Spike got on the train and waved goodbye to twilight. He walked to his seat and sat down.he looked out the window and thought about all that was gonna do tonight. A couple of hours had passed when spike fell asleep, he was later woken up by a nice mare with a blue mane and pink coat "Sweetie, i think this is your stop" she said in a voice that was soothing to the ears. Spike looked out his window and saw that he was in Manehatten. "Thank you ma'am" Spike said as he got up and picked up his bag, he then waltzed out of the train and walked to his first destination, the hotel he booked a week ago. he walked into the door and handed the Stallion at the counter his ticket."Room 221", the stallion handed his key and said "Enjoy your stay sir" Spike went over to the elevator and pressed the button. He waited a few seconds before the door opened to reveal it was empty, "Lucky me" Spike muttered as he waltzed into the elevator and pressed the button for the 4th floor.he then waited there for a little bit before hearing a ding and seeing the doors slide open. Spike walked out and went to his room, he put the key in the lock and unlocked the door, he then pulled the door open and went in to see his room.
The room that was prepared for him was rather basic, it had a twin sized bed, a Television set with basic cable, a bathroom with a shower, and a microwave. However it was all Spike needed, after all he wasn't here to enjoy the hotel room. He was here to see the best Musician of all time, DJ Pon3. Spike knew it was gonna be one of the best days of his life, if not the best day of his life.Spike was startled by the demanding growls of his stomach. he did after all only have that sandwich, and he did save up a fair amount of money for this. why order a mediocre attempt at a meal from this below average hotel when Manehatten is full of wonderful establishments.
Spike walked down to a cafe` and sat at a table outside, "Hey can i get someone over here?" he called at a waiter. The waiter came over and flashed him a smile "What can i get you sir?" Spike looked at the menu "just a large pizza with rubies and sapphires please" "Right away sir" the waiter said and then went into the building. The waiter came back later with a box and sat it on the table "That will be 25 bits" Spike reached into his bag and handed him the bits "So what are you in Manehatten for?" Spike looked up from his meal and said "I'm here for the DJ Pon3 concert" The waiter chuckled "Yeah, a few of my friends went to that" "Cool, maybe i'll see them there " Spike chimed "Yeah maybe, well enjoy your meal sir" The waiter said "I will,thanks" Spike said as the waiter trotted over to a table to take someone else's order.
Spike was about halfway through his meal when a stallion with an earing wearing a leather jacket at another table said "Is this your first DJ Pon3 concert?" "This is my first concert ever" Spike said sheepishly. The stallion chuckled "Well prepare yourself, it can get pretty damn crazy at these concerts" "Ok, thanks for the tip" Spike said
Spike and the stallion in the leather jacket talked back and forth about their favorite songs and albums by DJ Pon3 while spike finished his meal. "Well i got to go and get ready,see you at the concert" Spike said "Okay see ya" the stallion said kindly. Spike then made his way to the hotel he was staying at and went to his room, after getting his bag and preparing for the concert he made his way for the door. "Okay, now i definitely know this is gonna be the best night ever"
After the show was over and spike was making his way to the exit DJ Pon3 appeared in front of him "Woah there little man, you're Princess Twilight's dragon right?" "Yeah" Spike said proudly "Wow, you must be hella sheltered right?" "I guess so" Spike said not so proudly "Well" The DJ said "You're staying the night in Manehatten right?" "Yeah" Spike Said,his ears perking up "Well how about you come to this party with me and i'll show you what a real party is" She said with a wink "OK!" Spike said with pure excitement. "Thanks DJ Pon3!" "No problem kid" The DJ said. "And call me Vinyl. It's what my friends call me"
Spike couldn't wait.He finally convinced Twilight to let him go to a concert,and He was ecstatic about it.It may have taken some pleading,and also promising to clean out Owlicious's cage,but it was all worth it because he was going to Manehatten to see his favorite Dubstep Musician,DJ Pon3.Twilight always hated it when he would blast her music and send enough wubs through the house that things would shake.so he usually didn't get to enjoy the music.But whenever Twilight left the house,even if just for a few minutes he would blast the music as loud as he could.Spike got out of his bed and went went to rustle up some grub.he made a simple dandelion sandwich with rubies.he finished eating quickly and got out a comic book,he finally found a non-enchanted version of The Power Ponies and was enjoying it even more than the original.He was halfway through the enthralling adventure when Twilight came down and said "Spike.It's almost time to go to the train station.get ready." "Okay" Spike said slightly startled,not expecting twilight to be awake so early,on account of her having a meeting with Princess Celestia that went on late into the night.spike got up and got his bag he put in a small bag of bits,his ticket to the concert and a small bag of gems.Spike knew he was in for a great night
