Its only been two months since Midnight returned to Equestria and was cured of his demonic urges. Unfortunately, the ponies of his new home resent and even fear him, making it hard for him to adjust to living in Canterlot. To make matters worse his mother, Faust, has somehow gone missing and he has to work together with his family in order to find her.
