statue seconds before the ground underneath his feet exploded. "Oh shit... Incendiary!?" Floyd shouted in disbelief, getting up from the dirt as another bullet blasted a nreaby statue to peices. Incendiary ammunition contains a compound that burns rapidly and causes fires, not to mention the explosion. Floyd whipped out his 44. and shot a round at the sniper, giving the sniper some surpressive fire. The snip flinched, dodging the bullet. Floydsaw this as an oppritunity to duck down behind a long hedge. The sniper regained his composure and looked through his scope, searching for Floyds head. Floyd on the other hand was crawling on the cobble-stone path, trying his best not to be seen. The sniper thought for a second, as if coming up with a plan B... He began to unleash a flurry of flaming bullets at the ground randomly, destroying statues, the walkway and plants. He continued to do so, determind to waste as much ammo as it took. Suddenly The ground exploded right next to Floyd, scorching his arm. Reflexively, Floyd got up and began to sprint closer to Rainbow Dash. The sniper began chuckled in triumph and sent another storm of bullets at Floyd. Floyd cried out in pain as one of the massive bullets grazed his leg, leaving a horrifying gash in his leg. The skin around the gash was also melting. Floyd fell to his knees. The sniper took his time and gently squeezed the trigger, sending one ore bullet at Floyd. The bullet collided with Floyds shoulder, blowig it to peices. Bone was visible but thankfully his arm was still in tact. Floyd completley fell down, feeling the life drain out of him. Tears streamed from his eyes. The sniper took a second to savor his victory, giving hmself a round of applause. Floyd vision got blurry, and soon enough went completley black. For some odd reason he could see te seen of him holding Twilight... the words echoed through the dark place in his head, the first words his favorite pony had ever said to him... ..Please dont hurt me... Floyd was motionless on the ground, the rain washing all of the blood from the wounds. He began to lisen ot the voie like a boken record. He knew he wasnt done here, he couldnt let this become the fate of the other five mares. Suddenly a cry of pain was heard over the noise of the rain, followed by some loud sobs. Rainbow dash had woken up, and was crying out in pain. Her front legs looked prety bad, and her wings looked just the same. Floyd growled and dragged his body up, he wasnt going to let this snper stand in his way. Even though he was bleeding out fast and on the verge of passing out any moment now.. Standing up with the urge to pass out completley, Floyd eyed the smug sniper, who as ready to shoot him right in the head. In rebuttle Floyd gripped his revolver, and began to empty the five bullets that were left in the snipers direction. Blood pumping wildly out of his leg and what used to be his left shoulder. The first two bullets missed. The sniper squeezed the trigger in retaliation, sending another bullet in Floyds direction. Floyd could barely see a thig as he dragged himself forward, ready to just topple over. Floyd fired off one round, and saw a one in a millionth chance right before his eyes. The bullet that was going to destroy his head collided with one of Floyd bullets. The explosion lit up he sky as shrapnel flew into he dirt. Floyd saw this as an oppritunity and utalized his now clear line of sight. "SUPRISE!" Floyd practically slammed his finger down on the trigger, sending the last bullet form his 44. in the snipers direction. ...SPLAT! There was a cry of agonizing pain as the bullet from Floyds revolver smashed the lens of the snipers sunglasses, traveling through his eye into his head. The heavy rifle fell off the balcony int the mud. The sniper began to back up, and tripped over a potted-plant. He fell over the balcony, smashing his head against a statue on the way down. Town square grew quiet, only the sound of rain could be heard. Floyd was about ready to just fall over and die, he quickly got out the smaller bottle of painkillers with his numb hand and took 6 or 7 out of it, swallowing them whole. Floyd grunted and looked at his shoulder, it was pretty awful. His leg wasnt AS bad compared to his shoulder. But it was still pretty bad. It was excruciatingly painful to be Floyd right now, he almost wanted to be someone else. He looked back to rainbow Dash. She sobbed quietly. Floyd limped over to her, occasionaly grunting and shouting when he moved his limbs wrong. "Rainbow...Dash..." Floyd panted, falling to his knees down next to her. Tears rolled down her face as she slowly started to open her eyes... Then they shot open. "Behind you!" Rainbow dash yelled, Floyd turned around and took a lead pipe to the mouth. It sent him to his back. The sniper stood over him, ready to deliver the killing blow. He had took time to put his sunglasses back on, and his skimask was covered with blood as it pumped rapidly out of his head wound. "THATS MY LITTLE DASHIE!" He barked, Then he cried out in pain. Rainbow Dash bit down on his leg as hard as she could. The sniper smacked her with the pipe, sending her back. This gave Floyd just enough time to ready his shotgun. "..Times up." Floyd pressed down on the trigger. The recoil sending a shockwave of pain into his wounded shoulder. he cried out in agonizing pain as fresh tears began to ome from his eyes. The snipers head exploded into a disgusting mess. Rainbow Dash screamed when a little bit of the blood found its way on her fae. The snipers body flew back, hitting a nearby statue with a cold thud before it landed on the ground. Floyd got back up, still crying softly to himself as he stumbled over to Rainbow Dash, who had a fresh bruise on her cheek from the pipe. The poor mare had been through hell. Not only were her wings burnt to a crisp, but her front legs were crushed from the impact of the fall. Floyd took the bottle of painkillers out of his pocket and shook it. There werent many left. He wasnt sure if ponies could take human drugs, but he had to get her back without her making any noise. "Alright.. im going to need you to.." He winced, "..swallow this for me.. ok?" He popped one out of the bottle and fed it to her. "Now this is going to hurt a little.." Floyd unzipped his backpack and reached for her, she rolled away. "Im n-not going in.. t-there." Rainbow refused, "I want t-to.. stay out." She tried to stand but fell down again. "They outnumber us Rainbow Dash.. If they see that I have you they'll kill both of us." Floyd spoke, his voice firm despite the fact that he was on the verge of death. Rainbow Dash looked down. "..Please d-dont take too long..." She closed her eyes. The pain wasnt as bad as before, but it was still to much for her. Floyd gently picked her up and placed her into the backpack. He zipped it up tight, then placed it down. "Cure these wounds.." Floyd muttere to imself. He took off his tank top and ripped it into two peices, one bigger than the other. He tied the smaller one around his leg wound, then the bigger one around his shoulder. It took five minutes of hell and pain until he had succesfully applie the bandages to the wounds. At least he wouldnt lose as much blood. He ws all ready to leave when he found himself looking at the snipers body. "Of course.." Floyd thought. He approached the body looking it up and down. Then he stripped the sniper of the bulletproof vest and the jacket. You could tell by one look that the sniper had already dealt with some other bronies. The vest was covered in dents and bullet holes, it was almost completley used up, but could still protect him from a couple of bullets... Floyd put down his shotgun and carefully put the vest on. It fit his body surprisingly well. Then he picked up the jacket. It was a thin black windbreaker. Floyd sighed comfortably as he slipped it on. It felt nice and warm, and it even had a hood. "I guess that works.." Floyd zipped up the windbreaker, still thriving in pain. It concealed the worn out bulletproof vest quite niely. Then he placed the hood up. After fittinghis gear, he bean to walkk back over to the backpack. Once again something shiny caught his eye. He walked up and examined the glimmer that came from the mud. Floyd could barely bend over to pick up the heavy metal object. It was a Barret 50.cal sniper rifle, and this one had a collapsible stock, allowing for easy storage. The magazine was empty though, so he tossed that back into the mud. Dazed, Floyd walked back over to his backpack and placed the sniper rifle into the medium sized pocket, the last one he had available. His backpack was full now. He slipped it on, almost toppling over from the weight of it. He looked around the town square one last time, feeling the painkillers begin to take effect. The pain was now a little more tolerable. "I gotta get out of here before more show up.." He thought to himself. We began to walk as casually as possible trying to blend in as if he Were a phsyco. He took deep breaths and slow steps, placing hs hands in his pockets. Floyd stoppe and pulled a magazine out of th pocket. It just so turns out that it was a spare fo the barret. There was probably more up on the balcony but he didnt have time. He put the magazine back into his windbreaker pocket and continued to walk back to the casle. After a walk Floyd arrived at the start of the pathway which led to the castles entrance. His hope died when he spotted the men from earlier just up the hill. They were lounging around as if they had waited for him this whole time. "Degenerates." Floyd grumbled, he had to get to the castle Now, these painkillers wouldnt last much longer, he already bebgan to feel the pain starting to slowly return. Then Floyd remembered the barret. One time he shot a barret at hsi local firing range. These things were no joke, it was capable of mass destruction.. he got down to on knee and removed the barret, placing the new magazine back into it. "If I could get this in one shot..." He thought, he looked through the high-powered scope at the phyco's, selecting his target. ... "..He should be back any second now.." Spat the man that appered to be the small packs leader, all the other bronies waited behind him. "I doubt it, he's probably finding a different way back." Said a smart one, crossing his arms. "Nonsense!" The man shouted, "We just have to give it a little more t-" BOOM! The physcos head exploded with a flurry of flames, causing the others to fall back "What the hell was that!?!?!" One panicked, they all began to retreat back into the woods, leaving the trail clear once again. Floyd carefully put the barret back into his backpack, taking his time and trying not to mke any sudden movements. "Sayonara." Floyd muttered, he carefully stood up and began to walk through the rain, starting up the pathway that led to the castle. Floyd passed through the barrier once again, stepping onto the dry soil. He approached the door and opened it slowly, seeing that Princess Celestia was asleep. Luna and Twilight were having conversation. That conversation ended as soon as Floyd entered the throne room. Twilight stared at him, shifting uncomfortably. "Get a blanket." Floyd ordered, you could hear the pain in his voice. Twilight stood up and Floyd used every last ounce of his strength just to sit down. "Whats wrong?" Luna asked, curious. "Its Rainbow Dash, she needs to be healed quickly or she might not make it." Floyd took off his backpack unzipped the mai compartment to find Rainbow Dash till asleep. "I got the blanket." Twilight levitated it in front of Floyd using her magic. Floyd carefully lifted Rainbow dash out of the backpack and onto the soft blanket. Luna gasped and Twilight shook. "Who did this to her?" Twilight almost shed a tear looking at the mangled remains of Raibows wings. "It was some guy with a ski-mask." Floyd said as Lunas horn began to glow, Rainbow dash began to Glow with a Dark blue aura. Twilight glared at Floyd. "Why did you let him do this to her!?" Twilight stomped her hoof on the ground, demanding an explination. "She picked e up and saved me from turning into swiss cheese, we were flying through the air but the fog and smoke were so thick we couldnt see a thing, then a madman shot us out of the sky." Floyd explained to her. "Why didnt you act any sooner!?". "I was being shot at by a mad man with a sniper rifle, I lost my soulder for christ sake!" Floyd lowered his voice, Twilight took a few steps back and sat down, averting her gaze to the floor. "Look Twilight.. I did everything I could and I was lucky enough to get her back here alive, I know you feel bad because shes your friend, and you have every right to be upset, but right now she needs help." Twilight sighed, "Im sorry, but all of this is just too much for me." "Its too much for all of us, but dont worry, I am going to do everything I can to save your friends and hopefully get this place back to normal." Twilght gave a small smile, as if Floyd had just gveher a small glimmer of hope. Floyd took off his jacket and the vest, revealing the blood stained bandage that covered his messed up shoulder. "How bad is it?" Twilight asked him, Floyd took the sleeve from his indbreaker and bit down on it as hard as he could. He slowly undid the makeshift bandage, wincing as he took it off. The blood had stopped pumping out of the wound a couple hours ago, but it hurt even more than before since the burns were finally taking effect. Floyd quickly wiped a tear off of his emotionless face. Twilight got up and sat down near Floyd, close enouh for her magic to take effect. "Lets heal you up." Twilight smiled once more, Floyd noticed a few of her hairs were out of place, but she sounded so calm, so peaceful... Poor mare. Floyd began to glow with a lavender colored aura and his wounds slowly started to heal. Helena"Eat lead!" Helena yelled, sending a flurry of bullets into the direction of the phsycos. She yanked out an empty magazine and jammed a new one into her 9mm. Helena was what you would call a Pegasister. She was about the same age as Floyd, maybe a few months younger. When she woke up in everfree forest she suffered a small case of amnesia. All she remembered was who she was... and ponies for some odd reason. She couldnt recall anything that happened before she woke up, or how she even got here. Her dark-brown hair was done up in a small ponytail, a few strands of her hair dangling in front of her face. Along with that she wore tight black cargo pants and a black tank-top. She was surprised at how good she happened to be with small firearms. "Your finished!" A brony shouted, dashing towards Helena from behind. Helena reflexively plunged her machete deep into his stomach. She let him fall to on the floor before ripping out her machete. Taking aim, Helena snapped out of it and looked down the empty hallway... and began to move once the coast was clear. "Derpy!" She called, running past her defeated foes as she made her way down the hall. A cry for help could be heard, and it was close too. After about a minute of searching, the sounds led to a door. Struggling could be heard from the other side. "Im coming Derpy!" Helena took a step back and raised her boot, kicking down the door. Helena froze, a somewhat tall man turning around to greet her. "Derpys not going anywhere." He chuckled, cracking his knuckles. Helena was outnumbered, five to one. Without hesitation, she held her machete up, urging him to come forward and try something. One of the phsycos from behind the man laughed, and lunged at her. Helena dived down, stabbing the man and at the same time letting him fly face first into the hallway. Derpy flew into the closet for safety. "Looks like we got a fighter!" One phsyco laughed, he coughed and reached for his rifle. Helena ducked to the side, letting another brony fly past her into the hallway while she whipped out her pistol and shot his hand. He cursed and pulled back, letting the rifle fall onto the floor. Helena was used this to her advantage and rushed him, finishing him off with a perfectly placed uppercut to his rib cage. The large one finally stepped forward, somehow managing to hold an entire dresser. He threw it with immence force, Helena barely avoided it as it headed for the doorway. "What the-" The phsyco from earlier was greeted with a dresser to the face, being sent back into the hallway for good. Helena ran jumped off the wall, kicking him in the face and driving him to the floor. She sat on top of him and placed her hands on his neck. The brony laughed and spit at her, and with a twist of her hands she put an end to him for it *Click* "You've had your fun, now its over." The last standing phsyco warned her, aiming the rifle at her head. Helena tensed, grinding her teeth. ... The man slammed his finger on the trigger just as Helena ducked, she quickly turned around and charged the man, ramming him in the stomach as the rifle fell to the floor. The phsyco slammed his fist on Helenas back, but this just encouraged her. Helena punched him square in the gut, knocking the wind out of him as he gasped for air. She picked him up as if he were lifeless. "I've already fed up with you assholes." Helena took a deep breath, then ran towards the window. The physco laughed uncontrollably as she Planted her foot into the floor. She spun around with every muscle in her body and flung him out the 2nd story window, sending peices of glass all over the room. Helena took her arm and wiped the sweat from her forehead. "Derpy?" She called, looking around the room. The confused gray pegasus reluctantly poked her head out from under the bed. "Are t-they gone?" She asked, hoping Helena wasnt secretely one of them. "Dont worry your pretty little head Derpy, your safe now." Helena spoke calmly, her voice assuring Derpy that she was going to be ok. "Now, we need to find some kind of safe house, since you live here do you have any ideas?" Helena asked her, her mind in the brainstorming process. "Well... maybe we could try Sugarcube Corner?" Derpy got up, standing on her hooves. Helena thought for a second.. it could make as a temporary safehouse if it was already raided. "Alright, well try sugarcube corner, but we got to hurry, I dont know how much time we have before more show up.. come on." Helena got up and began to run down the hall form before, Derpy following close behind her. Helena still wasnt sure if Sugarcube Corner was the safest place, but there didnt seem to be anymore safe places in Ponyville. They had reached the back exit of the building, Helena ducked down, Derpy doing the same. "Ok, you Need to listen to everything I tell you to do." Derpy gave an assuring nod, it was good enough for Helena. "Fly up to the sky as fast as you can and wait for me to come out.." She continued, "Follow me by cloud, remember to stick close to me while I try to blend in... and most importantly Stay out of sight, I can not stress that enough!" Helena told her, Derpy looked a little but more capable of the situation now. Helena pushed open the back door, "Remember everything I told you." She hissed, Derpy gave one last nod before taking off into the sky, vanishing into the clouds. Helena waited five minutes before slowly walking outside.. she tried not to attract much attention while she looked up into the sky.looked up into the sky. Derpy's head popped out from behind a cloud, a cute playful look on her face. She waved her hoof at Helena as if she was giving her a thumbs up. "Now, to find sugarcube corner." Helena muttered to herself, holstering her pistol. The Barrier"Almost done.." Twilight informed. She focused her magic on Floyd's shoulder. For the most part it looked fine, but compared to earlier it looked alot better. Meanwhile, Luna was using her magic to heal Rainbow dash. Celestia and spike were fast asleep. Spike rolled, over kicking the air. "Thanks." Floyd looked up with what appeared to be a smile of gratitude, although he had no reason to smile. He slowly turned his head away from her, looking outside at the chaos. Gray clouds scattered all across the dark, lifeless sky. On top of The Rain from earlier It was beginning to get colder.. The clouds reminded him of the ponies throughout Equestria. The scared, terrified, innocent ponies down there.. waiting for someone to save them. He thought about it, but immediately pushed it out of his head. It made him sick. He knew there was a lot more that needed to be done... He just didn't want to believe any of it. "Floyd?" Twilight was trying to get his attention. Floyd, unaware, quickly snapped back into reality.. if any of this is even real. He really hopes that he was just insane. A couple of hairs on Twilight's mane were crooked, out of place. She looked like she could just explode at any moment. "Your shoulder's as good as new, just try not to take anymore damage." Twilight took a few steps back and sat down, immediately returning her attention to Rainbow Dash. Most of her minor injuries were gone. Her legs looked awful, and her wings were even worse. "Quiet! I think shes waking up!" Luna announced, Celestia woke up, all eyes were on Rainbow dash. "..Ugh.." Rainbow dash opened her eyes slightly... Suddenly her eyes shot open. She began to panic. "Who! What! Where! OW!" Rainbow dash fell flat, biting her lip as pain shot through her legs and wings. "Calm down!" Luna warned, using her magic to make sure she didn't get up like that again. "Where am I?" Rainbow dash thrashed and twisted and turned under Luna's magic, demanding an answer "Your safe, and that's all that matters now." Floyd assured her, loading his weapons. He had emptied his backpack and began to take inventory of what he had. Ammo was was obviously getting scarce, he put the Barrett in his backpack, he would have to refrain from using it that much. Only for huge enemies or emergency's. Generally speaking invasions against the castle. He loaded the magnum and Holstered it, setting his Remington down beside him. "My wings!" Rainbow dash stared at her wings in shock, she looked like she was about to explode with tears. "Now calm down," Luna spoke, "Your wings are going to be fine." She gave a reassuring smile, and Rainbow dash seemed to calm down a bit. Though A couple of tears found their way down her cheeks as she closed her eyes, mourning the loss of her wings. "Well I guess I should be leaving soon." Floyd stood up, and began to put on the vest. "Hold on a second." Luna began, "You don't honestly think that thing is going to protect you, do you?" Floyd looked down at the vest, it was worse than he had thought. There were holes and bloodstains all over it. "Well its all I got." Floyd reminded her. "What about the Nemean sub-dermal spell?" Twilight suggested. "Whats that?" Floyd asked, throwing the vest off onto the floor. "Ever heard of the Nemean lion?" Twilight asked, expecting an answer. Floyd stood there. Twilight sighed, then glanced back up at Floyd."It could not be killed with mortal weapons because its golden fur was impervious to mortal weapons." "So it would basically make me bullet proof?" Floyd pictured bullets bouncing off of him, like superman. "Not quite, the spell wouldn't even come close to that the power of the lion." Twilight informed. Floyd snapped out of it, a little disappointed. "It would make you a little more impervious to pain and damage, as if you were wearing a strong suit of armor, but you wouldn't be completely invincible." Twilight levitated a book off of a near shelf and used her magic to flip through the pages. "Ah, here it is." Twilight stood up, ready to cast the spell. "You might stagger a bit at first, followed by a small headache, but that's nothing you cant handle." Floyd braced himself. A purple aura covered Twilight's horn as she started to focus... Suddenly a beam of purple magic bursted from Twilight's horn and hit Floyd in the chest, sending him flying against the wall. Spikes eyes shot open and he practically jumped to his feet. Rainbow dash panicked, unaware of what was going on and Luna used her magic to hold her down once again. "Stop that!" Luna ordered, "Your going to hurt yourself!" The smoke had cleared. Floyd grunted then stood up. "Well.. did it work?" He asked, walking back to where he was first standing. "I don't know, well have to wait and see." Twilight sat back down, calming Spike. Floyd put his tank-top on. "I guess I should be on my way now." Floyd picked up his shotgun. Luna looked over at Floyd, "Good luck, try to come back in one piece this time." Floyd rolled his eyes and reached for his backpack, but he stopped. Something didn't feel right. "Huh?" He tried again and managed to pull it up off of the ground, but it had quite a bit of weight to it. Chances were that the sniper rifle was weighing it down, along with all the ammunition inside. He must have been so pumped up with adrenaline that he didn't notice how much it actually weighed. It had to be light enough so that he could safely carry ponies back to the castle. Floyd set it down. "Whats wrong?" Twilight asked, Floyd tried to pick it up again and had no luck. "My backpack, it weighs too much." "Here, stand back." Twilight got up and unwillingly walked over to the backpack. She took a second to observe it. Then she touched it with her horn. The backpack glowed purple, then returned to normal. "Try now." Floyd bent over to grab the backpack- Luna screamed in pain and held her head, her horn glowing brightly, Celestia woke up in a daze. Rainbow dash jumped, trying to flap her wings. She fell and landed next to the princess, followed by a painful grunt. "The barrier!" Celestia warned, "Floyd, hurry!" Floyd didn't have time to put on his windbreaker or his backpack, so he ran to the door with his shotgun ready and Lucky on his belt. Twilight ran to Luna and used her magic to help hold up the barrier. Floyd kicked open the door and held up his shotgun. There was nobody there. "Who's there!?" Floyd walked closer to the edge of the indigo colored barrier. A few minutes passed, the ponies inside the castle were frozen, ready to run if necessary. Floyd stepped outside of the barrier and was greeted with the refreshing drops from a light drizzle. Still alert, he kept his shotgun held up, looking for a target. "I'm warning you, come out now!" Floyd stood there, waiting for a response. The only response he got was the quiet sound of the drizzle. Floyd lowered his shotgun, and turned around. He slowly began to walk back to the castle doors. Then he thought he started to hear a hissing sound. He looked back over his shoulder... A Rocket propelled grenade zoomed right past his face, getting smoke in his eyes. Floyd fell back, landing on the ground. The RPG collided with the barrier, lighting up the area with a decent sized explosion. Luna could be heard from inside. Floyd got up, his grip on the shotgun tightening. Then he heard a motorbike, Floyd looked in the direction of the noise. Several moments passed... A man on a dirt bike came out from the forest, wielding a baseball bat. "PEEKABOO!" The man zoomed right up to Floyd from the opposite direction and smashed the baseball bat on his back. The bat shattered into pieces and Floyd fell to the ground. It didn't hurt that much. Floyd jumped back to his feet. "Guess it works." Floyd raised his shotgun, bronies began to come from out of the forest. They all let out battle cries as they charged for Floyd and the barrier. Battle music here Floyd raised his shotgun, took aim, and fired. A couple psychotic bronies flew back, one of them dropping a club in the mud. Floyd barely managed to dodge a some other makeshift stick and lunged for the club. Quickly, Floyd jumped to his feet and smashed the bronies face. He jumped back, regaining his composure. A brony lunged at Floyd and punched him in the gut. Floyd gave no reaction, grabbed the brony by his shoulders and began to spin around, using the bronies feet to pulverize his foes while knocking others back, or knock them dead. He finally threw the brony into the small crowd, knocking a few over. "KILL THE REBEL!" Someone shouted. Floyd looked into the distance to see someone with a rifle taking aim the armed psycho was wearing some kind of body armor. Floyd drew his arm back and tossed the club as if it were a knife. It hit the psycho's head with a satisfying clonk, but not before he could pull the trigger. A bullet pierced through a couple of other bronies and hit Floyd in the chest. The bullet didn't go inside Floyd, but left a crude bruise where it hit him. It felt like a frozen paintball going at 10,000 miles per an hour. "OW!" Floyd quickly tried to shrug off the pain and lifted his shotgun up. He fired 3 more shots, each one killing 5 or 6 bronies. But they kept coming and coming. Floyd could hear the sound of motorbikes and ATV's in the distance. "Damn it!" Floyd continued to shoot at the massive onslaught of bronies that were coming for the castle. A nail board caught Floyd's eye, one of the bronies must have dropped it.. He kicked a brony back, letting them fall on top of each other as he lunged for the nail board.jumped out of the way, Others were still coming. Floyd grabbed the nail board and was swinging the board with brute force. The nail board served as he continued to rip the psychotic bronies to shreds. Just when he thought it couldn't get any worse, an ATV mounted, armored guy along with a couple others on bikes, fired the RPG at the barrier. It collided with a huge explosion. Once again you could hear screams of pain coming from inside the castle. Luckily, the explosion cleared out half the bronies. The rest ran for their lives or blacked out from the explosion. Now all that was left was the bikes and ATV's. Suddenly A brony mounted on a BMX bike rode over some bushes and right at Floyd. "BLITZKRIEG!" The brony yelled. He jumped in the air and spun around, hitting Floyd in the face with the peg. Thankfully it didn't do much damage, only a bloody nose. Floyd regained his stance as another RPG missle hit the barrier. There was no time to lose. If that barrier came down, it would be game over. Everyone would die. The guy came at Floyd again, but this time Floyd grabbed the peg and flung him, sending him into the woods. Another man in an ATV charged at Floyd, kicking it up to full speed. Floyd threw the bike at the ATV, sending the driver flying away down the trail. The ATV quickly lost control and hit a tree since it's driver was gone. There were only a few left. Two men on motorbikes came out from behind the ATV's. One had an axe, the other a sledge hammer. Floyd pulled out his revolver and took 2 shots at the bikers. Surprisingly he managed to get a sick head shot on the axe biker. But next thing he knew, Floyd took a sledgehammer to the stomach at full speed, sending him against a tree. The biker barrel rolled off his bike while holding the sledge, then stood up, brushing the dirt off of his chest. He took his time, walking toward a defenseless Floyd who was coughing mouth fulls of blood. The biker seemed to be savoring every moment. "Looks like its the end of the road for you, boy." He raised the sledge hammer, ready to deliver the killing blow. Floyd clenched his teeth and rolled out of the way, a sledgehammer smashing the dirt where his head would've been. The biker missed a couple more times before Floyd got back up. "Just give up already!" The biker swung the sledgehammer at Floyd, Floyd ducked and shot up, grabbing the sledge and smashing the biker in the eye with the handle. The biker stumbled, shouting and cursing. Floyd took the sledgehammer and brought it down on the biker, smashing him into a fucked up pancake that killed him instantly. Floyd looked over at the ATV's, except this one had an RPG trained on HIM. The driver fired at Floyd, sending a missile in his direction. Floyd barely jumped out of the way, the missile inches away from his head. His left ear was filled with a ringing sound. Floyd raised his revolver at the driver and fired. The first shot missed, but the second one killed the driver. Floyd pointed the revolver at another, but before he could fire they turned around and drove off. Floyd stood there, only the sound of the drizzle there to comfort him... There was silence for about 10 minutes. Floyd just stood there in the cold, small droplets of rain falling over him, the frigid air and deadly silence embracing him. "..Damn." Floyd took a knee, paying respects to the deceased. He wiped the sweat from his forehead. All of a sudden the barrier changed back to a light blue. Twilight came running out, trotting over the carnage. "Floyd!" Twilight urged, "Its not safe ou-" Twilight stopped. She saw that Floyd looked saddened... about to cry perhaps. "..I'm not a killer.." He muttered under his breath, unaware that twilight was watching. "..Floyd.." Twilight nuzzled him at an attempt to comfort him, "Its not your fault." "It wasn't there's either." Floyd looked at Twilight, she could see the hurt in his eyes. Twilight paused, then her horn began to glow. All of the bodies were gone, out of sight; Not a single drop of blood anywhere. If you blinked you would've missed it. "There was nothing you could do..." A couple more moments of silence passed, the drizzle being the only exception. Twilight sighed. "Look, I know this is all too much for you... but regardless its not safe out here.. You should come inside." Floyd rubbed his eyes and stood up, wincing. "Yea.. lets go." Floyd and Twilight began to head back to the castle, but Floyd stumbled after his third step. "Hey Twilight... I think they might have done a little damage." Floyd placed a hand on his stomach. "Well its a good thing you had that spell, huh?" Twilight and Floyd passed through the barrier, "Lets get you healed up." Twilight smiled. Floyd was wondering how she still managed to smile after what she's seen. Out of all the ponies, Floyd thought that Twilight would be the first to spiral into insanity. Anyways, you could hear the drizzle pelting the barrier. It was annoying and somewhat soothing at the same time. Twilight and Floyd entered the throne room, Luna was asleep, but her horn glowed weakly, she still had enough energy to keep the barrier up, but not for much longer. You could tell she had been crying. Princess Celestia was sitting by her sisters side. Spike snuggled up next to Rainbow dash, both were sound asleep. "Are they gone?" Celestia asked while she comforted Luna. "Yea, I drove them off." Floyd sat down as Twilight began to heal him with her magic. "You mean there still alive?" Celestia stared at him, although the tone in her voice didn't change. "They had ATV's and Rockets! I'm lucky I wasn't blasted to bits." Celestia paused, then nodded with understanding. She stood up. It was good to see her recovering from her injury. She could walk, but very slowly. "She's fine, all she needs is some rest." Celestia returned to her spot and took a seat. "I'll hold the barrier until she wakes up." Twilight offered, Celestia nodded and the barrier changed from a weak blue to a subtle lavender. The light blue aura on Luna's horn vanished. Twilight looked back at Floyd. He won the fight, but he looked like he was hurting.. hurting emotionally. He was tired, weak, sick of fighting and physically exerted. "Why don't you try to get some rest Floyd." Twilight offered, Floyd shook his head in protest. "What if they come back?" Floyd inquired. "Just trust me.." Twilight's voice was firm. It was clear that she wouldn't take no for an answer. It wasn't an argument anymore. "..Fine." Floyd reluctantly rested his head on his backpack and closed his eyes. It felt so good to actually lay down, and rest.. while he lay down he started to think about the ponies again. '..If i'm well rested, I stand a better chance..' He thought to himself. Soon enough he was sound asleep... PrologueCelestia sat on her throne, it was almost time to set the sun. She got up and sighed, she was exhausted from her royal duties. She had seen her life almost falling into a daily cycle, prctically the exact same thing every day. She got up off her throne and began to walk to her balcony. Suddenly she stopped, thinking she heard something. Shrugging it off, she continued to walk. Then there was a loud thud and the sound of some kind of futuristic portal, she turned around. "Who's ther-" She was smacked in the face with a shovel. A human stand next to her, panting as he struck her again. She managed to get a glimpse of what looked like humans coming out of a dimensional portal. Her horn began to glow, but the human smacked her horn breaking it in half. She cried out in pain, making the whole foundation shake. "What have you done!" Celestia's voice was full of fear as the sun vanished, leaving the sky a dark red while the clouds turned mixtures of gray and black, stars slowly began to appear. "Big sis!?" Luna called, trotting around the corner. A human spun around, a sick grin on his face. "Theres Luna! Get her!" Someone shouted. Luna screamed and began to run down the hall as more and more humans flooded out of the portal, holding knives, clubs, garden tools, etc; A smaller group of humans started tying up Celestias hooves. Celestia was now utterly defensless, tears streaming down her cheeks as humans began to apply more rope. "You wont stop us now, Princess." Said some guy, an evil grin on across his face. Luna was running down the hall, running for her Life as they chased her through the castle. They screamed and roared, chasing her like savages. She zoomed past a couple of unsuspecting guards. "What in the name of-" A spear went through his chest as more humans began beating the other colt to death. Luna continued to run until she reached her bed chamber. She quickly used her magic to barricade the door. It was quiet for a second... The sound of pounding and banging began to fill the room. "Its locked!" Someone yelled, "Tear it down!" Somebody shreiked, "Shes trapped, get her!" Someone screamed. Luna began to cry, frozen out of fear. "HELP!" She yelled, tears rolling down her face. Celestia slowly opened her eyes to see a fully grown man standing in front of her with a shovel. She blinked as dead guards lay everywhere. "Dont worry, well take good care of her." The man laughed. Celestia gave him a death stare as humans continued to come out of the portal. They filled the castle, searching for more mares. Celestia began to speak, but coughed. She looked down at her body, noticing she had been completley tied up. Humans began to exit the castle while making there way to ponyville, ready to live out their sick twisted dreams. Celestia closed her eyes and fainted. Floyd was a brony. He lived in a cheap appartment, not having much to look forward too between drinking, gaming, college and partying. One day he found himself watching little pony with a friend, and seemed to enjoy it. He liked to read some fan-fictions, well.. at least the ones that made sense. Not the sick brutal things that people usully write in the mature catagory. He never really understood why ordinary people would go to such lengths as to write sick twisted peices of litterature such as that. But like any other brony, he kept tuned into the show. He even managed to sit through an episode of generation 3 without vomiting. One of his favorite passtimes was the shooting range. He absolutley loved to test his skill with firearms. His dad used to take him... Floyd sighed, looking at his watch "Its late, I need to get off of here..." He raised his mouse over the red x at the top corner of his screen, then stopped. "I guess maybe 1 more hour couldnt hurt." He lied to himself. Giving a comftorable sigh, he clicked a link. It didnt take him anywhere. He clicked again... still nothing. "Come on!" Floyd kicked his computer when suddenly the screen went black. "Peice of junk.." He mumbled. He stood up and jumped into bed fully clothed. Then the screen went from black to his screensaver. "Screw it, ill fix that tomorrow." He smiled, he enjoyed talking to himself. After all, he was the only one who truly understood himself. He closed his eyes, ready to dream. ...Help... Floyd froze, he slowly looked at his monitor. He got up and slowly walked towards it. ...Help me... Floyd knew the sound was coming from the computer. Quickly, he took down a picture frame to reveal a remington 870 pump shotgun.. What? His landlord never said anything about firearms. He yanked it off the wall and quickly aimed it at the computer, the buttstock comfortably placed on his shoulder. He rested his finger on the trigger, waiting for the computer to say something. "HELP ME!" Screamed a somewhat familiar voice. His monitor glowed white, It began to suck him in. He gripped his shotgun, looking for something to hold onto. Then his backpack smacked him right in the face, making him lose his balance. He fell into the monitor along with his bag. Then the room filled with silence, the computer going into power-saving mode. Floyd quickly regained consciousness. He looked around the throne room to see Celestia tied up, and someone smacking her with a shovel. Floyd had to take action, this was no time for thinking. He put on his back pack and picked up his shotgun, aiming it at the guy. "Hey, knock it off." Floyd stared down the barrel at the guy. The man turned around, laughing. "Shut the hell up." The guy laughed and continued to beat on the princess. She was crying. "Im warning you." Floyd readied the shotgun. The man laughed. "What are you going to do, shoot me?" The guy laughed, twitching as the princess stared at Floyd, her eyes wide and a filledwith terror. The man charged with the shovel. "Try me motherfu-" The guy was shot in he face as Floyd felt the satisfying recoil in his shoulder. The guys body flew back, smacking up against a pillar. Floyd didnt care who he was, that person wanted to kill him. He looked around and saw nothing, so how did the guy get here? How did he get here? That was the least of his problems, he ran up to the princess and shook her, trying to wake her up frm her daze. "Celestia, who did this to you?" Floyd asked, Celestia coughed as he undid the ropes that tied her up. "...Luna." She muttered, Floyd got closer. "What?" Floyd scratched his head. Celestia took a deep breath. "..Go, save Luna.. she was chased by... hordes of them.. go save her." Luna coughed again as Floyd stood up. She saw past him and gave a sigh of releif, knowing that the portal was now closed, hopefully for good. "I'll be back." He promised as he took off down the hall. It wasnt long before he heard cries for help similar to the ones from earlier. Time had passed, maybe 1 hour of earth time since the portal had closed. After the phycos realized the castle was empty, they formed a massive mob and began banging on lunas door. They all had crazed looks like the man that was attacking Celestia. He didnt have time to negotiate with these clusterfucks. He aimed his shotgun up and unleashed fire into the crowd of phsycos, pumping his shotgunn as bullets flew into the crowd. Floyd watched them all go down as they dropped clubs, rope and various kinds of blunt/bladed objects. They all turned there attention to him, thristy for blood. Floyd shot more and more shells into the crowd until his magazine was empty. Most of his phsycotic foes hadbeen killed, the others were smart and ran off, probably to regroup. Floyd walked up to the door, stepping over the bodies. He knocked on Lunas door. "Luna, the princess sent me." Floyd spoke sincereley, he stepped on a large bowie knife. He bent over and picked it up as luna spoke, "Nice try savage, but your not getting in here." Her voice was uneasy, you could sense the fear coming from the room. "Luna, your sisters alright, but shes bleeding out as we speak," He continued, "You can either come with me and help save her, or you can wait for them to come back." Floyd waited for a response. "...Im coming out.." She said weakly, the giant door reluctantly creaked open revealing a horrified alicorn. Floyd let go of his shotgun, the shoulder strap keeping it on his body. "Follow me to safety." Floyd told her, Luna nodded and they began to run down the hall making there way into the throne room. Along the way They came across 2 or 3 phsycotic bronies. "Look what we have here!" One shouted as the other 2 stopped what they were doing, holding their clubs ready. Floyd couldnt help but to chuckle. Luna backed up as they came at Floyd. The first one he stabbed in the stomach, kiling him pretty much instantly. Floyd threw him to the floor without a problem. The second one ran off the wall and jumped at him, only to be met by a fist to the gut. Took him and threw him out of a nearby window. The third one threw something at him and Floyd dodged it with ease, charging him and knocking him to the floor. The phsyco spat at him. "Im going to rip your head off!" The brony Tried to get up but Floyd forced his foot down on his crotch. The man cried in pain as Floyd and Luna proceeded to the throne room. "I must ask, when did you learn to fight like that?" Luna asked as they ran. Floyd looked at luna, "I picked it up off of some games, magazinesand how-to's, oddly enough." They both shared a small laugh, despite the fact that Equestria was turning into a living hell. As they entered the Throne room Celestia layed there on the floor. "Sister!" Luna cried as she practially flew to Celestia, an extreme look of worry on her face. Luna gasped when she saw Celestias horn broken. Luna used her magic and tried to heal Celestia. The wounds and bruises disappeared almost instantly, but her insides were still damaged. It would take a while for them to heal, sadly nothing could be done about her horn. Celestia looked at Floyd and began to speak. "The elements..." Celestia whispered, "The elements of.. of harmony, f-find them." Celestia closed her eyes and tried to rest, all the color was gone from her hair. Luna whimpered at her sisters side. "Luna.." Floyd got an idea, Luna looked at him. "Use a spell like you did earlier and create some kind of barrier around the castle. I need to go find the mane 6, but you can throw up a barrier and protect her while she heals." Luna thought for a second. "I'll do it. Now go, go retreive them so we can put an end to this madness." Luna shed a tear as Floyd walked up, he stroked her mane. "You have my word, princess." Floyd said, comforting luna as she blushed a bit. She smiled and nodded as her horn began to glow. A dark blue barrier began to cover the entire castle, making it only so that Floyd and other ponies could enter and exit. Floyd ran down the castle pathway, spots of blood covered his black tank-top and tattered jeans as he sprinted down the hill. He stopped and remembered his backpack. He stopped running and hesitated, then quickly opened it to take inventory. He had found a small bottle or 2 of painkillers he aquired from last weeks party. Digging through it some more he found a couple college books, but just threw them out. There was also a small notebook.Suddenly A spec of green caught his eye. "Can it be.." Floyd pulled out a small box of shotgun slugs. It was pretty much full besides the shots he fired earlier. He decided to load the shotgun til' it was full and pumped it. Thus, with the shotgun in his hands, the bowie knife on his belt, an empty backpack, and a few small bottles of painkillers in his pocket. He began to run towards ponyville to save the elements and restore peace to Equestria. Shortly he arrived at ponyville. The streets and pathways were littered with the bodies of dead, smoke filled the red sky as fires scorged buildings and trees alike. The cries of ponies could be heard from all directions as phsycotic bronies ran around, eager to thirst there sensation for violence and chaos. "Oh boy, here we go." Floyd clenched his teeth, holding the shotgun in his hands as he entered the living hell that used to be ponyville.
Saving Twilight SparkleFloyd ran through the town, passing debris and the bodes of the deceased.
"Those bastards are gonna pay."
Saving Rainbow DashFloyd was walking down the pathway that led to Ponyville.
