A two year killing spree still runs on. When a victum survives, all hell breaks lose in the Office, and a riot arises in the heart of the detective.
When catasterfy and mayham out rule the law department, a two year long murder epidemic claims its victums, one at a time. reaching more rapid intervules of killing, the law department gets another shot after three months of silance and peace.
when you add a socal case and a blind girl to the mix, you can really see the spark of things.
