The setting was within the pristine pearl and obsidian Rail-liner. Chronos was brimming with joy. The two were changing form starting with their height and the Rail-liner began to split in half Chronos reached for Asmend his grip slipping. "Let go Prof." He refused and what happens next is obvious to all but the dear professor. Asmend lets go and falls with the other half of the ship. As soon as it snaps both sides vanish in a time rift all the while Chronos' body is changing from a human form a to an anthropoid of some kind as his form change was underway as a last act the Rail-liner gave him its energy to hasten his change and save him the time of a painful transition and save Asmend from a lethal fall. Chronos closed his eyes during this and opened them only when she was gone in an explosion of brilliant white light.

As if on queue Twilight chimes in. “Who's that a knocking at my back door?” Oh sweet Venus she sounded so damn sexy with that and in I went. I tried to be careful with her considering this is her first anal and her first buck. I take a few minutes going at a slow pace, Twilight in a silent agony. “Stop teasing, my prince and go faster. I can take it!” and took it she did. Hell I'd even dare to say she bucking stole it cause she flipped over pushed me down and got on top. She must be casting some spells of her own. “It's my turn now, hope you're ready for a rut!” And rut we did oh Hera was it amazing, I mean I'm old enough to have had plenty of experience in anal but damn did Twilight's ass take the cake. Speaking of...oh sweet Neptune. Celestia...ooh..you're gonna need to talk to...OH DEITIES YES!!!..her eventually. I know but that's neither here nor there right now so...back to defiling Twilight Sparkle's ass....(Sex complete)
Twilight and I lay there in the afterglow of a good rut for a few minutes then she muttered “I won!”
Before I could ask her what in Tartarus she was talking about, I noticed the clock started moving again and we were back in the shower. Well buck me, she made me lose focus. "Like you're angry Chronos, you got off three times. Well technically you got off more than that considering what I was doing, but I digress. You bucking enjoyed that and you know it." You're right, I did. Now I've got to get going.
As I tried to leave I felt two forces keeping me in place. One of them obviously being Twilight and the other was my dearest other self, Athena. “Where are you going, stud? I got you all dirty so now I get to clean you up!” Word to the wise gentle-colts, when you have an obsessive compulsive marefriend expect more than one embrace and a sexy clean up later. Thank Faust I'm the Alicorn prince of time, meaning I have a hellish amount of stamina or this might have ended badly.
*Dress-up later*
I look in the mirror in the toilet room adjacent to the shower room it's been a while since "I've" worn this. It was a black on white star themed uniform with the words Law-keeper on the heart area. Near that area was a spot for a badge I decide to put the miniature time badge on it after priming the clock on it. The badge was literally a multipurpose device. Clock communicator (though I'd given up on contacting Asmend through either one of his badges) and mapping system. Twilight Put on a cute little white blouse and a purple plaid skirt. Considering that she's in heat and what we just did, I payed little attention to her undergarments. I gave her a hug and said “You look beautiful, Twilight” To accentuate my point, I gave her a small kiss.
Twilight blushed and replied. “You always know what to say to me don't you?” I had to think on that one for a minute and said nothing for a good couple of seconds.
“I guess you did win love, cause I'm at a loss for words.” she giggled at that and I broke the hug as we left the bathroom.
When we walked out of the bathroom, we noticed Barb. “Are you two done already? That was quick!” I could tell Barb was confused for a bit and then it hit her, I froze time. I motioned her to the couch for a game of Smash Bros to keep the image out of her head. By the end of the match which consisted of Twilight beating the manure out of us, Barb thanked me for the distraction and I could tell the crisis had been averted.
When Twilight went upstairs for a bit, Barb and I ended up having girl talk (Hey, try having a daughter without an official mother and not learn how to do this for her! That and I have Athena to help when I'm drawing blanks) until Twilight emerged from upstairs and my jaw once again dropped it took some effort not to salivate. She was wearing a black skirt similar to the one she had on just recently and a lovely purple blouse that in my view made her look even more radiant. She also smelled of lavender I tried not to laugh at that part (a lavender mare smelling of lavender). Wait with a second smell this time I wasn't as discrete I could tell it was lilac. This time however she caught me smelling. She didn't say anything, she just smirked as if she had passed a pop quiz. That's my Twilight alright.
Twilight
Well at least he likes the smell of my perfume. I'm going to have to thank Fluttershy for suggesting flowers for me to turn into floral essences for perfume and various other experiments. It took me a second to notice that Chronos was starring. From all the books that I've read and stories that I've heard from other mares this look is a good one. So I do a little spin for him to view my full outfit. Chronos replies. “Very nice, Twilight you look radiant! Shall we be on our way?” By the time we were both prepared to leave the town was alive and ready for Chronos' exploration on how much the town had changed (considering he hadn't been in Ponyville in over a decade) viewing memories is one thing but he said seeing the sights would help hasten the process.
Barb wishes us a good date as we exit the door I remind her not to get into trouble before we close the door. She promises to be a good dragonkin, then we leave. Well considering Chronos is technically new to Ponyville I decided it would be a good idea for him to make friends here. As soon as I mention the word friend here comes Pinkie pie popping out of a bush (I swear she defies all logic when she does that). “Well if it isn't Law-keeper Midnight Nebula in the flesh howdy doodle!” Law-keeper what the.... well it took me a second to remember that Chronos had been traveling time and space. So it would make sense that he'd know some ponies here.
“Pinkamena Dianne Pie, by the stars is that you?” Pinkie made a comment about her being the one and only and for him to please just call her Pinkie considering they've known each other for a long time. I was beginning to become irked by this time travel concept seeing how Pinkie and who knows what other Pony had apparently spent more time with my coltfriend than I had in years and then Chronos spoke. “Well Pinkie you always do make me laugh, after all you are the element of laughter. I'd ask if you know my marefriend Twilight here but that's redundant seeing as you're the elements of harmony and whatnot.” Pinkie Pie chimed in with.
“Midnight did you get knocked through a wall by some magic force again? Everypony in town knows you two are sweet on each other so much in fact that Twilight here had to sound proof the Library!”
Chronos
Well that's Pinkie for you straight and to the point. At least I know that 'past' Twilight and I aren't in a sexless relationship (that would have killed me considering how much she teases me. And it would explain why both our bodies demanded one another in the shower). Twilight and I can't help but blush at Pinkie's statement then we look at one another lovingly and I bring her to an arms length of me. Pinkie made a comment. “See you're getting all lovey dovey right now!” she says as I kiss Twilight close to the horn.
As if on cue and listening in on our conversation Rarity pops out of the Carrousel Boutique and yells at Pinkie. “Have you no delicacy Pinkie Pie?! Leave the two lovebirds be. So what if they're that intimate. You shouldn't be as brazen as to point it out, remember you are a lady after all!”
Well I'll be, it was my Rarity! Without missing a beat I walk to Rarity and she opens her arms, knowing this is coming and give her a hug. I say softly so only she can her “I missed you, mon cheri guimauve.” I whisper softer “Anytime you're ready, just know I'm here.” Rarity tightened the hug and tears fell from both of our eyes Twilight looked puzzled and Pinkie didn't considering I made her pinkie promise not to say anything to a mare named Twilight Sparkle about this fact.
Rarity replied quickly and quietly with. “I know darling, I'm just not ready to talk about it yet.” And I leave it at that.
Twilight asked what that was about and said that I'll tell her later. it would ruin our date for it was a sore subject for both Rarity and I. She drops it and hopefully she won't ask for a while. Rarity tells me that she has my custom order done and begs me to change out of that 'gaudy old thing' immediately. Knowing Marshmallow she'd strip me clean if I didn't oblige post haste. So I walk into the boutique and change into my new Law-keeper uniform once. This one was internally armor plated and still felt comfy (I made the armor plates and asked Marshmallow to add them in discretely). It still had the same theme only this one was representing the entire county and it was less wild west and more wild west meets Canterlot (thank you Marshmallow) I slide my badge into it and put on the boots that came with it. Black with a white trim with the Altair star system my cutie mark or more accurately half of it (the magic is concealing my full mark it would be a dead giveaway).
I pull out some bits to pay Rarity and she smacks my hand. Stating “You should know better by now I could never charge you!” She gets closer to me but not so close that Twilight would be jealous and whispers my real name. I almost forgot that little fact and put my bits away. Rarity looked at me with eyes that said enough, she still wasn't over it and who could blame her. At leas she and I were still on good terms (which is good cause we're bound together by bonds of the past). Rarity takes no break in pulling me away from Twilight and to the nearest mirror telling me how dashing I look in my new Law-keeper uniform. I tell Twilight that Rarity has more need of me and insist on having my critique on her new line.
That mare can be oddly unsure of herself when she's making something for somepony famous in this case I don't blame her seeing as she is working on two glorious dresses and A suit for the royal trinity (Celestia, Luna, and of course myself Prince Chronos). Twilight seemed a bit irked that I was spending time with Rarity today and seemed like she needed an explanation as to why. So I tell her that I had been friends with Rarity since before flight and magic school and even made it a point of enrolling in the not so famous at the time Olympus academy where she joined me. In fact we didn't part ways till after our first two years of college. That got the point that Rarity was my closet friend across quite well I believe. If she wasn't why would she know the truth about me. I also had to explain that I was the reason she landed this particular project and was also responsible for making sure she didn't blow a fuse.
After an hour of helping rarity with my taste in suits (she doesn't make them all that often considering over seventy percent the population is female) and saying that Luna's dress needed a more nightly feel to it while Celestia's was absolutely perfect. Both dresses were slim and thinning but Luna's was too calm and needed to feel more of a wild starry night. While Celestia's was elegant and regal. Hell even my suit looked marvelous she took my advice and took inspiration from my favorite era the 30's. I would look like a mobster in that, Luna would be a show girl and Celestia would be more of a Madam but it would so be awesome since it was for my birthday party anyway.
(DomaI bet you're wondering why someone who just came back is having a birthday party right? Well you see it was a small shift in time here and a bit of traveling there and boom, Chronos made made his return a few years ago.) I take a look to inspect my suit but as I reach for it Marshmallow smacks my hand. “I think that is enough help from you for a while, thank you dear!”
It sounded somewhere between normal classy and I could tell she was slightly angry at me for some reason so I step back and leave the design room. Once back near the exit of the boutique I give rarity my usual farewell to her a kiss on both cheeks followed by “au revoir mon cheri”. She always loved it when I spoke Prench.
Twilight
As soon as I heard Prench, I knew it was time to go and our date would begin. I see that Chronos or should I say Midnight gave me a blessing in disguise. The plan for the date was to show him around but he seemed to know so many ponies already! Meaning we can go to something more date like. As if he were reading my mind at the moment. “I know you wanted to show me around but I already seem to know everything and everypony in town, so let's go home for a while, huh?” Wait what just happened? Chronos just referred to the library as his home and Pinkie Pie mentioned me soundproofing the place and not to forget me and Chronos being lovey-dovey. Chronos explains that this was due to some fluctuations in time or fluxes. He also goes into detail for me the same way as last night.
“So you're telling me that time bends around you?” Chronos replies instantly “Yes but that is not always a bad thing. Back when I had Rail-liner it would almost instantly register with me.” He delves into the fact that it affected him and not me because he was 'leaking' Eons (the energy of time). Apparently I had absorbed all those loose Eons and became immune to any time discrepancy caused by his arrival. I notice him crying at the mention of his precious vessel, so I console him with a hug and a kiss on the forehead. Without missing a beat Pinkie Pie pops out of nowhere again I swear I hate it when she defies all logic like that, but that's just Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie. Chronos switches places with me so he's positioned in front of Pinkie. They connect arms and do their old pledge (those two were in a party camp) well looks like the memories took. After they act the silliest I've ever seem them act (really in all the time I've known Chronos he's always been more serious, never this laid back.) It's good to see him having fun. Pinkie reminds him that the town was throwing a party in his honor for saving the town form an invasion of dark imps (this whole time traveling coltfriend thing was beginning to take it's toll I needed a break from all these surprises).
Chronos
Considering we'll see everypony tonight Twilight and I decide to alter our date plans to watching a movie. I swear I love this mare so much, especially since she agreed to watch “The Hangover”. We both laughed our Flanks off it was one of my favorites but I took more enjoyment at watching Twilight laugh and smile than watching the movie. I put my arm around Twilight and bring her as close to me as possible without ruining her view of the movie (meaning her heads on my arm, I am fairly tall). For the rest of the movie I could feel her chuckling at the crude humor of the movie I'd have to make it a point to buy the movies for the house. Seriously her video library is kind of stale.
Twilight's head is still on my arm as we leave. We have some small talk about the weather and comments on the movie (now that we were no longer laughing ourselves to death) during our walk home. Then Twilight does the cutest thing she tugs my shirt like a child would to get me to stop, pulls me down slightly by the collar of my jacket and she elevates her toes to kiss me. “I know as far as second dates go ours was a little boring and I apologize for it honey, but hopefully that party everypony is throwing for me will be the highlight of the night!” I state. I also commented that I needed to do some repairs on my nave-com Elise so I could work out trajectories and possibilities of any wreckage remaining. Twilight jumped at the mention that I would be requiring the use of her lab In the basement.
We go in and Barb woke up from small nap. She gave us a greeting and asked me how it went. Knowing what to say thanks to my badge informing me about a shift in time earlier today I say. “Mais oui, dear Barb. But what ever did you expect, I mean she and I have been dating for years”
Barb blinked at me as if I had missed her meaning completely. “No daddy, I mean did you tell her you were ready to take it to the next level!” I immediately shush her because time shift or no, I wasn't quite done with the dating phase yet I wanted to make a lot more romance opportunities before I put a ring on it. And that was what I told Barb, almost verbatim. I obviously left out the part about the time shift, not wanting to confusing my darling daughter.
Twilight comes back downstairs and we walk to her lab with my broken mount for Elise in hand. Barb sees it and ask why I don't just go to my place to fix it. We both look at Barb and say. “What are you talking about Barb?” She looks at us both and gives us a look that say she's gonna assume we've been drinking. Barb reminds me that while I spend a lot of time here, I do in fact have my own place in the Ponyville clock-tower. I try not to laugh at the irony of me living in a ticker. I attempt to bid Twilight adieu but she dismisses it, demanding I take her with me. Sparkles of curiosity of something old that rivaled her memories of Ponyville were evident on her expression. I look into those eyes once more and I fold, she's coming with me.
We arrive at my place and we notice that Twilight has more than a few items here. As a matter of fact she had an entire lab and over half the book cases on this floor. By Olympus' gates she even had a full dresser, not a drawer and a little closet space like I did. She a whole bucking dresser. Well in her defense my place is the biggest estate in town. By the looks of it Twilight and Barb were slowly moving in and so was the library looking at the floor plan. Seeing as this was my house, it was bound to have a dimensional enhancement of some sort. This place was huge, but knowing my needs it would need to expand for quite some time and Twilight's library seemed to be moving itself in there (must be my handiwork it sounds like something I would totally do) Good thing about having an intellectual marefriend was you didn't have to explain much. Especially since I could tell she was getting the same conclusion I was.... we were moving in together and this would be her new home and place of study with an infinite amount of space. She whinnies at this realization and blushes for doing so
I make a small comment on how cute she is and she calls me a jerk. I can tell she didn't mean it however. I head for where my lab is (according to the map, I swear I need to have a whisper system installed so I don't have to use these maps). Twilight follows me with great intrigue no doubt curious of what type of layout my lab would have after all I showed her last night. These touch screen thought maps were a good idea (way to go me!) but I can't help but hope I made the whereabouts of my lab isomorphic (knowing me I probably did hooray for paranoia) considering that this place would be open to the public of Ponyville once more in a matter of weeks. Twilight knew better than to stray too far from me considering this place is strange and new to the both of us, her more so than me (thank you once again badge for giving me the bare-minimum knowledge I needed, I really need to fix this thing).
I can't help but look back as Twilight looks back and forth in pure wonder at all that surrounds her. Then she suddenly stops at a door and opens it. I follow her just to make sure it's safe. She gasps in awe for inside this room was an entire habitat of creatures and flora thought long extinct. Her eyes are gleaming with excitement for the unknown and what comes next is obvious. “No, Twilight you can't study these guys right now or tell anypony about it. I mean who would believe you anyway!” Twilight's eyes were slightly less happy but I assured her she could do some private research later as long as I was there to protect her from the harm that was in this room. Since she's been in my head she knows full well that the more wonder that lies within a place like this; the more dangerous it is. I motion her out and she reluctantly follows me out keeping that promise in mind, I'm sure.
After another couple of minutes we find ourselves at a gate(not a door but a bucking gate) and we just know this is my lab. I walk in and feel a clearance system (I love being paranoid at times) meaning not just any idiot can enter my lab and that made me happy. I take Elise's core out of the broken base and enter her into a new spherical one and place it on my neck. She'd be happy about her new base station it was a clear purple (funnily enough my favorite color [not just because of Twilight]) and core was now centered between conductor fluid it looked amazing as some sort of charm necklace I'd always be wearing.
With a beep and a click my favorite little nave-com was back online. There she was in all her miniature glory sporting a Zebra-like Unicorn design (sorta like me Half zebra but I'll get into that later). “Aw Chronos, you woke me up just at the good part!” My lovely nave-com replies. She goes on a rant about needing sleep some times too and I'm not arguing with her, after all I gave her bit of my DNA for such reasons. I didn't mention why she might be missing a few days worth of data since It might alarm her (She freaks out about these types of things ya know)
“Elise, how about you mount yourself in the com systems around the house It's an ever expanding home so you'll feel comfy”
“Yeah that's a pretty good Idea I'll take a look at what we got around here and stroll along... Ponyville with you!.” Twilight looks alarmed at that statement and had a 'you're supposed to be mine tonight' look on her face. Elise felt the tension and added that she'd be quiet and stay out of the way. Ponyville was just so new to her and she wanted to see it with me as I saw it. She added the sugar on top for the sure thing. “Please daddy, please!” I couldn't help but fold with that. Hell Twilight even said yes at the same time. Good to know she's soft on kids.
Twilight wanted to explore more, in fact as did I but we had obligations to be at town hall for my thank you party. I ask Elise For the directions to our wardrobe (We've already got a wardrobe together, how awesome is that?). I stayed as close to Twilight as she would allow which was quite close actually. My left wing was draped over her ever so slightly. I'm not sure if she was just scared of getting lost in this wondrous place, just wanted me close or both. I take a look at her quickly and decide it was the third option. Elise managed to give us an active navigation to the wardrobe that the other "us" had established.
The wardrobe possessed an active thought map system, so all I needed to do was think of what I wanted and I'd be wearing it. Marshmallow would kill to have this in her house and I'm just happy “I” thought about it. Twilight didn't need much of a tutorial since she had a spell that did something similar for when she couldn't pack a change of clothes (She even tried teaching it to Rarity, but she said that didn't work very well). The cooler thing about it was that we could both change at the same time (I must have added that modification when “past”us decided decided to live together). Needless to say I was loving my view, that is until Twilight noticed my looking I turned away and finished changing. Ended up in a Pegasus down shirt (It looked good enough for the party) in military edition cargo shorts with an actual bullet belt (capsules for my blaster) and holster. Keeping in mind that I'm still the Law-keep on duty. I almost forgot that I'd be needing a jacket so I think about what would go well with my PD gear and a Wonderbolts jacket appeared looking more like the Darkbolts RD described when “I” asked about the Nightmare Moon incident.
I was about to leave when Twilight calls for me. I turn around and gasp, trying my best not to let my jaw drop. There she was decked in Capri pants paired with a top that was making her beam out her true radiance. In my eyes at least. Funny thing about the pants was the had the elemental table for all metals on them and her t and her top had a few gases. That's my Twilight for ya. “You do know that this party isn't formal right, honey star?” Twilight was looking at me like I said something strange and I guess I did but she seemed to like it. “Yes, I know but I just don't want to look bad for this. It is important to you and all of Ponyville after all!” I jump in to explain that the party was for the “past” me or for her sake the “other” me that lied within everypony's memory but ours. I love that she just about always catches what I'm throwing as far as time travel dynamics go. She got back on track and asked my opinion on a jacket I turn around to see a jacket already on the table (I'm assuming that “past” Twilight had already prepared a jacket for herself.
As soon as we were done Barb came in (she must have been waiting for us to finish) and comments about Twilight wearing the jacket I made for her last year for our 2nd year celebration. I did some diving into records and funnily enough it was exactly last year. Meaning we've been together for three years (wow time can be funny when it wraps around me sometimes). Barb also had something else to say, she came to my ear. “So have you given it to her yet, the ring I mean.” I gave a Barb a shut up look (I don't care how long the “past" us were together for, I planned on making our own magic for a while before I drop down on a knee). “It's not quite time yet, she and I need more time to build our life together before we can be connected in that manner.” I gave her my best Twilight impression I was surprised at how good it was (my body knew it all too well, gotta love time shifts huh.)
Barb grins at that comment while we are having small 'father daughter' talk outside of the wardrobe Twilight must be deciding on weather to wear the jacket or not. In the mean time I'm hoping Barb was the only one I told about this. With a small check of my omni-tool it turned out to be correct. I remove the gem from the ring and restored it to it's original form which was the most brilliant sapphire I had ever seen. I think I'll craft a necklace instead (time powers for the win!). I hand it to Barb and tell her that I trust her to hold on to this for me. Barb had a look of doubt in her eyes (she is a gem eater after all) but I gave her the final push she needed in never thinking about touching that gem. “Barb mon doux petit bijou , I trust you dearest daughter. Now take this, my sweet Dragonkin and keep it safe till I need it.” Barbs darted eyes now resolute in the duty I had given her. A few minutes later Twilight had decided to wear the pi jacket I made for her (seriously it's funny she's decked out in math and science references but that's my Twilight).
After thirty minutes of alone time with Twilight (which is consisted of us talking about the use of gold in alchemy and my owning her in guitar hero) we were ready to go. Barb came out of her room like a rugby player. I laughed my flank off and Twilight sent her back to get into her actual clothes. Barb marches to back to the port and says “my room please Elise”.
Elise chuckles and says “I told you Twilight wouldn't find it funny, Barb”. Barb is surrounded in shock-absorbing gel and the is transported to her room via shock-tube. Three minutes later she's wearing something much better a purple and green hoodie sporting black biking gloves (that was more Barbs style, skater girl). We were out the door a few minutes later and I had two lovely ladies in hand.
It was time time to party!
Twilight
We were at the town square within minutes (considering that the clock-tower wasn't that far from the area to begin with). But while the three of us walked close together Chronos and I were having a mental conversation. I couldn't help but marvel at his control, he was doing this while still wearing the guise of Midnight (must be a passive spell that requires little to none of his focus). Twilight I assure you that you'll get the hang of the changes this time shift has made in no time, hell I've been feeding you the information since this morning.
Wait a minute you have, since when? How in Equestria can you cast so much magic at once, you must have a will of iron!
As a matter of fact I do and in case you've forgotten over the last decade I'm an amazing multitasker nopony can do it like I can! I took well to remember that factoid about him. I can't believe that I forgot one of the more incredible things I loved about him. Especially after what we did this morning. I felt a heat rise within me and immediately doused it. Heat or no, I'm no whorse. I can wait a few hours.
We're about a minute from the event, by now we can hear the sound check going on and Chronos seems pumped by it. What does he know about the entertainment that I don't? It took me only a fraction of a second to summon an answer and I felt like a foal for not noticing sooner. The entertainment, or a least the headliner would be none other than the band Chronos' outfit (or most of it) was sporting, Pegasus Down. I look at his shirt then to his face and I swear anticipation must have been on my face. Because he nodded as if confirming my thought was correct. To top it off he even stated. “Oh yeah, Pegasus Down; this Is going to be awesome!” He squealed in a tone that reminded me of whenever Rainbow Dash mentioned the Wonderbolts, but then again it was our favorite band.
I remember it like it was yesterday. Chronos rocking out to the first rock song I've ever heard “Down By Me” CD player in hand doing air guitar motions in my room while waiting for me to return for a drill. He stopped when he saw me giggling, I mean it's the mighty Chronos acting like a teenage stallion and then I was introduced to the world of rock. Celestia was not happy that he let me listen to that 'dribble' but her tone changed one day when she saw Chronos and I dancing to another hit of theirs called Crash Box. Thinking back that was the song I received my first kiss to as a filly and it wasn't a foalish kiss of a colt either. It was the passionate kiss of none other than Prince Chronos the stallion whom I've had a crush on for a while since then.
“We owe a lot to PD don't we Chronos.” I'd like to say that was a question but my tone was more matter of fact. Chronos came close to me when we were in eyesight of the crowd. Oh sweet Celestia! Is he going to kiss me in front of all of these ponies?! My heart was beating so fast that I felt like if I were Pinkie with her logic defying powers it would bust out of my chest like a cartoon for all to see. He pulled me closer, his left hand on my waist while his right cupped my cheek, thumb tracing my lips.
“Twilight Sparkle, you light up my life” he said with enough love that a changeling would be full from the statement alone and then he did what I feared...he kissed me in front of everypony, very passionately. I was redder than a beet at that moment I swear if he picked that moment to get down on a knee I'd die of euphoria and embarrassment.
Luckily enough for me he had no such compunction. But Barb was looking like she had hoped he did. I swear the girl would love to call me mommy wouldn't she? That thought was made known to be true for me when she kicked him on the leg. Unseen by the rest of the crowd. As soon as we were on the concert grounds it became obvious that everypony saw the kiss and thought it adorable. For some reason Rarity didn't seem as entertained at the mention of the kiss, if I didn't know better I'd say she was mad at Chronos for it.
Rarity
Lovely, just lovely they're kissing. I tried to bury my jealousy with ladylike demeanor but I think Twilight noticed something was amiss. I gave her the warmest and welcoming smile I could muster, but It was dwarfed by the smile Twilight had on hers as she neared. I Know I would be happy if somepony had gotten my favorite band together for a thank you Chronos/Happy Anniversary party. It would seem that Chronos and Pinkie pulled no expense on this party and that is where my jealousy seeds.
Pinkie pulls Barb and Twilight away for some type of surprise for Chronos (however in the world she could top all of this? I have no clue) and he motioned me for a dance. “Careful, Marshmallow. Green eyes would ruin your clean and pristine fabulous swag you work so hard on.” He said while dancing with me in a friendly manner. As we're dancing I noticed I was having fun, however it would soon end when Twilight returned with her gift.
As if on cue, enter Twilight holding a box I'm assuming it's his gift. “Midnight,love I have something for you.” She said as Chronos accepted the gift and opened it for all to see. The look on his face was one of pure joy like a foal in a candy store. As he held out the item to investigate the item it was revealed. A book....of course she would get him a book. I get closer to him to see what could possibly be in this book that would make Chronos/Midnight go gaga and lo and behold ancient runes and glyphs even some information on how to construct new ones. “Well that is absolutely a lovely gift for Midnight, Twilight darling. He'll be glued to it for days.”
With that statement I'm assuming that Twilight realized what she had done due to the look of small horror on her face. But knowing Twilight like I do, she's probably neglected him too from time to time by rather reading a book or 'exploring the vast world of science' as she put it. But enough of these petty thoughts Twilight is my friend Chronos or no I should 'have her back' as Chronos would say. So rescind my earlier comment “I'm sure knowing him and his wonderful photographic memory, that he'll look at the glyphs and store them in his memory while working on a way to modify them for later use.”
Twilight
My eyes lit up at the new hope Rarity had inspired and my lover confirmed it. “Twilight ,love I'm not you I'm excellent at multitasking and I wouldn't intentionally drift off into my work. Unless lives are in danger you are the only thing that get's my full attention.” I could have been seeing things but I could swear Rarity's eyes had a bit of anger in them. We ended the day with Midnight in a partying style that proved to be too hard for even Pinkie to replicate. As we walk home, Barb gone from the waking world and comfortably resting on her father's back we have a little chat on the way back to the Clock-tower.
“So to be clear for you Twilight, make sure you call me Midnight in public, never Chronos.” I gave him the most incredulous look I could muster.
“I'm not an idiot, dear.” I say while lightly punching him in the side while holding on to his left arm Midnight asked me where I'd be staying tonight. I didn't even think about it “I'm staying with you, and besides everypony would think 'there's trouble in paradise' if I went back to living in Golden Oaks.”
He didn't even comment on what I had said, I guess he wants to forget the stupid question he had asked. Chronos bends slightly cups my face and gives me a kiss. “Now that we're home my darling mare, I'll take Barb to her room tuck her in and I'll be in bed shortly after.” That statement shocked me “But you don't sleep, Chronos.” A smile lit up his face “Exactly and also look at your tail”. With that I looked at my tail it was flared straight up and my face went from lavender to a reddish purple. I had so much fun that I forgot I was in heat. My mind was wandering I wanted to be assaulted by my lover's lust so bad as the memory of earlier today came back. He...doesn't....sleep. My mind went from a calm mare to a giddy filly as I went to bed and prepared for a night of fun with my love.
A night that did not happen. As I got ready to trounce my lover as he entered the bedroom, his law-keepers line went off. Oh how I wanted to kill whoever was on the phone denying me my night of heat induced rutting up the ass with Chronos. But then I noticed it was Fluttershy. “Daddy, I know it's your day off but we've got a serious popping cat problem at my cottage.” Daddy? Now that was an alarming thing for me to hear and as if he were reading my mind.
“I adopted Fluttershy after her fall from Cloudsdale and have been her doting father ever since. Took her a while to call me daddy and I'm not gonna have her stop.”
I refute “But that was the other you! You shouldn't be bound by decisions other variations of you make!”
Chronos looked like he was irritated. “First off; Fluttershy is my daughter, deal with it. Second, there isn't a time when I don't adopter her. And third jealousy does not suit a mare of you distinction. Elise load combat suit.”
He stepped in a clothing chamber and was donned in his combat armor. The armor was pure black save for the words Law-Keeper scribed in white. This definitely wasn't standard issue armor it was sleeker and more formfitting. There were hard plate protrusions from arms legs shoulders and even the gloves were armored. He popped his bones getting himself ready “Hey Twilight, you seem interested in my armor.” I blinked my anger being replaced by pure fascination.
“Yeah I mean, I have memories of you in the stuff, but I've never seen you put it on before. How's it work?”
Chronos takes a second “Magi-tech it uses a unique combination of mana dispersion and amplification runes and a sol driver to fit the armor to me and only me not to mention the sol driver acts as a neurolink between me the armor and Elise. After all she's more than a nave-com she's also my CIC.”
I paused for a moment magic was my forte but magi-technology was new to me even with the memories Chronos gave me. But still I shook my head in understanding. With that Chronos thought about his helmet and it came. I couldn't help but be shocked at the fear the armor inflicted in me. It made him look like a fusion between Pony and popping cat with wings even his tail looked like one of those things I went to touch it and chomp it bit me his tail bit me *nom nom nom* “Stop, that tickles Chronos!” The tail biters stopped on my command. He looked at me with a loving face.
“I'll be back in no time, honey star. So stop worrying, you know full well I'm no normal pony.” To accentuate his point he flexes his muscles (oh Celestia, those biceps) and gives a glow of his unique time magic arming himself with gun-blades. Those weapons pointed out his Unponylike willingness and allure to violence. I gave him a kiss goodbye as he set out on the path to slaughter popping cats. Sadly enough it's the only option available. When they want a territory, they won't stop until it's theirs. Luckily enough for the townsponies they only live near the forest. And with that he popped out of my sight.
Fluttershy Twenty minutes before
“That party was amazing Angel!” I say to the bunny in front of (Doma: Fluttershy is not as shy with her animals) Angel cocked an eyebrow at my statement.
“Yes, Fluttershy I can tell you had fun from just the look on your face. No need to shout!” He says to me even though he's shouting. I write it off as him making a point. (Doma again If you haven't guessed I took the Dr. Dolittle approach for Fluttershy thought I'd save you the time of a comment) Angel hopped on my head gripped my mane gently and made eye contact. “So I take it pops was happy to get his present that you didn't give him.” Angel waved a small package in my face and my eyes went to pinpricks. I forgot to Papa his gift, oh no.
As I was sitting in a 'Flutter panic' as the animals I call friends would call it. Angel was pointing at the video phone. But I couldn't give it to him now! I may be shy sometimes but I'm not a fool Twilight's in heat, so he's most like helping her with it. So I sit in my chair and look to the window for scenery only to hear the sounds of a massive pack of popping cats heading this way. I run to the phone and call the one pony I know can handle an invasion of this size my papa.
I sigh as I wait for him to come to my rescue knowing full well the only way to deal with this lot is lethal force meaning “He's going to kill them all or at least enough that they'll get the picture and leave this place.” I love all kinds of animals but popping cats aren't animals they're monsters that needed to dealt with by extreme force. A popping cat is more dangerous than a manticore with twice the ferocity and an ability to teleport small distances. With those horrid sharp-toothed comping tails that contain two types of venom. One for slowing down the enemy and another to weaken their prey's sense of direction. While they pop in and out to ensnare them. I just sit there with the shades covering all windows in my cottage a popping cats pops are line of sight only. Whatever animal s that were outside and in range to be gathered took shelter, together safety in numbers.
Chronos
I'm booking it to Fluttershy's cottage with my armor in it's fastest mode beast mode. So I'm weaving through trees bushes and such while running with the speed of a popping cat (about as fast as a cheetah at top speed and not needing to stop) all while popping distances to hasten my arrival. Luckily enough for me the cats hadn't made it to the cottage yet, they were still in the Everfree Forest and it looked like they were being picked off by a single Crimson popping cat that had not two but four tails and was bulkier but for some reason faster than the others. With another look I noticed it was a rare type of Popping cat it was a Scarlet Striker. Those things were thought to be a myth they had four times the popping capability and possessed the strength of the strongest of the wild cat races.
However with a quick zoom I could tell that this ones streak was coming to an end as four cats tails bit it and they went in for the kill. I could take no more and attacked before the lethal blow could be made to the poor...with a whiff I could tell it was a molly. That only made me want to save her even more (this armor while in beast mode emulates some of it's behavior I can even understand the cat's which is weird because they are feral monsters) “ENOUGH. Leave this molly alone!” The attackers a mix of toms and mollies just stared at me.
A molly came to me tail in the air circling me. “Why do you care for this ABOMINATION of a molly brother? You can have your pick of any molly you choose...even me!” She said that last part very lustily enough to make me want to mount her here and now (remember while in beast mode I become one of them while maintaining my whit).
“I care not for your overly used goods, sister. What I do care for is why you attack this one with such cowardly methods. Should a fight between two mollies be just that and not this cowardly display?” She blanched at that last part
“But brother, surely you know we must make a new camp we are thirsty and that foul thing is the only obstacle in our way between death of our clan and a land of abundance over yonder.” Her motion was at the land that belonged to my daughter Fluttershy and I knew their customs well enough they would have to kill her before they could take the land.
At this realization my mind was made up I would have to kill at the very least the Alpha female and her lackeys. And in doing so I would have the right to lay leadership to the pack. “I am sorry sister but I cannot let you have that land and will not let you harm this molly, for I lay my claim to her!” With this the Alpha molly hissed in disgust at my choice and attacked me with her cronies while the rest of the tribe bare witness to my challenge. I nudge the Scarlet striker to rise and bit her with one of my tails that I put a healing spell on. The molly was rather confused at my actions but she got up feeling revitalized.
I made my call “I'll take the alpha, that bitch shall pay for her attempt to kill Fluttershy!” The Scarlet molly looked slightly surprised that I, a male would attempt to take an alpha.
“That's nonsense, you'll die she's an alpha molly and you're just a tom!” The beast within me was growing irritated with all this talk and lunged for the alpha molly. “Fine fool it's your life!” The scarlet molly said lovingly, I think she fancies me for saving her. Either way I focus on the battle that is before me just letting myself fight like a cat while thinking like the mad pony I am.
With a quick pop I was at her leg, my tail had done it's job and put a disorientation agent in her system. As we fought she continued to lose her form. I'd pop out just in time for her tails to miss their intended target all while weaving my own assault on the bitch. Popping into trees and bouncing off them for extra inertial force to land heavier blows on her. I was doing pretty good all in all then one of her friends broke off from Scarlet and came at me with a accurate pop before I could land my killing bite on the alpha. Damn she's a lieutenant this is going to be hard. It was now anypony's game both Scarlet and I are facing off against two fighters.
The alpha was still weak and would be harder for me to kill thanks to this little bitch. I would tear her to peaces and...wait I'm not a Popping Cat I just need to stop thinking like one. With that I decided to step up my attack and use the terrain better than I had been. I bit the second with all my tails for a heavily confusion cocktail and with a pop I was at the seconds' tails I grabbed them popped to a high up branch and pulled hard enough to rip them off. She double back in pain “I'll kill you for this, you insolent tom!” she cried.
“No you won't, you'll be too dead to try that!” I used another physics trick to kill her. I continually popped up to an amazing height spun her popped back about ten feet in the air and threw her head first at 150 MPH, instant death. I popped to the alpha molly she was begging for mercy and I said the only thing I could “No, you die here and now like the coward you are!” I pop around to gain centrifugal force and claw her neck out while chomping her with all my tails making sure that I had them all full of something painful. She would have no reprieve from my onslaught till death came to claim her twenty seconds later.
Scarlet seemed to like my trick. She put some of her own flare into it though. Biting the remaining two with all four of her tails to get the pizzazz needed to do the technique. She pops around to gain the necessary force and kills then both the way I did the second at the same time. The remaining cats merely stood to me for guidance, being their new leader. I motion them to follow me and they do. About three minutes later we're all at the ruins of Everfree castle. “This shall be you're new home brothers and sisters. Help yourselves to the water from the river and food won't be an issue if you work together for it with all the foolish larger creatures.”
Their mouths water at this, I picked that time to change into my normal self and unmask. The cats could not believe that their new alpha was a pony. “I shall make this clear under no circumstances are you to eat ponies. If you do, well you saw that fight that was me fighting in a form that wasn't mine. If you do you'll be dead before you can regret it. Protect anypony and by that I do mean pony that comes within these borders and you shall be taken care of.”
The elder took a moment to think and said “Yes my master your will be done.” Wait a minute I can hear them but I'm not in beast mode. “Is what he said,lover.” It was Scarlet who said that. She can bucking speak wow. I reach out to nuzzle Scarlet and she moans sexily. Ooh now there will plenty of time to do that later. Her mouth wasn't moving at all that time.
So you can talk and you're in my head too Scarlet?
She looked at me in a seductive yet inquisitive manner. Scarlet? I’m assuming that is what you chose to name me love.
Yeah, that’s right and let me guess. When I claimed you as mine it was a permanent thing wasn't it? She shook her head in acknowledgement. Great I’ve got a Popping cat as a familiar.
Familiar?! I am your mate and you had better get that straight right now mister! Great and she’s uppity too!
Well newsflash I have a mate already, several in fact so once again quit that. I have no intention of making you mine in that way I meant your life is mine.
Very well I shall be your familiar but I am still going to wag my tail your way every now and again, master.. I felt a pang in my heart great I’m stuck with her. She’ll be an awesome familiar but that attitude reminds me way too much of a certain cake loving princess, ces’t la vie. “I shall serve and love you eternally, my master.”
I was considering entering beast mode to communicate but Scarlet told me not to and said she liked acting as my proxy so I let her have her fun by explaining who I am and what I stand for. “This Stallion shall be our leader, follow him and you shall not go hungry again. Nor shall you fear the beast that live within this forest. He shall be your master and you shall serve if you so choose to stay here.” With that statement I touch the Everfree Castle and return it to it’s former glory. The once ruined castle boomed with life and assumed my colors and flags and banners sporting the cutie marks of Celestia, Luna, and I began to rise while the interior had returned to it’s prime thanks to my time magic my throne rose up and I took my seat. There I sit while the popping cats find places to call their own within these walls as I cast my magic and create the niceties I had grown accustomed to.
Within about five minutes the castle had reconstructed itself and I had finished (for now anyway) adding tech upgrades to my home away from home that I would no doubt be spending lots of time in once I return to the royal life. The most important one was done and over with a special door linked to the my room in the clock tower. “Twilight is going to have a field day with this but I might want to call Fluttershy.” One video call and an explanation to why I’m surrounded by loving popping cats and a seriously stressed Fluttershy is able to rest easy.
With that done I decide it’s time to go home I motion to scarlet and she comes with giddily. I am so gonna be sleeping on the couch when I tell Twilight all this.
Don’t worry about it she’ll understand. If she’s your mate, she’ll most likely just not talk to me until I prove myself.
No She’ll definitely talk to you, she’ll want to run some test.
Then that shall be how I get you...how does that pony saying go out of the doghouse?
"Yeah, that's right. Thanks and sorry in advance those test are going to be annoying as tartarus." With that Scarlet and I walk into my room to see Twilight pacing.
“Hey Twilight, told you I’d be just fine.”
She turned with a cute look of mock anger on her face “I can smell mare on you Chronos and what’s worse it doesn’t smell like a pony so what going on here?”
Go on introduce yourself this is as much your home as it is hers. You don’t need to so nervous. “That female would be me. I am Scarlet and am his...what was the word you used lover?” Twilight’s eye twitched at that
“Familiar would be the term for ponies and don’t worry Twilight she’s just being a massive troll. She knows by now to call me master or sir.” Scarlet smiled as did I the magic of a contract, gotta love it. Twilight is getting further annoyed so we both drop our playfulness and tell her the full version of what happened.
“Wow, you actually said that to the former alpha? That’s harsh dear!” she says as she’s laughing at my explanation.
“Yeah that about sums it up. While I’m at it come her Scarlet.” Scarlet steps to me and I pick her up and kiss her on the snout. Both of the girls eyes go wide but Twilight sees the energy coming out of me. “Not that I mind, sir. but what was that about?”
“I just linked your life to mine. You won’t be dying on me.” I explain to the both of them that what I had just done could only be done to a familiar not that I would do that to Twilight anyway.
“So Twilight, shall we get these test of yours over with so I can sleep on...wait where am I sleeping? Do I get to sleep with you, sir?” Twilight death glared. I hope she can get over that she knows full well I’m in a herd and my relationship with Scarlet is entirely non sexual.
“Can’t you smell Twilight, Scarlet? She’s in heat and doesn’t appreciate your jokes. I’ll have a bed ready for you by the time you get back seeing how I don’t sleep anyway.” Twilight didn’t question that fact that I literally slept with her earlier today and last night. Knowing her, she drew the proper conclusion. The energy leaking had drained me shitless. After the tests were done Scarlet plopped on her bed and Twilight went to sleep I have a feeling that tomorrow she’s gonna demand to study my castle. As if she read my mind she tossed in bed saying “castle” yup she’s gonna study the shit outta the castle I just hope I can keep Rarity away from it long enough to get it the way I like it.
