Chapter One

Cinder Spark slumped on his brand new couch. Finally, He thought, The move is done. I hope I made a good choice staying in Ponyville. The choice of moving was based mainly on price. Ponyville had quite a few cheap houses after the parasprite swarm destroyed the town. Apparently, the construction ponies got a bit overzealous and built a few more houses then needed. One of which, a two-story house fitted with a pool and balcony, Cinder loved. This is where he was now. He sat up and stretched. Bones popped repeatedly in his wings and arms. It was tiring work, moving all this heavy stuff into his brand new house. Cinder itched his chest and thought out loud, "I'm gonna go for a walk." He trotted over to the door and fumbled around in his saddlebags for his keys. He quickly found them.

After closing the door behind him, he took a deep breath of fresh air and sighed. Foals were tumbling around in the streets, shrieking in delight. Cinder

decided that this was much better then Manehattan, where the only ponies in the streets were either hookers, drug dealers, or other such criminals. A bakery to his right caught his eye.
