Things complicate in Equestria when one city begins a rebellion to secede. Celestia summons Twilight Sparkle, who is now Princess Twilight Sparkle, and her friends to her castle to be ambassadors to Stalliongrad to ease them out of seceding. Twilight and the rest of the Mane Six wholeheartedly accept, convinced they can easily stop this rebellion and make them see that being under Equestrian rule is what's best for them and the rest of the citizens there. However, the rebellion is not the only thing plaguing the city of Stalliongrad. Not everything is as seems in the city, more so especially with the members of the separatist movement, and the areas surrounding the city, which seem to be gloomy in general. A darker force is nearby, shrouded with layers of mystery. Can the Mane 6 unlock these secrets? Can they stop the secession of the city with peaceful negotiations? This part in their adventures will surely test all of the honesty, generosity, loyalty, kindness, and laughter they share and have gathered together, and more so, will test their friendships with one another.

My first (published) pony story. Expect some twist and turns as the story progresses. If you like a good plot, then I'm sure you'll enjoy this. I can't say that it'll get dark in terms of violence, just the atmosphere and backstories to come will/might be. But If it does actually get violent as the story goes on, in terms of if there is any gore or descriptive and excessive detail on death (both things I don't like anyway so I don't think there will be any, but just in case), then I'll change the rating of the story.
