Chapter 4

The Journey Begins...

Location: Canterlot Castle, Celestia's chamber

Time: 2014 June 9th

"So! now that you all know a basic idea of what's going on I would enjoy if all of us would come with me." I said as I pointed at the gondola. We walked towards the gondola and stepped onto the deck "What is it?" asked Twilight. "its our ride no get on its completely safe." I said as the other ponies got on, except Fluttershy. I walk over to her slowly to see that she was just staring at the gondola in fear, unable to move. "Hay flutters its ok its just a vehicle, it can't hurt you." I said as I put my hoof around her. she looked at me with soulless eyes and said "I will be your end...I-I will be your legacy...so...very...free." than she blinked and looked normal again, not knowing something has just gone very wrong with her mind. "Oh s-sorry I must have zoned out." said fluttershy with small hint of uncertainty. "Yes...'zoned out' is one way of putting it..." I said ominously. She simply walked on to the gondola.

The deck was smooth and the silver, so is the cabin. "this is simply fascinating!" said twilight. "I think its simply horrid, what kind of style is this?" ask Rarity. but I did not answer, I was at the front of the gondola looking at The Island of Solitude. "Are you alright darling?" Asked Rarity with concern in her voice. "...I-I've met a terrible fate haven't I...of what many souls shall suffer if she is freed...Rarity this is no longer a peaceful visit." I said as I turned around to see her. "Whats wrong?" asked Fluttershy who came up to us. I gave her a serious expression "As of now we are at war. V get back to Solitude as fast as you can and bring the gondola with you." I said. "It shall be done." said V as she teleported back to Solitude's mainframe, as she did so the gondola began to move back to solitude.

"Come, time is of the essence." I said as I went to the cabin it is twice as big in the inside, in the center of the room is a gray cylinder with a holographic blue fire and heater on top, surrounding the fire simulator is 2 curved black leather sofas above the projector is a series of monitors, on the walls were a few windows (everything appears twice as big as it is viewed from inside the room) and a silver floor with complete with dim lighting. I could see everypony on the lounging on the 2 sofas "I'm afraid the lounging will half to wait my little ponies." I said to everypony. "Aw come on Nova live a little!" said Dash. "first of all technically I'm not actually alive and second we have a crises on our hooves." just than I got a notification from my hud (in my eyes) telling me that the Comet Pod is ready to be activated. "Aaaand this this just got a whole lot easier, ok now that that just happened I need to get to the Universal Control Room, you can all...explore." I said. "What!? now way we're letting yo-" began dash as I replied too soon. "You have NO idea what is about to happen! I have fought many foes killed entire races and destroyed entire galaxies with The Island of Solitude! but now...SHE has returned..." I said.

"who?" asked Luna. I looked down in disappointment "My greatest solar system experiment went horribly wrong...o-one of the planets is 1000 times worse than hell itself the very air you breath tastes like death, there is no grass no peaceful blue sky no harmless trees but instead..." I looked up to see all of them, staring at me with concern. "A blood red sky that actually rains blood in some areas, rocky deserts and mountains, and the trees?...the trees are appear to be dead but actually not at all...they what's you and wait for the right moment to feed upon your suffering as it devours your soul over the course of 2500 years, oh and as for the wild life? its populated by your worst fears, demons, and torcherous monsters that want nothing more to see you suffer...and even your loved ones similar to changelings but much worse...so...much...worse." I said to my new friends as they looked at my with fear on their faces. "But the worse is yet to come...I-I tell you when we get to the Universal Control room." I finished as we heard a beep coming from an intercom, telling us that we have arrived to the edge of the Island of Solitude.

We left the gondola to see a 3 mile cobblestone path partially covered in moss, and a vast meadow with a forest thats not very dense littered with ancient ruins. "is that it?" said Dash. "What do you mean?" I asked "You live in a mountain." she replied as she pointed a hoof towards the mountain at the end of the path. "Yeah I live in a mountain but its a lot bigger on the inside, but thats irevalent, come on we must hurry!" when I finished that sentence I flew towards the mountain with 8 ponies behind me.
