Pinkie Pie's Little Babycakes Forever
The Photo Album/Becoming Teen Foals
Cake Twins, Pound and Pumpkin, are now 15 years old. They, along with Pinkie Pie, who is now 30 years old, still live at Sugarcube Corner. Their parents, Carrot Cake and Cup Cake, gave Pinkie the bakery and moved out. Ever since then, Pinkie has taken care and looked after the twins.
Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake were in the basement, trying to find things that were still useful. It wasn't easy to find anything entertaining, because the bakery was about 30 years old, so a lot of good things they had were thrown out. The only things they found were old recipes and photo albums.'
"Find anything, Pound?", Pumpkin Cake said.
"Nothing", Pound Cake said. He flew up to a higher shelf and spotted a gold coin. "I found a bit"
"Can I have it?"
"Sure. I don't need it anyway." Pound Cake usually saved his allowance or tips when working the register, so he had a good supply of bits. He hoofed the bit to Pumpkin Cake. She put the bit into her mane and the two continued their search. After about ten minutes, Pumpkin Cake spotted an old photo album.
"Whoa! Hey Pound, I found our old foal pictures."
"Really?"
"Yeah. Look" Pumpkin Cake took the photo album in her sky-blue telekinesis and showed it to Pound Cake.
"Cool. It's been a while since we've seen them. Shall we take a trip down Memory Lane?"
"Be my guest, Brother" The two sat down on an old beanbag and began to look through the photo album. The photos brought back tons of memories.
"There's our first birthday", Pound Cake said. The picture showed the twins covered in chocolate cake sitting in their highchairs. "We were really enjoying that cake"
"Yeah", Pumpkin Cake said, "That explains why we always have cravings for cake"

Halfway through the photo album, Pumpkin Cake closed the album.
"Brings back memories. Right, Pound?" She looked over at her brother, who was looking down at the floor with a sad look on his face. "You okay?" Pound Cake shook his head.
"I'm okay, Pumpkin", Pound Cake said, "It's just... I kinda miss those days as a foal."
"Now that you mention it, I do too. I kinda feel like I was rushed to grow up"
"You said it. And it's not a mystery. Mom and Dad potty trained us and made us give our pacifiers up when we were just one"
"Yeah. I kinda miss the feeling of a soft diaper"
"Me too. And a loved suckling on my pacifier."
"You can say that again. You almost bit my hoof off when I tried to take your pacifier out of your mouth."
"Yeah. *sigh* I wish I could go back to those days."
"Me too." Then, Pumpkin Cake got an idea. "Why don't we become teen foals?"
"We can do that?"
"Yeah. All we need is some supplies and a foalsitter."
"Well, sure. I just wanna be a foal again. Mare, you are a genius."
"Yep. Everypony knows the best looking is the smartest."
"We're twins, Pumpkin. We look the same."
"Oh, right."
Pound Cake giggled. "But at least I have a beautiful sister" He nuzzled Pumpkin Cake's cheek.
"Pound~!" She gave her brother's shoulder a light, playful punch. "You're making me blush!"
"You're blushing because it's true!"
"Thanks" She kissed Pound Cake's cheek. "And I've got an awesome brother"
"Thanks. Now, how are we going to become teen foals?"
"Well first, we need a foalsitter. But who?"
"I think we both know who would be the best foalsitter."
"Oh... you mean...?"
"Yep" The twin said her name at the same time.
"Pinkie Pie"

"Thank you, come again!" Pinkie Pie served her last customer and closed up. Pinkie loved serving customers, which is why she accepted the bakery. Pinkie may be 30, but her ponyality was the same. She was the same cheerful, party animal. She still loved sweets, and talking fast.
After closing and cleaning, she grabbed an apple cupcake and a soda from the refrigerator and went up to her bedroom. Her bedroom was previously Mr. and Mrs. Cake's, but was now her's after they moved out. She laid down on her bed and began to eat her cupcake. Halfway through the treat, she looked over at her dresser, seeing an old photo album full of the twin's foal pictures that she kept from being thrown out. She sighed. She loved taking care of the twins when they were foals, after her first time. Once they had gotten used to her and she had gotten used to their "certain smell", she really enjoyed it. But once they grew up, they knew how to take care of themselves. Pinkie wanted to have her own foal, but she wasn't able to produce one. In a carriage accident, her uterus was injured, making it impossible to have a foal. She was very torn up about that. Tears began to run down her face. Just remembering that horrible day made her sad. She then heard a knock on her bedroom door.
"Pinkie?" The voice sounded like the twins. She immediately cleaned her face.
"Come in" The twins opened the door and walked in. Pinkie still had a few tears running down her face.
"You okay, Pinkie?", Pumpkin Cake said.
"Y-yeah. I'm fine"
"You're crying. Were you thinking about your injury again?" Pinkie Pie sighed again.
"Yes. I wanna have my own foal so bad. But I can't." She shook her head. "Oh... never mind." She put her usual smile on her face. "So, what brings you into my room?"
"We need a big favor", Pound Cake said.
"You want another slice of my cake?"
"No", Pound Cake said. Usually, that's what they said when they wanted a treat that was Pinkie's. "Something a lot bigger than that"
"What is it?" Both twins took a deep breath.
"Me and Pound were in the basement, looking for some stuff useful. Then, we found some of our old foal pictures."
"Yeah. After looking through them, Pumpkin and I said we miss our foalhood. So we decided to become teen foals. But we still need a foalsitter." Then the twins asked the question at the same time.
"Will you be our foalsitter?" Both twins shot Pinkie with massive puppy-dog eyes. Pinkie was a little surprised by this.
"You want to be teen foals?" The twins nodded, still using their puppy-dog eyes. Pinkie looked away for a a few minutes to think about it. She wanted to say yes, but she also wanted to say no. She wanted to say no because she was a little worried. She hasn't foalsat ever since the twins were 9 years old. She didn't think she could do it again. And what would Mr. and Mrs. Cake say? On the other hoof, she wanted to say yes because she has always wanted her own foal. She was confused. She looked over at the twins again. They were still using their puppy-dog eyes. She could tell this was something they desperately wanted. Her thoughts kept talking to her.
Come on, Pinkie. Do it! You've always wanted your own foal, so you know you can do it!!
Don't do it, Pinkie!! You can't do it!! Mr. and Mrs. Cake will be furious!!!! Don't do it!!!

Please do it!!!!
Pinkie took a deep breath.
"Okay. Yes. I'll be your foalsitter!" Both Pound Cake's and Pumpkin Cake's ears perked up.
"Really?"
"Yep-yep-yep!!!!!" She unleashed her warmest smile. The next thing she knew, she was hug-tackled onto the bed by the twins.
"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She then received multiple kisses on her cheeks. Pinkie giggled loudly.
"OK OK OK!!!" The twins stopped their little tag team on Pinkie. "Thanks. Now, you two will need some supplies, right?" The twins nodded. "OK. I'm going to get the supplies. While I'm gone, I want you two out of the bakery. I want everything to be a surprise."
"OK", Pumpkin Cake said, "But where will we go?"
"Here. I'll give you some bits." She went into her jar of bits she keeps for emergencies and took out two hundred bits. She put the money into a small bag and hoofed the bag to Pound Cake. "You two can share those bits and spend them where ever you like. In about three hours, come back. I should be ready by then, OK?" The twins nodded. Pinkie smiled and her and the twins left. Pinkie went off to the foalstore, while the twins went to the Pony Arcade to spend their bits, only thinking about their new foal life.

Three hours later...
The twins were walking back from their "playdate". They spent some of their bits at the Pony Arcade, then some at Sixteen Flags, then they spent the rest at Hayburger King.
"Wow. That was fun", Pumpkin Cake said.
"Yeah", Pound Cake said, "Mare, at the arcade, you were killing me at Pac-Mare"
"Yeah. I'm just that good. Besides, you were killing ME in Mr. Pac-Mare"
"Yeah, and that was a good time at Sixteen Flags."
"You can say that again. I kept riding the Supermare: Tower of Loom"
"And I kept riding the Pegasus Giant"
"I don't see how you can ride that. I had several bruises after getting on that ride."
"Probably because I'm a pegasus and you're a unicorn."
"Yeah-yeah. And what about Hayburger King? You ate ten large orders of hay fries."
"Because they were good. And you ate ten whole Double Boppers"
"Because they were good. Mare, we have huge appetites"
"Yeah. So, what do you think our surprise will be?"
"I don't know. What do you think?"
"I don't either. I guess we don't know until we get there."
"Umm... Pound. We're here" Pound looked up, seeing Sugarcube Corner in plain sight.

Pinkie Pie and Big Macintosh were upstairs. They had just finished the "surprise".
"*sigh* The twins will be happy", Pinkie said, "Thanks for your help, Big Mac. Everything looks good"
"Eeyup", Big Mac said, "And your welcome, Pinkie Pie. Ah may want to leave now. They should be here any minute."
"OK. See ya. Say hi to Applejack for me! You won't forget will you?"
"Nnnope. Ah will." Big Mac turned around and went through the back door, just in case, and walked back to Sweet Apple Acres. No a minute too soon. Right when he left, the bell attached to the front door rang. Pinkie smiled and went downstairs.
"Hey, Pound Cake, Pumpkin Cake. Did you enjoy your free time?"
"Yeah!", Pound Cake said, "We went to Pony Arcade, Sixteen Flags, and Hayburger King!"
"Yep", Pumpkin Cake said, "And we had a blast. Too bad we ran out of bits."
"Well", Pinkie said, "I just finished your surprise, and you don't have to pay for it!"
"It's upstairs?", Pound Cake said.
"Yep-yep-yep!! I changed your room into a nursery for a teen foal!!" Both twins smiled. "So, do you wanna go see it?" The twins nodded. "Well, follow me!" Pinkie lead the twins upstairs to their new nursery. "Pound Cake, Pumpkin Cake, your new nursery!!" She pushed the door open. The twins gasped loudly and stood there with their mouths agape.
Pinkie turned their room into a foal's paradise. There was a pink and blue carpet with a carriage load of over-sized foal toys. There was an over-sized crib, big enough for both twins, with a pink and blue blanket for them to share and two brown teddy bears. Next was a huge changing table. It was holding a massive amount of diapers. There were two piles of diapers. One pile had thick, blue, disposable diapers, the other had thick, pink, disposable diapers. The changing table also was holding two pairs of hoofie pajamas, one pink and one blue, and two pacifiers , one pink and one blue. Last, the walls were decorated with pink and blue stripes, with a pattern of rubber duckies and teddy bears. Everything was just what a foal would want.
"So, whaddya think?", Pinkie said. The twins couldn't speak. They were too excited and amazed to speak. Pinkie waved her hoof in front of the two, but they still didn't move. She got an idea, She randomly pulled out a party cannon and burst it into the air, making the two flinch hard.
"Wow", Pound Cake said, ignoring the party cannon's blast, "Pinkie, this is amazing!!!"
"Yeah!", Pumpkin Cake said, "You did this yourself?"
"Well", Pinkie said, "I had to call Big Macintosh to help me with the crib and walls, but other than that, yep!" Both twins smiled. "So, I'm sure you two want to be dressed?" Both twins nodded. Pinkie smiled and picked Pound Cake up and laid him on the changing table. She may be a mare, but her Earth Pony strength was indeed massive. She pulled out a blue diaper, opened it, and placed it under Pound Cake's flank. Before taping it up, she grabbed some powder and rash cream and put it onto Pound Cake's nether regions. Pound Cake shivered lightly at the coldness of the cream. It had been 15 years since he has felt that. Pinkie pulled the front of the diaper up over his nether regions and taped it up. She gave him a pat on his bottom. "Do you want your pajamas too?" He nodded. Pinkie smiled again and got the blue pajamas and put them on him. She smiled at the foal-dressed Pound Cake. She then did the same things to Pumpkin Cake. After they were dressed, Pinkie put the twins onto the floor. She smiled. They looked like they did 15 years ago, just a lot taller and older. However, before the twins could do anything else, their huge meals had gotten to them. They both gave a loud yawn and began to flutter their eyes. Pinkie let a small 'aw' out.
"Are my little foals getting sleepy" They nodded. "Is there anything you want before bed?"
"Can I please have my binkie?", Pound Cake said.
"Me too?", Pumpkin Cake said. Pinkie smiled and nodded. She grabbed the two pacifiers and put them into their mouths. She then put the twins into the crib and covered them up with the blanket.
"Goodnight, my little Babycakes", Pinkie said. She turned off the light and left the room, closing the door behind her. The twins looked at each other, pulled their pacifiers out of their mouths and started talking.
"Mare", Pumpkin Cake said, "This diaper feels so good"
"Yeah", Pound Cake said, "And I love this pacifier"
"Umm... Pound?"
"Yes, Pumpkin?"
"Can I... cuddle with you? I love it when we cuddle." Pound Cake smiled.
"Sure" Pumpkin Cake smiled and moved closer to Pound Cake and snuggled into his chest.
"Goodnight, Pound. I love you" She put her pacifier back into her mouth.
"Goodnight, Pumpkin. I love you too." He put his pacifier back into his mouth. The "foals" fell asleep with smiles on their faces.
