Matt woke up again sweat rolling down his face, breathing heavily. he had just had the same nightmare that he has been reoccurring for weeks, but somehow the dream was different. Usually the creature with four legs and with a lavender color standing in the last room in the middle would just stare at him and when he tried to get close it would disappear. but in this dream when he tried to get closer to the creature, Matt felt paralyzed. he didn't know why,but he felt safe with this creature he was not afraid of what the creature would do to him. The creature started to speak to him with a calm voice,but he had forgot what she had said. Then he woke up, as Matt was trying to remember what the thing said he heard something faint downstairs. It sounded like whispering and stuff moving around downstairs, like there were looking for something. Matt got of bed and went downstairs to check it out. He walked down the stairs careful not to make a sound, afraid of alerting whoever was downstairs. when he got to the forth step he looked out into the kitchen where the things were looking around for something,surprisingly they looked very similar to the creature in his dreams,but had black fur, glowing green eyes, and looked old and worn down. they were looking in drawers, the cupboards, hell even the sink. Matt was very confused on what they were looking for. all of a sudden Matt felt a great pushing force on his back, then he blacked out.
When he woke up he felt a throbbing pain in his right cheek and liquid coming down his face. blood the liquid was coming from a huge across his cheek, as soon as he tried to push himself back up i was kicked back down. "Queen chrysalis is this the human we are looking for" as soon as the creature the other one, presumed to be the queen, stepped out in front of him and looked at me intently. "no we are looking for the smaller one, he should be upstairs. i shall go get him" she said as she began to walk up the stairs to his brothers room. "don't you dare hurt him you bitch" as soon as Matt said that he was greeted with a kick to his cut open cheek, the pain was incredible and enough to make Matt pass out again. he didn't care though there was a ever growing hatred for those around him. he never even meant them but he still felt hate towards him. Matt had to do something he will not let them take his brother from him. all of a sudden he saw something across the room. his fathers old wooden baseball bat sitting on the fire place. Matt knew what he had he knocked the creature off of him and lunged across the room for the baseball bat.
Matt grabbed the bat and griped it tightly in his hands, not 5 seconds after he heard one of them running towards him. instinctively Matt turned turned around and swung the bat, WHACK!, the bat made contact with one of them and it fell to the floor. the sight was gruesome there was blood all over his bat and the creatures head was caved in from the blow, blood leaked from the wound and it was still alive. whether it was Matt's anger or adrenaline this sight did not affect him. not as soon as the first one the next one came charging towards him Matt swung the bat at the creature, but this one was much faster than the last. it pinned Matt against the fire place and took a knife out, and stabbed it into his left shoulder. the pain was blinding Matt had never experienced this much pain. This fueled Matt's rage and adrenaline and he put his fist into the a ball and swung at the creature. it made contact and the creature flew off of him. Matt tried to get up, but the knife pinned him to the wall....he was stuck the thing was starting to stand up and Matt began to panic he started trying to pull the knife out, but the pain was worse when he got stabbed with it. Matt tried desperately to get it out of him but the pain was to much, he did just notice this though it sounded like talking and walking from outside. he was no the only one hearing this the thing stopped to listen to it, this was his chance Matt grabbed the knife in his shoulder and pulled hard. in one motion the knife came out, Matt yelled in pain thing turned back to face him. it was to late though for it Matt stabbed it in the throat and it gurgled in pain and fell to the floor. another started to charge him when something happened that he did not expect to happen. the door burst open and group of them charged in.
they were different from the others though they actually had color. in fact one of them looked like the one from the dreams he has been having. he was paralyzed with fear because i had not heard a sound come from my brothers room since this happened, he grabbed the bat that was on the floor and ran up the stairs. apparently the the other ones noticed me going up the stairs. "rainbow dash follow him we'll keep looking for the kid" the pony nodded and headed up the stairs after Matt. Matt ran to his brothers room and found his brother gone and the window. "NO!" he yelled and fell to the floor his face in his palms, not all the things were gone though they heard Matt and ran to the room the cyan colored was sitting there looking for him.Matt,now crying, felt his anger rise to a all time high he gripped the bat tightly in his hands ready for the fight that was about to unfold.
