It's been three years, three long years since tragedy struck Manehatten and left the rest of Equestria trembling with fear. Hundreds died and many more were wounded including Wind Shear, a former soldier that was stationed in Manehatten at the time.

He escaped almost physically unscathed, but not all wounds are visible on the surface. Unable to cope with the horrors that he saw, Wind Shear left the military and fled his home, leaving behind the only family he had left.

Now three years later, he is homeless and a shell of his former self. He has drifted place to place, never staying in one place for too long.

Unexpectedly, Ponyville becomes the next place on his list, and what was meant to be a few weeks stay turns into a journey that for better or worse, will change his life forever.

As of the current date above, this story has been canceled. Sorry for any disappointments, but my interest in MLP and the fandom has pretty much died so I have no desire to continue writing this story.
