The Return of Sunset Shimmer

Twilights P.O.V

"The Crystal Empire, the Crystal Empire, everyone loves the Crystal Empire!" sang Pinkie happily. I can't say I felt the same though. Me and my friends were on the train to the Crystal Empire coincidently on the same day as the mirror portal was open. I knew Sunset had changed but i couldn't shake the feeling that something bad was going to happen.

"Did we have to go today?" I asked feebly.

"Of course, silly!" answered Pinkie immediately. "Its one of the crystal ponies birthday, and I don't want to miss it!"

"Actually ,Pinkie Pie we are here to visit Cadance an' Shining Armour." corrected Applejack.

"How did you know that anyway, Pinkie?" asked Rainbow confusedly.I sighed,"Maybe you are right. I must be overreacting." I put a fake smile on my face but couldn't stop worrying...

Sunset Shimmer had secretly made small visits to Equestria disguised. She knew everything about Twilight. But it just made Sunset hate her even more! With all her silly talk about how friendship was magic, Twilight Sparkle made Sunset want to throw up.

But now she was going to have her revenge! She stepped into the portal with an evil laugh."I'm going to get you Twilight Sparkle," said Sunset, "And you won't be able to escape!"

Fluttershy's P.O.V

When we got to the crystal empire I was so happy. Cadance was so nice, even to animals. When we saw her we all exchanged greetings but I noticed Twilight stealing worried glances into the portal which was in the same room. I was just about to say something when a huge light came from the mirror.

"Hey everypony. Did you miss me!"Sunset was standing in the mirror!

Oh no!

I was scared. Twilight was right!

I felt Fluttershy cling onto me. I tried to stop it.  Did the only thing I could think of. My magic horn surrounded my friends, although I could barely see anything. Then I felt us swirling though the air. Before I blacked out.
