Ever After High is a place where the next generation of fairy tales come to learn and pledge their destiny. Lizzie Hearts is the daughter of the Queen of Hearts, or the Red Queen. Allistair Wonderland is the son of Alice in Wonderland, or just Alice if that suites you best. Headmaster Grimm is the Headmaster of the school along with Madame Baba Yaga. Lizzie, Allistair, Madeline Hatter and Duchess Swan were standing in front of a mystical portal Lyra White had told them about. " Should we go through it?" Madeline Hatter questioned her fellow Wonderlandians. 'NO" Lizzie firmly replied. "YES" Allistair replied as firmly as Lizzie had done. "What's behind there, anyway?" Duchess asked. ''No fairy tale knows. You know why?"Madeline said in a sinister tone, slowly inching closer." Madeline, quit it!" Lizzie exclaimed with her arms crossed and her eyes rolled."Cause every fairy tale who's ever went in, never...comes...OUT!" Madeline shrieked in a chilly tone. Duchess let out a loud scream, so the other students covered their ears to protect their ear drums. "Well, THAT went well." Lizzie said as she shook her head at her crazy friend. Madeline let out a giggle, then hung her head low. " Do you wanna go in, Liz?" Duchess asked the future Queen of Hearts. Lizzie shrugged her shoulders, then shook her head. "Alright, then...Go!" Without warning, the future queen was pushed head-first into the mystical portal. "You too, Allistair!" Madeline shrieked while she shoved the future Alice into the portal. Lizzie and Allistair crashed head-first onto the hard,cobble-stone streets of a place unfamiliar to them. "Ow, my head" Lizzie exclaimed as she spotted the blonde boy infront of her. Lizzie let out a shriek as she realized her surroundings, full or unicorns, pegasi, and ponies...that talk? And to top it off, she didn't know this boy infront of her. Allistair let out a startled gasp as he didn't know his surroundings, or the young woman currently backing away from his presence. "Wait, wait, wait, it's OK. I won't hurt you." Allistair reassured the young woman. Lizzie stopped backing away."Uhhh, who are you?" Lizzie asked softly."Uhh, i'm ..i'm...umm..not sure" Allistair admitted as he fished his mind for a name. "You?" He asked the woman. "Um, I don't really know, either!" Lizzie admitted. She fished her mind as well, but she found nothing. "Are you OK?" A young-sounding voice asked worriedly. Lizzie and Allistair turned their heads to see a rainbow-maned Pegasus and a pink pony. Lizzie and Allistair screamed and huddled together in shock. "Ha, that looks fun." the pink pony exclaimed as she huddled with the Pegasus."Yeah, it's really not" the young cyan Pegasus said before she shoved the pink pony away."Who...Who are you freaks" Lizzie and Allistair screamed in unison."Oh, sorry, i'm Pinkie Pie and blue girl grump over here is Rainbow Dash."Pinkie Pie chirped at the visitors."And you are?" Rainbow questioned with an eyebrow raised quizzically. The two Wonderlandians looked at each other, then the ponies in front of them until they finally shrugged their shoulders. "You don't know!?" Rainbow asked, clearly astonished by their answer. "How 'bout we name them ourselves" Pinkie questioned the young Pegasus beside her. "No, i'm sure they have names. Let's tell the others, Pinkie. Maybe Twilight knows."Rainbow told Pinkie."Okie-dokie-lokie". Pinkie said as she grabbed Lizzie's gloved hand with her mouth and began dragging her towards the library as Rainbow took the back of Allistair's shirt in her mouth and flew in Pinkie's direction, clearly weighed down some. Lizzie and Allistair looked to each other as they struggled to free themselves, until Allistair realized he would be really hurt if he and the cyan Pegasus fell, and Lizzie might lose her glove and her hand. So they stopped struggling and allowed themselves to be carried to the library.
Rainbow, Pinkie, Lizzie, and Allistair all made their way to the library. The future queen was in awe at the establishment, but Allistair wasn't too impressed. Rainbow had dropped Allistair moments ago, but Pinkie was fast asleep in Lizzie' arms, snoring loudly into her elbows. Rainbow rolled her eyes as the pushed the door open with her hoof. "Girls, visitors. Visistors, girls" Rainbow introduced the two groups of characters. "There are more of you?" Lizzie questioned the cyan blue Pegasus. The rainbow-maned Pegasus nodded as Pinkie Pie jumped out of the princess's arms. Lizzie's eyes rolled back into her head as she fell to the floor and her gold bejeweled crown rolled off her heart-shaped bun."Oh sorry. Did we startle you?" Fluttershy asked Lizzie, unaware she wouldn't get a response."Shucks, sorry miss." Applejack apologized."Twilight. If she's dead, can I have her crown?" Rarity asked innocently."Shut up, Rarity!" Twilight snapped at the white unicorn."Is her face gonna stay that way forever?" Pinkie questioned."NO"Rainbow firmly answered the pink pony. Allistair was already at Lizzie's side, caressing her cheek and toying with a crimson curl from her hair. Twilight touched her horn to Lizzie's forehead and the future queen jerked up and her eyes locked with Allistair's. "So, Twi, do you know their names?"Applejack questioned the Alicorn, which zapped Lizzie and Allistair back to reality. Twilight shook her head and looked through one of the books on the shelves and inched closer to the Wonderlanders with her horn glowing, inches away from their foreheads. The two characters closed their eyes tightly until it was over. When it was, they both passed out onto the floor. When they woke up, Twilight announced the visitors' names."Your names are...Elizabeth Hearts and Allistair Wonderland." Twilight announced to them. They looked to each other."My,my Elizabeth is a very pretty name, and Allistair sounds really cool." Pinkie told them. They both blushed and nodded their heads in agreement."You can call me Lizzie, i..if you want to, that is."The future queen told the ponies. Allistair only rolled his eyes at the proper tone Lizzie was using in her voice. Rarity was mesmerized that the visitor happened to be a princess, not just any of course, the princess of hearts. "You're a princess?" Fluttershy asked the young to-be queen. The future queen nodded."Oohh" Rarity dropped her jaw in awe. A baby dragon walked in with a pile of books in his hands. "Hey guys." The dragon told the ponies."Hey Spike" The ponies greeted the dragon."A..a..d...ragon?" Lizzie and Allistair screamed in unison. They huddled together and shrieked. Pinkie reached out to huddle with Rainbow, but the cyan Pegasus pushed the pink pony away."Don't worry. Spike's a baby dragon, so he's harmless." Rainbow reassured the two Wonderlandians. "Hey, i'm not harmless. GGGGGRRRRR!" Spike responded. Lizzie burried her face in Allistair's shirt. Allistair patted her head and turned her to the dragon. Lizzie nervously waved to the dragon and he waved back. "So, where are you guys from, anyway. Because, i'm pretty sure you're not from here." Rainbow asked the two Wonderlandians. The two characters shrugged their shoulders. 'Huh, you don't know?" Fluttershy asked with concern. The two Wonderlanders shook their heads. "Twi, do you know anything about them besides their names?" Applejack asked her Alicorn friend. Twilight raised her hoof to her chin and pondered for awhile. "Well, I have books on people who look like them" Twilight said as she moved to a shelf with a book that had two girls on it's spine. One girl had a red heart around her left eye and another girl had baby blue eyes with shiny white-blonde hair. "Mom?" Lizzie and Allistair said in unison. They looked at the front cover of the book, which read "Alice in Wonderland." They looked up other books and found one titled "Ever After High". "I think this is where we're from, Liz." Allistair said as he tapped the front cover of the book with his finger. Lizzie nodded as she flipped through the book to find people she thought looked familiar. There were people named 'Madeline Hatter', 'Duchess Swan', 'Raven Queen', Apple White', 'Lyra White', Briar Beauty', and someone else named 'Kitty Cheshire'. Obviously, this book was merely a list of the students that go to this high school, yet Elizabeth and Allistair thought they knew these characters. And yet three of them sounded really familiar. Madeline Hatter, Lyra White, and Kitty Cheshire. When Lizzie flipped to a page, 'Allistair Wonderland' and 'Elizabeth Hearts' had no pictures to represent the characters. Lizzie and Allistair suddenly figured out that they did belong in this world, but how will they get back, and how long have they been gone? Lizzie thought that maybe these ponies might help them get back. But how will they convince these ponies to do so?
