I want you to take three of your friends to an unknown island, known to disappear and reappear at random times. Being that this is an island that is, as far as my knowledge, uninhabited by ponies and are probably full of unknown animals I suggest you take your friend Fluttershy with you, considering her knowledge of flora and fauna. The two other friends you take with you is of your choosing, I wish you luck in your quest Princess Twilight and report back to me in Canterlot when you return. ~Princess Celestia “So that is what I called you all here for; I need two of you to come with me and Fluttershy to this mysterious island which is currently located 100 miles outside of Vanhoover coast. So who want’s to come with me?” Twilight asked the five ponies standing in front of her. “I just have one question, Twilight.” Fluttershy said while walking towards her. “When are we leaving? I need to see to that all the animals have plenty of food while I’m  gone.” “Oh darling you don’t have to worry about that.” Rarity said while walking over to Fluttershy. “I have an order to attend to so I can't come with you, so I can take care of your animal friends while you’re gone.” She said while putting a hoof on Fluttershy’s shoulder. Rainbow Dash walked over to Twilight “Well I got nothing going for me for about a month so I got plenty of time, so I’ll come with you Twilight. And besides it sounds like an awesome adventure.” “Are you doing anything Pinkie? Applejack?” Twilight said Pinkie put a hoof to her chin while sitting on her haunches. “Hmm, yea I have to babysit the twins for the Cakes, they are in Canterlot for a baking contest, so I’ll have to guard Sugarcube Corner and the twins while they are gone.” Twilight turned to Applejack while smiling. “I guess that means you will be coming with us Applejack?” Applejack started to wonder if she did have anything to do, coming to realize that she did not have anything Mac and Applebloom could not do without her, plus this might be the chance she been looking for to spend some time with Rainbow, and maybe confess to her. “I got nothing, Twi, so I guess I’ll come with you. I have the same question as Shy though; I need to tell Granny that I’ll be gone for a couple of weeks.” Twilight looked content with the group that would accompany her on this adventure. “Ok, I suggest that you go home and pack your bags to be gone for a few weeks and get some rest. We will meet here tomorrow morning. I’ll tell Celestia to send a chariot to Vanhoover and have a boat ready for us when we get there.” After discussing what they should bring with them on the upcoming adventure, and after having a cup of tea to just chat and relax, everypony went home to their respective homes, each one having something to think about. On her way back towards Sweet Apple Acres Applejack had her thoughts full on her cyan colored friend. ‘Ah man, how and where on this little adventure should I tell Rainbow mah feelings for her? What if her barndoor don’t swing that way? What will it do to our friendship if she says no? No, Applejack, don’t think like that; you will deal with that when the time comes. Right now you have a saddlebag to back and a family to inform.’ Rainbow Dash was flying home to her cloud home thinking the awesome adventure waiting for her. ‘Aww yea, an awesome adventure for the awesome pegasus. Maybe I can do what A.K.Yearling does and write about it when I get back. Heck maybe she would want to read it and give me her opinion on it, great idea Dash now all you have to do is to pack your bags and get some rest.’ On her way back to her cottage Fluttershy had only one thing on her mind. 'Ok Fluttershy you have one mission during this adventure, and that is to finally tell Twilight how you feel. Now comes the question, how will she take it? Will she accept my feelings or… No Fluttershy you can’t think like that you just have to find the opportune time to tell her during this trip.’ Entering the Carousel boutique Rarity was thinking the order for one of Canterlots nobles that she had, but something else was on her mind as well. “Oh Fluttershy the circumstances could not be any better. on this voyage to this mysterious island, I will pray that all will be well with you and I hope that Twilight says yes to you.” Not realising she was thinking out loud she started working. “Umm… Miss Rarity is something the matter?” A voice said to her from behind the counter. “Hmm? Oh, was I thinking out loud again? Oh it is nothing Coco; I was just thinking of something on a personal matter, nothing you should worry about.” Rarity said to her co-worker; as they both went to work Rarity prayed that Fluttershy had the courage to confess, and return safely. The pink party pony was walking towards Sugarcube Corner thinking on what she would do when she got home. “Oh I need to remember to put the twins to sleep or they will tear up the place, I also need to remember to get some cupcakes ready for Twilight’s trip, who knows maybe she forgets to take some lunch with her” Back at the library Twilight was preparing for the long voyage ahead of her and her friends. “Ok let’s see if I got everything with me.Food that last’s at least two months. Check. Four warm blankets. Check. Fire starting kit. Check. First aid kit. check. Books on wild animals and plants. check. A book on how to survive in the wild. check. OK it looks like I got everything. Spike remember that you are in charge of the library while I’m gone, and if there’s a task that you can't handle on your own then go ask Rarity for help.” Spike was putting the ‘to pack list’ away and was on his way to his bed where he swears his blanket was calling him. “Sure Twilight I'll be ok; I won't burn the library down or anything so don’t worry.” he said half way up the stairs. “I’m not worrying I’m reminding: totally different meaning.” Twilight said turning all the lights off in the library. Putting her head on her pillow she could only imagine all the mystery surrounding this island and what might be on it, that was until the fog of sleep got a hold of her and Twilight went to sleep. Over at Canterlot castle Celestia, Luna, and Cadence were having some evening tea while chatting about recent events. “So Celestia how is Twilight doing these days? I haven't heard much from her.” Candace said while lifting up her tea cup. “Well Luna recently told me some rather interesting information about one of Twilight’s friends so I sent her a letter saying she should take this friend and go to ‘that’ island.” Celestia said while putting her tea cup down. “Celestia” Luna interrupted. “I also said that this was a one way feeling. Fluttershy may love Twilight but I have not seen anything regarding Twilight’s dreams about also being in love with Fluttershy. If you send them to this island and Twilight does not return her feelings she will not get off that island.” Luna said while looking at her older sister. At this Celestia took a sip of her tea to think about this for a little moment. “I’m sure once Fluttershy musters up the courage to confess Twilight will give her a chance and the island will bring them back to Equestria unharmed. Hopefully.” “Either way” Luna said after her tea was finished. “It would be easier to take Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Applejack’s dreams are pretty clear that she has feelings for Rainbow Dash, and in Rainbow Dash’s dreams there appear to be some hints but nothing clear. I’m sure if you send them off to that island that Rainbow Dash would be able to truly discover her feelings for this farm mare.” Luna said while filling herself another cup of tea. Celestia gently put her tea cup down and stared out the window. “Well I did say that she could take two other friends with her alongside Fluttershy, so who knows maybe Rainbow Dash and Applejack will come along. We just have to wait and see.” Walking out to the balcony the three alicorns looked towards Ponyville. “I just hope they will be safe.” Celestia said while walking back in towards her chambers.
