After waking up in hospital, Snowy lies and stares up at the ceiling, unsure of how she ended up here, or even where ‘here’ is. As she is thinking over what it’s like when your world is truly turned upside down, another patient begins to speak to her. She learns that somepony can teach you some of life’s greatest lessons, even in a few short minutes, and that those few minutes can be some of the most precious you may ever experience.
