Fluttershy was caring for her various animals, as she always did, but she hadn't been feeling well for a while now, if she was honest with herself she hadn't felt perfectly healthy since the whole fruit bat incident, but she didn't want to admit it because all of her animals depended on her to feed, bathe, and care for them. She was cleaning out the various forms of droppings from her yard, which at this point she didn't even notice the smell anymore, but today while doing it she felt sick, so she ran over to the edge of the forest to hopefully throw up somwhere no pony would see it. Truthfully there wasn't much in her belly to go, she was having difficulties eating anything, vomitting it back up immediately, except for the glass of cider she'd had at Applejack's that day, or the apples she'd received as an apology from Applejack for forcing her to use the stare against her will.
"I can help you feel better" A voice came from nowhere, it scared Fluttershy so much, she ran and hid in the chicken coop.
"Don't be scared, I am here to help you. You see I know why you aren't feeling well, and I have the solution to all your problems" the voice said soothingly.
"W-what's going on with me?" Fluttershy nervously squeaked.
"It's fairly simple," the voice explained, "your friends spell has had a side effect, you no longer have the burning desire for apples, but now because of the transformation the only thing your body is able to digest is apples, no other fruits, or any other foods."
"Oh... my. I'd better tell Twilight so we can get this..." Fluttershy was saying, but the voice cut her off abruptly, "Do you really want to burden your friend who already has so many princess duties with something as petty as this, especially when I have a solution right here for you."
"What is that?" Fluttershy questionned as a bottle of a mysterious black liquid rolled in front of the chicken coop.
"It will help other foods be able to be digested by your new body" explained the voice. Fluttershy peeked out to try and see the pony she was talking with, but she saw no pony there, but all of a sudden she heard from directly behind her the screech of vampire fruit bats, she turned and there where hundreds of them everywhere, she screamed and fainted.
Fluttershy woke up in her bed. "What a weird dream, I'll have to talk to Twilight about how I'm feeling and my dreams." She got up and went to make herself a nice salad, then she saw she still had one nice, shiny, juicy, delicious looking apple left from AJ's basket, she thought she'd finshed them all that same day, but she must have left one, she ate it, it was delicious, but hardly an entire breakfast. She went out to get her veggies for her salad. She made the salad as usual and was sitting there at her table eating, she then looked through her window over to her chicken coop to see that strange bottle of black liquid laying on the ground looking half empty. She went out to look, as she was going outside she threw out her core from the apple in her garden for fertilizer, that's when she notced how black the core was, and there in the garden it was a half empty bottle of black liquid just like the one in her dream, what was it the voice in her dream had said? it would help her digest other foods, and after the apple that had it, she was able to eat her salad, she took it inside to examine it, for some reason it seemed to fascinate her more than anything else.
"I think you'll love my new dresses, I've spent weeks working on these ones" Suri was upselling these ones because she couldn't make the ones she'd placed second in fashion week with.
"But after seeing the dresses you made for the contest, I want to put those in stores, I would go for the first place winner, but she seems to have left, so I need those dresses" Saphire Shores was saying.
"I'm sorry, I don't currently have any in stock, it's a popular item right now" Suri was making excuses.
"That's fine, fabric that amazing takes time. I understand, but I want to be the first one you call when you get more" Saphire complemented.
"I will, but until then, would you like one of my other dresses?" Suri asked.
"No thanks, I'll wait for that amazing fabric." Saphire excused herself and left.
It's all that Rarity ponys fault, she knew Suri would want to take the fabric, and then Suri wouldn't be able to sell any of her dresses from the contest, and then there was that backstabbing Coco-whatever-her-name-was, after Suri took her under her wing and taught her how the world works.
Suddenly the bell signalling a new customer rang. "If you're looking for the new shimmering line,I don't have any... in... stock" Suri trailed off. No pony was there.
"Stupid foals, always making the bell ring just to mess with other ponies" Suri angrily muttered to herself, "they're not as bad as that Rarity and her stupid friends though, trying to ruin my career, I won't let them succeed!" she exclaimed to no one in particular.
"Do you want revenge on Rarity and her friends?" a voice came out of nowhere, Suri turned to see who said it,but no one was there. "Get a grip Suri, you're losing it" she muttered to herself, she turned back to work on her new dresses trying to decide how she could mimic Rarity's shimmering fabric, and there, standing nose to nose with her was a mysterious hooded figure who was all black, and was she hallucinating, the hooded pony seemed to be translucent, almost as if he, or she, or... it? wasn't really there.
"W... who... or what... are you?" Suri reluctantly asked, not knowing if she actually wanted an answer.
"All you need be concerned with is that I have a plan to get revenge on Rarityand her little... gang shall we say?" the mysterious figure proclaimed suspiciously. "I'll give you time to decide, meet me at the Harmonie Club when you've made a decision" Suri could have sworn she heard a slight giggle at the mention of the Harmonie Club, curious, very curious, then as quickly as the mysterious pony arrived, they were gone.
"Revenge huh, that is an intriguing idea"
