'Borrrrrrrreeeeeeedddddd'. said a young, curly, black-haired boy as he stared at his fishing rod inside his boat.

Ajax Haywood, known to his friends as Ajax and to his enemies as Haywood, was a 15 years old student who attended Hutchinson Grammar School in England . He got good grades, he was reliable and he had a steady life with his mother and father. He'd even started dating Samantha, the hottest girl in school.

He was also a Whovian.

But Ajax had just been taught how to fish by his father in the lake just outside his house. Eager to prove his fishing skills to everyone, Ajax woke up early to catch as many fish as humanely can. But he has waited for 3 hours, and not a single bite on his rod.

Hence, he was bored.

'Stupid fish, not biting my stupid pole while I'm wasting my stupid time' Ajax cursed under his breath. ' who even goes fishing in the first place?'

As he sat brooding to himself, he didn't feel the ground underneath him shake and shiver as the very earth underneath the lake started to move, forming a large gaping hole which somehow seemed to be pulsating with purple energy. But he did see ripples coming out from the middle of the lake.

'The hell?' Ajax said when he saw the ripples.

But curiosity turned to fear as the ripples began to swirl, forming...

'A whirlpool?!? How?!? Where the hell did it come from?!?'

Realizing that his little boat was in danger of being dragged under, and him with it, Ajax got out the oars for the boat and began rowing rapidly. But luck was not on Ajax's side today as the whirlpool gave a loud roar, which increased its power. Try as he might, the swirling vortex of terror was too strong for Ajax and the boat was starting to be pulled into the center of the vortex. Realising that he was about to most probably die, Ajax shouted the only thing he could think of.

'GERONIMO!!!'

As the boat was destroyed due to the power of the whirlpool and as Ajax was sucked under he realized that inside the center of the whirlpool was something unexpected excluding the odd boat piece.

A portal, rippling with purple energy.

As Ajax was forced towards it, there was a bright flash and a loud bang and Ajax felt solid ground, something he thought he would never feel again.

Before he knew it, Ajax was falling unconscious. But before he did, he thought he saw seven horse-like creatures standing around him.
