Cloudy Airy is a Pegasus pony working at the Cloudsdale Weather Research Facility. Since his days in weather school, he's been convinced that there could be faster and more efficient ways of controlling the weather of Equestria, and seeks to create something to do just that. His passion and stubbornness, eventually brings him to discover an ancient device, once sought to bring destruction, Cloudy believes that he can turn it into a thing of great change. However, he soon finds out that certain things cannot be changed from what they're meant to become.
