The origins of Glistening Blade Ponyville Royal guard

It was 6 o clock in the morning almost no one in Ponyville was awake except for Blade he had woken up hearing some loud noises outside. He walked down to the door and opened it there was no one outside he walked around the house looking to find something there was nothing to be found. "Well now that i'm up i won't be able to go back to bed he said to himself." He walked over to Sweet Apple Acres to see that all the guards he trained earlier in the week were already awake guarding. 'Wow they wake up earlier than me that's great." He said sarcastically as he watched them walk around the farm as Lowell walked out to greet Blade.

"Hey blade what the buck are you awake for."

"Honestly i can ask you the same thing Lowell but i heard something outside so i went and checked now i cannot go back to sleep."

"Well are you going to watch the meteor shower tonight it is going to be pretty cool i'm going with my girl Jackie."

"Really there's a meteor shower tonight i had no idea thanks for telling me sounds fun."

"Well Blade i'm gonna make some breakfast for the kids before they wake up see you later man."

"Alright Lowell have a nice day if you need me i'm here."

Blade started walking back to the house. He walked upstairs to see Twilight waiting for him with a smile on her face. "Well Blade where have you been me and Spike were worried."

"I went to check on the guards at Sweet Apple Acres."

"Well i'm glad your back i was wondering would you like to do something today."

"Sure there is a meteor shower tonight want to go with me."

"Absolutely i mean sure if that's ok with you."

"Yeah it's fine with me well you want me to make breakfast now that your up."

"If you don't mind."

Blade made Twilight spike and himself breakfast they all chowed down and everyone loved the food. "Hey blade thanks for the food it was great." said Twilight as she cleaned up. "Anytime well i got to go check on the town make sure everything is alright ill be back later ok." said Blade as he walked to the door getting ready to open it. "Alright bye Blade see you tonight can't wait."

Blade walked out the door ready to cycle the town and protect it. Everyone stared at him as he walked around with his ax in hand. Then everyone asked if he would be at the mountain for the meteor shower. "Yes everyone i will be there i will make sure nothing happens to the town." After Blade told everyone he would make sure the town is safe they all left. Well it's starting to get late Blade thought to himself as he walked back to the house to meet up with Twilight. He walked to the door and opened it to see Twilight ready with tons of books and paper.

"Blade are you ready to go to the mountain."

"Yeah i'm ready you got everything."

"Yeah i have everything i need we can watch the stars and the meteors it will be great.'

Blade teleported Twilight and himself to the top of the mountain and set up a blanket for them to sit on. "Here Twilight sit down." She sat down ready for the meteor shower to start while everypony else was just getting to the top of the mountain. Lowell and Applejack got to the top and sat close to Twilight and Blade. Lowell looked over to Blade who was cleaning his weapon Lowell noticed Twilight slowly move closer to Blade.

"Hey Jackie."

"Yes Lowell."

"Do you think Twilight likes Blade." Lowell said quietly.

"I wouldn't doubt it Lowell they are living together."

"Well i'm going to talk to Blade real quick i'll be back."

Lowell walks over to blade and asks if they can talk privately really quick.

"Lowell what do you need" said blade very confused.

"Well i think Twilight might like you."

"Well isn't that good if she hated me then i wouldn't be living with her."

"Blade i think she has a crush on you is what i'm trying to say."

"Oh well then why do you say that?"

"She tried to get closer to you when you were cleaning off your ax."

"Alright well what do you think i should do."

"I think that if you like her back you should make this a night she will never forget."

"We will see Lowell i never really talked to any girls when i was at the castle only Celestia, Luna, and Cadence."

"Well whatever you do don't buck things up alright if you like her now might be your best chance now i need to get back to my girl so bye." Lowell walked away and sat next to Applejack.

Oh no what if i mess things up between us what will i do what if i do nothing and she gets mad oh man i'm in such a bad position right now and how would Armor feel if i dated his sister oh man so many thoughts going through my head.

Blade walked back over to Twilight who was happy to see him sit back down "it's about to start." she said. Blade moved closer to her she looked over and smiled he smiled back trying not to look like a fool. Then the meteor shower started Twilight sat there in awe the sky was also lit up with stars. "Blade isn't it beautiful."said Twilight who was feeling extremely happy "Yeah Twilight the shining of the stars and the meteors it's wonderful." "Blade you have to do something to make this night great but what he mumbled to himself quietly." Then he moved right next to Twilight who looked over at him. "Is something wrong Blade." He looked at her and struggled to speak. "No everything is great couldn't be better."  Wow really Blade your failing right now say something to her compliment her do something he mumbled. "Twilight can i ask you something." She looked over at him wondering what he could need. "Of course ask anything i know lots from reading so much." Blade felt so nervous he was shaking. "Well Twilight i wanted to ask why you look so beautiful." "Hmm i wasn't expecting that at all well maybe it is because the stars and meteors are reflecting beautiful colors on me." Blade thought for a moment and said "no that can't be you always look beautiful." "Once again i wasn't expecting that but thanks." Twilight moved over so she was right next to Blade. He looked at her and then he held hoofs with her. Twilight was blushing they looked each other in the eyes and kissed. When they were done they both said "Best night ever."

Lowell looked back at blade who was holding Twilight. "Look Jackie he did it." Applejack looked over and smiled "Aww ain't that cute." Lowell walked over to Twilight and Blade "well look at the new couple." he said while smirking. They both looked at him and said together "This has been the best night of my life." Lowell looked at blade and winked then he walked away. "Well Twilight it's getting late we should go home." She looked at him and they kissed again then she said "Yeah we should go." Blade teleported them back to the house and they got into bet together and they cuddled all night.
