School Days

[Sorry it took so long to get this up. I was kinda grounded from my laptop. Enjoy!]

I get home and walk down the hall to our living room to see Artemis sitting with all of his friends that i met earlier today. Speed is first to notice me and I'm begining to think that he likes me, and by that i mean likes me."Hi Cyrus!" he says while spreading out his wings a bit(NOT A WING BONER),"Wanna come hang out with us?" I look at him and say, "Sorry. Not right now, but another time ok Speed?" "Oh..." he sighs folding his wings to his sides, "Ok....." I walk through the living room towards the hall that leads to my room when my brother teleports himself infront of me. "Why won't you hang out with us? More importantly, how come you won't hang out with your own Brother?" I rub the back of my head with a fore hoof and say, "I just wanna go to sleep right now OK?" He sighs then says, "I'm not gunna force you to do something you don't want to, but next time consider it alright?" He turns and walks away, heading back to the living room with the rest of his friends. I go into my room, lie down on my bed, and fall asleep, waking up for dinner as Elisa, our mother, asks how our school day went, then I went back to sleep (Yes I know I'm lazy deal with it).

The school days went by very fast. I didn't get into any fights, but started a few. I ran into Kate and Kathrine in the hall every once in a while, along with my brother and his friends. The school bell rings and I'm the first one out of the classroom. I Use my magic and literally throw my books into my locker and closing it before walking outside. I spread my wings out and begin to hover into the air when Speed shouts, "Cyrus! Wait up!" I wait for him to hover up to me before asking, "Uhh... Whats up?" "I was wondering if I could hang out with you at your house?" he asks nervously. "Umm Sure I guess." I answer as begin to fly towards my house with him following me.

When we land Speed ask me something that I don't really hear. "What?" I say turning to him. He looks at me before saying nervously, "A-are we friends?" I freeze up and think Why would he ask that? He's friends with my bro and a friend of my bro is a friend of mine. "Well you are my brother's friend so yeah we are friends." I anwser. He perks up and asks, "Sooo you wouldn't mind if I complimenton how good your flying skills are?" he says as we walk up to the doors of my house, which is opened by the guards guarding it. I nod and say, "Go ahead." He tells me that he could never do any of the manoevers that I was doing on the way here. We enter the living room and I see Artemis sitting with his girlfriend, Sabre, while her sister Sandra is sitting in a chair as Drake walks into the Living room caring a glass of punch using his magic when he sees me and Speed walking in. "Hey guys Cyrus and Speed are here." he says, before he drinks some of his punch as my brother turns to me and says, "Did you get another detention?" I look at him before saying, "You can't prove anything!!!" then going into the kitchen causing a series of crashes, "I'm okay!" I shout back. Speed begins to laugh a bit and Sabre and Sandra decide to leave. Speed goes to sit down and Artemis walks over to him and says, "Well?" Speed raises a brow and says, "Well what?" Drake walks over and tells him, "Did you? Ya know, Tell'em?" Speed shakes his head, "I couldn't tell him how I feel about him okay!?!?! I-I'm just afraid Cyrus won't like me the way I like him. I just can't!' he says, craning his head in his hooves. I walk back into the room and they all act like they didn't do anything while I was in the kitchen. "Hey Artemis," I say as I walk in, "You got 50 bits I can borrow and most likely, probally not pay you back?" He begins to get up and says,"Umm sure I guess you can." I smirk and say,"Thanks bro!" while I levitate his wallet next to me. "Wait. How did you? My wallet was." he stutters. I just continue to smirk before saying,"Thanks for the money!"  as i walk out. "Bro take a guard with you! You know mom doesn't like it when we go out without one!" shouts Artemis. "Don't worry I will!" I shout back as I point at one of my own guards and tell him to follow as I leave the house and head to the store. As I leave they slowly begin to resume their talk with Speed.

"Speed bro you can't continue to admire Cyrus from a distance! Unless you want to lose him to someone else!" says Artemis. Drake nods in agreement with Artemis," You better tell him before another girl or one of the twins he hangs out with gets him. Trust me, he has so many girls that like him already he won't be single for much longer dude, tell him while you still can!" Speed looks at the two of them before saying Like I said before," he swallows," I'm afraid he won't like me back!"Artemis leans into Speed and says,"Look you know that Cyrus is bisexual (not sure if thats spelled right) right?" Speed nods,"I know that, almost half the boys in my math class like him!" Drake raises a brow,"Then why won't you ask him out for Celestia's sake!?!?!?!" "Cause I'm just too shy!!!!" says Speed getting into Drake's face. Artemis face hoofs and nearly yells,"DRAKE YOU'RE NOT HELPING!!!!" Speed sits down and shoves his face into a pillow into and groans while Drake and Artemis begin to argue.

While that went on at home I'm at the store in an aisle full of fedoras even though I already own 20 back at my house. I keep trying to ignore the mares off to my left, who after looking at me turn to their friends and begin to giggle. While off to the right I have a couple stallions that keep looking at me everytime I stand on my hindlegs to reach a fedora, and one of them looks like they are about ready to make a move on me. As I try on fedoras and choose the ones I'm gunna buy my guard, a light gray pegasus with a black mane and tail who is about my age, taps my shoulder and whispers something into my ear. I turn to him to see he's wearing a white fedora that says, "SWAG" across the front brim in black. "Really?" I say smiling at him. He nods and says,"Buy it for me?" while smiling at me."Alright Steel Shield, I'll buy it ONLY cause you look good in it." I say causing him to blush as I flick him under his chin with my tail. I can already tell that he likes me cause I've known him and he's known me since we were young and he developed a crush on me over that time. I'm used to it cause i've had expirences with stallions and mares. I pay for our hats then begin to head home as I think, Well that took longer that i expected. I wonder what happened at home while I was gone. Artemis is gunna flip when he sees Steel's new hat. I turn to see him check out a mare that walked past him pulling down the glasses covering his eyes to get a better view. He looks at me and says,"She was hot, but not as good as you." I smile at him and say,"I know I am." then winking at him as we continue or walk home.
