A TALE OF HEROES.

It was just another early morning in Equestria, the sun slowly light up the night sky. The raising of the sun was taking place, but Twilight had more important places to be today and Luna and Celestia knew where she would be, should thy needed her presence. The wind was could on her face and fur, but she didn’t mind. Rainbow Dash had been right all those years ago. This feeling of freedom was could not be described, she closed her eyes for a few moments, and as she opened them she could see ponyvile. She hadn’t been there for 3 years. It didn’t take twilight long to reach the Everfree forest was slowly starting to appear up in the horizon, and started to accelerate. As she crossed the border to the Everfree, she stared to fly up to get a better view, and it didn’t take her long to find what she was looking for. The sisters old castel, it had been a wonderful idea to rebuild it and even more surprising what Razac had done whit it, after Luna and Celestia had given it to him. As she landed a few yards away from the castle’s main gate, her excitement grew. Her 38 years old birthday, was today and she had made plans for weeks. She had ask Razac if it was possible to use the castel for her birthday, and as always the old goat had agreed and started to make arrangements  whit every one. She took a moment to take in the sights, and she was just in time. As the sun came over the tree tops, a bell could be heard. Twilight only had to wait a few minutes before she could hear somepony shout around 60ft away from her, and when the bells died out the hole castel was buzzing whit life. The entire castel had become a school for enypony who wish to advance their special talent, or help them find their talent.  Twilight looked around and saw that there had been added more buildings to the castel since her last visit. The Barracks had become two big individual dormitories, and she could see that the size of the Liberia had become 3-times bigger. Twilight took her hood up over her head, she didn’t want the students to be more nevus then thy already where especially that today at noon all seniors would have their finale tests. A smile came across Twilights face, as she remembered how she was like that herself so many years ago. Twilight started to walk towards the gate, and as she got near it, it started to open.

“Well, it would seem that  I’m expected”

Twilight giggling said to herself as she walked past the gate. As she entered the main hall was already getting flooded whit students, and smiled to herself. It took Twilight, 30 long minuets to get from the main hall to the garden. Twilight took a moment to catch her breath, she had not expected, that there were so many students that would be up on this hour, still she had taken her time, to look at some of the students that had just gotten up, or those who had been up all night studding. Twilight took a moment to look at the garden, and she was a bit unsure were Razac office was from here, but she would rather be late then go through the halls and corridors whit a chance of risking her life. Twilight would rather be late then dead for her meeting, she started to walk down a path that seemed the most traveled. After 20 minutes stopped by  the rock, that she had now past for the third time. She looked, and listen if there was anypony around, there wasn’t   any sound or movement, she sat down.

“Aarrrg, seriously, I was the one who designed this place! And I can’t even find the only water spring that is here!.”

Twilight, sight heavily calming herself, she knew that this wasn’t the time to panic, she couldn’t afford to waste time, as fare, as she knew she had used more than an hour. Twilight took a moment, it only took her a few seconds to remember a spell called clairvoyance, simply put it shows the caster were to go, to get to his or hers destination. Twilight started to fallow a road that tog her back to where she started and lead her down the road beside , she stopped for a few seconds, she glared and sight as she stared to walk down the new road. She had only walk for a few minutes when she heard the sound of laughter, and the spell indicated that she was on her way to the spring. Twilight walked into the clearing, and she couldn’t help but take in the sights of the water spring. Razac had decided to rebuild the statue, were she and her friends had first found the Elements Of Harmony, and put it outside, and then proceeded to make it into a water spring. Twilight turned her attention to the young mares and stallions that was hanging out at the water spring. There were around 4 of them, and by listening to their ways of talking to one and other it was clear that they all had different personalities. In some way thy reminded her of herself and her friends when they were there age. When she had meet her friends, or the day when she meet Razac and Malike. Yes those times had indeed been good times, Twilight had wandered off in old memories, and had not seen that the ponies at the water spring had spotted her and was making their way over to her. A sock ran through her, as she felt a hoof on her shoulder and her wings pop up by the sudden surprise. Twilight turned to look, only to see a scared looking, young mare.

“Sorry! we didn´t mean to scar you, your majesty! .”

Twilight knew too well that her cover was blown, she quickly took her hood and folded her wings back again. She looked at the mare, and gave her a smile.

“Oh, don´t worry about that I shouldn’t have stared at you in the first place, archly I shouldn’t   even be her, you see I have an impendent meeting whit the head master…. And I have lost my way, so can any of you show me in the right direction?”

Twilight could feel her face became hotter, she was feeling a bit embraced. Twilight had broken the eye contact, whit the mare in the small pause in her explanation. As Twilight looked up again she quickly noticed, how some in the group was trying not to laugh, and the young mare in question didn’t looked scared, she looked relieved and Twilight realized that she had spooked her, or more of them back when her wings had suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Twilight tried to fight the urge to laugh when she made eye contact whit another one of them. A young Pegasus was holding his breath because he had realized what had happened, before any pony ells had. The urge to fight of the laughter completely despaired, when the young Pegasus had to breath for air, in his attempt he sounded like a willed boar, and sent not only Twilight but the rest of the group too, into a frenzy of hysterical laughter, which didn’t stop for the next 10 minutes. After a few minutes to calm down Twilight realized that there earlier outburst might have coursed unwanted attention. Twilight quickly pooled her hood back whit a slight touch of her magic.

“There is no need for that. This entire area is off limits for students, because of the final tests. Oh, and it is good to see you again, aunty.”

Twilight stud completely still for a few seconds, there where something familiar about that deep voice. She turned to take a look, at the pony but as she did, she still had to back up a few phases to bump into the stallion. It couldn’t be, she knew this stallion, it had been 3 years ago, since Twilight last saw him. He had been around her height, how time had flew by fast.

“Jr? By Celestia, it is you?! By Starswirls beard, you have grown, what are you doing here?”

This time it was the groups turn to be surprised, before the alicorn had spoken a word, she had jump up on her hind legs, to hug the huge pony. Jr, had seen this coming, and had been ready to embrace his aunt, it had been 3 years since he last saw her. When Twilight had let go of Jr she had continue the conversation, all she asked was how Fluttershy and Big Mac was doing after that she took a quick look at them all, and turned to Jr once again.

“And you still haven’t answered my question, what are you doing here if this is a restricted area for students. And that goes for all of you?”

Twilight had turned to the rest of them, reviling her face whit a judging feature. They all stood there trying to come up whit an excuse that would sound good and believable, but before any of them could come up whit anything, Twilight turned back to Jr, whit the same expression, but her eyes was telling Jr, that this better had to be a good excuse or she would have his flank. Before Jr had opened his mouth to speak, Twilight cut him off.

“well as I have already said, I don’t have much time, so you better tell me quickly?”

“Old Razac gave me an heads up two days ago, and it has been 3 years since we last spoke, so I thought that, I would take the chance.”

Jr could see that, Twilights face brighten up, which only made it harder for him to tell is aunt this. The young stallion prepared himself for what there, would be coming.

“That, and  Razac also told me, too tell you that he is sitting in an important meeting, and he don’t know when he will be able to see you”

Jr was big, even bigger than his father but the death glare Twilight was giving him, as he delivered Razacs message, his voice became more like flyttershy, just whit a much deeper tone, and he was slowly backing away a bit from the Alicorn. Twilight, had a rough time calming but she managed hold her urge to yell back. Twilight looked at Jr and accepted his excuse, she turned to the others, now waiting for theirs. Twilight was still a bit mad and was running low on patient. The group quickly looked at one and other, the mare that had tapped her should stepped forward, her mane was crimson red and her coat was light brown, the sun light had finally risen high enough for twilight to see that the young mare was a unicorn.

“We don’t really have an excuse, your majesty but I overheard the conversation, and as you can see we decided to find out whatever or not Jr was telling, that his aunt where you.”

Twilight was about to give them all a lecture, just because of something might  or may not be true, when she was suddenly interrupted, by the young Pegasus. He was floating just high enough above the ground to be a little higher then Jr.

“ And since you have nothing ells too do we thought, that it would be nice, too show you around, your majesty.”

Twilight, found it a bit rude, but then again she was used to how Rainbow Dash, so she quickly dismissed the urge to lecture him about manners. She looked from the Pegasus, to the unicorn and then to another young mare, she was an earth pony and the shortest out of, all of them. Her mane was dark blue and her coat was lime green. After a few more seconds of thinking Twilight turned back to look at Jr.

“Do you know what kind of meeting he is having?”

Twilight looked Jr in the eyes, and the young stallion only looked back at her whit a thoughtful look.

“Nope.”

Twilight stood there, whit a neutral expression painted on her face. He was truly Big Macs son. She sight heavily, as she put her face down and placed her hoof on her forehead.

“ Why do I fell that I should have seen this coming. Well since that, that I do have some spare time on my hoof, as you…”

Twilight paused for a moment and looked at the 3 other ponies, as she smiled slightly to herself.

“Sorry, but I don’t think, that you have told me your names?”

Twilight could see the mares and stallion, was blushing and it somehow amused her a bit. The Pegasus landed beside Jr. Twilight realized that she had made an assumption, in fact the Pegasus was a few incises shorter than the earth pony. The Pegasus took a step towards Twilight, made a quick Baw.

“The name, is Cloud walker, your majesty.”

The Unicorn and Earth pony quickly did the same, and Twilight giggled a bit. The Earth pony´s name was Candle Shine, and the Unicorn´s was Rose Step. Twilight had noticed that thy all had one thing in common, none of them had there cutimark, Twilight took a quick look at Jr. His cutimark had still not appered either. Twilight, threw the thought aside as she knew it might be a touchy subject for them.

“Well, somepony promised me a tour of the school, and to be honest I really don´t know how big this place is!

Razac threw a wary powerfull spell when it had been built to make it seem smaller.

Twilight had dozed away in some old memories, but quickly focused and looked back at the group.

“So where are we going first?”

“Right this way, your majesty.”

Rose said, as Cloud had set off to fly ahead of the group, to show the way.

“Oh, and children, please… call me Twilight.”

Rose and Candle looked surprised, And Twilight could see the smiles thy where giving her. Twilight began to walk in the direction of the Pegasus.
