A pegasus soared through the sky, flipping and swirling through the sky. She had red coat and naturally blue mane. In her mane she had some red stripes magically put in to look like her mother, Diamond Star. Her cutie mark was a light blue comet to match her eyes. She was quite a rebellious young mare and just picked up a carrot-dog from a local vender, but did not pay for it. Her name is Comet Allstar and her parents have mixed feelings about her going out on her own sometimes, but she said the same thing every time "I don't give a buck." and would take off in a blur.
Her parents were famous in Manehatten. Her mother, who was a unicorn, was a famous singer and actor. Her father was equally famous to Diamond Star. He is a Wonder Bolt. Comet loved to watch his matches with her mother in the luxury box. She would bring all her Wonder Bolt memorabilia to every match, and it was quite a lot.
Today she was going to a concert with her best friend, Strikes. They had known each other since they were filly and colt. He was a kint green pegasus with white and blue striped hair. The two of them had met when they were put together in a group. Strikes had been very shy and bashful in the classroom, but Comet was probably the most forward pony at the school house. When they were put together she would keep talking and he would listen, sometimes responding to her. They became unlikely friends.
Once she got there, he was waiting by the gates to get into the concert, and looked pretty angry.
"What's your problem?" she said, smiling at him. He saw her and trotted over.
"They asked me for a license. We can't get in." Strikes groaned, stomping the ground with his hoof.
"Thought this would happen." Comet put on some sunglasses and handed Strikes some. She started to rummage through her backpack.
"What the buck are you doing?" Strikes asked, glancing in her backpack.
"Fake I.D. I put my face on my mom's and yours on my dad's. Tell them you are under cover to not get noticed. Do your best voice of my dad." Comet demanded.
Strikes looked at the fake I.D and blushed. "Does this technically mean we're married?" he joked. Comet giggled. She noticed he usually cracked flirtatious jokes like this.
"In your dreams, Stry." Comet pushed him jokingly and walked to the VIP section.
"Hello, we would like to enter this concert, please." she said casually to the Security Stallion.
"Who are you?" he growled. Comet then explained to him that they were under cover. He then happily let them in to the VIP section.
"Dude, you are AWESOME!" Strikes screamed.
"Keep your voice down, darling." Comet gritted through her teeth. She stared Strikes down with her blue eyes, and he sheepishly smiled at her while several ponies gazed at them.
After the concert was over, she had gotten a call from her mother.
"Hello?" Comet said, with Strikes leaning into listen on the phone.
"Honey, we need you to come home immediately. Please hurry."
"Ok mom. See ya there." she then hung up and started to fly to her mansion.
"Wait, where are you going?" Strikes called out to her.
"Home. Why?"
"Can I come too?" Strikes said eagerly.
"Sure."
When they got to the gates, Comet scanned her house I.D. The huge gates opened and welcomed them in. Comet casually walked to the huge mahogany wood doors. Strikes always gawked at the huge doors and sometimes had trouble opening them up. Comet watched as he tried to be a gentlecolt, but failed to get the door open gracefully. She helped him with just a little nudge to the door. He blushed and fell when he realized the door was gone from beneath his hooves. Comet giggled and stepped in. All her belongings were packed in five giant roller bags.
"Mooommm! What is all my stuff out here for?" Comet yelled, letting it echo through the household. She perked up her ears to listen for an answer. Instead she heard chuckles coming from her livingroom.
"Sweetheart, no yelling in this house. We have a guest." she calmly explained to Comet like it was completely new. Comet just rolled her eyes to the sky. She flicked her tail for Strikes to follow her. When she walked in, she saw a dark purple unicorn with a huge smile on her face.
"Hi, I'm Blooming Bud. I'm here to take you to Ponyville. " she spoke quickly, "You will be attending P. Filly Academy with me!" she then gasped for air and smile.
"Hold on. School? I don't do schools." she stepped to Blooming Bud and stared her down. Blooming Bud stepped back, startled. "I do parties and fun." Comet gritted through her teeth. She then flapped up to her little perch on the mansion.
"Comet! Get down here and apologize right now!" barked her Mother. Poor Strikes was just sitting there, also startled.
"Fine."
After the apology, Diamond Star told Comet that she was moving to Ponyville and go to school. Comet was not surprised and listened carefully to her mother she would miss it here and most definitely miss Strikes.
"But, why? Do you not want me anymore? Am I to reckless?" Comet glanced at Strikes. He looked like he was gonna burst out bawling.
"I'm sorry, sweetheart. But it's not good for you here. Please just trust me. Ok?" her mom looked at her sympathetically.
"Yes ma'am." she glared at the floor and flapped to her room. Well, the rest of it anyway.
