If you are reading this then that means that I most likely published a book about my first adventure! Anyways! My name is Derpy. Im a secret adventurer but nopony knows it. Everypony also thinks i'm a ditz. I don't know if it's because of my name, my eyes, or whenever i'm the wrong place at the wrong time. Soooo, I made a list of what I like and don't like! I like: Muffins, Bubbles, Cool stuff, Breaking The Fourth Wall I Dislike: Magic, Floors coming out from under me Well, I shouldn't ramble for too long let's get onto the story that I most likely wrote! //-------------------------------------------------------// The Castle //-------------------------------------------------------// The Castle I was just relaxing. Inside a bubble just waiting for it to take me somewhere. Then I started to make a tune. "Floatin' on the ocean. Floatin' on the ocean. I'm going to make that a popular act one day. Goin' under the ocean....... WAIT WHAT?! No no no no no no no! Stop you stupid bubble!" All of a sudden an ominous voice began to speak. And it wasn't the twinkle machine. "Awwwwww, now Derpy, what makes you so frantic? I thought you liked bubbles. And now i'm taking you under the ocean inside a bubble that leaves a trail of bubbles behind it! What's the big deal?" "The big deal is that i'm practically being kidnapped by a bubble-twinkle machine! I have absulutely no idea where i'm going, and I don't know who or what is speaking! I know it's not Mr. Bubble-Machine 'cause he has a nice voice! Usually of bleeps, bloops, and blops but it's a good thing I took that robot speaking class!" I replied to the unrecognizable voice. "Nopony remembers me anymore! It honestly makes me really bored I havn't been on TV since My Little Pony G3! An-" The random voice began to sing until interrupted. "Please don't start," Derpy began. "Your lyrics don't really line up with anything that anypony knows about. And by the way, what's a TV?" "That doesn't matter to you! Anyhow, it's time for me to show my true self! I am going to come out of the shadows!" An unknown figure comes out of nowhere and Derpy has absolutely no idea what the figure is. "I am the Sea Pony Queen!" "What is a sea pony, Sea Pony Queen?" Derpy thinks hard but it doesnt ring the bell with anything in her memories. "My mother always told me not to jump into bubble that I found by following a twinkling star." Derpy mumbles to herself. After Derpy looks past the 'Sea Pony Queen' she sees a giant oldish looking building that towered very high. It looked almost as tall as Canterlot Castle. "Hey, Miss Sea Pony Lady, what's that giant building thing behind you?" "Nothing of your concern, you little pony!" the Sea Pony says fiercely. "What you should be concerned about is ever getting out of the castle prison!" Then there I was. Sitting in a prison. I was wondering why I wasn't drowning. I was basically at the bottom of the ocean. It took me a while to realize that I wasn't alone and that the sparkle machine was with me. The intangible star was still making a bubble of air around me. It acted as if it liked me and warmed up to me. The star and I started to talk to eachother and I found out that the sea pony lady was the one who made the sparkle machine. After a while of talking that's when I devised a plan to get me, and my new friend out of here. //-------------------------------------------------------// Iron, Gold, Silver //-------------------------------------------------------// Iron, Gold, Silver I began to think to myself. If Mr. Bubbly-Bot broke free of Sea Pony Queen's spell, then that means that he has a mind of his own! Then I thought again. If an intangible star can turn into a bubble, and can get small enough to go into a prison then that means an intangible star can turn into nearly anything! "Ok Mr. Bubblypants! Let's get this plan to work. I don't know the full plan yet, but I have the main idea!" "Ok let's begin!" The twinkling bubble said. "Wait a minute, you can actually talk without having to say bleep bloop blop?" the inquisitive Derpy asked. "Yes I can. And I can do this too. Watch what i'm about to do," All of a sudden the bubble starts to change it's form. Extremely surprised, Derpy saw him get smaller right before her eyes! "Mr. Bubbleboy! You look just like a colt now!" Said Derpy rather surprised and confused "I'm not done yet!" The Bubble began to get a coat of hair all around his body. A mane and tail came with the coat of hair, too. "What color do you like the most? Orange, blue, light blue, magenta, reddy orange," With each color named he kept changing the color of his coat. "Orangey red, yellow, golden yellow, lime green, green, da-" "I think that the lime-green fits you best," Derpy said, interrupting him in the middle of a word. "What about the mane and tail? I think im going to go with a light blue inside of the tail and mane and then have the outer part be greyish. Does this look nice?" "Yea it does. Nice choice of colors," Derpy Replied. "Wait you're not in a bubble form and yet there's still air around us? That's weird how does that work?" "I'm a magical being that can shape-shift into almost anything I want and any material," the bubbly colt replies. "I need an actual name. How about........ Glowy Bubble? I like that name." "Ok! So your name is Glowy Bubble! So now let's get out of here. Can you go through the iron prison bars and then change into a pair of keys and unlock the prison door?" Derpy asks. "I think I can. I'll try my best! Anything I can to get us out of here. But, after we get out I want to explore the castle a bit. Y'know, see if anything interesting is here!" entheusiastically, Glowy begins. After he goes through the prison bars he manages to open the door and apparrently since he was a pegasus then that means he can fly while in the form of a pair of keys. "So, Derpy, can we begin exploring now? I've never been on an adventure because I was created just hours ago to go and find you. Also if you want to know how I speak your language, it's because I have translators." "Oh. I thought it was because of my robot speaking class that I took in kindergarten. I didn't really understand it either. Why in the huge wind world in Equestria would they teach fillies and colts how to speak robot? I mean, I could understand being taught as a mare or stallion about robot-speak, but come on!" Derpy keeps on rambling. "Also how do you know pretty much all of the words I know when you were created hours ago and it took me forever to learn all the words that I know?!" "There is a simple answer to that," the stallion begins. "I was created knowing all those words without having to actually learn them. I can also speak Parasprite and Changeling. The way Changeling sounds is just weird. Parasprite is O.K. it's basically just guestures." "Uhhh, Glowy," Derpy starts. "Yea? What is it?" Glowy replies. "Don't fall in that trench behind you," the worried pegasus says. "Oh you think I don't that there's a giant trench behind me? Haha. How stupid do you think I am, Derpy? Anyways, i'm a pagasus so it wouldn't matter anyway. Besides I wanted to go down there, too. Also why go up, where we came from, when we can go down? I did say I wanted to explore, didn't I? COWABUNGAAAA!!!" after the random outburst, Glowy jumps right into the trench." "Ugh. Fine I'm coming," the hesitant mare jumps into the dark trench after her new friend. "Oooooh it's wet down here. Oooh what's that? It's gooey and gooey is cool! I wonder what it is, hey, Derpy do you know what this is?" the inquisitive stallion is facinated with everything. Derpy, just now getting to the bottom of the trench, almost lands face first on the hard floor. "I have absolutely no idea what that turquoise goop is, Glowy. Also, would you please stop picking up everything and touching everything. It's kinda gross since nopony knows what any of this stuff is. Actually this might be where Pinkie Pie dumps all of her left-over party decorations," Derpy says joking to herself. "Wow. That's cool. Hey, Derpy, I found a bunch o' bits. I mean alot! There has to be at least 50,000 bits here," Glowy says obviously showing that he payed no attention to what Derpy said about not touching everything. "Where? Let me see them. I'm a mailpony and sometimes I have to see if bits are real or not. Nopony likes being paid by a shady pony without seeing if the bits are real or not," the anxious mare says, rushing over to her friend. Derpy begins to examine them and then pauses not saying anything for a minute or two. "Dear, sweet Celestia! They're real! This is amazing! I wonder how all of these bits got down here, we're under the ocean, for crying out loud!" "There must have been a secret passage for bits to get all the way down to the bottom of the ocean," Glowy says, talking to himself, then starting to feel the walls to see if there is a secret passage or door. "Let's try to find it because this sea pony queen lady is getting rich from it. We have to shut it down because other ponies are loosing their money and then it's somehow getting to the sea pony!" "Yea," Derpy replies. "There's a tunnel this way I wonder what's in it." "A tunnel?! Where?! I'm getting bored of all these bits and other gold looking stuff," the hyper stallion asks. "Oh, there it is! Let's go, Derpy, trust me it's going to be fun. I also see some light at the other end of the tunnel!" "What? How?" Derpy wonders. "I can see heat levels through walls. Well, sometimes. It doesn't always work plus it doesn't work very well either. But light usually means heat. Also, I think that ever since I got my pony form that my powers are starting to go away. Well, i'm going to go into it now," Glowy dashes right into the darkness. "Wheeeeeee- OW!" "What is it? What happenned?" Derpy rushes over to Glowy, hating how he just bolts into things that he doesn't know anything about. "Why do you have to be so hyperactive?" "Why do you have to be so hesitant about everything? Sometimes you just have to be adventurous." Glowy replies sarcastically and gets up off the ground. "Also, there's a giant painting thing on that wall. And paintings on walls means there is a secret... Usually. Oh hey, a button!" Click "Wait a minute!" Derpy yells out. "Cool. I opened the wall up!" Sparkling says enthusiastically. "Ugh! Why can't you just wait for a minute to get to know what's happening for once?" Derpy says starting to get fairly annoyed. "Woah! It's the entrance to the castle! Hey um, Derpy, let's split up for a little bit," Glowy says suspiciously. "Ok, whatever you say," Derpy replies. "Finally, some peace and quiet!' "Hey, you're no muffin either," Glowy replies fiercly. "This is cool. I've never seen a place quite like this," Glowy breaks into song. "Hey!" POOF! Twilight Sparkle randomly appears in front of Sparkling. "That's my song! I'm watching you!" "Ok then......." Glowy is so confused. He's been seeing weird things ever since he split up with Derpy. "I feel like I'm hallucinating." "This is a weird library. It's like a giant maze. This is taking too long. I'm just going to fly over it to get to the finish," Derpy says as she gets her wings up in the sky. She gets over to the finish in a couple seconds. "A book? A BOOK?! I'm glad I didn't actually do the maze. Actually, a book just lying on the ground is weird I think i'm going to take a look in it." "Derpy? Is that you?" Glowy is wondering if that's his friend and thinks that it has to be her. "I hear your voice coming from the ceiling. Ooh a button!" Click. "So apparently this castle is called the Castle Of Illusion. The floor is coming out from under me I bet it's the castle's trick! I've got you figured out, Mirage Castle! Oh wait. This isn't a mirage. AAAAAH!" "Oh hi there, Derpy," Glowy says, happy to see his friend again. "How did I fall down here?" Derpy curiously asks. "Maybe it was that silver button I pressed," Glowy says hapily. "What is with you and buttons?" Derpy says. "I'm not even mad. I was starting to get lonely." You seemed pretty excited when we split up in the first place," Glowy says. "I wasn't excited! I was just..... anxious. Yea that's it! I was anxious for some peace and quiet! You can't get confused with those words, my dear friend," Derpy replied. "Those mean the same thing!" belched out Glowy. "Anyways let's get going. I've got a feeling that we're going to be out of here soon. Personally, I hate this place now. I havn't seen anything cool or goopy lately. The only fun thing I've done recently was press a button and then have you fall from the sky on accident! Ooh what's that! I see light!' "No you stay here!" Derpy bit Glowy's tail. "This is the Castle Of Illusion. So that means the light is probably an illusion." Derpy galloped over to the quote on quote light. "See I was right!" Click "Hey I'm supposed to be the button presser!" Sparkling yelled across the room. //-------------------------------------------------------// Forgotten Plot //-------------------------------------------------------// Forgotten Plot "Woah what happened? It's almost like the writer completely forgot about us for a 3 1/2 year time span and finally decided to come back for absolutely no reasons while knowing none of the source material because he's too lazy to go back and read his own work!" Derpy said, mildly confused. "Yea. I feel a change of heart. I think the name 'Glowy Bubble' or whatever is really stupid and I don't know why I ever picked that. Can I be real with you, Derpy? What's the point of all this? Nobody will ever know this existed apart from the 144 poor souls who have already seen it?" "I don't know. Let's go back to the surface." //-------------------------------------------------------// A Game of Cards //-------------------------------------------------------// A Game of Cards Derpy was playing a game of Cards with Glowy but he died because he's a bubble pony that can't survive on land. The End. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Beginning of The Start //-------------------------------------------------------// Author's Note This chapter takes place in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Season 2 Episode 14 'The Last Roundup'. The Beginning of The Start It was a bright and sunny day and the Rainbow Dash was hanging up the Applejack banner. I was trying to get a defiant rain cloud to move out of the way. I finally tried to beat the raincloud up because it started to yell at me. It was really mean it kept on saying BOOM! CRACK! KABLOOIE! and then it finally went after Rainbow Dash and electrocuted her tail! I didn't know what went wrong at first but now I do. Apparently the raincloud was getting really hurt and I broke it's wind glider so it had to go Cloudsdale hospital. After all of that drama happenned I saw a little star and it was twinkling and twinkling. I decided to follow it because it's not every day you see a twinkling twinkling little star. It led me to a dock. And I realized that the star........ was keeping water out of a bubble! The little star made a strange twinkling noise and after a while I knew what it was saying. It was saying "follow me." I waited for a minute... or two... or three, thinking about how I could follow that bubble. Then I figured it out, it was Equestria's shortest riddle-ish thing! I had to get inside the bubble and so I jumped in. The surface of the interrior was just like regular ground-soil in Ponyville. It was rather odd. While inside this bubble I travelled a river and I passed by the Everfree Forest AND Las Pegasus! Then I landed in an ocean and realized that i was very, very, very far away from Ponyville and even further from Cloudsdale!
