Mysteries surround the Rainbow Division of the Cloudsdale Weather Factory. Foals who fail their flight exam for their occupations are said to be taken there for “rainbow production”. However they are neither seen or heard from ever again. One day Scootaloo and her pegasi friends, Aurora Dawn and Orion Solstice, failed their flight exam. They are sent to the Rainbow Factory.
