After the Hierarchy's defeat on earth and the death of Kamal Re'x, Novus uncovers evidence that they have spread their malicious intents across other universes. So, with the intent of finding and destroying the Hierarchy menace in these other universes, Novus sends a Constructor to begin building.

{"Then wouldn't that mean if we repair the mainframe, then it could talk back?"}

{"Wow, Scoots. That's a great idea!"}
