The Lunar Republic has shattered. Princess Luna is missing and Celestia is as cruel as ever. Everyone thinks Celestia has won, but little do they know, a group of nuke survivors has started a rebellion. They are the Vagrants.
When Celestia wipes out the Lunar Republic with nuclear bombs, it seems there is no hope left. A band of survivors, who met in a nuclear shelter, have started a rebellion. They plan to take down Celestia once and for all. The Vagrants have started a second war.
