I know I have already warned you, but I cant stress enough that all of you don't actually read the descriptions, so I'm going to warn you again. If that makes me a lire (is that even how you spell it? I don't know I just fail at spelling and I apologize) then, so be it. I can live with myself! I've been doing so for about 20 years now! Anyway, I shall warn you again, that this story is about me, might be boring I don't know, depends on how you guys think of it.
Now that I think about it, this probably isn't even a story, more of a...... oh whats the word? Well, for a lack of better terms, a conversation to you guys, mostly about me, and what I think about MLP and the fanbase and the fanficks and the..... oh well, now I'm just rambling, I apologize. I'm not quite sure how to start this, should I talk about my past? How I became a Brony? Well, like any good story, I guess I shall start from the begging!
When I was younger, I lived in a small town. A small town where 2/3rd's (sorry for using numbers it's just easier to hit then spelling them out) of the population is related to one another. I, for one, was a part of the 1/3rd, which unfortunately did not equal me getting all the girls! Shocking, I know! You'd think that, after realizing that you've been dating your cousin, that you would go for the guy that just moved into the town! but, you know, that's probably only me!
So, like I said, small town and no one liked me! Hell, my best friend at the time used me as a living punching bag. At the time I thought it was worth it, just so I could say I had a friend! Oh how wrong I was!
Anyway, during that time, I would do anything to make myself look cooler (even if only by 20%(sorry had to)) to I would hate on nerds, and punch geeks, and stuff like that! I know, 'Artisin what the f*** is wrong with you'! but at the time, I thought I had to.
Then came this guy from a bigger town, he was very open about himself, VERY, open! One day, he announced that he was into a show called 'My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic'! Everyone made fun of him for this! So, like the little inconsiderate a**hole I was, I went and found information about the fanbase so that I could use it to humiliate this poor kid. Found out about the ever so tolerated group known as 'The Anti-Brony Army' and like the idiot I was, I decided to start calling myself a member.
I finally did it! was actually considered cool..... for a day..... ya, I informed an entire school about a group of hate, just so I could be cool for a day. Half of the time I wasn't even in the same class's as the 'cool' kids! Not a day goes by where I don't regret the actions I took! All for a day! A DAY! I mean, a month isn't even worth, the hate I brought upon the poor kid and I went and did that for a DAY!
If you all dislike me now, and don't wish to know more, I do apologize for what I did that day. If I could, I would find that poor kid, and apologize to him. Now lets stop dwelling on the past and start dwelling on the past!
Shortly after I moved away from that small town, I was still calling myself anti-brony! I made a lot of friends, which was great for me! It was new and fun and I loved it! Then, one day I noticed what was on one of my friends desktop screens, IT WAS ONE OF THOSE BLASTED F***ING PONIES! Ooooooh, I was pissed! I was seeing red, I was so mad!
I then questioned my friend about his computer, as calmly as an angered teenager could, I think he left the school with 4 missing teeth. Anyway, he forgave me for my actions, as long as I did him a favor, I told him I wasn't going to watch one of those f***ing gay a** kid shows! He then laughed and said no, he wanted me to listen to a favorite song of his.
I agreed and started listening~ "Discord, I'm howling at the moon and sleeping in the middle of the afternoon! Discord, what ever did we do, to make you take our world away? Discord, are we you'r pray alone, or are we just the stepping stones for taking back the throne? Discord, we wont take it any more, so take you'r tyranny away!"
And if you'r familiar with that song, then you should know, I was immediately hooked! I f***ing loved that song! I had all of it memorized by the end of that day. Now for those of you who don't know, look it up, 'living tombstone remix 'Discord''! At the time the discover of a really great song, I was completely unaware, that it was in fact, a brony mad fansong! Of course, that didn't last long, for after listening to it and expressing how much I f***ing loved it, he told me that it was made by the artist Living Tombstone and that he is a brony.
After this revelation, I started to doubt either or not bronies where a bad thing or if I was just full of it! I was then pestered by my friends to watch at least three episodes, after some time and a few broken bones later, I finally agreed as long as they stopped asking me. Also informed them that if I completely hated it, that they owed me monies (kingdom hearts anyone?)! And as you can all guess..... I lost that bet...... oh god..... the truffle shuffle.
So, just that you know, I'm not skinny, I'm fat. and I don't mean, 15 pounds over the max, more like 100 pounds over! So, like I said, I made a bet, and if I lose, I had to do the truffle shuffle and become a brony, thought it would be worth it, for 20 bucks each friend (there was 4 so it looked good)! T_T let me just tell you this now, it wasn't worth it..... found out there was another piece to the agreement for which if i lose! I had to preform it in public.
Luckily, they all agreed to not being filmed..... Oh dear Celestia if that was filmed, my life at the new school would have been worse then at the small town!
Well, that's all the time i gots for tonight, i will continue if people are liking it, if not, i probably will understand and just scratch the entirety of this project! I was just bored and thought, you know what, WHY NOT?
