~~~~~A Day Of Hearts~~~~

      Applejack had a lil date planned out for their time off, no foals, or farm duties just them and their time together one on one if ya will. The two were walking along a trail leading towards the cliffs where her parents use to take her and her brother when they were foals. Applejack took a hold of Lowell's hand as he smiled at the mare.

“So we gonna sit out there or is there a basket a waitin?” Lowell asked as he adjusted his stetson.

“Jus' ganna sit... Unless yah want me to call up Pinkie and she could bring somehtin' out here..”Applejack answered as she smirked at him.

“Nah, its fine...alone time with you.......I get to look into your beautiful emerald eyes...”Lowell said with a grin as he earned a blush from the mare as she looked to ground.

“I must say a blush upon my fare mare's freckled cheeks tis a beauty of a sight...”Lowell continued to poke at the mare as she looked and smiled at him.

Lowell placed his hand on her cheek as he leaned over kissing her on the lips, she returned the kiss and smiled at him as they arrived at a small clearing with a cliff.

“After you my lady.”Lowell said as he took the blanket and spreads it out.

Applejack chuckled softly and sat down, he sat down right beside of her smiling.

Applejack rested her hat on the blanket and lied back, looking up at the clouds before speaking up.

“Hey Lowell?” Applejack asked keeping her eyes to the sky.

“Yes Jackie?”Lowell answered as he set his stetson on top of hers as he laid back with her.

“What's it like to fly?”Applejack as she looked over at him as his ears perked up.

”....Well.....um......well I feel free.....like...its hard to tell....just...the wind blowing in your mane.....something like that..” Lowell answered as he looked over to her.

“Sounds fun...” Applejack muttered as she just sighed a little.

“...I can get ya to that cloud.....and you can sit in my lap....”Lowell said as he looked at her with a smile.

“N-no.. It's fine..”Applejack said as her ears automatically flattened.

“Afraid of heights?”Lowell asked as he looked at her as she looked away some with her ears flatten.

“Yes...”Applejack whispered as she slowly looked at him.

“I am too....”Lowell said as he kissed her cheek.

Applejack scooted closer to him as she tucked her head under his chin.

“.......Such a fine day for this.”Lowell said as he wrapped his arms around the mare.

    Applejack nodded in agreement and wrapped her arms around him as he closed his eye as he grinned. She grinned evilly and lightly tugged on some of his feathers, earning an eep as both of his wings pomfed leaving him a blush. Applejack look up at him with her wicked smile, his blush worsened a bit as he looked at her a bit surprised.

“Best thing 'bout bein' an earth pony. Ya'll anit got nothin' yah can use against me.”Applejack said as her grin didn't go away as she leaned her head on the blanket.

Lowell leaned over as he gently nibbled onto her ear.

“O-okay.. Ah'll give yah props fer that...”Applejack muttered as she blushed a little and flattened her ears.

“At least I know one...you got two on me.”Lowell said as he rolled over laying on his stomach.

Applejack just continued to lie on her back and she smiled at him softly and kissed his cheek.

“I'm a lucky strange pegasi.” Lowell said as he smiled as he placed his hand on to her cheek.

“Eeyup.”Applejack simply answered she grinned at him.

“Guess my pegasi charms had no effect then?” Lowell asked as he chuckled softly as he used his thumb to stroke her cheek.

“Noope.”Applejack replied as she chuckled and gently kissed him on the nose, he puffed his cheeks as he playfully glared at her.

Applejack poked his cheeks making the air blow out of them.

“I'm glad you put up with me...”Lowell whispered as he smiled at her.

“Well who else is going to get on my nerves if you don't?”Applejack whispered back as she smirked.

“Ya got a point there my sweet apple mare....”Lowell whispered as he rolled onto his side as he pulled the mare in close holding her.

    Applejack just shook her head chuckling and leaned up, kissing him on the lips while he leaned into the kiss as his wings twitch a lil. She melted deeper into the kiss and gently ran her hands over his wings, the wings gently extend to their full extent as he blushed leaning deeper into the kiss.

        Applejack just blushed a little and ran her hands over his extended wings, Lowell's blush worsened as he shivered a bit with a stupid grin on his face. She softly broke away and smiled at him, grinning as he looked at the mare as he gently nibbled onto the mare's ear earning a blush as her ears perked. He gently placed his hands on the sides of her head as he continue to nibble on her ears with his eye closed, her blushed worsened as she rested her head on his chest.

“Your so cute when your shy.” Lowell lightly whispered into her ear.

She muttered something under her breath.

“Hmmm, what was that love? I couldn't her ya over your cute blushing.” Lowell teased smiling as he ran his hand over her back.

“Ah will slap yah.”Applejack said as she gave him a playfully glare.

“Then tell me what ya said and I shall pull back my relentless sweet talk.” Lowell said with a smug grin.

“You anit got no sweet talk.” Applejack said as she smirked.

“Really now?.....Has any pony every told you that your mane reminds them of a beautiful sunrise, or that your eyes can make even emeralds look dull in comparison...Your sweet country twang is a sweet melody to my ears......Your a strong mare, but oh so gentle with her touch...A caring loving mother.....And the most beautiful mare in all of Equestria.......” Lowell whispered into her ear giving him a speechless Applejack who just buried her head into his chest.

“Hows that fer sweet talk?”Lowell asked as he wrapped his arms around the mare's waist.

She didn't say anything as she scooted closer to him.

“I love ya Jackie....”Lowell whispered and smiled down at her, kissing the top of her head.

“I just kissed a sunrise, and it as beautiful.” Lowell whispered earning a blush from the mare.

“Ah love yah too.”Applejack whispered back as she blushed.

“Wanna try sweet talkin this pegasi?” Lowell asked as he grinned.

“Bet ya can't top mine!” Lowell boasted with a grin.

She thought for a second then grinned.

“Oh, ah got somethin'.”Applejack muttered as she leaned up and kissed him deeply, wrapping her arms around him.

His wings fluttered for a second before he relaxed into the kiss as he closed his eye, she broke away and grinned.

“Ah win?”Applejack asked as Lowell opened his eye.

“Hmmmmm nah...... Sweet talkin and sweet kissin are tooootally different.” Lowell said as he smirked.

“No they're not!”Applejack said as she crossed her arms and scrunched her nose.

“Mmmmhm, ones an action and the other is talk.”Lowell said as he gently bumped noses with the mare.

“Ah still win.” Applejack stated as she stuck her tongue out at him.

“Hmmmm, fine I'll let ya win...since yer sooooooo beautiful to me.”Lowell said as he smiled earning a small blush from her.

“Yer quite uh, beautiful yerself...”Applejack muttered as she looked up at him and smiled nervously.

He chuckled softly and decide to mock Rarity.

“Why thank you, my mane just took forever to get it right!”Lowell said as he had his nose in the air.

Applejack just laughed and rested her head on his chest.

“I'm proud to call myself an Apple..”Lowell whispered as he ran his hand thru her mane.

“Ahn Ah'm elated that yah do call yerself an Apple.”Applejack said as she just smiled up at him and whispered back, while Lowell  gently nibbled her ear tips.

She nuzzled him as he sighed happily holding her close, while she wrapped her arms around his neck.

“Hey Jackie?”Lowell asked as he looked at her.

“Yes Lowell?”Applejack answered as she looked up at him.

“Thank you for helping me achieve one of my dreams...”Lowell whispered as he ran his hand thru her mane.

“Ahn what was that dream?”Applejack asked as she raised an eyebrow.

“To raise a loving family.......with some pony I love...” Lowell said as he lightly placed his hand onto her cheek.

“Ah love yah too...”Applejack replied as she just blushed and smiled at him softly.

Lowell had his eye closed as something slowly appeared over where his heart is, the mark looked like heart.

“L-Lowell! Yer flank!”Applejack said as she blinked with her eyes wide.

“.......Well that's a sudden request Jackie...in that kinda mood?”Lowell asked as he smirked a bit.

“No, yah featherbrain! Yah got yer cutie mark!”Applejack said as she blushed a bit glaring at him.

“Say what now?......Really! Where is it cause I mean you got yours on your shirt on the shoulder!

“It's right on yer heart and on the side of yer jean...”Applejack answered as she chuckled slightly.

Lowell leaned back some and looked down at his legs towards the cutie mark.

“Huh...its a heart that could mean a few things..”Lowell muttered as he looked back up to the mare.

“What exactly do you mean by that..?”Applejack asked as she raised an eyebrow.

“Well, either at makin love.....which I doubt...Or I'm a lover.....or a family stallion....so on ish...”Lowel listed off as he shrugged lightly-.

“Wellll thennn...I'd say we better try all of those thing yah just said ahn see which one yer best at.”Applejack said as she grinned deviously at him and ran her hand along his shirt collar.

“R-really!?”Lowell exclaimed as he only blushed as his wings pomfed.

“Eeyup!”Applejack answered as she grabbed the front of his shirt and kissed him passionately.

~~~~~ STUFF HAPPENED, THOSE WITH AN ACTIVE MIND BEWARE~~~~~~

      Applejack cuddled him happily curled up in the checkered blanket with him, Lowell held the mare close with his blush not fading away anytime soon. The two shared a passionate kiss as they laid under the blanket 'au natural', she kissed his nose as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

“Ah think we should start to head back now..”Applejack said as she picked up her shirt and started to put it on

Lowell nodded as he slipped his jeans back on while he slowly sat up some and looked around for his shirt.

“What the hay...”Applejack muttered as she looked up and his shirt was hanging from a tree branch.

“...Uh...we must have been in a rush...heh.”Lowell said as he looked up grabbing the shirt and slipped it on as Applejack just got her jeans and stetson back on.

Their walk home was a bit awkward seeing how Applejack seemed be in thought of something till Lowell spoke up.

“Whats up Jackie?”Lowell asked getting nothing from the mare.

“Come onnnn, I'm your husband...you can tell me anything.” Lowell said as he draped his wing around her.

“Ah don't wanna talk 'bout it...”Applejack said as she looked to the ground.

Lowell lightly placed his hand onto her cheek giving her a reassuring smile as he gently turned her head to face him.

“..Please?” Lowell pleaded giving her an honest smile.

“It's jus'... It's nothin'... Yah just reminded me of ahn ex for a moment...”Applejack muttered as his ear's perked up.

“......Is that a good or bad thing?”Lowell asked as his ears flatten some.

“It's doesn' matter anymore, Ah have you and your all Ah need!” Applejack said as she just tried to change the subject hugging his arm.

“...I'm here if ya ever wanna talk about it....talking helps a whole lot....”Lowell whispered as he hugged her in return with his wing.

“Okay.”Applejack muttered as she leaned against him clinging to his arm.

“Always here...no matter what..”Lowell whispered as his wing pulled her closer, as she nodded while they walked.
